Fantastic experience: Dr. Noble is the best ever. I'm terrified of dentists, always have been. I have a disease that affects my teeth and they were just crumbling. He pulled 9 teeth. When he said he was done I thought he'd forgot some lol. I left that day with my partial and my top plate.The only pain I felt was when he was numbing a sore part of my gum. I highly recommend him. He is the best ever.

Positive experience: Many many times we make a purchase of whatever and maybe there’s something not quite right with it and you take it back to the store and they’re like oh sorry I can’t help you. Not only does Affordable Dentures implants in the Astro office. Fantastic experience: After years of health issues and 3 cancer diagnoses w/ surgeries and chemo my dental health was poor and i found myself embarrassed to smile, in constant pain and unable to eat. At times during covid i was grateful for wearing masks as i could hide my smile. It’s a daily struggle physically and mentally when a person cant interact and smile w/ family, friends and the world. Affordable dentures and the staff at the Asheville tunnel rd office gave me my life back!! I can laugh with my son, plan time with family and interact and participate in my own life again instead of hiding. The staff is kind, helpful and always professional! Make an appt and get your smile back!!

Fantastic experience: They are the best place to get your dentures done. My father is a retired dentist. I'm scared to death to go to a dentist. I had bottom implants put in. They were not as painful as I thought they were going to be. He's very very gentle he explains everything he's going to do . Is that for wonderful very very pleasant and very easy to understand. They do excellent work I'm very happy and pleased with the work I'm proud to go show my dad.

They will work with you until you are completely satisfied with your dentures. Office Manager Chad makes sure that every patient is treated like family in a timely fashion. His leadership and example makes it a happy place to work.

Fantastic experience: I give Affordable Dentures five stars ! I was so nervous and scared going in I let them know how I was nervous and they took such good care of me . They talked me through every moment, assured me that I was ok. I had Dr. Noble and someone else had came in the room for comfort and support as well and was also talking to me. I'd definitely go back and would definitely tell others to go.

The dentist I seen so very polite, he explained everything and told me my options. So glad I found out about their office. No long waiting which is important to me. She has worked with me and was able to get me into there office to have there wonderful staff fix my broken smile. Now I can’t stop smiling. They truly go above and beyond great service and I am forever grateful for amazing people like them.

Fantastic experience: Made an appointment to get an estimate for an implant. It was easy and quick. Very nice staff. The estimate for my tooth extraction and implant was over 2k less than from my dentist. I will most likely go with them and not my dentist.

Fantastic experience: I went there with multiple issues. Teeth extractions, surgical removal of two bones and two dental implants. It took approximately three hours in the dentist chair. I must say these people are the most caring and considerate people I have ever met. They got me thru the most terrifying time of my life. Love them all and very thankful.

Negative experience: I was so excited to get my new teeth so I went to Affordable Dentures on tunnel rd and was I ever so disappointed. The lady was not friendly at all and I feel like she was rushing me out the door instead of listening to me and helping me determine what was comfortable and what looked right etc… I mean it’s pretty important considering I am the one who will be wearing the denture for a long time but obviously she didn’t care at all. Never going back there I was told the Hendersonville location is much more caring and takes their time to help get it right

Positive experience: Professional but "chilly" staff. environment. I wasn't ready to commit when I was there because I hadn't yet worked the "unknown total cost" into by budget or decided if I was going to pay for their recommended treatment plan out of my own cash reserve or by utilizing in part my available credit on my zero percent credit card. I felt demeaned due to not being aware of the $120 fee for initial consultation that this particular Affordable Dentures practice charges. Otherwise, with up front info I would gladly pay it. No mention of it when I made the appointment. I did not have with me the bank card I desired to use. I was "expected" to make a commitment on the spot and have impressions made right then and there. I like the treatment plan in that I thought I was going to have to have full denture as relayed to me by another dentist that extracted several of me teeth that had totally broken off to the gum. The treatment plan offered to me instead was that I could get an upper partial and save some of my teeth! Whew. I get to keep the roof of my moth and taste buds! Though If I go with Affordable Dentures practice it will not be this one. Cold, impersonal, and pushy. I got much better treatment by staff at Aspen Dental though more $$. Money is not my sole factor in my decision needs.

