My Dental Dentistry & Implants Gilbert

Positive experience: Great dentist and hygienests. After many years, I am changing dentist. I tried to reschedule due to a neck injury because it was painful to open my mouth. Since it was less than 48 hours, I was going to be billed $55 cancelation. If a neck injury isn't critical enough to be forgiven, I assume a cold or sick child would not be excusable either. I went through with the appointment and hygienests and dentist were great and understanding. They offered to let me go home free of charge. But I was already there. It's all in the front office and their lack of empathy.

Negative experience: Waited a few weeks to review, sometimes emotions run high at the time. And before I write this, the office ladies and everyone was great. Unfortunately, my dentist that I had do the work should have his job taken…. Don’t even remember his name, early 30s and wore Nikes and took everything so un serious. Did two cavities, messed up my bite so bad that I was left in pain for a week and a half. And this was his response when I went back “ I honestly don’t know” he just kept saying I don’t know… this was the same man that kept pinching my lip ( 4 times ) throughout procedure and kept laughing about it. It was painful. Went to another dentist and had it re adjusted and felt better IMMEDIATELY. This was after he had said “ No I made your bite perfect “ and taking confidence in his mediocre work. I really thought this place would be solid due to reviews, I was painfully ( literally ) mistaken. I would NOT recommend. Or maybe just don’t have the same dentist that worked on my mouth. There is literally no way to justify how anything happened.

Fantastic experience: Six month check up went exceptionally well. Timely, professionally, and with great patient care I received my full dental cleaning and was soon on my way. Thank you Paige! …. and everyone else for making my check up go as smoothly as possible.

Fantastic experience: Jasmin at front desk is super helpful and informative. Dr Joshua E Caldwell did excellent job. Very nice human being too. No pain at all on My root canal treatment he did.

Fantastic experience: My kids had their first appointment at this dental office a few months ago and we loved it. Last night my tooth implant became loose and I had to call their office this morning to try and get an appointment same day. They got me in within an hour of the time I called. Sal (dental assistant) was so welcoming and did such a great job of putting my nerves at ease. Dr. Maguire fixed my issue immediately and threw in some jokes while he did it! I will definitely be brining the whole family here.

The office is run timely and smoothly. The waiting room and treatment rooms are gorgeous. I had the best dental assistant who gave me the most gentle cleaning I have ever had! Fantastic experience: I forgot to take photos of this dental office which is the most beautiful dental place I’ve ever seen! Here’s the thing tho, their services match the eloquence and beauty in this place, from beginning to end! I have interviewed 6 dental offices in the last two weeks, they all have very good comforting and professional services. But NO other office even come close to the level of customer service that they My Dental Denistry & Implants in Gilbert have given. I changed my dental office to do my implants from the an office in Glendale to the Gilbert office. No harm to them, but this office also worked with me to make everything doable and I will be charting my journey with them from beginning to end. From the front desk, Annel who welcomed me, & gave me the tour and a gift bag. Chris - the hygienist who came to see about me, Amber who went over finances with me & scheduling Aubrey - who did my scans Vinny who did my three D scans Dr. William Fulcher who is the owner and is not only an accomplished dentist, but understands customer service from beginning to end.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of going to “ My Dental “ dentistry and Implants for X-rays and cleaning. I was greeted right away and shortly I was given a tour of the facility and handed over to Janelle my dental hygienist. Janelle made my visit comfortable and did awesome work with the X-rays and cleaning my teeth. Positive experience: Hello Well my second visit was better than the first all the staff were kind and considerate. After meeting and talking with Mr Fulcher I felt like we were old friends. He took time to get to know me listening to my stories and making Me feel comfortable. Now to the meat of the matter and my deepest concern price. Even with his offer to waive the demolition cost as he put it jokingly The total difference was only 600 compared to the price I was given At my first consultation. This is both confusing and concerning since the total amount of the things being waived equal 12,100 dollars The original price that I was quoted Was 32,000 plus 1800 for Sedation With all that said .and with no disrespect to the doctors and staff Not sure if I can go forward with this treatment at this time . I am SO grateful that my path crossed with Janelle and that I felt comfortable reaching out to her for a new dental home. Fantastic experience: I've been to a hundred dentists in my life. This clinic was founded not by some ordinary man but by a spiritual giant, an angel defined by integrity, humility, grace and a profound commitment to serving his patients. He comes from a lineage of high service: his parents served the United States Air Force. This clinic offers certain dental services to veterans once a year, which is rare. I took brother for treatment. He is not an easy patient to treat. I walked out tearfully and indebted to Dr. Fulcher. His staff are true professionals serving with humility. Cinthya, Lyndsay... they too are angels who showered us with kindness and demonstrated extreme patience. My brother has extreme tremors and has had 24 surgeries. I was ashamed for keeping Lyndsay waiting so long and she tried so hard in hope of getting a CT scan. Sadly we failed due to uncontrollable tremors but this lady had the patience of Job and the kindness of Joseph. She took gentle care of my brother and also comforted me when I cried for my brother's severe state: he's going to die if we can't get this dental surgery done. This clinic has an incredibly high level of technology. I had an implant done in Canada and it took me 4 months to complete the treatment. Dr. Fulcher said they'll do the extractions and immediately do the implants and they can then install the full mouth implant in one day! I was blown away. Everything they do is ultra professional. The decor of the clinic is very impressive and has a calming effect. This is my genuine heartfelt review. Full disclosure: I have no affiliation with this clinic or any of its owners or team members. I felt the presence of God in this place. I bow down to Dr. Fulcher and his team members for helping, serving and healing every patient that enters the clinic with care and sincerity. They have left an indelible impression. Feb 2026 UPDATE: My brother continues to receive close care and attention from Dr. Fulcher. He has a new lease on life. I'm so thankful

