About a year ago, I began experiencing serious issues and infections in a dental implant I had done outside the U.S. My doctor here suggested we wait before making any major decisions and instead try injecting antibiotics directly into the implant site twice a week for a month. Honestly, I didn’t expect much improvement, but to my surprise, after taking an X-ray, the endodontist was amazed to see that the bone infection had completely disappeared. I was actually the first case of its kind for the doctor. Thank you, Dr. Hashwi, and thank you to your hardworking team."*

Negative experience: One of the worst clinics ever don’t trust them they will mess up your teeth the pulled my tooth number 10 because of an infection than discovered the tooth number 11 has the infection to had to do a root canal and a crown the crown was to big as you could see in the photo they are unprofessional …. now I’m seeing another doctor because I don’t trust them no more after I’m done with my teeth. I’m gonna make a complaint to the mayor. Right now i dont have time for them they not worth my time Now it’s time to fix what they messed up but when im done im going to put you on the news dont worry

Fantastic experience: Hashwi dental has been taking care of me for a few months now. I started going there because I used to go to Happy Teeth dental but they messed up my crowns. Dr.Mona with haswhi dental has done an amazing amazingggg job at removing my old crowns and putting in new ones. The color and shape match is PERFECTTTT!!!! Im still in awe of how nice they look I literally couldnt be happier. Dr.Mona also extracted one of my teeth she did is so fast and painless, I literally didnt even know she had taken it out thats how fast and effortless she did it. This place is so fast with everything you tell them what you want and they make it a work in progress ASAP. Also, the assistants and staff are so welcoming and nice. For someone who has been in and out of dentists very often her whole life, Hashwi dental on greenfield has been the best experience.

Negative experience: Every time I go there, I spend a considerable amount of time arguing with employees who claim I don’t have dental insurance. I have delta dental through my employer. They go to the wrong website and tell me they can’t find me or that it’s inactive. It’s always one female who comes to my rescue and straightens it out. Better training for front office staff is needed. Edited -the customer service here is very poor. I have a bad infection with high fever from an abscess and all they cared about was getting their $2300. My mother offered to pay the copay for me and they (The dental hygienist). wouldn’t accept it. I have a $1500 insurance and they wanted another $800 for a root canal and temporary crown. I’m going elsewhere to have this done. He needs to focus on being a hygienist and not on who is paying the bill. As long as it gets paid, it’s not his business on what arrangement I have with my relative. I was told by the clerk I can come back in a month. I’ll be dead from sepsis by then. Poor care all the way around. Go elsewhere. Myself and my two children will go elsewhere. Your loss. All they care about is being money hungry. They denied me service because my mother was paying the copay. So many of the reviews state they only care about money and not patient care. I concur. I have to make sure they don’t fraudulently charge my insurance for work never done. The hygienist was cocky, arrogant and presented himself as if he was a dentist. He is a hygienist and there is a BIG difference in education, training, and state testing boards.
Hello Heidi, Thank you for the feedback, we ensure our staff is rigorously trained to provide the best support for our patients. We will have a discussion with our front staff about your insurance to make sure everyone is on board incase a situation like this arises again.
We happily accept all payment methods at Hashwi Dental, but must ensure they are processed according to the laws set in place for us. Unfortunately, we are unable to charge your relatives without them being present to provide consent or that would be constituted as fraud. We would like to emphasis that we did not claim you were committing fraud and would never assume so. However, we follow policy to ensure the best outcome for everyone. In regards to the co-payment, as an insurance accepting dental office we are required by law to charge the patients the copays provided by their insurance. The rates given to you were what your insurance company required us to charge.

Negative experience: Hi, I wanted to share my experience with this office. I was charged for a procedure that my insurance should have covered. When I went to another provider When I went to another provider, they handled it correctly with no out-of-pocket cost.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences at Hashwi Dental. Dr. Mona, Dr. Hashwi, Dr. Saleh, and Dr. Waleed are truly exceptional! Not only are they incredibly skilled, but they’re also the most honest and caring dentists in the entire Metro Detroit area. I know that I’m in good hands. Their team of dental assistants is just as incredible. Rawan was an absolute joy, turning what could have been a nerve wracking visit into a stress free, even enjoyable experience. Negative experience: I have no idea how they have any good reviews!! They made my tooth sooo much worse than it was and they didn’t even care when I told them. Those two female dentists are highly inexperienced and terrible. I’m currently working with another dentist to fix the mess that these people did!!!

Fantastic experience: My first visit at Hashwi Dental couldn’t have went any better. The clinic is very clean and well-organized, with a welcoming and cozy atmosphere as soon as you walk in. The staff are incredibly kind and from check-in to the cleaning, everything was handled with great care. The hygienists were thorough and welcoming, making sure my teeth were taken care of. They took the time to explain each step of the cleaning process, and made sure my x-rays look normal. Fantastic experience: This was the best dental place I’ve ever been to. The staff was so nice and helpful. They really care about your teeth. They really give you preventative measures you can take to keep your teeth heathy and tips on the ones that has gone beyond help. They are friendly and gentle with your teeth. Best cleaning ever!

Fantastic experience: Waited not more than ten mins, walked into the back and the staff was very kind and straight to the point. Saleh sat down with me and gave me a solid plan and Rawan was very gentle with my X-rays and friendly. Would come back again and this will be my new dentist office!

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing visit but what really set this office apart from the rest was the amazing dental assistant who worked with me, Khadija. She really went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, she explained the procedure and made small talk to comfort me and didn’t leave my side once. She really is the best assistant who has ever worked on me. Definitely ask for Khadija at your next visit, I know I will!
