Fantastic experience: I am extremely grateful and happy with the service and care at Fresh Dental Care. On Friday night I go to bed with pain in a molar. I wake up in the morning and called a friend who recommended me the clinic. I called Fresh Dental and they gave me an appointment for that morning. I arrive at the clinic at 10am, got my X-rays and received my complete evaluation with Dr Fam who separate a space of his super busy Saturday to remove my molar by 1pm. The service, timing, compasión and care it the staff is top top. I will recommend this clinic in the future.

Fantastic experience: Despite some bad reviews, location on 45 North I still went ahead and book my appointment. Don’t know where to begin, I have nothing but GOOOD comments for this place. This is my personal experience I was in bad pain with a bad wisdom tooth and had no choice to take my one year old daughter and as they were checking me out I lasted less than 30 mins , yes that place is packed but you don’t be there waiting they see patients in and out. They even helped me keep my daughter occupied while X-rays and extraction. No pain during the extraction the Dr was really nice same thing with the assistant I would totally recommend this place. They offer payment plans and if you only want to focus on one thing they will go ahead and do that. Super friendly and super quick!

Fantastic experience: Went in as a new patient. It was the first time, so it was absolutely free consultation. The staff were friendly, And tho there were alot of people, my name was called quickly. I was out in about 1 hour **1 year update** I went in as a walk-in and was checked in as soon as possible. Little to no wait. Staff was INCREDIBLE! Made me feel heard, cared for and felt very safe in their hands.

Best of all parents have the opportunity to come in during their kids services.

Negative experience: If I could give one star I would. This is the absolute worst dentist office I have ever been to! If your appointment is at 10am get ready to be seen by noon or later. Every single visit I have waited over an hour and a half. They overbook all the time. Definitely changing dentists.

Fantastic experience: Been taking my kids their for years some girls that work in the front are sweet some be having some faces on them lol but overall I like the staff in the back their always tend to my kids and are amazing

Negative experience: Worst experience ever told 1 patient was before me only had to have my 1 year olds checkup and it turned into a 1 plus waiting not to mention not enough sitting hot as can be .. and I asked again what happened to just 1 person before me and they responded oh all rooms are busy with procedures it will be maybe 45 min more..smh ..p.s. waiting area is not even clean ..

Fantastic experience: I was referred here and honestly didn’t expect to feel this understood. From the start, the front-facing staff was kind and mindful I was feeling a little overwhelmed, and they met me with grace instead of pressure, which really stood out. Yessenia was so clear and intentional. Even though I was out of network, she worked with me and made me feel seen and respected, not just processed. Gabriela, the assistant, was real and kind she guided me through flossing in a natural, no-pressure way, which I appreciated so much. And Dr. MT? A1. Confident, professional, and clearly experienced I’m sure he could do this with his eyes closed, but he still took time to be present and sharp in his manner. Thank you to the whole team. I left feeling calm, cared for, and grateful.

Negative experience: Just don’t use them. After almost 3 years of braces, I find myself looking for another orthodontic because it has been a disaster plan on my daughter’s teeth. I have spent thousands of dollars with them and now I have to start over.

Negative experience: If I could give it zero stars I would. If you want to be robbed of your money this is the place for you! Lack of communication about the job being done. Then the so called job is pure trash! Almost a whole year and my mother has yet to received what she paid for. The lack of accountability on their part is outrageous. They refuse to refund her the money for a "job" they swear they've completed, yet there's nothing to show for. If their employees failed to fo their job properly the patient shouldn't have to be at a loss because of their lack of communication. Plenty of lost time and MONEY! The so called managers are good for nothing as well. They tell you they had no idea of the issues and either way they wont do anything proper to solve them!

Negative experience: I HATE HATE HATE this dentist wouldn’t recommend it for anyone, changing my dentist location was the best decision I’ve ever made! First they made me wait HOURS, then I was supposed to get a tooth cleaning along with some of my fillings changed. The assistant put the numbing vaccine on the wrong side and then started shaving down my two front teeth, I FELT EVERYTHING! It was so painful and she wasn’t even supposed to do that! I was supposed to see if I could get braces for my front teeth! Anyways While she was doing that there was another assistant with her that came in like 5 minutes in and they were watching videos on her phone, laughing. I kept telling her what she was doing and I could see because obviously I knew something was wrong but she kept telling me no. She took a total of 4 hours to shave my two front teeth down! When we were finished, they both started mumbling, looking at me and giggling. I WAS 16!!! Who laughs at a 16 year old while messing up her teeth!!??? I SAY THIS NOW AND I WILL FOREVER KEEP SAYING IT, DO NOT COME HERE EVER!!!

