Negative experience: my experience has been horrible! I’m not someone who tries to down any business that wants to thrive but I recently come to grand family dentistry for a root canal. I paid over $1000 out-of-pocket plus insurance and I’ve been back-and-forth with the same pain from the tooth and it seems like the dentist are doing bare minimum to find out why. They see where the pain is coming from, but they are not fixing the problem. The staff is extremely nice, but business is business and I’ve done my part by paying What was asked, even though I have a warranty on my root canal I’m tired of the pain and I’m going to my own specialist to find out what it is and how can it be fixed.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Paige is my favorite dentist. My kids and I went to his practice for several years until he moved with his family out of town. I knew I needed his help this week with a tricky dental situation and was delighted to learn he’s now practicing at Grand Family Dentistry in BR. He was most helpful today. He’s not only brilliant as a doctor, he’s also kind and patient in his explanations. The rest of the staff I encountered today were likewise kind and helpful. A+ experience! April 2024 I’ve been back to Grand Family Dentistry 5 more times since April 2024. Each visit has rated 5 stars. Today, July 1, 2025, my visit was super satisfying. Kiana was her usual warm, welcoming, informative self, and ensured my comfort throughout the X-ray process. And Christi took extra time with my cleaning to ensure the tough-to-remove tea stains were gone. I’m so grateful!

The Doctor was so kind & went over everything with me & past concerns. I have many allergies & he was going to look into other products to make sure when I return it will all be safe. This was first visit in many years & was very pleased. I moved out of town& made the trip in to get use the Grand Denistry again.Looking forward to my next visit. I would recommend them to everyone that needs a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: I was having a toothache and called for an appointment, I was booked for next day in the morning! My appointments started on time, I have to say I love how kind everybody is in the office. My tooth was cracked and I needed a crown. The doctor was very professional and explained everything to me. They showed me what was covered by insurance and how much I had to pay. I had the procedure yesterday and so far no discomfort. I am very pleased with the service.

Fantastic experience: I was in total distress with a bad tooth and a cost that had formed around it. Dr. Paige calmed me down and removed the bad tooth along with the cost. He was gentle and kind and took his time with me. This has always been with him since I first came. The assistant and the front desk were very cordial and makes you feel comfortable.

I found out about them from a friend when I was looking for wisdom teeth removal, not only consultation was free but also half the price for what I was getting quoted with Louisiana Dental Center. I now get my regular cleanings with them.

Today I met Ida for the first time and she assisted Dr. Paige with my filling, and she was so lovely and her energy is beautiful! I’ve always had a hard time finding a dentist I trust, but I am happy to say I have finally found the place! Update * I have been going to The Grand for a couple years now and have never had a bad experience. Today I had Christy as my dental hygienist - she was fantastic! Made sure I was comfortable and made sure to give me “breaks” as needed due to sensitive gums. I cannot recommend them enough!

Negative experience: i had gotten a crown put on one of my back molars here a couple years ago, paid out of pocket because at the time i didnt have dental insurance as a student. they dropped it on the floor the day they were putting it in, i was obviously concerned but they reasurred me everything was fine and theyll clean it no big deal. well it was a big deal and i was right to question it. they had seen there was a broken piece on the gum line and reassured me on that too. well fast forward to now, i am in extreme pain and will likely need to either have a root canal or extraction. the broken crown allowed bacteria to get in to the point its in the nerves and im on a constant heat pad as well as taking 800 mg ibuprofen every 3-4 hours. they knew i didnt have insurance, i had already conveyed to them i had also been going thru a depressive state where i was finding it hard to take care of myself as i normally have. not including the fact there was a second tooth before this they had to extract because they left a cotton piece inside the other crowned tooth. i didnt know i had issues until i bit down on the tooth that had no contact points under it. i think they saw me as easy money but unfortunately i chose not to go back so they just willingly put me in this position because it was easier for them. they should have sent that crown back. not put it in my mouth and express repeatedly it was fine. it was not fine, because it was no longer sealed. this is only some of the issues i had here. now i have an emergency appointment to see what i can do. was crying last night because of the pain.

The atmosphere was great because from the time I entered, to my being called in the back by the assistant to the doctor (Amy, Ida and Dr. Paige) attitudes were so warm. I felt very, very comfortable. I have already recommended another family member to Grand Dentistry immediately after I left by a phone call. I had not seen a dentist in over 20 years because I was actually afraid, but when Dr. Paige came in with a warm smile and attitude I knew I was in the right place.. Keep up the good work. On my leaving,, there was another young lady at the front desk who was also nice. HATS OFF TO ALL I MET AND GOD BLESS!

Fantastic experience: Great visits every time! My 8 yr old son loves it here. I had my first appointment Monday, November 18th and they made sure I was comfortable and even made me laugh a bit. Even tho I was in pain, they helped me through it and eased it for me. Very thankful for the doctor and his staff!!! Can’t wait for my next appointment.

Fantastic experience: The first 3 visits here were confusing, I was lied to about what exactly my appointment was for. They couldn’t get my insurance straight. I missed so much work. I had an estimate for a procedure priced at almost 1k. Then I go back for a follow up (not with Dr. Paige thankfully) and the price for everything is literally $500 cheaper. It took Dr. Lasseigne less than 2 minutes to fix this issue the front desk had for 6 months. On top of everything, you have to call and leave a message to schedule appointment. Chat will do the same thing, only take a message and pass it on. I sat there and begged for a round about time to get a call back, then they ended the chat on me. It’s like a circus. I’m only leaving a 5 star review because Dr. Lasseigne made this experience SO MUCH EASIER. He was gentle, quick and explained everything throughly. If it wasn’t for him I probably wouldn’t go back. Him and the tech assigned to him that day had me cracking up during my procedure. It was such a pleasant experience. Nothing like the experiences previously. Thanks Dr. Lasseigne! Oh PS I received the most beautiful flower on the way out of here. Truly turned my experience around.

Fantastic experience: New faces take time to get used too, but Tara had a great chairside manner. I've been a Grand patient for two years now and highly recommend them. Dentists are knowledgeable and take time to explain what is going on in your mouth and the staff is friendly and helpful. Update 8/11/2020. 2 years later. I still enjoy going to Grand Family Dentistry. Hanna was new to me and did a great job cleaning my teeth. Update 2/25/21 - fast service, no wait, great cleaning appointment. Update 1/28/22. New faces, same great personalities and service. Really enjoyed my biannual cleaning appointments. Update 8/1/22, Mhi was my hygienist today, and she was great. Talked me through all the procedure she was performing, used the ultrasonic system to clean and had a nice flossing technique. Came away feeling clean and refreshed. Also had a Crown re-cemented, which was quick and painless. Back again, 04/22/24. Wonderful service from Mhi again. The ultrasonic system feels like a full mouth massage. Love going to the dentist! Back again, 10/24/24. Same great experience.

Fantastic experience: Second visit here and I’ve determined this is definitely my ‘go to’. The X-ray tech, the hygienist and the dentist were very careful and understanding. If you’ve got a real fear, the staff will make you feel right at home!!