Negative experience: Dr Noble is awful and needs to work on his bedside manner. You should never make someone feel bad for being in pain and assume they aren't because you think they shouldn't be. He gave me 5 numbing shots around my infected abscess tooth. And 45 min of him breaking peices off telling me to quit jumping and crying, there is no way its still hurts, it's the breaking noises I hear and think I feel and he's been doing this over 40 years and has never seen someone be numbed so much and act like this. And kept threatening if I didn't stop he was going to have schedule to put me to sleep and do it a different day. Then he finally took the needle and shot it in the middle of my tooth, straight into the infection and it quit hurting and he got it out in less than 5 min. Never said sorry I was wrong or anything. I think if you are that tired of your job you shouldn't be there. Maybe over 40 years is too many for him. Dr. Davis is wonderful. If you do go, please tell them you want him. I will not be going back to Dr. Noble ever again.

Negative experience: The front desk was very nice and helpful, however Dr. Noble was very rude and belittling. I left there and cried because he talked so mean and condescending to me. I was there for a partial and a partial only! I have an abscess in a back molar in which i am going to have a root canal and a crown. I told him that and and his exact words were, "do you know how much that costs? You just need to have it pulled out just needs to come out. " Like I'm a piece of trash that cant afford it. He doesn't know my financial status or if i have someone to help me out with it. THAT WAS NOT HIS BUSINESS! I was there for a partial and nothing else! I have a regular dentist that I see and was very aware of the problem and told Dr. Noble that. He still went on and on about it. It was łike he just wanted to pull the tooth and got mad when i said no! He majorly over stepped his boundaries. Secondly, I have medicaid and called and verified with medicaid that the partial would be covered. Maybe they told me wrong, but I told Dr. Noble I had called and what they told me, whether it was right or wrong I just told him what they had said. I wasn't rude about it but he raised his voice and then told me it wasn't up to them that it was up to him because he was the one filing it. Then he just walked away! I looked at his assistant and said he was very rude and she apologized. It has to be embarrassing for them to work with someone like that! They deserve much better and so does the public. After reading some of the reviews I am not the only one who has felt this way. Why is he still there? Why is the company letting him treat people this way? Do they just want the BBB called repeatedly? Doesn't make sense to me and I feel they should have higher standards. DO NOT GO SEE DR. NOBLE!!!!!!!!!!

Negative experience: Front of house staff is on point. Very nice, professional, and kind...The Dr.s not so much...Got screamed at by one of them because I was trying to scratch an itch on my face, the assistant I got the first visit looked at me like I crawled out of a rock. The second visit was only slightly better, but the Dr. was just tired, grumpy, and impatient...It was not a good experience at all...They are good at what they do, but dont expect sunshine when you get in that chair.

Fantastic experience: 13 teeth pulled today and not one problems at all. Dr noble was gentle when need , and would use his years or experience for the remainder ones. Chad the office manager, excellent employee ,calmed me down and everything went smooth! Hollar if you ever need a job.Great experience I would recommend them to my friends and family ! ✌️

Fantastic experience: I have been for x-rays and a look over and it went great. Everyone was so nice. I went back for my dentures to be made and to be told I have to have 13 or so teeth pulled. I am super nervous about this and scared but the dentist and the others who work there are really nice. I hope my extraction day is as pleasant and I hope my dentures fit and look good and don't hurt me. I have high hopes and a lot of faith in this place. So far they haven't let me down. I will make another review once I have the teeth extraction and my dentures in. But so far so good and everyone is great there and I have never had to wait to long at all. Will keep everyone updated.

Negative experience: All the other times I’ve been in they were polite and nice, however I went to get my upper and lower extractions done and the guy that was doing it was very rude, I’m terrified of needles and he was getting all mad and saying well you are just gonna have to go to the oral surgeon. The only one that is decent is Chad he helped me through it and wasn’t rude

Negative experience: Worse dental place I have ever been to in my life! Took a month to get an appointment. Went in and was told they couldn’t fix my tooth, and the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! I will NEVER step foot in this building again. If you actually pay for your insurance, they send you away, if you have Medicaid, they will fix anything and everything you want! Disgusting group of people, including drs. Hendersonville is where to go if you want proper treatment abs kindness.They are wonderful and helpful! Horrible on Tunnel! If I could give a negative 10 I would!!!

