Fantastic experience: Dr Allard and his team were so amazing! My 17 year old had to be put under to have 4 teeth removed and she had ZERO pain or swelling! They handled everything with such care and compassion! I would highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Having never had any type of surgery or invasive procedure in my life, I cannot stress enough how PETRIFIED I was to have my impacted wisdom teeth extracted for years. That didn’t change much after my initial consultation with Dr. Allard and he explained that I would need a coronectomy on my bottom two wisdom teeth. Nonetheless, I trudged on and booked the long overdue extraction. Despite my fear, Dr. Allard and his team did their very best to make sure I was completely informed on the procedure, the process the day of, and the healing steps following; which helped to ease my fear a bit. I am now two weeks post surgery for my four wisdom teeth and can say that they took care of me wonderfully and am healing phenomenally. Going into this at 30 years old was terrifying, but I was truly put at ease by every kind person in this office. Fantastic experience: Was able to get an appointment only an hour after I called. Office staff is very friendly and make you feel comfortable, and great communication before and after the procedure. Dr. Allard is patient and answered all of my questions. The injection they offer does wonders for pain after the surgery— I was in more pain prior to the removal than I was after the procedure. I hope I don’t need another extraction done, but I would not hesitate to go to Dr. Allard again.

Negative experience: Waited till I was in a chair to tell me they were going to charge me $245.. I was under the impression it was a FREE consultation. I know I would have remember someone saying $245.

Fantastic experience: After getting a standard x-ray at my dentist office, it was revealed that I had a dentigerous cyst and would need to have that along with my impacted wisdom tooth, and my second molar removed. I was not looking forward to the whole ordeal, but Dr. Allard made the experience easier than I had anticipated. Not only is he a skilled surgeon, but he is very thorough and was available whenever I needed him once the surgery was done whether it was during business hours or not. He was kind and understanding and explained everything so it was easy to understand. His is surgery team and the people at the front desk are all excellent! Great anesthesiologist, and one of the ladies assisting doctor Allard with the surgery even held my hand as I was put to sleep. I couldn’t have asked for a better team. I have to be honest, they are pricey, but sometimes the old adage is true that you get what you pay for. if I have any further dental needs that require oral surgery in the future, I know where I’ll go.

Positive experience: Went here for a wisdom tooth removal. The front desk ladies were very friendly, the doctor was nice and straight to the point about what to expect with the surgery. When I had the surgery it seemed to go seamlessly minus a mild cut I discovered on my lip but I imagine that might be fairly normal as it wasn't very deep. The meds they prescribed me were super helpful for post op and they've helped me with any questions I've had

Fantastic experience: I came in needing urgent dental care from an oral surgeon. I called in the morning after being told an emergency dentist couldn’t handle my case and Dr. Allard office were able to accommodate seeing me within an hour of my call. I came in swollen and in pain, I’d considered going into the ER the night before. I was able to get medication to manage my swelling and pain and prep for surgery 3 days later. Within 24 hrs of being seen I was feeling so much better. I had a very smooth surgery and recovery period. I’m so very grateful to Dr. Allard and his amazing staff for everything!

Fantastic experience: Went to Arrowhead Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery as I needed a tooth extraction and potential implant/crown. First off, getting the implant and crown was optional, and they let me know that up front. No pressure, just a “do you think you’ll want a crown?” question. Very refreshing. The office staff is ridiculously friendly and helpful. As a new patient, paperwork was a breeze. Prior to making the appointment, all estimated charges were explained so I had an idea of what my out of pocket would be. They were VERY accurate. Did I mention how friendly the staff was? Dr. Allard himself was great. Very gentle, and he explained everything. Extraction went off without a hitch, and follow up was prompt and courteous. As you can see, I can’t say enough good things. Would HIGHLY recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I had my wisdom teeth removed and they did an awesome job. I was in a lot of pain before my week check up and they got me in same day to make sure everything looked and was healing the way it was supposed to. Dr. Allard and his team are great!