Fantastic experience: I recommend everyone to go to Fresh Dental Care at 45 N because the service is very good, the front staff is very friendly, the hygienist cleans the teeth very gently and thoroughly. The doctor has a high professional conscience, is always polite, listens and explains carefully the questions that the patient has to understand better.

Negative experience: I’ve had poor experiences at two different Fresh Dental locations. Customer service is lacking—staff don’t treat patients with the professionalism you’d expect, and the waiting areas are uncomfortable. Appointments are not well managed, resulting in long, unnecessary wait times. More concerning, both visits involved questionable billing. My insurance was charged for services I didn’t receive. The first visit was supposed to be a cleaning, but all they did was rinse my mouth. The second time, they skipped the cleaning, tried to perform extra procedures I didn’t agree to, and told me to come back the next day for the cleaning I originally scheduled. Based on these repeated issues, I won’t be returning and cannot recommend Fresh Dental.

Fantastic experience: I've been going there for about 2 years. I'll always gotten good service. They told me for my age of 70 my teeth look very good. But it's like anything you have to do with the Dental doctor tells you. You have to floss every day and you have to brush your teeth every day after each meal. If you brush your teeth and don't floss it will not do you any good. All the food that you eat will be lodged in between each one of your teeth. Then you have cavities in your teeth plus you will have very bad odor in your mouth. It only takes 5 minutes of investing time in flossing and brushing. Sometimes insurance does not pay for everything you will have to pay out of pocket. So why get more work done just take care of your teeth The next 2 things that will damage your teeth. Is tobacco whether you smoke it or chew it? I don't fool with tobacco because it will make your teeth yellow or light brown. That's a no no for me. No girlfriend gonna get close to me. I have a good insurance, Devoted insurance.I check what it covered.Before on made them my provider. Well this is just information you can take it or leave it. It's your smile. I'm gonna keep my teeth in good health and clean into light die. It might be better that you get an appointment during the week. Becausecalls Saturdays and Sunday's it's pretty packed out. But then people are off on those days, so it might be a little bit easier. The reason for it is that there's a lot of teens coming on weekends because of school going on during the week.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Fresh Dental for years now. Always have a great experience here. The Doctors are very nice and attentive. They listen to all my concerns and explain everything very well.

Negative experience: Went in for their new patient special. I go every three months for a dental cleaning because honestly Texas water has lots of calcium buildup even if you floss everyday twice a day, there is plaque that’s hard to get rid of which is why I do a dental cleaning himself up every three months. When I first got there I noticed the way we’re calling everyone very quickly and those same ppl were stepping out quickly. To my surprise I knew why every was leaving quickly, the dentist was suggesting everyone get deep cleaning. And deep cleaning was going to cost more than $1,500. When the dentist pulled up my X-rays, no where on the screen was my name displayed so for all I knew they were probably showing me someone’s X-rays.

Negative experience: The staff is not profesional at all. Appointment was at 11 am and they didn’t take us till 2pm. Also, the dentists are highly rude, my brother had an extraction and the dentists were being really rough, he was repeatedly crying out that he couldn’t breath and the dentists are highly only got mad and yanked the tooth out, she put seven anesthetic injections on him only for her to extract one tooth. Then she came to my room not knowing that I was his sister and started talking rudely about my mother and my brother. When my mom came in to sign my form you can tell they had messed up. Even one of the dentists themselves told my mother to JUSG take my brother to a hospital because the was already really traumatized with the whole experience. Overall the service and staff were horrible. Also, they have me no towel for my spit, no glasses, so the drool was getting in my eyes, and they gave me three injections for a single filling. After my brothers extraction, they didn’t even give him gauze to put on his bleeding mouth.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Han is awesome. Very honest and very attentive. I would like to also include the Hygienist Hana, she did a great job on my cleaning. Im very happy with my service at Fresh Dental. I will continue my Dental Care with this office for sure!

