Negative experience: They are good, but very unprofessional. they are closed when they are supposed to be open, and the wait is ridiculously long. There is always some problem going on, but when you get helped out, they do give you great help. Sadly, my kids and I can’t keep doing these inconsistencies, so we will be going to a new place.

Positive experience: Finally finished with ortho!! My son was happy with his smile. The office runs efficiently. Never had an unpleasant experience here. The orthodontist, Dr Eric D. was always upbeat and addressed all of my concerns. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Our kids have been going to Rodeo Dental on Fry road since they opened. They enjoy going to the dentist!!! Rodeo has always been efficient and made my kids feel comfortable!! My son just had his braces removed today and it was so much better than the experience my daughters had at another Orthodontist office. This Orthodontist was always in an upbeat happy mood! My son never was nervous and would go in the room by himself!!! We’re so happy with the outcome!! THANK YOU RODEO DENTAL!!

Negative experience: Made an appointment at this location because the one we go to didn’t have a pediatric dentist for a few more days. So they sent us here. And I wish they wouldn’t have. Ironically, when I came to make this post I saw someone else was upset about a wait time. Because what’s the point of having an appointment if it’s not kept? I was told my daughter has to fast- she’s 2!! So here she is 9:30. We got here at 8:50 in case paperwork needed to be done. Checked in and told “we’ll be right with you.” 20 min later, no one has called us up. So I check and ask if they’re running terribly behind for appointments? This is supposed to just be a consult at this point. I was then explained that they advise people to clear the day because it takes time. You mean to tell me I have a fasting toddler just “waiting” to be seen because your process is inefficient for the demographic you serve?! Wow. What makes things worse is the lack of professionalism and communication at the front desk. No one explained that it would be this long of a wait time, especially considering this was our first visit. And lastly- the front desk receptionist is drooping F bombs in an office full of kids- discussing her “commitment problems” with her colleagues. WOW.. This is the last time I’ll ever be here and I hope y’all don’t waste your time brining your kids here. Btw this is all as I’m sitting in the lobby because that’s how bad this experience has been.

Negative experience: I strongly advise against going to this place. Every single time we have an appointment it never starts on time, usually minimum a 30 minute wait even if you do arrive early. I never have that problem at other dentist facilities. The unprofessionalism is astounding, and if we hadn’t already started the process with this place we definitely would’ve transferred.

Negative experience: This was my kids' first time at Rodeo Dental. I know the first appointment can be lengthy. The girl performing the x-ray on my children took way too long. We have gone other places for the first time with all three kids. It did not take this long. My daughter is a toddler she kept sticking that device too far back in her mouth to take a picture. My 10 yrs old says she kept pressing the device in the mouth super hard. This has never happened before at any dental place.

Fantastic experience: Best dental office ive ever been to, everyone is nice and patient. I was very nervous coming in to the dentist, right away the front desk by the name of Brandice greeted me with a smile and positive attitude. She helped me fill out my new patient paperwork. Once my paper work was completed I was immediately called to the back, the assistant name seun started off with xrays, she took my xrays and was gental and fast. Once xrays were done I was put in a consult room where I meet Kiana, she listen to my concerns and I told her how I was so nervous, she sat down and talked to me and made me feel comfortable. When it came to discussing my treatment plan Rose the manager explain everything in detail and answered all questions ive had. My over all experience in this office its beyond amazing, Itati and Maria and Dr. Ibarra were amazing as well.

Negative experience: Worse experience I have ever had. It took me over two hrs. To get a simple teeth cleaning. No sense of urgency nor care for their patients.

Negative experience: They make you wait over an hour to be called back for every appointment but if you are 15 minutes late they make you reschedule. Doesn’t seem fair. I can’t add another review but I can’t tell you enough how much I wish I never came to this dental office. They need to hire better staff. The entire office is so mismanaged. The only reason I’m still here is bc I already started my daughter’s ortho treatment and switching to another orthodontist isn’t feasible. Just to get a cleaning… my daughter had to wait 30 minutes to see ortho to get her wire out since the dental assistants don’t know how or just won’t, then back to wait another hour for the dentist to do an exam, then sent back to waiting room for the cleaning to wait some more, then back to waiting room again after the cleaning to wait for ortho to put the wire back in. I was a dental assistant for 12 years. We never had patients wait more than 15 minutes and were able to remove ortho wires for the orthodontist ourselves. I just do not understand why this office has zero time management.

