Fantastic experience: Today the final partial came in and it fits great. Negative experience: I have all broken teeth and was saving to get implants i had swelling on mybface and wanted to get 4 teeth extracted the following day and wanted to ask questions about getting dentures and the dentist said i think you should just go to him the implant dentist i said im scaref for my health and i just want to ask the oral surgeon questions for i cant afford him right know and would like to get some teeth removed tomorrow. He walks away and says i dont want to deal with him . Just becouse i have questions and at no point was i rude and your saying my health can be at risk and im saying ok lets plan on taking some teeth out today then and then reffers me back to the surgeon i cant afford until next year . He never heard me out . When i tried to set an appointment for the following day he refused to help me after i kept saying i wanted help nice if this infection kills me or anything happens to me i have it all recorded on my phone . They dont like people who ask questions .Very said . I asked for help and flat out denied me becouse i had questions that i wanted to ask and look into if i could still get implants if i had dentures at 1st he was unprofessional and very rude and childish.

Fantastic experience: My first visit I met Teika at the front desk, and she was phenomenal. Her professionalism and beauty personality and smile set the stage for meeting the wonderful personality of Esme, Leo. They both were very personal and professional. Dr. Chin was Awesome!!! Fantastic experience: Hey I literally broke down at the office. I was like 16 and my mom seemed to not care about my oral health. I was adopted so already my teeth were yellow....over seas...orphanages didne care ......when I moved to America . I struggled with self confidence all the time. People used to make fun of me because my tooth made it look like a middle finger....jetted out and displaced....I was always bullied. I wanted the tooth pulled. Was a healthy tooth....but they didn't pull it and instead....asked Mrs. Jay talk to me....and I was already crying....but Mrs. Jay told me medicaid could cover due to necessary procedures....my front tooth is I front of the back tooth....I am hoping for referral and a change in teeth......braces are so expensive and its hard to cover any thing. But Jay was the first to bring back hope in me. I just asked them to pull my tooth because I was so frustrated in having a tooth in front of another. Makes it hard to clean amd infection hard to defeat. I hope Jay can bring smile and make people have hope again. I hope this works. For me. She referred me out......and I already have had a hard time being referred. Its a very hard process and I always never finish thorugh but I hope this will help me. She has a beutiful smile I want and I appreciate her help. The lady.....Mrs chang....she was so sweet and patient......I was frustrated and she got Mrs Jay for me...thanks......thank you Mrs. Chan..:)

Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a great experience at Night and Day Dental! From the moment I walked in, everyone was super friendly and made me feel at ease. I want to especially give a huge shoutout to Alnissa she was AMAZING! She was super patient, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. You can really tell she cares about the people who come in. She even checked on me more than once while I was waiting just to make sure I was okay. That small act made a big difference. It’s not often that you leave a dental appointment feeling genuinely good, but that’s exactly how I felt thanks to the team here. Negative experience: First time coming here made appointment on phone. Arrive 15 minutes early to do the paperwork. Still end up waiting 40 minutes after appointment to get called back. Once in the back not as pleasant as the other reviews that I have read. The chair in the exam room is old and ripped in several spots. Not feeling well about the cleanliness of this facility.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, my dentist I have been seeing since 1 years old has retired when I was 18. So I chose to be seen at this dentist office since it is nearby. Horrible choice, I had a chip in my front tooth and my previous private dentist put a piece on it and it lasted over 10+ years and it lasted longer than he stated, it finally came off and I researched this dentist office and booked here.. in the last 4 years it has chipped 3 times…. I recently went back to get it fixed in June of 2025 and it has chipped AGAIN not even a month later. First of all, Dr. Lee is the one who did my procedure this time and he did a horrible job, like seriously. The chip was in the corner of my tooth towards the middle, the dentist shaves my whole entire tooth down and makes it uneven from the tooth beside it— they were the same size when I walked in and when I left out the tooth he “fixed” was extremely shorter than the tooth beside it. He states it’s because I had an overbite… I did NOT come to get an over bite fixed, nor was it on my treatment plan! Now the tooth he shaved down and added more resin on I guess, has chipped off again.. terrible work. Every time you call this office the front desk throws you on hold and another agent picks up and some times they are rude and will forget about you on hold. If you are able to, please AVOID this dentist office. They are the work dentist office in America. I look at Night & Day Dental like the McDonald’s of the Dentistry world… very poor quality, if applicable please see another dentist and pay the $99 new client fee. UPDATE: I posted this review this morning around 8am, it is now 9:11 am same day, I had an appointment to have my tooth fixed in the near future and they read my review and called and canceled my upcoming appointment's and stated they would refund my insurance and advise of me to go be seen else where and get a second opinion. Which I’ll be more than overjoyed to do. I think they should fix the mess they made but I’ll be happy to go to a more skilled, private dentist practice. Now I have to walk around with a shaved tooth that wasn’t like that to begin with. Pitiful company, will be contacting the board.