Positive experience: I was referred to affordable dentures for a quick fix of my partial when it broke. I have worked with the dentist, the staff and the person that makes me laugh and smile Chad. There is a wait, they are understaffed, they need a larger practice,however if you can have patience, they will do a good job.

Positive experience: I love that they take Medicaid for people that need it, the nurse was extremely nice and was tryna help me calm down cause I was NERVOUS but the man that pulled my teeth was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional he was not tryna calm me down or nothing just making me panic worse! He was getting ill with me cause I couldn’t keep my mouth open, mind you I was numb! On top of that he said if I didn’t stop moving he was just gonna stop and send me somewhere that would just put me to sleep! He could’ve at least tried to try to calm me down but he didn’t, I felt like he was rushing just to get me out of there! I will not be going back!

Fantastic experience: Affordable Dentures in Asheville are Very caring people, I went in with 2 broken off teeth and another one beside one of those to be pulled and Dr Davis was so kind, he did a great job! I've got to go back for few more extractions but I don't mind going when you have a good dentist.

Negative experience: I had a horrible experience here. From pulling all my teeth without even one rinse to my mouth, leaving pieces of teeth in there. My dentures were made crooked and way too big except one part that peeled my gum every time I tried to put them in. I am afraid to get my permanent dentures with them. I honestly believe it was the dentist I had. Terrible bedside manners

Positive experience: Good product. I had partials made. They do adjustments until the fit is right, no charge. Long waits in waiting room, very busy.

Negative experience: The staff was very friendly. They explained everything to me, and answered my questions. I haven’t actually gotten teeth yet. It will be a month before I do. I will update this review then. Also I did think that it was kinda expensive, but I did pick the best they had to offer, so I guess we will see. They did work with me on paying for it which was very nice. All together it was about $3,000. I paid $1,200. Update: I was supposed to have an appointment on March 7th. They called and canceled it and said my teeth hadn’t come in yet. It is now March 21st and I haven’t heard anything from them. Update: They called March 27 and made me an appointment for April 11th. 2 days before my appointment they called and rescheduled it again for April 24th. This whole ordeal has been a nightmare and honestly I just want my money back! I feel like the stole my money and have no intention of making my denture. Do NOT go here. This place is ridiculous. Update: 4/24 Had an appointment at 10:30. Had to wait about 45 minutes. Got called back, everyone was nice and friendly. But then they said they would not make my denture until I finished paying for it which is NOT what I was told on my first appointment. They told me I could finish paying it off the day I picked it up. Not sure if I trust them after this. Will update again. But stand by my decision of not recommending to go here. Update: July 1, 2025. Finally got my teeth. They rushed me in and out. Wasn’t even there 30 minutes including waiting. They were hasty and rude jamming pastes and teeth in my mouth and jerking them out just as quickly. Didn’t even offer to let me rinse the paste out. I had questions that didn’t get answered. I thought the teeth looked nice and they didn’t hurt at all which surprised me so I didn’t think much more of it. Until I got home and tried to take them out I couldn’t because they used some kind of glue on them. After cleaning them, they do not fit at all! Extremely loose and falling out. And they hurt extremely badly. One spot in particular. The manager mentioned this review on one of my visits and ever since then I received poor care and service. If you want better reviews treat people who are most likely self conscious about their teeth already with a little kindness and respect. I reaffirm my decision of taking your business elsewhere. I know I won’t be going back here ever!

Positive experience: The lady at reception was so sweet and polite, the dental hygienist was also very sweet and didn't look old enough to be working yet but is 20. She answered any question I asked, the dentist was nice but didn't really talk to me to see what I was interested in doing about my mouth.

