Fantastic experience: It’s been forever since I came back to the dentist, and I was met with such a warm welcome but the 2 beautiful and sweet receptionists!! And the wait time wasn’t long at all, Then I had my DA.Andrea who did my cleaning and asked for any concerns, and I felt very heard and cared for because I came in knowing I would need future follow ups in the future and she just was so nice. The dentist was SUPER friendly!! We chatted for a bit and it was so nice I really Love this place!! Been coming here for years now and it’s a great place and highly recommended!!

Negative experience: My dentist is great but the front office service was terrible. I had provided my new insurance info over a week in advance. They confirmed that they checked my insurance when confirming the appointment. However, on Friday afternoon (appointment is on Monday), they call and say “sorry your insurance is not accepted”. When I asked them to check again, they said no problem it’s accepted. Meanwhile I had to waste time calling my insurance company to confirm details again. This is just pure unprofessionalism. I don’t know who manages this place but seems like it’s a high turnover situation at the front desk where people don’t take ownership of these issues and just pass the buck to customer.

Which is haram btw for a Muslim person Doesn’t care about her patients

Fantastic experience: Dr. Priyanka Mehta is the best dentist I've ever had...and I've had a good handful through my insurance that I've tried, and finally thankful I found her! She is excellent at her profession, knowledgeable, and experienced! Today, I went in for a crown, and it took her almost 3x longer due to my situation. Yet, she was calm, encouraging, and even apologized for my situation, which wasn't even her fault or in her control! My family & I have been seeing her now for the last 4 years and will never go to anyone else! She never rushes, explains everything well, and genuinely cares for each of her patients, and she has the best bedside Manners for a dentist that I've come across. Love her and thankful to have found her!

Negative experience: DON’T go to this place!! They will take about 3-4 months to get you an appointment for fill ins or other services PLUS the front registration service is horrible!!! They are so unprofessional and have attitudes! They basically don’t care about their patients! Don’t waste your time at this place.

Negative experience: Horrible place to go. They have you go 4 times just for a filling to rip off the insurance. ( please check with your insurance what they bill you for)Long wait because they always overbook. Only reason they have a high rating is because they give out free objects with raffles if you leave a review. Such a bad experience

Negative experience: Sick of the abusive service i received from here. I ended up waiting severals months for them just to check my insurance which should have only been two weeks. Prices are through the roof here. my original quote was not high enough because it went up $500 and this was not what was expected or discuss prior. On top of all that they will hang up on you for asking questions like why? Avoid these villians.

Negative experience: The Dentist was great. However I’ve had multiple issues with whoever is in charge of pre-services. I’ve had services twice back in 2021. On the first visit they offered to enter me in their raffle if I give a five star review before service. The second time I was set up for a treatment plan, but needed pre approval from my insurance. They stated that it can take about 6 weeks. Months had gone by and hadn’t heard from them. I followed up with them and they stated that they never submitted anything with my insurance. This year I scheduled an appointment for my daughter for a routine cleaning, I scheduled far in advanced because it is difficult to get an appointment soon especially on a Saturday. I received an appointment reminder phone call that I answered the week of to confirm my daughter’s appointment. On the day of we show up to the appointment we were unable to get to her cleaning due to insurance being inactive and needed approval from my new insurance for a regular cleaning. My daughter has a secondary insurance which they have in their system. They could have reached out on time for approval from her secondary insurance. They never reached out to me to notify me about this issue. They stated that I had hung up the call when they called which is false because they never mentioned anything when they called to confirm the appointment. Time was wasted, I took the day off for this appointment. Now we have to wait a longer time to get a simple routine cleaning.

Fantastic experience: Very welcoming and nice staff. No long wait times at all when I was checking in. Dr. Khartoon was so nice, so informative, and so intelligent. Emma was also so sweet and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!!

Positive experience: Customer service is fine but it’s all the rest that doesn’t let me give 5 stars. Appointments are set, but you don’t get seen till 30 mins later. I always have an appointment for 10 or 10:30 and I don’t get seen till 11. Then, we get our teeth X-rays and brushed and it’s another 30 minutes to see the dentist. It’s like going to the DMV, you have to ask off the whole day. I usually have other appointments and then we are rushed. My son didn’t even get his teeth cleaned this last time, because of the time, we were rushed out. I shouldn’t have to be there from 10:25 am to 12:30pm, it’s ridiculous. This time I noticed they saw a customer that came after us, I am assuming that’s what took forever, but don’t add times then. Also, my tooth was chipped once during the cleaning. The dentist claimed she didn’t do it but, it was not chipped prior till I went into my appointment. She did fix it, but a little responsibility would have been nice. The 3 stars are for them always being so nice and sweet.

Negative experience: I have been coming here for a while and even referred my family. Recently, I was told to find a new dentist because they couldn't confirm my insurance even after I had my insurance company personally call the office and confirm my info. Pretty disappointing considering I do have great insurance.

Fantastic experience: Emma was simply AMAZING! She was very warm and friendly from the start. I loved the fact that not only did she answer all the questions I had but also gave great conversation. Through her making me feel comfortable and the space very inviting, I had a great experience. Exceptional customer service is what keeps people coming back! This is why they are my go to dentist.

Positive experience: They are the most friendly dentist i’ve met, they’re very sanitary too. the reason i’m not giving 5 stars is because i drove 2 1/2 hours one way, got some cuts in my mouth from x-rays, and got endo ice on my tooth (so painful!), just for them to tell me that they don’t do root canals in the back molar which they could’ve easily communicated over the phone and saved me a $70 in gas, and my last morning before I’m stuck in classes until noon. the receptionist put my appointment in as a routine instead of a consultation, which probably is what caused this. I communicated to them when i was setting up the appointment, that I needed a root canal in my back molar, and they told me to come in for a consultation, so i really don’t think there should’ve been a mix up there. I really recommend that the dentists here communicate what they do and don’t do in terms of services to the receptionists (and if it varies by insurance). I also could’ve easily faxed my x-rays from my previous dentist if they wanted to look at them before making a decision. Very frustrated, but i loved the dentist & assistant for their professionalism and sanitation, and the friendliness of the receptionists. I can tell they have great dentists, and I still would recommend anyone to them, especially if you’re weary of germs or have a fear of going to the dentist. I have been to so many dentists, so do take my word!