Fantastic experience: It was a great experience for my toddler ( his first time at the dentist.) the waiting area is entertaining for kids and waiting time short. The staff and dentist are friendly and very professional.

Negative experience: I strongly advise against choosing this dental office for pediatric care, as our experience was deeply distressing and marked by significant organizational failures. Our appointment for my child’s crown and root canal was scheduled for 9:30 AM, but we were not seen until 1:30 PM—a four-hour wait that was both unacceptable and poorly communicated. The office sends a text message informing parents of the possibility of an eight-hour wait due to unexpected situations with other patients, which we never received. Had we been informed of such a potential delay, we would not have chosen this practice. Compounding this issue, the office’s policy prohibits eating or drinking eight hours prior to the procedure. As a result, my child, having eaten last the previous evening, was left without food or water for over 16 hours. This lack of consideration for a young patient’s well-being is simply inexcusable. Communication and organization were severely lacking. During the initial consultation, I explicitly agreed with the doctor to limit the procedure to two teeth, as my child was not ready for the stress of more extensive work. However, right before the procedure started, while my child was already lying on the table with a mask on, the staff pressured us to complete additional treatments, claiming that it was a misunderstanding, disregarding our prior agreement and adding unnecessary stress to an already challenging situation. While the individual staff members were polite, the corporate policies and operational practices of this office are highly unprofessional and, frankly, inhumane. I cannot recommend this practice to any parent seeking reliable and compassionate dental care for their child. We will not be returning.

Negative experience: I’ve been to Rodeo Dental multiple times, and each visit has been disappointing. The communication is seriously lacking — staff don’t clearly explain what the doctor or technician is doing, and parents are left confused with little to no information. On top of that, appointments are never on time. Even when we show up early and there’s no one else in the waiting room, we still end up waiting a long time. It feels very unorganized and unprofessional. This place needs to improve how they communicate with families and respect patients’ time better. We come in for care, not confusion and delays.

Negative experience: My daughter has been bringing my granddaughter here for 7yrs. Love the waiting area convenient for a long wait. Most of the time my daughter is the one who goes to the back with my granddaughter. Today, May 20,2025, I am bringing my goddaughter. We've been here for over an hour, she's complaining that she's hungry since she couldn't eat anything after midnight for her procedure and while we're sitting in the room waiting for someone, anyone, I get a chance to glance the room. Sooooo filthy and dirty. Now I'm regretting my granddaughter having to come here for 7yrs in such filth. Oh my GOSH!!¡!!

Negative experience: Save yourself the trouble. The dentist turnover is very high. I have been here 6 times for a crown which is usually 2 appointments.They never seem to know what they are doing.They had the nerve to schedule me for a follow up appointment when the work had not been done. The front desk is unorganized. The call center just book appointments without prior knowledge and education. The communication or lack there of is horrible. We are not going to even mention the dental infection that I acquired. Take your hard worked for insurance elsewhere. These people are like a sweatshop, in and out , they don’t care.bad post op directions & they treat you like herds of cows. If I could give 0 stars I would. They can’t even get the appointment correct but quick to ask for money.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I had a dental procedure that took about four hours, and I can’t say enough about the incredible care I received from Dr. Mostafavi and the amazing team—Rose, Ricky, Tomah, David, and Noor. From start to finish, they were professional, attentive, and truly compassionate. They made a long and potentially stressful procedure feel comfortable and seamless. Negative experience: Let me start by saying that I've been attending this location a few years now for both my kids. I do love and appreciate the amenities they offer for children's entertainment, but I did not appreciate the time I wasted on my child last appointment. Our appointment was at 9 am, we arrived 30 minutes early as suggested. Unfortunately, I don't have anyone else to help me with his siblings, so I end up taking with me.. I wasn't expecting to have to wait more than 2 or 3 hours just to be seen(evaluated). I never got to see the dentist. I left after waiting. For more than an hour, I called and decided to speak to someone in regard to this disappointing experience. I spoke to Daisy, who basically confirmed that I was still waiting for about 3 to 4 other patients in front of me. So, basically, the wait time to get seen would have been 3.5 hours and another 2 hours for procedure. I totally get that this process with children should not be rushed, I just don't appreciate having to wait 3.5 hours just to be seeing... I mean, are they over booking the appointments..? Or just not organized properly with time management?. I ended up leaving the location*Update 2025* they're still doing the same with dental procedures. I would like to not be contacted to see if i want to make an appointment - I no longer take my kids to Rodeo dental. Their approach to timing and business aspects really sucks.

