Fantastic experience: Everyone here is very friendly and competent. I also believe they are honest. A different dental clinic claimed that our son needed root canal treatments on his baby teeth due to cavities and gave us a hefty quote to do the operation. At Lake Jeanette, they told us we don’t really need a root canal treatment and fixed the problem for half the price.

Fantastic experience: No one "likes" going to the dentist, but throw in Autism and you've got your hands full! My son has grown so much over the years and is handling things better all the time, but the dentist is still a huge hurtle. The staff at Lake Jeanette were SO patient and kind to my son yesterday! It was VERY difficult to get x-rays but Krystal never gave up and never lost her patience. With a smile on her face and kindness in her voice, she found a way to get the x-rays done! Dr. Werner was also very kind and patient. It means to world to an Autism Mom to have people see and accept my son just as he is. I would recommend to anyone! Thanks again Lake Jeanette. Fantastic experience: We have been going to Lake Jeanette for several years now, and I can’t say enough good things. We have seen several providers, but our favorite is Dr Werner. She is calm, kind, patient and understanding. We have a kiddo with hypoplastic enamel and it has been very challenging. His teeth require a lot of additional x rays, care, and treatment. I never feel pushed here, and I genuinely feel like they have my kids best needs in mind. They’re willing to work with my comfortability level and we move through treatment at a pace that is appropriate for young children.

She’s so thorough, patient, and gentle — taking the time to explain everything and making sure both my son and I feel at ease. Fantastic experience: 100% would recommend! Our experience was stellar. These people have thought of everything that could possibly improve a child's experience with dentistry. Every single worker there from the front desk to the dentist was kind, happy, and helpful. I am so disappointed that I am too old to be a patient here. They gave my children balloons, toys, sunglasses, and even took their pictures and printed them out and added magnets (for the fridge, of course). The swag bags were also awesome, with a character themed toothbrush for each of my kids in addition to the flossers and toothpaste.

Fantastic experience: We had the most wonderful experience at Lake Jeanette Orthodontics & Pediatric Dentist! I brought my 20 month old son for his first appointment a couple weeks ago and we really enjoyed our time with Dr. Molina & her assistants! Upon walking in there there is a beautiful waiting room with a little play area for younger children, that my son really enjoyed. Everyone who spoke with us was so pleasant! Once we were taken back, they took a little photo of my son for his first appointment and even printed it out with magnets for us to hang on the fridge, a perfect keepsake for sure. Although my son was not thrilled to be there, they comforted him and reassured all of us that he did so well, gave him a goodie bag and toys and stickers to tell him he did a great job. Thank you all so much for your kindness and making my son’s first dentist appointment less scary.

She cleans her teeth and changes the wires, and although she’s quiet, she’s very skilled and efficient at what she does. I’m usually particular about who works with my daughter and don’t like changes, but I have to say, Marshay has made a wonderful impression. When our regular person isn’t available, I’m always happy to welcome her. She’s not only fast and professional, but also so gentle and caring, which makes all the difference to us! My son got braces today and had some struggles because his mouth is so small. They were so patient, and kind. They made sure he was comfortable every step. Highly reccomend their dental and ortho work. They also have done great past work with him during his time with an expander and 2 spacer appliances he had. Fantastic experience: The staff, hygienists, assistants and doctor were all so kind and patient with us as my daughter had 3 extractions done. Dr. Emma answered every question, the front staff chased down information, the team gave me updates as I watched the procedure and follow ups were scheduled even before the procedure was over. What a great experience end to end!

Fantastic experience: My son hit his teeth last night, and even though I work here it was awesome to experience the excellent service as a parent! Not only were they able to see me first thing the next morning, but Dr Werner provided exceptional care and my kiddo did not want to leave! Thanks LJOPD!