Negative experience: the staff are friendly enough, but the service is horrid. i've had to schedule 7 different appointments for one tooth, already paid them nearly a thousand dollars, and the infected tooth is still in my mouth months later getting worse and worse. it's the cheapest in durham because they barely do anything. go anywhere else.

Negative experience: I had an appointment scheduled for 12:30 for a simple routine cleaning. I got there 10 minutes early and waited for over an hour to be seen. I left so I have no idea how much longer I would have been waiting. If you’re looking for fast service or to be waiting 30 minutes or less this is not the place for that. I understand offices run behind sometimes but folks have other things to do in there days so waiting over an hour is rather ridiculous.

Negative experience: I had an appointment at 8AM, was told by the office manager to get there at 7:45AM and would be taken straight back. Got there at 7:45AM and sat there till 8:30 as I watched everyone else go back and when I asked about it was told “ oh yeah we are getting ready to call you”” I make the appointments as I do and speak to the office manager so I can go straight back without inconveniencing anyone as I have to be to work by 10:00AM . This office on Duke st. Is horrible for making you wait and the front office staff is rude and they all seem to hate their jobs. Again, I try to make the appointments so that I can get in and out fast. I know I’m not the only person to be seen that’s why I make the appointment and speak to the office manager, but as I found out customers don’t really matter as I was there at 7:45 and it’s 9:35 when I left for a simple cleaning and look over.

Negative experience: Gave me way too much lidocaine and went way too deep with the needle. It was 1 filling and left me hurting for hours. I've gotten root canals and teeth pulled and you used more than they did.

Negative experience: I was sren at night and day dental and I had a wisdom tooth removed and three molars the dentist after he removed all four of my teeth did not prescribe any kind of pain medicine and said they do not prescribe narcotics I don't know if they thought that I was drug-seeking or what but I was not I did not expect to have four teeth pulled at one time and the dentist there don't prescribe pain medicine so if you are in pain do not go to this dentist

We hate when our patients are in pain, but our providers very *rarely* prescribe narcotics. Night and Day Dental prioritizes fixing the underlying causes of the pain, and we hope we were able to do that for you. If you are still in pain after your procedure, please give our office a call and schedule a post-op appointment so that our providers may better serve you!
Negative experience: I visited this office due to a small chip on one of my front teeth. The dental assistant and about two others that I engaged with in passing were the only positives about that place. They were polite. Everything else left a lot to be desired. I waited in the waiting room for an hour with no updates about the delays. The only interaction I had up front was someone shouting across the room to ask if my insurance card was from this year - a question that could have been handled more discreetly and professionally Once I was finally seen, the dentist only spent about 3 mins on the issue I came in for. He then shifted the focus to procedures I hadn't asked about. A treatment plan was even drafted for those items. It felt like my concern was sidelined in favor of upselling services I didn't come for - which was very frustrating after such a long wait. However, I told them I wouldn't be back. I like evening hours but it just isn't worth not being heard, lack of transparency and poor care.
Negative experience: Wait time is more than 1.5 hours and place is not clean. Do not recommend at all.