Negative experience: I give one because u can’t give zero. The dentist did wrong evaluation I came to do two fillings when in there he says I don’t need one on top I already had paid. I ask them hey I didn’t get it done but he said I needed one small one in the front she like did u get numb or anything I said no I told her can you check if there a price difference and if it is change it for another filling they gave me the run around and wouldn’t check saying I did get it done when I never did. I walk out and won’t be back and I’m reporting them to my insurance.

Negative experience: OVERCHARGED me $1000 for a visit costing $160 They take 6 hours for a 30 visit have my daughter waiting in the back for HOURS Why make appointments if this is the outcome!!! Walk ins take same amount of time! Save your self a head ache, time and money and just go somewhere else

Negative experience: Took 2 1/2 hours to get a regular cleaning... A select few of the staff were nice while the other half... not so much. I was constantly taken back and forth between the chair and the lobby. Not sure if this location is just understaffed or they overbook their appointments, but not coming back.

Negative experience: The back office staff is great. But front desk are not professional at all. Appointments are not respected. They tell you be here 15 min prior to your appointment. So you can sit here for an hour. This is every visit. There restrooms are unattended. I spoke with the office manager and said she'd make notes of my complaints.But of course nothing has changed.

Negative experience: I visited this place in December 2023, and my experience was terrible. I had to wait an unreasonable four hours, almost until closing time, before I was finally served. To make matters worse, the person who cleaned my teeth was a dentist intern, which was not what I wanted; I prefer an experienced dentist for that. Additionally, my mother had an afternoon appointment there and also had to wait far too long.

Negative experience: I dont recommend this place. If you have time to wait 3 - 4 hours for a simple procedure, that's ok. Otherwise, they will waste your time. 4 hours for a dentis appointment. You guys need to plan better and just don't take more patients if you dont have a doctor available.

Negative experience: Front desk always say they’ll call back and they never do. It’s like they don’t want to do their jobs. I’ve called them about 10 times for different reasons and each time they say they’ll call back, and I end up always having to call them a few days later because they forget.

Positive experience: It’s disappointing to see TV commercials referring to orthodontic devices as ‘frenos.’ They should be better informed and understand that ‘freno’ means ‘brake’ and is used for cars, electric machinery, or to stop animals like horses. The correct term is ‘brackets’ or ‘orthodontic appliances.’ It’s crucial to use accurate terminology to appear more professional.

Negative experience: From the looks of it they have all the employees write reviews on here cause they don’t deserve that high of a rating. There are enough employees in there to run an entire wal mart and not one of them cares. We went in for my husband tooth ache and we both only came out with head aches. They moved us from room to room and when they finally looked at his teeth they wanted to do a deep clean, braces, and all this extra stuff. But we went in because my husband has a horrible tooth ache. They said they don’t have enough time to remove his wisdom tooth that’s causing him pain. But they had time to do a deep clean and all this extra stuff. My guess is that they’re are no actual Doctor in the building just a bunch of dental assistants.

Negative experience: 0/5 do not recommend. The place is run like a mill churning people in and out and collecting insurance money. I had an appt at 9am and had to wait at least two hours to be seen. I just moved to Houston from Florida where I had a consistent dentist for 3 years and when I went to this office I was told I had 16 cavities (I had just been to the dentist 6 months prior). I went back to my dentist in FL, got a second opinion, and found a new dentist here and none of them said I had a single cavity.

Negative experience: Do not go here. I’m writing this at 12pm, literally 2 hours after my scheduled appointment at 10 a.m. and I still have not been seen. This happens every single time I have come here and it never gets better. Unless you have at least 3-4 hours in your day to sit in a hyper-crowded waiting area with loud and snotty kids running around everywhere and climbing on things, this place is not for you. This office is seriously awful, don’t give these people your time or business.

Negative experience: Be alert at the end of the treatment so that you are not surprised with pending balances. Make sure that the estimate they give before the treatment is the real one and not after the treatment they want to charge you extra charges. This is not a professional practice. And that happens in this place.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Tia Donald had let me know what teeth I needed to have removed and she’s seeing how bad it was she quickly referred me to Oral surgeon. But the prices are steep and unaffordable for alot of low income people.