Negative experience: As a customer to this location, I truly love Dr Tsai as he is the only one I trust but unfortunately my daughter saw Dr. Darius Smith and his lack of empathy with my daughter was truly uncalled for. She had to come and get serviced by Dr TSA as he was not available to check on her progress. Unfortunately she had difficulties. If only Dr Smith would have taken the time on explaning all possible complications on what to be expected from removing the molar and adding bone crafting so there would have been less of concern to the healing progress. This is where it’s inconvient with Rodeo Dental. When they bring different Dr’s to save you “money” but it’s more of a headache if you choose a random Dr.

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff here. I felt very comfortable from the moment I walked. Dr. Ibarra was was very detailed about the treatment I needed. Brandice went over everything I needed to know about my insurance and treatment plan. The assistants Kianna, Tomah, and Nivida were super sweet and made sure I was comfortable during my appointment. Negative experience: Waste of time! Fyi THEY ONLY DO SILVER CAPS ON YOUNG KIDS THEY DO NOT DO FILLINGS FOR 5yr olds. Yes my daughter has a cavity, I was initially told she needed the silver crowns. After research I found out she could get a possibly filing. When they called and confirmed I expressed that. The lady said that may be a option but the pediatric dentist has to determine it she will see him first to decide. First red flag why didnt she see a pediatric dentist on her initial visit. Do they not have pediatric dentist there for normal daily appointments? We get there this morning and again expressed to the assuming dental assistant. She said the SAME THING. The dentist comes in very nice guy. And I expressed again. He stated THEY ONLY DO CAPS FOR KIDS HER AGE HERE. (She is 5) So if yall only do crowns why on earth wouldnt they just tell me that. Wasted my time and his on a slot that could of been filled by another kid. Like why not just say that? Because yall thought I would just say OKAY

Negative experience: This is the second time I’ve pulled my child out of school early and then had to wait over an hour. The first time I simply asked for a courtesy call letting me know they were running behind so I can take my child out a little later to minimize time out of school. The response each time “yeah, sorry”

Negative experience: I did a lot of research before booking my daughter’s first dental appointment and felt like I made the best choice, especially given this statement on the website: “ Baby Dentist in Cypress - SuperMoms are raving about their baby's first dental experience! Your baby's first visit should be special and we will make sure to give you the extra care you deserve!” I wholeheartedly agree that a baby’s first dental experience should be special and am so disappointed that this was not the case. We scheduled at a time that was convenient for us in between meals and around her nap time. Her appointment was at 4:30 and we didn’t get called back till 5:20. She started getting fussy as it was nap time and I walked her around the whole space and was very disgusted to see gum stuck to the floor. I considered walking out but wanted to give the office the benefit of the doubt as I was hopeful the experience would be better. Once we were called back, the person helping us just immediately asked us to sign some electronic forms and barely said much else. There were never any apologies for the long wait and never any excitement over the fact it was my daughter’s first time at the dentist. The dentist saw her, answered our questions and I appreciated that and the information he gave us but nothing about this experience was special. We will not be returning. I’m a little surprised because overall, I’d seen good reviews here but I see another mom recently posted about an underwhelming experience with her one year old so perhaps it’s a place that caters to a different age group but I don’t recommend taking your baby for their first dental appointment.

Negative experience: Very unhappy with the outcome of my service. I paid thousands to get my teeth straight! went through a year of pain all for the orthodontist to remove my braces and I still have gaps in my teeth! his assistant said and I quote "ware the retainers and they will close" Smdh then when I called to schedule an appt because of the gaps the rude person gave me an appt for a month out!! Terrible !! Rodeo dental only cares about the quantity of people they see not about the quality of care they provide!! I would stay clear away from this facility!