Negative experience: This place sucks. My child went to this location and had braces put on around age 13. They kept switching doctors, and as he got older, the less the cared. Once he turned 18, mind you, he was a patient from 12 yrs old or younger. They really just told him he should go elsewhere to finish the process with his braces or just take them off. All that time and he teeth are not straight. Needless to say, they took them off, and his teeth are awful, to say the least. I would not recommend this place to a dog. I wish I was there to say no don't take them off but he was 18 and I trusted they would take care of this. SAD EXPREINCE. Money wasted. He will have to get braces again!! People do your research!!!

Fantastic experience: I was so grateful to find this place. The convenience of my son being able to have his dental and orthodontic care in the same place is phenomenal. We are newcomers and the staff and physicians were amazing. Everyone was welcoming, incredibly kind, and supportive in determining the best plan for my son. I was even more blown away that they were able to complete his cleaning, perform an extraction and install braces all in the same visit! If anyone is looking for a place for dental or orthodontic care this is the place!

Fantastic experience: We are new to this area and needed to find a pediatric dentist for our children. I searched on google, and this dentistry had positive reviews so I decided to give it a shot, and I was not disappointed. The lobby is very kid friendly- there’s a train table which my toddlers loved and kept them occupied while we waited to be called back. There is also an iPad station for children which works out great for both the children and the parents. All of the staff were very friendly. Once called back, to my surprise, they took adorable pictures of my children on a professional camera as a gift to me. They printed them out and gave them to me at the end of the appointment. They are all very gentle with the children, patient, understanding, and just overall amazing! The dentist was so kind! After the appointment, we were directed to one of check out desks, and as many parents know and have experienced, children can get very antsy afterwards. Well they have a simple yet wonderful solution for that- iPads on the wall right behind you as you’re checking out! I was able to check out without the hassle of having to keep my children in one spot or from wanting to wander off, ect. I definitely recommend bringing your children to Lake Jeanette Orthodontics & Pediatric Dentistry!

Fantastic experience: We had a tremendous experience, our son (who was not a patient at the time) had an abscessed tooth. We tried calling around to a plethora of dentist as his regular dentist was closed on a Friday. The team at Lake Jeannette stepped in and saved the day!

Fantastic experience: My 5yo loves this place! There are tablets and games for the kids to play while they wait to be called to the back. When you meet the dentist, they are so calm and patient. They talk to the children, let them see the tools they will be using so they become more comfortable with the process. They even provide little gifts for the smaller children once they're done. Some kids are afraid to go to the dentist, but here you can definitely see and feel that the child is the focal point. I highly recommend this dentist.

Fantastic experience: I’m so glad I found this practice. The Dentist was so nice and informative. The hygienist was so good with my son. The practice was so clean! For the first visit my son got a bag full of goodies including a toy and balloon. I got a picture of him that they put magnets on the back, it’s now on my fridge. I drove nearly 30 minutes to get a second opinion and I’m so glad I did. We will continue to go here for years on. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I can’t thank this office enough for bringing my son in at the last minute for an extraction. Dr. Warner and her staff were amazing. They made sure my son was comfortable and rubbed his head and talked to him to keep him calm during the procedure. Usually my son cries but today he said he didn’t feel the injection and he’s looking forward to going back. Thank you guys soooo much!

Fantastic experience: This is a great location and the staff and doctors are amazing! We saw Dr. Emma and Kelsey today and they both were extremely nice and pleasant. They made my baby’s first dental experience extremely wonderful. I would highly recommend this dentistry. The environment is also welcoming and clean and we loved it!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mike was absolutely wonderful! He was so helpful and kind to me and even went above and beyond with assisting me with my concerns with my retainer. Hannah also was wonderful! I have had her a few times and she is very knowledgeable and helpful. I sincerely appreciate you both and everything you do! In the future if my children end up needing braces, I will be coming here! I would definitely recommend this practice for both children and even adults who need assistance with their retainers.

Fantastic experience: My son had never been to a dentist and I have to say, everyone made sure he felt comfortable and not nervous about it. He had a great time, and even though he did cry, they managed it very well. He is still telling everyone at school about his dentist and the balloon he got. Staff was really nice and efficient, clean place too. Will definitely bring my daughter here when the time comes. Update: 10/25/24 My daughter (1.5y) had her first appointment yesterday and it was so good! Very nice staff and, even though she cried the whole time, the doctors and nurses were so nice and patient with her. We LOVE this office!

