Fantastic experience: Palm Springs Dental in Altamonte springs did a great job! This was my first visit from a previous dental office that I was not happy with and can’t say enough about the staff and professionalism that they showed me today. The young brunette woman at check in was attentive to my needs and questions and Hermela the hygienist was so wonderful helpful and explained everything she was doing. I also saw Dr Derek and he explained treatment options and was very patient and answered all my questions! Lauren was also wonderful explaining my future appts during check out. I really felt valued and cared for and the staff took their time with me! They are also getting me in for a quick filling tomorrow! If you’re looking for a no pressure Dentist office with kind caring professional staff then this is the office for you! Fantastic experience: I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Gibby, Lauren, Cici, and every staff member I’ve interacted with here! I had tooth pain and my old quack of a dentist had just kept brushing it off, you have a root canal you shouldn’t feel pain. After further testing with Dr. Gibby, I have a root tip that was missed as I have long roots. I had a HUGE infection for God only knows long! I also had other tooth issues they found that my old dentist never brought up either. All of these over looked dental issues caused me many other health problems from being over looked. Dr. Gibby and his team were all very patient and helpful when creating a treatment plan that I was comfortable with and worked with what I wanted and not just best for them! I never felt rushed like most doctors nowadays and they always treat you in a very welcoming professional manner. I highly recommend Palm Springs Dental!

Fantastic experience: I love Palm Springs Dental! I’m from Tampa, but needed to get my wisdom teeth taken out in Orlando near family, and my best friends, the McKnights, recommended this practice. Melissa went out of her way to make the appointments work for me. The rest of the office was super professional and easy to work with. Fantastic experience: I had my first visit yesterday and it was amazing! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Stallard was so nice and didn’t try to sell me a crown on my tooth that I had complained about. He told me he would keep an eye on it and that if in the future it became an issue, then we can discuss needing a crown. I’ve had two other dentists immediately want to crown it in the past, I truly appreciate his honesty! My Hygienist Hermela, was so gentle and thorough. She took her time with me. It was the best cleaning and she was a true sweetheart!! So very happy I found this office.

Negative experience: Do yourself a favor and sort the reviews by lowest. Take note of the repetitive responses and you'll realize the game here. These people do not care about their customers, and anyone leaving a positive review simply got lucky. As for the amount of reviews, I'd have to imagine it's a third party software. They denied proper care while administering fillings on improper teeth, despite telling them otherwise. Leading to the loss of a molar! Go anywhere else. Oh, and yes palm springs, you're welcome for this feedback, and I'm sure I'll be able to call and speak with your team, as that clearly worked the first go around.

Negative experience: Absolutely the worst! All about the money. They do not care what u have to say. They do what they want and ignore the patient. I've never wasted so much time and money in my life! After 3 years of building trust, they SMASH it in one visit.

My previous dentist had retired and new practice dropped my insurance plan. We had to find a new dentist and we are so happy to have found Palm Springs Dental! Fantastic experience: My first visit and the entire staff was awesome...courteous, friendly, and did not high pressure to upsale on additional services. Would highly recommend them. Back for my second visit and I remain impressed by the staff and quality of service. Definitely found my "for life" dentist. Michelle is an awesome hygienist. I have now been a customer for 4 years and I continue to be impressed with the friendly staff and great service that I receive. It is such a pleasure to go to a dental group that is efficient with no high pressure tactics to "enhance" your smile, teeth, etc. Apr 17, 2025 -I just completed my first crown with Palm Springs Dental. I've had about 6 other crowns done in PA, GA and at another dental group in Orlando. I can say this was by far the best experience I've ever had from the shots to the final placement of the permanent crown, I never felt any pain. Although most don't like going to a dentist, I enjoy the friendly atmosphere from the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist. They all make it a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Palm Springs Dental. 6/18/25 - I called today to get an appointment to have my night guard adjusted. I hoped to get an appointment within a week but was pleasantly surprised when they ask me if I was available today. It took less than 15 minutes and I was on my way. Once again, the staff were welcoming and efficient. Although I didn't need to see the dentist, he stopped by just to say "hello". I've got my dentist for life! I give them a 6 out of 5 star review.

Dr. Stallard and Tabitha were not only kind and engaging, but somehow managed to soothe my dental PTSD from the days of drills and dread. Fantastic experience: This review is from spouse Kathy. Everyone is so friendly here! Very thorough cleaning today, and hygienist even offered to look at my electric toothbrush if I bring it in and advise me the best way to use it effectively. Also explained the proper way to floss- not just popping the floss between the teeth, there's more to it than that. Palm Springs Dental is well established and not a dental mill. I feel very confident in recommending them, and I know I have found my permanent Dental office.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic dental office. Very professional and organized with an amazing staff. Kim the DA was so charming and made me feel at ease. Dr Gannon was kind and proficient with a mastery of his profession that is second to none. I had a emergency appt same day they fixed my chipped front tooth with bonding in less than an hour I was in and out. I went to another place prior and they said I had to get a crown no other option for bonding but I disagreed and came here. This place is affordable even without insurance they have great deals with their specials and coupons on their website. They also have a membership offer that is affordable and gives discounts on services. This office is honest caring and goes above and beyond for their clients.

Fantastic experience: I've been going here for almost 5 years. I absolutely love the staff and dentists. Great people and they care. I've had a cavity filled and crown put on. I never experienced any pain during those procedures and have always had a great outcome. The dentists are great at numbing you without experiencing any pain or discomfort. Fantastic experience: I went in for a root canal and a crown. First time I've ever had this done. The whole root canal experience only lasted barely an hour from start to finish. They were very good at getting the temporary crown to fit right. As far as pain goes, there was none afterwards. Not even a Tylenol needed. I went in two weeks later for the permanent crown, I was in and out of there in no time and the crown fits great. I don't know how I could see my experience at a dentist go better. Palm springs dental takes the anxious out of going to the dentist. Very professional and comfortable there. It's now something I look forward to for future work on my teeth. Thanks guys...

Fantastic experience: I transferred from Greenberg Dental to Palm Springs Dental and I couldn't have made a better choice. The Palm Springs Dental office is everything Greenberg Dental isnt. The staff, dentists and dental techs are friendly and efficient. The location is clean, and parking is easy. You will not be sorry. Also, a shout out to tech Danielle. She is super sweet and friendly. She also got my teeth super clean and whiter than they have been in a very long time.

Fantastic experience: Lindsey was amazing and so caring I have really bad dental anxiety and takes a lot to get myself to go in. I explained that to her and she was so sweet and kind and took extra time with me getting the X-rays and things she needed on her in. I will definitely be coming back!

Fantastic experience: I had a deep cleaning 4/3/25 Camela (hygienist) was wonderful. The entire process including the injection was complete pain free. The staff is always so pleasant and welcoming and the wait time is minimal. I love this place it doesn’t feel like a place of business it’s more like being at your favorite cousin’s house…

Fantastic experience: First time at Palm Dental! Great Atmosphere and smiles everyone! The cleaning technician was very knowledgeable and also very smooth on the cleaning process! She gave me tips! Doctor Jared Gibby , came after cleaning and checked all my X-ray and I thought like in other places will try to convince me that i need something done in my mouth! But Doctor just told me that everything looks good and i have a tooth that we need to keep an eye on and if it is an emergency to call him right away, and he will do an appointment to work these the best way for me is possible!
