Fantastic experience: I had my first visit to this dental practice today and was very impressed. My hygienist, Laura, did a great job cleaning my teeth—gentle, thorough, and professional. The entire office has a warm, friendly atmosphere, and everyone I interacted with made me feel comfortable and welcome. It's clear that the staff truly cares about their patients. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a professional and pleasant dental experience!

Also THANK YOU to the front desk people, they were so helpful, they actually explained to me very calmly how my insurance works, the girl on the phone sounds so sweet every time I call. I don’t know anything about insurance, the kind lady I explained it to me taking her time ❤️, now I know not everything it 100% covered. I was really impressed by their tech also.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with this dentist. I was sold a nightguard they described as "thin and barely noticeable," but what I received was a bulky, hard acrylic guard that I couldn't comfortably sleep in. On top of that, I was told at my initial appointment that it would only cost about $150 with insurance. Then, the morning of my fitting, they called and said my insurance was out of date, asked me to send updated info, and finally told me, after asking multiple times, that it wasn’t covered at all. While they did apply some discounts after the fact, this insurance issue should have been caught before the nightguard was made. I was able to return the nightguard for a partial refund. This isn’t the only issue I’ve had. At a recent cleaning, the dentist burned my lip with the rotating brush. She noticed but just moved on without acknowledging or apologizing. It was painful and took days to heal. They’ve also been extremely pushy about selling me a nightguard for multiple visits, despite me repeatedly saying no due to cost. The only reason I finally agreed this time was because the quoted price was much lower than usual. On top of all that, they make and reschedule appointments without clear communication—sometimes moving things around without informing you. No one is outright rude, but the overall vibe is impersonal and disorganized. I would not recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: Was recommended to this place by a colleague from work, had Dr Sylvester and his assistant for my wisdom tooth removal both very patient and understanding. Had an amazing experience and was walked through everything that would be done.Christina and the women at the front desk were all so wonderful and helpful! Definitely recommend and will be returning.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Brittany enough! She’s truly one of the best dental hygienists I’ve ever had the pleasure of seeing. From the moment I sat in the chair, she made me feel comfortable, informed, and genuinely cared for. Her attention to detail is incredible, and she somehow manages to be thorough while still being super gentle! She took the time to educate and explain what she was doing, pointed out areas to improve, and answered all of my questions. Her positive energy is contagious, and you can tell she truly loves what she does. If you’re looking for someone who’s skilled, kind, and committed to your dental health, Brittany is it!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Rauchberg Dental Group. Had to come in for an emergency and they were able to see me right away, diagnose the issue and start treatment immediately - all while dealing with a time crunch because I was leaving the country in short order. The staff is very friendly, caring and understanding. They will be my dental service provider going forward.

I’m especially happy to be seeing Brittany, my dental hygienist, who has been amazing during my appointments. She is truly one of the best hygienists I’ve had in all my years of going to the dentist. Brittany takes a genuine interest in my concerns and is both caring and patient during my visit. She always takes the time to explain what she’s doing and provides additional information on how to better care for my teeth and gums. She is a true professional in every sense. Negative experience: DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I had four cavities filled, all have returned under the fillings in the same spot, which means it wasn't done right the first time! All four filling have "chips" in them & are breaking. They all have to be redone now! They balance bill & over charged, even though they say they are "in network". I had a filling come out and cut through my gums, & I almost lost feeling in my face, thank God another Dentist was able to get it out!! AND THEY SEND THE MOST ANNOYING AUTOMATIC MESSAGES, PAPER MAIL, EMAILS, THEIR ADVERTISING IS SO ANNOYING!

Fantastic experience: My 1st visit was for a emergency dental procedure Clinic was able to accommodate me with short notice. Front desk staff were awesome and professional . Made me feel welcomed. Agnes gave me a tour of the clinic before bringing me to room for the schedule treatment, and Dr kabaria gave a good explanation on my treatment plan and was able to schedule the next 2 appointments with ease. All in all a great experience.

Negative experience: Horrible!! I would not recommend this practice. Very unprofessional. From foul language to not educated on their own machinery. The work done was the worst and would not take responsibility for their own mistakes. They only cared about getting paid. If I wasn’t dealing with breast cancer I would have taken them to court.

Negative experience: Worse business I ever had a deal with! They keep sending me mail for somebody who doesn’t live at my address for over 3(!) years and when I called them to ask them to stop lady on the phone was rude and nasty and refused to do anything about it cos I according to her must provide her all my personal information! This is ridiculous! STOP SENDING LETTERS FOR MUELLER to my address!!!

It was nice to meet Dr Patricia. She was able to fit me in her schedule same day and provided compassionate dental care. Over all, very good experience with staff, front desk and dentists in this practice.