Fantastic experience: We love Lake Janette Orthodontics and Dentistry. We have been going there for 10 years and have always had the best care. I feel they go above and beyond to provide information and create the best plan for your child. They take their time to explain what they are doing and respect each child’s needs. My kids love the iPads available while they wait and often wish they didn’t call their names so fast. I wish this was my experience from childhood.

Fantastic experience: Had our first visit with this office today and we had a wonderful experience! The office was very nice and extremely clean and well taken care of. The dental hygienists were excellent and really tried to make my children as comfortable as possible. The dentist was also wonderful and took her time explaining things to us. I love that they offer more frequent fluoride treatments for high risk patients. Billing after the appointment was a breeze and they charged us exactly what we had agreed on prior to the appointment and there were no surprises. Overall, loved this office and so glad we chose to move to this practice!

Fantastic experience: My teenagers have been coming here since they were 3 and 4 years old and now my youngest, who is 2, has just begun going here. I am so thankful for the service and attention we receive and cannot imagine us anywhere else. The staff is so great with kids, from the youngest to oldest. All three of my kids never complain about going to the dentist! They also have their picture taken each time, and they have magnets, so I can stick on the fridge. They are very caring and do such a great job. I also appreciate their good communication from billing to what is going on with my children's teeth. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Great office, amazing staff! I brought my 1 year old here for his first dentist appointment and was very impressed. They've got a cute waiting room with little iPads built into a kids table for interaction, there are even some built into the wall by checkout to keep a kid busy while the parent takes care of adult stuff. Everything was extremely clean and the staff very welcoming. We had Kelsey as our dental assistant and she was the absolute sweetest thing. You can tell she genuinely loves children because she took the time to get my son comfortable with the tools she was about to use by letting him touch them and play a bit. And Dr. Andrews was fabulous! Extremely friendly and worked very fast! You could tell she was experienced getting the job done despite a crying toddler. Glad I chose this practice!

Fantastic experience: The office space was so wonderful! This was our first experience here, we relocated to the area and I have. 6 year old. He was welcomed by the hygienist, and they walk through each item they use and really make the kid feel comfortable. They address the kid more than the parent which I LOVED. As my kid was the patient! I was asked questions but appropriately. The cleaning area is a "communal" space, as multiple chairs and open. So if you're looking for "privacy" this isn't the place but I had no concerns about it and it didn't feel weird. Allowed my son to feel "normal" I think. The dentist (Dr. Andrews) was so kind and very upfront and honest. Didn't push for any extra things to do to his teeth and they even suggested separating X-rays so insurance will cover both individually which was awesome. I can't express enough about the positive environment. Ranging from hands on hygienist staff, the dentist and even front desk individuals they were all SO kind and welcoming. HIGHY recommend for any child to go here and have a wonderful experience!

Fantastic experience: We’ve used Lake Jeanette Pediatric Dentistry for everything from routine cleanings, braces, and emergency retainer replacement! They always take the best care of my children. There have been times where my kids were scared or nervous and they had the most gentle approach, only doing what my child was comfortable with. One of our children has sensory processing disorder, which can make the dentist an overwhelming place. They would allow him a separate space and slowly worked him up to doing a full cleaning in the open area with other kids. No matter what your needs or concerns, Lake Jeanette and their staff will address it with the upmost care and concern!