Negative experience: I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the experience during my recent visit to your Cypress location for my daughter’s first dental appointment. We were very excited about this milestone visit, but unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. After waiting over an hour before being called back, we had to wait an additional 25 minutes before the dentist arrived. This delay was particularly challenging with a one-year-old child. When the dentist arrived, I was disappointed that there was no effort made to engage with my daughter or make her feel comfortable. Instead, the doctor seemed to expect her to lie on his lap without any interaction to ease her nerves. Additionally, the exam room was shockingly unhygienic. There was visible dust and splash marks on the furniture, which made me extremely uncomfortable having my child in such an environment. I felt compelled to share this feedback because I believe that all patients, especially young children, deserve a welcoming, safe, and clean environment for their care. I hope these concerns will be addressed to improve the experience for future visitors.

Negative experience: If you have to see a dentist, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. I had a 10am appointment my child need it a procedure done. I was ask for her to be fasting. It was almost 1pm and i was still waiting to be seen and when I asked how much longer because my little girl was hungry. They told me 3 more patients were ahead of her. Each patients takes at least one hour. I couldn't wait anymore, we left. This locations needs to improve their practice with their patients time. Stop over booking people so kids can be seem in a timely manner. Never going back.

Fantastic experience: The staff is amazing. Starting off with the front desk Brandice was amazing explained the treatment plan all the way through and answered all of my questions. The assistance Kiana, Tomah, Brittany, etc were all the best. It was also a pleasure meeting the office manager Rose very cheerful and polite. They all deserve a raise.

Positive experience: I have gone to this location for a few years. Things have changed. We make out appointments on the weekdays. The average wait time is 40 minutes to one hour in the lobby. This location wants to charge for regular x-rays. We normally get two x rays per year. The insurance has not changed but the dentist office has started charging for the second x-ray per year. Just to give everyone a heads up. The professionalism is still there. That is why I still have a high rating.

Negative experience: It look like they don’t know what they are going. She recommended extraction for more than 4 teeth. Also I did cleaning and my teeth still showing brown marks. Not recommended at all.

Negative experience: Horrible Horrible service all they do is charge you thousands of dollars and not care for the patients. The front staff is so rude that they just want to argue with you and laugh at your face. I referred so many family members to them we are all going to stop going there and dealing with the horrible experience.

Negative experience: Poor front desk employees. We had an appointment for 11AM and upon arrival we are told due to some reason we will need to wait for atleast 2 hours. Nobody from the front desk called us to notify they are running behind.

Fantastic experience: Haneen and Dr.Watson was the best ever ,they made my son visit feel safe and kept him from being nervous , they talk to patients while helping them through the visit to make it easy , for toddlers , i highly recommend this dentist , Haneen and Dr. Watson have the best energy i want my son to come back everytime.

Negative experience: We had a horrible experience with the front desk. The doctor at this location is not the issue. It’s the front desk. I entered all my updated insurance information a week prior to my appointment. No benefit check was completed, I was told I would have to come back because it was the weekend. The lady at the front desk lied to my face, saying she tried to call. I even showered her my phone with no calls, but was getting texts for reminds. Mind you, I was a routine exam for a two year old. We have PPO and she heard the verbal benefits covered and wouldn’t let us see the doctor so, after an hour of waiting wasted our time, we left. I don’t appreciate being lied to. Own up you didn’t do your job. Super unprofessional. We will never come back.

Negative experience: Prepare to wait 2+ hours sitting here. Always overbooking patients. I understand if this happens once or twice but we’ve been here multiple times just bc of the location and this is the experience all the time.

Negative experience: This place is really cool looking BUT it’s to distract you and your kids from the fact that they DO NOT RESPECT your time! This is the second time we’ve had an appointment with them and they have you sit and wait an hour plus without saying a word to you! I ended up switching to them because we had emergency dental issues on 2 different occasions and those were handled great. But when scheduling an actual appt they severely overbook. Not to mention they opened at 8, our appt was at 8 and as I walk to my car at 8:45 I see the Dr finally showing up to work. Front desk told me there were already 3 patients ahead. How is that even possible? If you do use them be prepared to wait ALL DAY LONG! Never in my 13 years of parenting have i experienced such insanity from a medical provider.

Negative experience: Very bad staff, Very bad services, changing them words, lieing, not professional, we been here last week, they rescheduled another appointment today for my son, and they confirmed his appointment yesterday and asked us to make him fasting, we make my son 4 years old fasting since yesterday as requested, our appointment was 11 am, we here 10:55 am, now it's 12:45, we just now met with the doctor, they said my son will not do his teth today because the doctor that make him sleep is not there, he only come 2 times a month?!!!! So why they set appointment for my son for today and after they confirmed yesterday, now they will not do it. They are so bad and liers people.

