Fantastic experience: The staff here was excellent! My daughter suffers from anxiety and was extremely nervous about the procedure. All the staff made her feel comfortable and explained things so she would understand. Which in turn made me feel comfortable. They allowed me to stay as long as I could with her so that was a plus for both of us too. Procedure was done in timely matter and I was given great information for aftercare for her too. Thank you!!

Fantastic experience: My Dental implant experience was excellent, from beginning to end. This was my second visit, my first was the tooth extraction 4 months ago. The office staff are so friendly and helpful. Dr Kheradpir is super nice and extremely knowledgeable explaining the procedure from start to finish. Before I knew it the dental assistant was waking me up, so I could go home. That afternoon, Dr Kheradpir took the time to call and check up on me, he is the best. Negative experience: The wait times here are unacceptable. I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment but ended up waiting over 30 more minutes with no update. The waiting area was crowded with patients, which only added to the frustration. Very disappointing experience. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I relocated to the area recently when I broke my tooth and was referred to this office. From the start, the staff was compassionate (awesome), friendly and you felt they cared. The dentist who got me in quicker than I expected. They recognized how much pain I was in so they pushed me into a spot to perform sedation surgery. I came in, pain truly unbearable, the anxiety I have with anything dental, it couldn’t have gone any better than it did! Which means I was out cold - and all I required! The surgeon/doctor was great, the staff was amazing and couldn’t be more thankful and happy! And without pain! Thank you guys for the amazing service and hand holding I needed to make it! I hate to say it was a great experience (because let’s be real, it’s an extraction) but they did exactly what they promised! I was out and didn’t feel a thing! That alone, 5 stars! Fantastic experience: I had an extraction here the other day. This is the best surgical dentist I have been to. The facility is so beautiful and clean. Everyone is nice, polite and make you feel comfortable. The dentist and his assistants made sure i was all numbed up so I didn't have any pain at all. They also made sure they ordered my medication that I needed, so they were ready to pick up as soon as I left.

His call later that evening was very appreciated as to how I was doing. His recommendation to take the ibuprofen immediately also turned out to be good advice as I was able to have a good night sleep that night without any pain.

Fantastic experience: Went in for (first) two wisdom teeth extractions. Had planned to be asleep for the procedure, but I had been sick. I was advised to reschedule, or be awake with local anesthetic, so I chose the latter--I had been in a lot of pain, and heard enough good things about Dr Chien from my mom and sister that I trusted him to do the job; even though I was extremely nervous. After the numbing, they were very quick. The process is a bit stressful, so I was glad to be talked through a bit of what to expect. Everyone I interacted with was very nice, and experienced. Had to pay out of pocket, but thankfully, saved a chunk not having to go under for the surgery. Very thankful for all the professionals involved in getting me through, and sending me home with ample aftercare instructions.

Fantastic experience: I can't stress enough how happy I am that I made the decision to go with this dental office to get my Surgery dine. Not only does the staff make you feel at peace but the dental assistant I had was a God sent she did everything and I mean every thing to try and calm me down. Fantastic experience: What can I say. Very friendly atmosphere, professional, clean environment. Dr. Curiel and staff explained the procedures, and listened /answered my questions. This post is the day after my surgical procedure for an implant. My first appointment with Dr. Curiel was to remove a cracked tooth and prepare the site for this implant. That procedure went excellent also. I’m hoping that in a few months, the implant site will be ready to receive a tooth. Positive experience: My daughter had pain with her wisdom teeth over tge weekend. I called her dentist on Monday who referred me to Fresno Oral Maxillofacial. Called them right after who scheduled an appointment for Wednesday and took care it. Everyone was nice, informative, and explained everything. Only down side is when the dental assistant asked if my daughter was a heavy sleeper, I replied yes, as my daughter takes a little while longer to come out of anesthesia. It seamed as the girl was rushing us out. Other than that everything was great.

Fantastic experience: My wisdom tooth removal surgery went very well. Dr. Huh and the surgery assistants were very kind and they listened to me and my concerns. My procedure lasted maybe 25 minutes at the most. I was completely awake during the procedure, and the team let me listen to music on my headphones- which helped a lot. They talked me through the whole ordeal. I will definitely return for any dental surgery in the future.

Once the novocaine wore off I was in much less pain than w/the initial extraction and bone graft. Iced face and no swelling the next day! Fantastic experience: There was an hour wait for the consultation appointment which was very frustrating! Then when I went to get my tooth extracted the doctor from the consultation appointment did not get cardiac clearance since I was having IV sedation so when I arrived they would not extracted the tooth which again was frustrating! The morning of the extraction I once again had a one hour wait which to me seems extremely unacceptable. They would NOT wait an hour for me. These are two issues this office needs to address and resolve. So would I go back? Absolutely and the reason is because this was the most painless extraction I've ever had! The previous extraction done by my dentist hurt for two weeks. The extraction I had done by Dr. Curiel has been completely painless so far. Just want to add that all of the staff are friendly and polite even when I was expressing my frustration.

The financial office is attentive to detail and makes sure all insurance and individual costs are explained thoroughly.