Positive experience: Staff was great except for the annoying doctor I had, After his assistant did everything well, he showed up for a total of roughly 1 minute, didn't look at the X-rays, and didn't even acknowledge the reason I was there which was my wisdom teeth, he told me to just brush more and left the room without helping me for the reason I showed up

Negative experience: I would leave a 0 review if I could. BEWARE do not go here!!! I was having gum pain and could not get in to be seen by my normal dentist so out of desperation I went here. They ended up pulling a tooth and doing a temp bridge. Before they even got to fixing my mouth, there employees got into a cussing match in my room!! The tooth pulling they ended up doing went fine but then they totally botched the temp bridge. I ended up the next day begging my normal dentist to see me, they did. They said the job was so badly done that it was causing me crazy amounts of pain and possible damage to surrounding teeth. They then said “I’ve never told someone to call the dental board on someone but you really should, this is horrible” . So I called night and day and informed them of what happened. There office manager proceeded to get an attitude with me and told me I would get no refund, and basically hung up on me, when I said I would go to the board. The dentist 5 min later called me back from here and apologized said I would get a refund and wants me to come back to do the rest of the work. Honestly even free I’m to scared to go back. This place should be shut down. And I think the only reason they even gave a refund is because of the threats of going to the board. Which after consideration i probably will.

Negative experience: Scheduled a cleaning over the phone but when we got there, they wouldn't do the cleaning until they did xrays and said they didn't have time for both. When I asked for a same day cleaning, the person on the phone should have told me that wasn't possible so I would have time to call someone else.

Positive experience: It was very stressful. One doctor runs around 10 patients. I'm just in shock. When I asked a assistant where is doctor? Assistant was frustrating that I don't want wait more then 2 hours. Why didn't I read reviews before? This is a very strange clinic. Very good that they didn't treat me. I asked send me an x-ray, but no one sent it. But the doctor wrote out a prescription and asked the assistant to call the translator for explaining. I feel sorry for the doctor, he is probably a good doctor. But no one can treat 10 people at the same time. I hope I receive x-ray on email. Girl on reception was polite. But other girl when I leave this clinic was no friendly. She looked on me no friendly and don't send me x-ray. I add 1 star because when I call again to office the girl send me fast. I'm very glad that I received it. Thank you.
Negative experience: Absolutely terrible service. My appointment was at 1:15 and didn’t get called back for my appointment after waiting 45 minutes. I got and I canceled my appointment. I will go elsewhere. Only come here if you have ALL day!!!
Negative experience: Don’t EVER come here! If i could give this a 0 star i would. They won’t listen to you and will diagnose you with something you don’t have. I have a chronic illness thats sensitive to pain, and i know my condition, my tooth ache has occurred before and all i needed was a simple cleaning to get some tartar up that was pressing on my tooth. at my old dentist was it was an easy fix but NOT HERE, They refused to clean my teeth and refused to actually listen to me. They didn’t check my records. doctor came in trying to tell me its was a dead tooth. Even though i am not a dentist i know that it would have been brown or black but my teeth is yellow/ white on both sides, i also know that it would of been absolutely excruciating if it was a cavity or a dead tooth because i have had cavities most of my life. Then the doctor came back and said “it’s nothing” as if my pain didn’t matter. Don’t come here EVER!

Negative experience: Sub par dental work, every crown installed has fallen out at least once , constant billing problems as well. The staff is welcoming and nice and the prices are ok but the work done is not good. I have to get my crowns fixed now but will probably have to have them pulled. Update: after having 3 times they have tried to charge me for their improper crown cement and now a $800 jump in price I am never going back. This place is beyond bad. Stay away unless you have no other choice.