Positive experience: 06/2025: Final Review: I'm grateful for these people. I got my permanent teeth now and this entire experience was the hardest thing I've ever gone through, but not because of them, just... losing all your teeth... I'm grateful for this place. I've been in and out of there countless times now. Almost all their clientele (including me!) is lower-income, Medicaid or self-pay. I've sat in the chair and heard them, how they talk to pissed off people who are angry or unsatisfied or whatever, and they actually do a really good job... They're patient and tolerant and I've never heard them be disrespectful or condescending or act like assholes. I had one appointment where I couldn't find the information/documentation they needed and I started crying cause I thought I'd have to leave and start all over on another day, but all I really had to do was get out of the chair, go into the waiting room, find the information and come right back in. Their office manager guy (whose name I don't know) does pretty good. I've overheard him dealing with an unhappy patient and he backed his staff up, but he also gave the patient options, so they had autonomy and choice in next steps. My initial experience 2+ years ago was NOT great but this time, my second experience, was sooo much better. They must have like changed some process or whatever I haven't had any techs in my appointments pulled away for other stuff. The wait is not as bad as it was. And the staff are really kind and try to tell you exactly what they're doing when they're doing it. Whatever y'all did differently, thank you. 04/2024: Lower Jaw: this was a MUCH better experience. They were mostly on time and kind and patient. PLUS, the follow-up adjustment appts are always within 1-2 weeks. VASTLY different experience from the first time.... 2023: Upper Jaw: I went for my first appointment and they were short two staff (because they went home sick) so I waited like an hour. I showed up at 3 but wasn't seen until 4. They were so late I missed another appointment I had later that day. Then during my appointment they kept pulling my tech away to see other patients. She apologized and was very sweet, but the whole appointment was super rushed. Afterwards I called to make a follow up appointment because the teeth aren't fitting correctly and I can't chew food...like I literally can't eat. I look bad too and feel very self-conscious about my appearance. I tell them all this and they told me they can't see me for my 2nd appointment for almost 3 months! I just can't imagine treating people that way... When I told them I couldn't eat and asked what I should do, she was like "I don't know what to tell you". The whole experience has been pretty traumatic. It's hard to lose your teeth anyway and then to be treated like you really just don't matter and they don't care if you're uncomfortable...it feels really bad.

Fantastic experience: My old dentures broke, I called affordable dentures they gave an appointment the next morning and by 3pm I had new dentures . Now after a few years had my lower teeth removed and they are making a lower plate for me. They are the same polite, caring and professional people

Negative experience: FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!! Same day service is not available here. Even though it clearly states it is available here on the website. I called on a Wednesday and desperately told the receptionist I wanted same day and I was told that the same day service was available at this location. She booked my appointment for Thursday, the very next day at 8:30 a.m. I filled out the forms and clearly stated Same Day. The assistant comes and gets me takes me to my room and then proceeds to tell me that they do not offer same day service there and it would be 3 to 4 weeks before I could get my plate. I proceed to tell her the receptionist just told me the day before the same day service was available. She says let me go talk to my manager about this and I said okay that's fine. So I kind of was expecting just a little bit of an apology for the miscommunication something of that nature but in walks the biggest jerk that has no business being an office manager for the public. Not only did he proceed to almost belittle me by saying I was trying to be discriminatory by saying I was going to pay cash. So he proceeds to tell me that the quickest he could get one plate done was going to be about 2 weeks every other clinic was looking at six to eight weeks so he starts bashing the other affordable denture clinics which I know Charlotte offers it and that's where I'm going. So then he proceeds to try to get me to buy a bundle package from an $1,100 plate he wants me to get the $1,500 bundle package so that way he can get me a temporary and he can have that to me by the following Monday but it would still be two more weeks before the original plate would be finished. Not at any time did they offer any type of explanation as to why I was told the same day service was available never an apology not even a little bit of of a sympathy top explanation which is fine but he came straight in and was just all over me about money and then try to just automatically but me up to the $1,500 one because he knew I was paying cash. So I proceeded to tell him I needed to think about it and I went out to the parking lot called Charlotte office and that's where I'm going and I do not recommend this clinic at all especially if you have to deal with that guy up front. So just take my warning if you expect same day service do not go here do not waste your money do not waste your time Charlotte is an hour and a half away and they do same day service and they are amazing, very very nice people.

Fantastic experience: Today I had a adjustment on new bottom implant dentures. Kennedy the dental assistant i had today , made sure I had a perfect fit. She was very professional and knowledgeable !