Negative experience: I only gave this 1 star just to be able to post my review- But this place is not worthy of any stars. This place is by far the worst place for dental care. My family and I had been going there for our dental care for a few years- Mind you that we would go in regularly for our cleanings and our son’s ortho treatments- Last Oct 2023 I so happened to have an abscess that developed on my lower left side of my mouth- I went in that Saturday for an emergency walk in visit- I saw the Dr there who was working the Saturday- She was new for me as my family and I would only see Dr.Si. After X-rays were taken I was out in the room, the Dr came in and said she wanted to show me something on my X-ray- There was a huge white area on my wisdom tooth on left lower side- She said I needed to see a specialist to see what was going on- Gave me an antibiotic for the abscess because i insisted for something to take the thing away. I went and saw a specialist who they referred me to and that is also another story but I won’t get into that- I went for a second opinion with a second specialist and come to find out , the huge white spot on my X-ray was a tumor that was very big and growing on my nerve and needed to be removed surgically asap- In complete shock and thousands of emotions running through me I went back to rodeo dental to ask if this had been seen ever on any of my panels or noted in my charts- I thought to myself for sure this had to have been seen before if I am a regular pt there- After speaking to the manager there, requesting all my records and X-rays- The worst news I could hear- Yes this lesion was on not one but 2 X-rays but not ever noted in my chart notes- how could this be- I trusted this Dr to care for my teeth and he never said one thing to me- This is Dr.Si by the way- Well he comes into the room where I am talking to the manager- He lowers his mask and says “Patricia, I am sorry I missed this, this is a lesson learned for myself to next time go with my gut feeling “ That was verbatim how he said that to me. Are you freaking kidding me. He knew about this the whole time and never said one word. I had to have this done in a hospital setting due to all the risk factors I was running- I lost feeling in my lower left side- was out of work for 2 months- now have severe pain on my left side that is caused by some nerve damage. This place is the worst, I’m telling you. Now my son is still a pt there due to have been under ortho treatment. Well this place continues to get worse. He had his adjusted a week ago- Dr.Dugam who is the Ortho Dr there also me when my son is having his next cleaning because he is swollen on his lower left side. I told him he will have it done next week which we did on Monday. Come to find out during his cleaning, the new Dr discovers a cyst growing on his gums. Are you kidding me- we just saw the ortho Dr like 4 days before and he never told us any of this- did not mention anything to us. Now my son has to have this removed as an emergency. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT go to this place. Your life could be in jeopardy one day going here. The Dr’s there are not trustworthy.

Negative experience: We arrive at appointments early just to wait over an hour every time to be seen. Seems as if everyone else that arrives after us goes first. My children have gone here for over 5 years but will be changing to another place. They used to be awesome but the past two years have been horrible with very long wait times. Disappointing.

Negative experience: They over book appointments! Wait times are too long!! Over an hour and still haven't been seen! Just too many patients and not enough doctors at this place!! EDIT 5/9/2024 I scheduled my husband an appointment with Orthodontist & for a cleaning! 4pm & 4:30! First appointment with Orthodontist was smooth! It's 6:14 and he's still waiting on a cleaning! The staff here is not good! When I scheduled the appointment I informed the guy that I was the insurance policy holder! My husband called me because they had messed up and put him as the policy holder and it delayed the whole process! The miscommunication is so bad! This happened before with my daughter! I had to go all the way up there to get things straight when my husband took her to her visit! This will be my last time giving this place a chance! I'm officially done with Rodeo Dental!

Negative experience: First procedure that one of my kids had to have was for today. His initial appointment was for 11:00am, but I got a call the day before changing his time to 9:00am. We got here at 8:50am and didn’t get called to the back until 12:00pm and now will have now been waiting for another 45 minutes and his procedure still have yet to get started. I’m very disappointed and rethinking my oldest appointment here next month.

Fantastic experience: Haneen was so awesome! This is the first time my 3 year old didn’t cry during his cleaning. I love the staff and the positive energy. I truly recommend this location.