From the moment I walked in, they made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. Annie was super kind and knowledgeable, explaining everything in a way that put me at ease. J’Myah was so patient and caring, making sure I was comfortable the whole time. And Maylee was absolutely wonderful—so friendly and professional, she really helped make the whole visit smooth and stress-free. Driving all the way from Greensboro makes it worth the drive. It’s not often you actually enjoy going to the dentist, but with this team, it was such a great experience! Negative experience: If you’re considering coming here, let me warn you about Dr. Yong Lee. I had an appointment for a tooth extraction and while the front desk staff and my assistant, Christina, were wonderful, Dr. Lee was the worst part of my experience. From the moment he walked in, he was rushing like he had a quota to meet in under 30 seconds. No bedside manner, no compassion—just a whirlwind of bad attitude and unnecessary judgment. I came in with a broken tooth, and instead of focusing on the issue, Dr. Lee immediately started shaming me about my teeth, saying things like “Oh, at this rate, you won’t have any teeth by 30” and “You need to take better care of the ones you have.” First of all, I didn’t come here for a lecture—I came for medical care. As a healthcare student myself, I know that patient education should never come from a place of belittling but rather from guidance and respect. Then came the numbing process—an absolute nightmare. He jabbed me with the needle multiple times with no warning, no preparation, and no attempt to ease the pain. Just a quick “little pinch” followed by another and another, all while continuing his condescending remarks. It was excruciating, and I was left in tears. Even after the assistant tried to calm me down, he returned and—without explanation—stabbed me with more anesthesia despite me already being numb. Why? Who knows. It felt excessive and almost like a power move rather than necessary care. Once the extraction began, he yanked my molar out in one go, with no breaking it down into smaller pieces to reduce trauma. He then dismissed me with no prescription for pain management, just a recommendation to take ibuprofen—which, by the way, can thin blood and isn’t ideal for clotting after an extraction. The pain that followed was unbearable, and now, days later, I’m dealing with a hematoma near the site, likely due to his aggressive technique. Bottom line: If you end up here, avoid Dr. Yong Lee. The staff is great, but he lacks basic empathy and professionalism. No patient should feel dismissed, rushed, or shamed while seeking care. I refuse to let him near me again.

The doctors and their assistants were not only professional but also genuinely down-to-earth, taking the time to connect with me on a personal level. Fantastic experience: I had reservations about getting dental work done here. I had to switch from my old dentist due to insurance changes..i thought that night and day dental was for low income individuals and therdore may have lower standards of care , but i can say with confidence that this office is very professional and has great customer service.. and they know what they are doing. Doctor Lee performed my crown and annie and jamiah did my cleaning.. it was non painful and everything was explained in detail. Doctor Lee made me feel very comfortable and at ease..And all was very affordable.. i will definitely be back to complete my treatment plan and i will most definitely highly recommend the Durham office.. it did not disappoint! Thank you so much Doctor Lee and staff for making my experience such an enjoyable and memorable one!

Negative experience: My (23 year old) daughter had a root canal and a follow up appointment at Night & Day Dental, Durham and she had an insurance issue. We called the office at 6:30p and spoke to Jay, the office manager. To say that Jay was rude was an understatement. Jay proceeded to call me "honey", interrupted me and was extremely rude. I expected more of a "Professional" with the office manager, but I was sadly disappointed.
Fantastic experience: I've been coming to Night and Day Dental for almost two years now and I enjoy every visit. Ma'hogani and Chris took very good care of me today and did a very thorough cleaning on my crown. Can't wait to go back and see them next time!
Negative experience: Had a bad experience with this clinic, if there’s a zero star, they much deserved that rate than one star. Scheduled our appointment via call but unable to complete the form of my child cause the person I spoke to mispelled her last name. I used international phonetic to spell our last name but I got a rude response from the one on the other line telling me that she can’t understand the phonetic rule. Fine! On the day of our appointment, they cancelled the appointment of my child because there’s no hygienist available! Keeping my patience to them. And so they only did comprehensive exam to me and my husband. Cause you can’t do teeth cleaning without undergoing on their bunch of unnecessary xrays. I requested to do our (my husband) exam one at a time so one of us can look after our child. But they sent us both to the examination room, telling us that they would look after our kids. Given that there’s a winter storm that day, maybe they’re in a rush to do all the scheduled procedure that day, so they send me and my husband both in the examination room at the same time. It’s late when it comes to my knowledged that one of the staff got angry to my child when they look after them. This place is not a kid friendly at all. Only doing what’s convenient to them. During the check out, I was told at first that I dont need to pay anything as it covers by my insurance. And when were ready to leave the clinic they called us back telling me that I need to pay almost 200usd for the procedure that they have done. Fine I paid, and when I requested for a receipt it says on the paper that I dont owe anything to them as the whole amount was covered by my insurance. They printed another statement that my insurance covers 100% on the procedure they did to me and my husband, and that’s when the confusion started. They told me that they will confirm it to my insurance and by the end of the week I will receive a call from them for the clarification. But no one from them bothered calling me regarding the billing issue. and so I called the following week to ask for an update but I was put on hold for an hour. Up to now, there’s no update from them. If you have a chance, run away from this clinic. I can’t say anything good to them.

