Fantastic experience: Always a very pleasant experience at Blue Ash Dental. Everyone is very kind! I went for a cleaning and I had a new hygienist, Jamie, she was very sweet and explained everything she was doing. Dr. Detmer and Dr. Bockhorst are the best! I am very confident and pleased with the work performed at Blue Ash Dental!

Once again, she was proactive and the issue was resolved within a week. She and Kerry are extremely professional and work great together. I highly recommend her. Negative experience: Dishonest and unprofessional. I should have read the other reviews first, as they detailed the same experience. Appointments for cleanings are only a review of your mouth, with real cleanings to come at $$$ out-of-pocket at a later date. A slight bonding repair was billed at double the rate quoted in office. Just awful.

Fantastic experience: Sadie and Dr. B were great today! I was relieved to find an office and staff that made me feel comfortable. Lots of laughs and quality conversation today. Dr. B did a great job repairing a filling I received at a different office.

Fantastic experience: I was able to get an appointment quickly for a crown that had come out while eating and my regular dentist is in a different state. The doctor replaced the crown easily and quickly and was very personable and professional. I would not hesitate to call them again in case of emergency.

Fantastic experience: Erica Bockhorst and the staff were very nice and welcoming. Even though she wasn't able to take my pain away that day she got me on the schedule the next day to take care of what I urgently needed done. She explained everything to me and gave options. I decided to do what was causing my pain for now but will definitely be scheduling with them to fix my other issues. Very nice big office and felt comfortable there.

Negative experience: Suspicious place, they try to upsell services. I went to a different dentist and they me half the stuff they tried to tell me “I needed” were not true. They also try to bribe you to give good reviews with gift cards.

They are all so please and the service is superb. I even had 2 of the best dentists I have ever had pop in to check on me. The great Dr. D and my favorite Doc Bock! Can't find a better place in Blue Ash in my humble opinion!

Fantastic experience: Today I went in for a cleaning and I can honestly say it was the best dentist appointment experience I've ever had. I'm not the best at keeping up with my dentist appointments (and flossing- but don't lie to yourself, you aren't either) so I do have a few cavities and there wasn't a single moment where I felt judged because so. The entire staff was welcoming and completely genuine. I felt comfortable the entire time. I was also given tips on how to take care of my crowded teeth; I felt more like an individual rather than just another patient. Thank you Blue Ash Dental Group for making going to the dentist fun. I can't wait to see all of their smiling faces in 6 months for my check up

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit after my dentist of 40 years retired. My visit was nothing short of IMPRESSIVE. You have one well oiled machine and everyone so nice. One thing I noticed though… your waiting room chairs are pretty filthy… I’d reco you either have them cleaned or re-covered with new fabric. Otherwise…top notch experience.

Then I saw Dr. Bockhorst and she went over the areas of concern, which I understood because she showed me on the pictures again! Very educational! Have an appointment next week to get the work done. Fantastic experience: I had not been to the dentist in a long while due to poor experiences in the past. But I was having pain and my wife finally convinced me to go here. This is hands down been the best experience of any dentist I've been to. Staff is incredibly nice and incredibly quick and efficient. I had a decent amount of work done and had very little discomfort from any of it. I was helped by Dr Brockhorst and the hygienist Sophia, who have both been wonderful to work with. Looking forward to having a long term dentist again that I trust. Thank you

Negative experience: AVOID AT ALL COST! I was a patient at BA Dental Group for years. EVERY 6 month appointment I was told I had multiple cavities, needed root canals, or crowns. Finally got fed up when they put on a crown that kept falling off which resulted in food/eating related trauma. I've now been at my current dentist for 3 years and have not had a single cavity or any other issues. I maintain fairly good dental hygiene (brush 2x/day & floss regularly). Take notice of their expensive looking office & quick service, it's all part of their money making scheme where YOU are the supplier. BEWARE if you want to keep your original teeth!

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with my mother’s experience at Blue Ash Dental. She paid $6,000 for a service that was never completed, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, they have refused to provide a refund. This is not how a reputable business should operate. It’s unacceptable to take someone’s hard-earned money without delivering the promised service. I strongly advise others to be cautious before trusting this office with their dental care. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and unethical business practices make this a place I cannot recommend.

Negative experience: Prompt scheduling and availability, nice office. Very well operated business. Stress on the 'business'. On first visit they stayed my less than 2 year old fillings needed redone, which I did complete, but looking back wish I would have gotten a second opinpion. Sometimes you'll get a massage capable chair for your cleaning. They do seem a little pushy about suggesting pricey cosmetic dental options. They seem very profit driven. The 'free' whitening for life promo card is definitely misleading. There are a lot of hidden strings and fine print that they dance around preventing the promo eligibility. I would be looking for a new dentist if I wasn't moving out of the area for my next dental needs.

Fantastic experience: I went to Blue Ash Dental Group back in September '24 and never got around to writing a review but with the New year's comes a time to get to all the things you never got a chance to do . I stumble across this place by chance and once I looked into them i decided, why not ? they had great reviews and seems like a nice local business. They were able to get me in within two weeks of calling for a dental cleaning. My Dental Hygienist name was Erin and she was phenomenal and I mean like really good ; warm and welcoming and the amount information she gave me to better my overall oral health is what really made me write this review .She is thorough and I can appreciate that in her line of work ,recommended products that I should be using as well as some tips and techniques to help me out . If your new to the area and looking a dental office id highly recommend Blue Ash Dental Group!