Negative experience: .My initial appointment was FEB for a crack tooth, I needed a specialist to pull it because I was getting an implant. My appt with the specialist came around after waiting 3 weeks with a cracked tooth (mistake number 1). I get there 20 mins before the 1230 appt. An hr goes by and I’m talking to the young girl and I got nothing but attitude, and eye rolling. It was quite disturbing. I’m told another 10 mins, another 30 mins ago by and I already watched a full movie in the waiting area. I asked her again and I was told another 10 mins. That’s when my husband asked for a manger and we got refunded and left. There staff is so rude every time I went there and I was sick of it. After leaving them I was able to get an emergency appt at Antoine like 2 miles away. They pulled the tooth out and did my crowns. Antoine dental was so PROFESSIONAL and I’m very thankful for them. I’m actually upset I didn’t go to them sooner. I’m an over the road truck driver and while home for 6 months I wanted to fix my teeth. I already started my Invisalign. I wanted to post to let this establishment know that your staff costed you a cash patient. Also advised them not to judge a book by its cover. I drove 30 mins to the hood because it’s cheaper and I don’t have coverage not because I had too. You get tired of literally paying someone to be butt to you. Now it’s my husbands turn and he needs wisdom teeth pulled, fillings, cleaning and whitening before we go back out on the road. Another cash patient y’all lost money out on because i certainly don’t want to go to yall!

Negative experience: Today was my dental adjustment, and I had the Worst experience of my life with the lady who treated me, she was Rude and when she did the adjustments she had no tact at all, you could tell that you learned that she hurt me horribly. She should be a butcher and not be in a dental clinic. Besides, she is all tattooed, at least she should cover her tattoos out of respect for her work, it should be a Rule. I am very angry

Negative experience: THIS LOCATION JUST DIAGNOSE UNNECESSARY PROCEDURES TO MAKE MONEY, AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS. The staff at this location is very irresponsible. I came here for a root canal they had told me I needed, which was an unnecessary procedure in reality I did not need. During the procedure one of the dentist working on me, I do not recall his name, but he left a piece of a thin needle inside my gums. When I was told about this I expressed my concern and they told me it was fine if I just left it inside my gums. Of course I was not okay with leaving a needle inside my gums, so I told them I needed it out. This happened because they were rushing through my procedure because initially my appointment was @1pm & they took me @3pm. They were backed up with appointments. The staff here continued to try and make me be okay with leaving the needle in my gums, after I continued to go back to their office & get it removed a doctor fly in from California & HE TOLD ME I DID NOT NEED A ROOT CANAL, MY TOOTH WAS HEALTHY and he talked to everyone in the room. After the dr could not remove the needle they tried referring me to a specialist but wanted for me to pay for the procedure I need about $400 just to evaluate the work needed to be done. I CANNOT BELIEVE THEY WANTED FOR ME TO PAY FOR THEIR NEGLIGENCE. I CANNOT AFFORD TO PAY FOR A WHOLE NEW PROCEDURE. The coordinador Deina Rodriguez did not want to refund me my money for the procedure they had done incorrectly without cause. And after I continued going up there, she made me sign a document where I was not able to law sue them.

Deana and Daniel were both amazing and guided me through the process seamlessly. The office manager was also wonderful. I'll definitely be returning for my future dental needs. Fantastic experience: Yésica was so helpful and she made me feel amazing about my teeth and my visit will definitely have to make another appointment whit her she was the nicest assistant in the whole dentist.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever!!! I went the last week of January because I was in so much pain. I went on a Saturday. They told me I needed a root canal, but that they had to contact my insurance on Monday and then call me to let me know how much I was going to pay. Well, I NEVER received the call. I called them constantly for 2 weeks straight, and they kept saying that they were STILL working on it. Well, I contacted them a week ago so they could send me my x-rays that were taken when I had gone 6 weeks. They said they would send me a consent form via email so that I could sign it and they could send me my x-rays. Well...the consent form never arrived. I called them twice and they apologized and said they would send it. Now, 5 days later, I still haven't received it. I'm giving them 1 star because unfortunately I can't give them 0.

Fantastic experience: My experience at first wasn’t as great as I would like it to be but thanks to Daynna she took to the time to listen to my concerns and issues was able to help me out. completely changed everything around we look forward to seeing you guys again next week.

Fantastic experience: This place treated me so well. I didn’t have to wait long and I was out very quickly. They took X-rays and gave me pricing of what everything would cost out of pocket if my insurance didn’t cover everything. This is a great dentistry to come to.

Fantastic experience: Love this place everyone is very friendly especially the coordinator her name is Deina Rodriquez very awesome lady makes you feel secure about what’s going on and explains everything to you to where u feel very comfortable. Really recommend her and Fresh Dental Care