From the moment I walked in, the front office staff ensured that I was fully informed and supported before my appointment, demonstrating professionalism and kindness at every step. Negative experience: I’ve been going to Night and Day for several years. During Covid, they had a huge turnover in staff. Since then, the customer service has been absolutely terrible. Every visit has been very frustrating. They have you fill out forms ahead of your appointment which is great but they don’t read them. I have been turned away from a cleaning appointment since I’m pregnant. I would have really appreciated knowing about the medical clearance before wasting an hour of work time. I’ve been on hold for an hour trying to get in touch with them to reschedule this appointment. They put me on hold before letting me speak. Nobody there treats you like a valued customer. I would not recommend going here - the convenient hours are not worth the hassle.
Negative experience: Went to this office with my friend for her appointment and staff is very rude, the only 2 that had any ounce of kindness were the new assistant named Tay, who was very sweet and the white young lady at the front desk with braids. I also noticed the girl at the front desk being talked to pretty condescendingly by her coworker/office manager or who ever the other woman was telling her what to do. I never try assume someone is racist just by first interaction but it was clear most of these older women are just trying to assert their authority and make others especially the younger ones feel inferior. Ironically the one bossing the young lady didn’t even know her teeth numbers. Very unprofessional and extremely unnecessarily rude.

IT WAS SO FRUSTRATING . I WILL NEVER GO TO THEM AGAIN.
Negative experience: Absolutely awful experience. Waited for hours for my scheduled appointment only to then get the most dismissive and least thorough exam I’ve ever experienced.
Negative experience: Worst dentist visit I have ever had. They called me back to a room 55 minutes after my appointment time. This was after showing up 30 minutes early to complete paperwork since I could not log in to their patient portal because they had spelled "Davis" wrong. I then continued to wait for the Dentist who likely spent less than 10 minutes in my exam and speaking with me. When I asked him how many fillings I needed he said he didn't know because he wasn't counting. He also said he would prescribe me a toothpaste, but after getting home I realized he had also forgotten to give me the prescription. They also did not clean my teeth. I have never had a dental exam without cleaning. Complete waste of 2.5 hours and I would never go back.
Negative experience: I waited for 2 1/2 hours for my appointment at 1:30. What is the point of scheduling an appointment ? I ended up leaving without being seen after waiting till 3:30pm. Because they said they didn't know how much longer before I would be seen. Very distasteful as a new first time client. I will not be back!
Positive experience: I went here a few weeks ago for pain in my tooth and after reflecting on my experience I’m really disappointed. The people here were very nice and accommodating but I really feel like the medical staff don’t really care about patients. It was determined that I needed some medical procedures but I wasn’t told this by the doctor or the hygienist. I wasn’t told by the billing person. This meant I couldn’t ask any questions. I was actually told by the doctor I would be getting completely different treatment than what the billing person told me. I didn’t have insurance yet and was pressured into waiting instead of paying out of pocket despite the fact I could have paid out of pocket. I’ve now been in pain for a few weeks. When I asked what I could do for the pain only the billing person answered and brushed me off with “Tylenol or something.” I think that the front desk people were great but you are just a number here and no one wants to give you the full picture.
Positive experience: Let's do this! This is a Preface to my last Review. I just left D&N Dental Service. I haven't even gotren out of my car yet! The assistant to one of the dentist was examining my mouth. I allowed her to go on & in, let her do her thing. But she was heavy handed. I eventually told her after completion. That woman FLIPPED MY TOP LIP WITH HER FINGER! I'm asking questions. Inner cheeks are immensely swollen. I'm not getting any answers, I talked about home remedies. So I had to ask are you a dentist? Or are you a dental hygienist? Neither, neither! She re she flipped my lip with her finger. I completely understand the reception I had on my first day. Non-color some non-color employees are disrespecting people of hughes. To put it right out there I did not want to make a scene! Maybe JAYCO? Joint accreditation for health and health care centers I'm riding the fence on this one. Reading Reviews, one said infectable services. That doesn't make sense! A Caucasian tech chose to walk up to me without real cause to be rude. My name was called. "I don't think your name was called go back out there and sit down"! Thereafter I did not want her to be a part of my service.. Friday, called about swelling. Canker sores I never get. Caucasian brunette WITH NO GLOVES had her raw skin inside my MOUTH! When I felt her skin in my lip I asked her to stop. She wouldn't and didn't. What is a deal with the way people of color are treated in Durham? I only wanted to know what to do about the swelling, she not a Dentist, not a Hygienist! His assistant. The GERMS. if she took that LIBERTY with me, whose mouth was she in before she put her fingers? Nasty. yShocked. She stormed off to tell her lie. I like the doctor he's cool, he's kind but does he know what they are truly doing?
