Negative experience: Never had a problem there with cleanning until today. The hygiene person he had very bad breath. He cleaned my teeth in less than 15 min. He never even bothered to polished my teeth after scraping. My teeth still feel unclean. Now I will have to pay someone else to clean because insurance will not pay for another cleaning for six months

Negative experience: Absolutely ridiculous customer service!! I scheduled an appointment with this practice in June 2025. The professional male took all of my dental insurance information and confirmed they accepted my plans and verified my coverage. I arrive at my appointment on July 19th, 2025 and I'm told we don't accept your insurance. Why would you waste my time knowing full dang well you do accept and you dropped the ball verifying my coverage during the week. No insurance company is open on Saturdays. I have been dealing with a broken tooth for a month and on antibiotics yet people hired to do their dang jobs sit at the desk all day and drop the ball on patient care. If the front desk has poor business practice the entire office has it!!! Thanks for wasting my darn time. Totally unacceptable because you do accept my plans. Your front desk staff and insurance verifier is too dang lazy to do the job you hired her to do!!! Beyond disgusted!!

Fantastic experience: This Dental Clinic is truly one of a kind. The experience feels more like a spa treatment than a traditional dental appointment that most people dread. I highly recommend everyone visit and meet the hygienist named Mechelle, as well as Dr. Tim Bradley and the friendly front desk staff. Mechelle is a fantastic hygienist who genuinely listens to her patients, including myself. I even wonder if she knows how to play the piano, as her hands are so gentle during cleanings that she could put me to sleep. The overall experience at this clinic is so pleasant that it feels more like a trip to the spa than a dental visit. I have already recommended Mechelle to all of my friends who are looking for a new Dentist and Hygienist - this place truly deserves 5 stars.

Positive experience: I love this place but this last visit, I have 2 sanitary issues with. The first is the worst one. I will not name names or describe but the person that took the X-rays put the film part in my mouth and when she got to the last side of my mouth, I saw the thing and noticed it didn't have plastic over it. I thought maybe it was disposable but then she handed it over to Michelle(she's awesome) and Michelle put the plastic over the part that goes in your mouth. I felt sick and nauseous just thinking about it. Also, the person had on gloves and was touching everything around. I don't think the assistant knew that just because they had on gloves didn't mean it was okay to touch everything before working in someone's mouth. They should train their staff to setup everything 1st, then put on gloves or take off old gloves then work on their patient. I was praying that Jesus would cover me then I realized, no matter how sanitary we think we are things can be contaminated without us knowing. It is only because of Jesus' mercy we are protected. Nothing happens to us unless He allows it so I thank and give Him praises for keeping me safe from the known and unknown. Other than that, the experience was pleasant.

There staff makes you feel welcome which is a huge relief for someone like me who dreads dental visits. During my most recent visit, Tommy was my hygienist and she was so sweet! One of the standout aspects of this practice is that they provide a wide range of services in-house, which means I don't have to go anywhere else for my dental needs. This convenience, along with their commitment to quality care, makes every visit a positive experience. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic experience: Work was great been going here for about 15 years. Only issue I find out is fluoride treatments for my insurance is covered 100% for twice a year. But prior to me asking today, i have been getting charged 25.00.for each visit going back for sometime. I don't care about repayment for all the prior visits however I recommend your office staff check and review insurance coverage better. Thank you

State of the art equipment was a plus; no more antiquated, and painful methods or instruments (even though I am sure sometimes those items remain necessary and unavoidable which still exists where technology hasn’t caught up yet; however it wasn’t experienced during my visit. Fantastic experience: A crown, installed about a year ago came off. Dr. Sabino and his team took great care of me, very little discomfort rescuing the crown!!! And the best was there was no cost to me!!

Fantastic experience: I gave their office a call today in search of expired x ray paper for my Karate School. Though i know that isn't something they hear everyday, the receptionist was very kind and helpful! Unlike some of the other offices I called, she made an effort to give me the numbers to other dental offices that may still have some prior to everything going digital. If this is the type of hospitality they show to someone who isn't even a patient, then you know they'll handle your dental needs with the upmost care and concern. Please visit them.

Negative experience: Ever since Dr. Baxter and Dr. Johnson left the practice, I would not recommend this new guy Dr.. Bradberry, to anyone. When it comes to professionalism, care of service or fixing problems that may arise he is the worst. Everyone that I referred there has had a problem or has left in more pain than they came in with. I wouldn’t bring a dog here for his care. On the other hand, the rest of the staff is great.

Negative experience: My overall experience with North Jax compleat Dental was a negative experience. The operating Dentist was cruel and did not asses the patients pain threshold before the extraction. The extraction was the most painful dental extraction one could experience. I will never return and will tell 10 people about my negative ordeal.

Moving forward Doctor Bradberry has upgraded the office with the most up to date equipment. Doctor Bradberry is highly skilled and very gentle. You get customized care and genuine concern at each visit. Dan the office manager is super friendly and accommodating. Every dental procedure is performed with very gentle care by Doctor Bradberry and his staff. The office is excellent in following up with your dental care for the long haul. This office makes you feel cared for like family.

Positive experience: I was confused after my X-rays to be told to come back at a later time to get my cleaning done, but I assumed that maybe you were short staffed. Other than, staff is wonderful and the office is very clean.

You don't have to ask questions because he makes sure before you leave the office that you know your plan, you know what's gonna going to happen next. And as I mentioned, he is very gentle, and really fast! The ladies in the front office are incredibly sweet and kind, whether over the phone or in person, they are just all around a great group of Ladies and gentlemen there, and they really are concerned about your health, and teeth. I forgot to mention that I have anxiety real bad when it comes to the dentist, as I'm sure a lot of people are, and they also help you with that. They talk to you, they calm you down. There is also medication there for you as well. They want to make your visit with them as comfortable, and as pleasant as they can, and they do. Also, before the needle is even injected into your gums, you're completely numb, you can't feel anything. They're just an all around, overall 10 to me!! Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: A friend recommended I take my five year old here, even though it’s not a pediatric office and I was pleasantly surprised. Dr. Bradberry answered all of my questions and concerns and both of his assistants were super friendly with my child. Marisol was the most kind and warming assistant, and you can tell that she is his right hand man. She helped us first and made sure we were accommodated accordingly. We worked mostly with his other assistant, Sue, who you can tell she had a knack for working with patients of all ages. My son loved both of them! Checking in was super easy thanks to Dan! He made sure everything was taken care of to allow for a smooth visit. These 4 people were the standard of great care!

Second, the staff was superior, kind, friendly and knowledgeable about what they do. I was recommended by my ex-husband after looking for a great dental place and he didn't fail me about this place. They walk you through everything and the cost and how to Come up with a plan form payments. I wish more offices would take the initiative with customers as they do with me.

Fantastic experience: March 5,2025 You can expect the very best possible care of both your teeth and your pocketbook. Their technicians/dental assistants are extremely capable and professional in their care as well. 5 Stars without reservation! I have since returned for my 6-month teeth cleaning by my dental hygienist, Meshelle. Subsequent to my last visit there was nothing that needed further attention. Thanks to AARP Delta Dental insurance I've had for the past 40 plus years at the same basic rate per month. I was out the door with NO out-of-pocket expense, and the most expedient dental care available. Thank you Mechelle, Dan, Brittany, Dr. Bradberry and Dr. Sabine for your 1st class dental care. Most grateful, again and again!