We recommend My Dental to all of our family members and friends because you can trust the dental plan that was set up for you is in the best of your interest and the quality of the work that is performed. Negative experience: If I could give zero stars, I would. These people seem so nice, like they want to help, but the only thing they have done for me is cause me stress and cost me more money. Never had any actual work done , but my insurance was bill for over $1000, and I also received a bill for over $3000. Now I'm being told that I'll have to pay 100% for my dentures because the insurance company has already paid this dentist for them even though I don't have them yet. I've called them about a refund to the insurance company and keep getting the runaround. On top of it all, they had the nerve to call me about a $55 balance because I canceled my appointment. I'd think that we should be good considering the circumstances. Save yourself the hassle, and go elsewhere!

Negative experience: DONT GO HERE! WORST DENTIST EVER! They not only hurt me they made me pay out of pocket! They told me my insurance would cover everything then did my procedure then after they were done told me they made a mistake and I had to pay for everything there out of pocket!! Absolutely horrible! I’m so disappointed because I felt trapped and I felt embarrassed! Never coming here and will tell anyone never go here!

Fantastic experience: I love the people at this office, they are very friendly. Paige that cleans my teeth does a wonderful job, and Both the dentist I have seen have been very good. They have state of the art equipment and if you are a veteran they have discounted and free services for you. I highly recommend this place. We live in Alaska but have our dental work done here.

Fantastic experience: I just got my first implant done at My Dental Implant Center and it was a breeze. I had the tooth removed in 2017, was hesitant to get an implant so I lived without it all this time, but My Dental got me all taken care of. From my first free consultation to actually getting the implant done, they really made the process easy and stress free. Very nice place, nice people and competitive prices! Im Happy

Negative experience: Bad experience. They wasted an entire afternoon. This practice is horrible. They took 3 hours from me and provided nothing I requested. After extensive intake paperwork on a very large heavy tablet, and after taking premedication antibiotics for cleaning at front desk, and after full exam by doctor and pocket number exam by hygienist, I was told the reason for my appointment (dental cleaning before year's end) could not be done. The practice claimed they didn't know I appointed for a cleaning. Not only did they lose all my xrays (recent panoramics, full mouth series and bite wings on relevant teeth) I sent to their other location several weeks ago and confirmed receipt of, but they managed to fail to discover this until I was in the chair for the hygienist. They also required me to get the xrays re-sent to them. However, they had plenty of time to do exams, wrote up a crown plan and present me with a 2 crown estimate. I spent 3 hours there, most of the time on phone digging up more lost xrays (Panoramics, full mouth series and bites, all within 1-2 years old) for them. I was then offered either a Starbucks or a Culver's gift card for my trouble. How demeaning and even offensive this practice would even think such a card would make up for this lack of care. A horrible experience. Then, I was forced to accept an appointment for a cleaning before years end on my insurance at their convenience at a time overlapping with an important medical appointment I've waited over a month for. This place LOOKS beautiful inside but it is not beautiful at all. I come from a family of dentists going back to the 1880's in Illinois. I've never had such a mind-blowing, stranded experience at a dental office. I also wirltnessed a woman trying to get a crown re-cemented after if fell off. The front staff person started to argue with her about it, stating she'd be charged a second time and it wasn't their responsibility. DON'T GO TO THE DENTIST HERE.

Negative experience: I thought that the staff was very nice and welcoming from the front all the way to the back …. My issue is i was not given an option to do sections at a time … i was never gonna come up with 40000 all at once but i know i could have came up with 3000 to 5000 every. 6mo …. Yea it would take me a couple years to get all the work done ! For me this would have been a better option … im just saying . If ya can afford to pay all at once or even get financing this is the place to get your work done .. super clean and very professional