Fantastic experience: I've taken my daughter to Lake Jeanette Orthodontics & Pediatric Dentistry starting at 3 years old. Now at 13 she will be getting braces on at their office next week. We moved out of NC for a couple of years but immediately came back to their practice for her dental care when we moved back. All the staff (dentists, orthodontists, techs, business office staff, etc.) are friendly and make the process easy for both parents and children. My daughter is usually anxious at medical-type appointments, but not at this office! They do the little things like kneel down and talk to kids on their level, explain what they're going to do, show them to tools they will use to perform the cleaning, and explain how it may feel for the child (e.g. tickle, vibrate, etc.), which takes away the "unknown" factor for kids.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mike and Sherida were great. They answered all our questions and made sure to let us know what was happening every step of the way. My son is 2 and even after we had to pin him to brush his teeth he was all smiles and even said Thank you. I highly recommend them because they interacted with Luca and didn’t just treat him like a number. I think how you establish relationships with your Dr’s is very important and sets the tone for how well they will care for theirselves in the future. So when choosing a provider the first thing that my wife and I look for is how well the provider interacts with him. Yes it is important to speak to us but we really just want him to be comfortable. They check every box here even from the friendly front end staff who all speak and interact with him as well.

Fantastic experience: My son has been coming here since 2022. We love it here! Everyone is so warm and friendly every single visit. EVERYONE! Im a bit of a helicopter mom, if I have to tend to my youngest child I feel comfortable leaving my son in the hands of these people. Communication is always fast and clear. These people went above and beyond for months to help with my insurance claims just so that I could be reimbursed. I had no idea that they were even doing that for me because I had given up trying. We were originally referred to a different office closer to home but Im glad we ended up here. It’s definitely worth the drive. You and your babies are in PERFECT hands if you decide to come here!

Fantastic experience: Absolute 5 star treatment for my 3 year old daughter! Everyone was so patient and kind. I was worried that the experience would be frightening for her, but we had such a great visit, my daughter keeps asking to go back to the dentist! Highly recommend Lake Jeanette for any parents looking for a great pediatric dentist practice!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Andrews and Michelle (Hygenist) were great with my daughter. My daughter is Autistic and to say she has anxiety with going to the dentist is an understatement. They accepted her and worked with her to try to make her as comfortable as possible. Everyone there was very nice and accommodating. We would definitely recommend them!

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this place enough. They are kind, caring, and knowledgeable. My daughter needed to be seen quickly due to a dental emergency and they fit her in immediately and took care of the problem. They put her and us at ease and we are so thankful for them.

Positive experience: Usually they’re very good. However, this morning, I informed them that we had some time constraints since my daughter had to get to school and I had to get to work. In fact, I Informed the front desk of our time constraints, and even canceled the fluoride part of the appointment because of the time constraints. Nevertheless, my daughter ended up sitting in the patient chair for about 20 minutes with no one talking to her. Evidently the doctor had to come over and review the work. That’s fine but they have to realize that people have school and work and if they cannot get to a patient in a timely fashion, they should let the person know so they can reschedule for a better time. The office was not crowded at all, so I’m not sure what had happened but it’s not the first time that we have had to wait a long duration for one of the doctors to briefly review the work. I think the practice could improve by better respecting patients’ time.

Fantastic experience: Our experience today as wonderful!! We have been going for a couple years and it’s always been wonderful but today was my son’s first time doing X-rays!! He was nervous but Courtney did a fantastic job with him!! She was so sweet and talked him through it all! He had Michelle do his cleaning and she was just the sweetest!! We appreciate everyone there including the front desk!!

Fantastic experience: My 12 yo daughter has had her braces for almost a year. Every time she has a concern, Lake Jennette, is always willing to accommodate us with a visit to check on her issues. They are prompt and attentive. The technicians always come out and give a report of her progress and any areas of improvement. Thank you for helping us in this transition!

Fantastic experience: My daughter went to her first dentist appointment and she had such a great experience! Amy took the time to show her on Elsa the doll the whole process so she understood what to expect. Dr Werner was amazing as well and took the time to explain everything. We can’t wait to go again! Thank you for having such great staff who truly care for children and go out of their way to make them and parents comfortable!

Fantastic experience: I want to thank this practice, Morgan helped guide me the whole way when I was trying to have my son seen asap for tooth pain. They were able to fit me right in and do the procedure the same day. All of the ladies were SO nice and made both my son and I feel comfortable and safe. I cannot say enough good things about this practice!