Negative experience: I have been coming to this clinic for years. Doctor and nurses are great but the have really have become careless with clinic cleaning. Floors and chairs are filthy. How can you trust them to clean teeth properly of all around equipment is full of dust and dirt. They should consider contracting a cleaning crew

Fantastic experience: I love bringing my boys to this Dental office, everyone is so nice and the service is great! Went in for a cleaning and brace consult. The dentist is so kind and knowledgeable and he ended up doing fillings and sealants with the same appointment time and I was able to bring him to his brace consult. On the Brace side the dentist was so nice and Mrs. Viola did a great job applying. She is so sweet and gentle, my son fell asleep in her chair lol. Thank you all, highly recommend. Also all of this was done in 3 hours; cleaning, fillings, sealants, brace consult, and application. So awesome!!!

Negative experience: Title: Disappointing Experience at Rodeo Dental As someone who values efficiency and punctuality, my recent experiences at Rodeo dental have left me thoroughly dissatisfied. This is my second visit for the same issue, and unfortunately, it seems that waiting excessively is the norm rather than the exception at this clinic. During my first appointment, I endured a staggering two-hour wait before having to reschedule my appointment altogether. Hoping for a better experience the second time around, I returned only to find myself subjected to another lengthy wait. When I expressed my frustration to the staff, their nonchalant response was that a three-hour wait is considered normal. While I understand that medical facilities can experience unforeseen delays, waiting for such extended periods without any explanation or apology is unacceptable. Efficient scheduling and respect for patients' time should be paramount in any healthcare setting. I sincerely hope that rodeo dental takes steps to improve their appointment scheduling and reduce wait times for patients. Otherwise, they risk losing valuable trust and loyalty from individuals like myself who expect a higher standard of service.

Negative experience: I just left this place and the medical assistant (admin) are so lazy! I made an appointment two weeks ago. I informed them that my son has two insurances. They waited until I arrived to check the status on the insurance. Good thing I live down the street! Don’t wait until the last minute if there is an issue with the insurance! Let me know ahead of time there is something wrong! I received a call from Maria confirming my appointment but she never mentioned an issue with my insurance! A lazy bunch!

Negative experience: Only reason I’m still coming here is because I already started paying for my treatment. My appointments are scheduled in the am but I don’t get seen for at least a hour. I have a different person working in my mouth each time and I have to tell them every time what I have an appointment for? If I could give 0 stars I would.

Fantastic experience: Amazing! It was our first time here and my kids loved it. They had a lot for the kids to stay entertained while we wait. I loved the staff they were very nice and Professional. The dentist explained everything so well. She went into details what she saw and showed me. The lady that explained treatment plan was great! I cShe explained everything. Prices, Treatment questions. Fantastic experience: I go to the one in cypress. My daughter has braces and I can see her teeth are being corrected. Dr. Dugum is amazing. He’s also very personable. I’ve been to dentist all over Houston, cypress and surrounding areas and none of them would take her, because she has a difficult case. But he took her and is making huge progress and I look forward to great results. The black dentist tech is always great with my daughter as well. She’s amazing. But I am glad that I found this place for my daughters braces needs. He makes sure that every single correction is corrected and doesn’t take any short cuts. He is truly good at what he does. I’m so lucky to have come into contact with him. I recommend him for all your braces needs. Dr. Mansour did a great job pulling my daughters wisdom teeth. He is an awesome oral surgeon. Also Susan and the rest of the team was excellent with her. The entire process was less than an hour and my daughter said it took less that 10 minutes and all 4 were out. She didn’t feel a thing. I think I was more nervous than my daughter. My daughter was great. But the entire team makes sure that you are comfortable and all of your questions are answered. They really take the time to educate you and answer and questions are concerns you may have. I never felt rushed. They go out of the way to really make sure you’re okay. My daughter also got to keep her teeth. She was excited about that. They cleaned them and gave them to her. I’m so glad to have found this dental office. The atmosphere is great. The decor is great. All the way from the scheduling, dental assistances and billing team everyone did such a great job. I’m very impressed. I wish I had gotten my wisdom teeth done here. My experience wasn’t as flawless as my daughters. But this will definitely be my daughters dental office from now on. I am so glad I found them and wish I had found them sooner. I recommend them with no reservations.

Fantastic experience: I recommend this place 100%. I have a 4 yrs old autistic son . From the lobby experience to the end cleaning service was smooth n easy my son loved the theater view . Then, after we moved down to x-rays , the girl was very nice. After that we went to the room for a cleaning Haneen treated us very nicely. We had no crying or screaming, so I call that a win .