Fantastic experience: Great Staff!!! I never been to a dental office that’s so accommodating to its customers. The front girls were very helpful. I could not find my husband insurance card. The manager was able to help us find what plan he had in order to get him seen and out of pain.We traveled far to find a dentist open as late as 7:00pm. Thank you Dr. Garcez for stay so late help us. It’s good to know we still have such dedicated doctors.
Fantastic experience: Great place! The front staff is sweet and the back office dental team is amazing. My daughters orthodontic wire was stuck in the back of mouth. Poking her in the inner Jaw. She was taken back right away. Dr. Landreth was amazing claiming her down and smoothing her while they cut the wire. Thank all of you. Best experience.
Negative experience: Did not have a good experience at all. Every time I would call for a question or to schedule an appointment I’m put on hold for 10+ mins. When I have gone for my services the staff isn’t friendly and then I have had to wait for 2 hours or more and that ridiculous why make the appointment if I have to sit in office and wait that long. One of the times the lady with the tattoo on her eye was Checking on my status came back up front after a few mins with confusion on her face. She claimed my chart was in a room but I was in the front. After hearing the name it wasn’t me she laughed and said oh your with hygiene they are backed up today so you just have to wait . For me it’s like how were you checking on my status and never got my name. Then I had to pay for a service that was never done and when trying to get a refund I have been given the run around. The women I spoke to on the phone were so rude and unprofessional it was appalling. When asking for the names to let a manager know the next day I was informed one of the women I spoke to was a manager. (Jade or Jace or something like that) So if that is how a manger handles business it’s no wonder the business it’s self is being ran how it’s being ran. Definitely do not recommend going here unless absolutely needed. Just over all not happy with this place.
Negative experience: I made an appointment for my mom upper dentures and bottom partial dentures on October 1, 2024. We went there 9th different times different appointment, my mom said from the first time the have her try her dentures that was too big in her mouth, it couldn’t stay without her or them holding the dentures, the moment they take they hands from the dentures it will fall down, my mom had dentures for 10 years done in Charlotte NC, till this day she don’t have to add anything on them bc it fits her perfectly, she even ask them to check the ones that she had for ten years. They couldn’t never make them right way too big for her mouth, we ask them to cancel the service because we will be going to Charlotte NC, but they still billed Medicare and we ask them to please do not bill them bc my mom is 78 years old she doesn’t work. And she doesn’t have the money to pay for. She uses her Medicare. I’m still waiting for them to call me back so we can get this resolved bc we only waste time and we still don’t have my mom dentures and partial teeth . I need someone to help me get this resolved. I will not stopped here bc this is not right.
Negative experience: The front receptionist was incredibly rude and the dentist was not much better. The only staff that acted professional was the woman who handed me my paper work and she said she just started working there.
Negative experience: I only get three days a year for medical appointments as a medical resident. I took an afternoon off for a dental cleaning and exam, and it was such a waste of time. First, I waited two hours, had an unnecessary number of X-rays taken, and the dentist spent only five minutes on the exam. They didn’t inform me that I needed to schedule the dental cleaning separately. I scheduled the cleaning and made the extra effort to come on another day, but they wanted to charge me for this visit, even though my insurance covers it. They kept me waiting until they verified my insurance (despite me showing them my benefits, claims, and deductible). The admin and staff clearly don’t know what they’re doing and are very irresponsible. I hope they fix this!
Negative experience: Seat in waiting room 2 hour everybody after me then came a went on home I’m still seating waiting ….asked front desk how long would it b she said I’m Nxt still seating in same spot this is unacceptable when I have insurance….they need to change to appointment only if walk ins gtta seat half of day just too b seen !!!!just don’t make no sense!!!!!
Fantastic experience: So please with their services! There was a little wait, but I was technically a walk in that they squeezed in, which I was so thankful for! The staff was so great, and once I was in the back it was a super quick in and out!! Thank you guys for y’all’s help!
Fantastic experience: I went to the clinic for an emergency yesterday. They fit me in within a few hours of my phone call, fixed the problem, & the icing on the cake was the front office staff called and made sure my ins would cover the root canal at 100%. What I walked in in tears for I walked out in smiles over. I typically have anxiety with the entire dental process. That wasn’t the case yesterday I can’t say enough great things about day and night dental.
Fantastic experience: Well I must say the service here is infectable They have a great staff Valerie and company did amazing job at the front desk and Dr g and his assistant did a great job in the back and after all that even my wallets feeling okay so very cost-effective and I recommend them highly thank you