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dixon and his assistant Miquel were amazing. Dr. Dixon made me feel comfortable. A completely different company/ dentist botched a procedure and landed me a trip to the ER. A lot of dentist won’t touch another dentists work. I’m so glad Dr. Dixon took on the task and he completed my root canal. He eased the anxiety I had by talking me through, and ensuring I felt no pain during the procedure. He is hands down the best at what he does. He informed Miquel to take X-rays during and the conclusion of my root canal. Dr.Dixon made sure I had post -treatment information and my prescription. I am eternally grateful for the level of service I received today. Adriana and Diana were amazing they made my transition to Rodeo Dental a seamless.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed in this location. First off it takes forever to get someone on the phone just to schedule an appointment. I scheduled two appointments for my son. One orthodontist consult for braces, and one for a regular dental cleaning. The Ortho consult was scheduled for a Wed @ 5pm. We waited patiently over an hour to see the orthodontist. Once in the room he was very nice and informative, he quickly came up with a plan for his braces journey including extractions. I was informed that quotes for extractions would happen when I brought him in for this appointment with the dentist (which was three days later). My spouse takes my son to his second appointment Sat @12. They waited OVER 2 hours to see the dentist. And NoOne had any idea my son was just there a few days prior. NoOne had any knowledge of the extractions needed. It took for me to call and speak with the front desk staff for someone to look in his chart for previous notes. IT WAS SO MUCH CONFUSION. The front desk lady told me after speaking with the dentist that he did not need extractions at this time. I just gave up on the entire process with Rodeo dental... We will be finding another orthodontist and dentist

Fantastic experience: All three of my kids have always gone to this clinic. They are amazing! Dr King did my 6 year old son's caps on his molars and he was so patient and kind with my son. He even called himself to check on him that same evening. I appreciate this office so much. Also, be kind and patient if there is a wait. You never know the complications of the patients before you. The staff never stands still, they work so hard

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience with Dr Tran and his assistant Haneen. My son was terrified to get his tooth pulled. They were very patient with him, also walking him through every step as if he were getting his teeth cleaned. I then caught on because the steps were not that of a cleaning but in order to calm and reassure my son, it was presented to him as if they were cleaning but really they were preparing to pull the tooth. I was so settled/calmed by Dr Trans patience & effort to comfort my son through the process. I cannot say how that made me feel. There was also a Hispanic salt & peppered haired male assistant who was very helpful and kind to us. Didn’t get to catch his name. Also the salt and peppered short haired assistant (female) that assisted my daughter with her dental needs was a great help as well. I am very satisfied with our services!

I bring my great niece every 6 months for her routine cleanings and etc. All of the Staff display professionalism, kindness and knowledge in all things dental. Fantastic experience: Dr. Tsai and his staff are incredible! I take both of my children here- my kids are complete opposite when it comes treatment at the dentist, and the staff here know exactly how to comfort them both and give the best care they can. I definitely recommend Rodeo Dental of Cypress!

Fantastic experience: I visited the office to start my journey with braces. Sergio was very pleasant and kind when explaining my benefits. He was very thorough. Viola was my dental hygienist. She was very gentle and patient with me. She made me feel comfortable during my visit. I was very nervous. Dr. Dugum is the BEST. He's cool, calm and knowledgeable. He's very professional, down to earth and easy to talk to. I could not ask for a better team. I Love Rodeo Dental!

Fantastic experience: We just moved to Cypress, Texas a few months ago. My daughter 1st dental exam here was awesome. During my daughter's xray, Mrs. Wilma walked up and started talking to my daughter and I. She complimented my daughter on how mature she was. I informed her that we just moved here. Negative experience: Came here to try out a new dentist for my daughter. I thought they would be ideal since it is a pediatric dentistry. I arrived at 1:35 for a 2pm app. With her being a new patient, I assumed she would have forms to fill out. They gave me the forms to fill out at 2PM (the time of her appointment) Staff is unfriendly, awkward, unprofessional. One woman ( I honestly don’t even know her job) was just standing there trying to talk to my other daughter (who is 15 months) while my other daughter was getting examined. Dentist tells me my daughter has 4 cavities (which I honestly could not see and they couldn’t show me on x-ray) They have us in one room then move us next door for a cleaning which didn’t make sense to me. Then the woman who is obsessing over my daughter goes and gets them balloons as the other staff are trying to talk to me about my daughters care and set up an appointment. I don’t know who this woman is but she was very annoying and childish. You don’t interrupt someone trying to distract them from hearing about the patient. She didn’t even help with my daughters cleaning or exam. She was just there bothering us saying bye to my daughter at least 20 times and watching me speak to my daughter. Then asking me a million questions like does she talk does she do this? I think she needs to work in a daycare not a dentist office. The woman working on my daughter says “oh she is very nervous” like obviously it’s uthe dentist. No one likes the dentist. Then when the cleaning is all done they don’t even tell me it’s over or what to do or where to go. They just sit there awkwardly. I had to say “is that all?” This place is a joke. We will not be back.