Negative experience: I came in today in pain and very disappointed the doctor said my blood pressure was up. I did advise him that it was that time menstrual and I had took advil before I came because I was cramping which can cause blood pressure to rise up they had said that they were going to wait and retake my blood pressure but they never did instead he just came in there talking about referring me to oral surgery to get wisdom teeth pulled that I have 2 more and need to get then all pulled I can't afford that right now and I just need to focus on getting the one tooth that's really bothering me pulled. But yet he gave me some numb medication and then told he to take ibuprofen for the pain (which again is advil) smh I was hoping he would say once blood pressure is down come back but now he referred me to an oral surgeon. I have to call my insurance company because I really want a second opinion they also informed me that he was running behind and having complications with another extraction before mine happening so maybe it's a good thing that he didn't do it because sounds like to me he may not know what he's doing. I need a second opinion because once my blood pressure is back to normal levels I saw no need to be referred to an oral surgeon and just take the tooth that's bothering me OUT. And I don't know if I can afford oral surgery and right now to have these wisdom teeth taken out because I've had a tooth taken out before those same wisdom teeth were always there. I have to call my insurance company and get a second opinion because I feel once my blood pressure is back to normal they should've just asked me to reschedule and come back once it's down and back to normal to get my tooth pulled that's bothering me very disappointed my husband came here the old dentists did a great job now just went downhill. I will just get a second opinion and go somewhere else once my blood pressure is down. And I paid upfront to have the extraction done which ended up NOT getting done so they did give me my check payment back. So now I have to call my insurance company to let them know the extraction was not done and will go somewhere else to get my tooth pulled once my blood pressure is down and normal.
Negative experience: I came in for my appointment on 7/29/24 at 6:15 PM for my appointment at 6:30 PM and my son's appointment was at 7:00 PM. When I approached the front desk and gave them my name they could not find my name or my appointment or my son's appointment. Our appointments were canceled without notice. I had called on 7/10/24 to make sure my appointments were on the books due to receiving a message telling me to schedule an appointment. I had this appointment scheduled in January 29,2024. When I spoke to someone on 7/10/24 my appointments were confirmed, and I stated I will be there. I didn't understand why my appointments were canceled without notice. I have had this happen to me before that's why I called ahead of time confirming my appointments. When I spoke to a manager on 7/29/24 she was rude and was not friendly and was putting the blame on me and did not acknowledge the mistake that was done by a staff member. I explained that I called on July 10, 2024 and confirmed my appointment and that I received a text message of my appointments. She was not apologetic towards the situation and seemed not to care. I will no longer be coming here for my dental care or recommend anyone to come here.
Negative experience: Front desk is EXTREMELY racist and rude. They’re only respectful if you’re old. Waited for 2 full hours with no updates and straight attitude. They couldn’t even find my appointment when I went to ask. Claimed because I was a walkin it takes time but there were several other walkins that came and left before I was ever seen. Save your time and money and if you’re in pain don’t expect them to care.
Negative experience: The doctors do not care about you pain. Just getting out of the office. Or having their Monday off. The doctor pulled my tooth and mentioned how in the same spot I have a wisdom tooth coming in. Didn’t prescribe me any pain meds or any antibiotics, the nurses laugh when you call and explain your problem.!! I highly don’t recommend unless your just getting a cleaning