Fantastic experience: Laporsha Meanus here and it’s a must I leave a review. So today I visited Rodeo Dental in Cypress. Let me just say as a 30+ years old adult I was a little nervous about a deep cleaning. I’ve had one in the past and it just was not my favorite. Well I had the pleasure of having Dr Richard Tran as my dentist and I must say it was by far the best deep cleaning I’ve had. It was painless and fast. Listen if you ever need a deep cleaning and want it to be painless and fast. Dr Tran is definitely the man. 12/10. Awesome dentist office over all.

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful place!! I give them five stars all day. Dr. King -was absolutely amazing with my kids and all that needed to be done. My kids love him. His patience and friendly demeanor truly show the love he has for his job. He made sure to inform me of everything I needed to know with clarity.( much appreciated) The assistants were so lovey, sweet and truly helpful. My kids loved them all. I didn't catch everyones names but anytime I needed something no one stood still, it was a hard day for me with three kids all having something done and I truly appreciate all of them. The ladies at the front went all in as well, they got all paperwork straightened out where others couldn't. They put a smile on my face choosing them for dental care. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: So I took my daughter here yesterday as a new patient and I must say the whole experience was great they were so organized and fast we loved the environment and the free lollipops!! I highly recommend bringing your child here they know how to make you feel comfortable and welcomed and there is also games for kids and and a mini movie theater!! #thankmelater

Negative experience: Sigh, I loathe leaving bad reviews. Don’t hesitate to get a second opinion before moving forward. I was told my daughter had numerous cavities. They also wanted to sedate her for treatment. She’s 8 y/o & has never had issues visiting the dentist. Truthfully, she looks forward to it. I decided to cancel the appointment & get a second appointment. Thankfully I did, my child has 1 cavity. I felt taken advantage of. Our insurance only covered treatment & the sedation would be paid of out of pocket as my sons was. Prior to this appointment, my son had treatment done at this office. Now I’m questioning if he actually needed so much work done.

Fantastic experience: Haneen & Dr. Tran are awesome! We have a big family and they gave awesome care to all 4 of my little ones at different age ranges. Very professional and kind to all of them! Even helped me look for my daughter’s lost hat and tons of fun balloons and things for the kids

Negative experience: Really loved this place until today . Not sure if it's the holiday that is making the staff so lazy or what, but this is crazy . I have never experienced this before , where I have to call and verify my dental plan because they can not verify it and they do not want to look ( having blue cross blue shield ) . They are assuming people's insurance are the same and they are not . For being such a good dental office , you would think they have better customer service or at least try . Very disappointed with today and no I would definitely not recommend. Unless you want to verify your own dental information and spend an hour waiting for them to see you , if you end up doing there job .

Positive experience: I've been taking my kids to Rodeo dental since they were toddlers and the experience has always been great but our last few appointments within the last two years have been short of excellent and today's appointment was the day I said I need to find a new dentist. Our previous appointments wait times were about 30 minutes. But these past two years, it increased to about 1hour or more wait time. Today we had a procedure for my son that he needed to fast and his appointment was at 9 am. We waited for a little over 2 hours until we just got tired of the wait. My son had this procedure done in 2020 and we were in and out. The doctor said he is not going to rush his procedures to get to the next patient. That's understandable but why book us at that specific time when we aren't going to be seen at that time or within an understandable time frame. Other reviews on here state we would be waiting almost 4-5+ hours for the same procedure. Just like a doctor's time is valuable.. ours is as well. I've been to another dentist in the Copperfield area with less wait time but this place is close to home and has a play area. Other than the crazy wait time, the staff are always great people but my time is valuable! Can't come here anymore cause even for a cleaning it's a 1+wait time.
