Fantastic experience: I was absolutely so happy with my visit today, from check in to having a deep cleaning, to a thorough plan on getting my perfect smile and teeth back to health. My favorite part was how every staff member that I encountered was willing to listen to my needs and concern. The gal that did my deep cleaning not only cared about my comfort level but also being sensitive to the fact I was pregnant and made it a point to make sure she was thinking about going forward with treatment and everything we did. I loved that they give you a break down of everything that needs to be done and in visits on how you should do it with insurance and out of pocket cost! The doctor and staff were amazing and I am excited to continue my journey with them! Doctors and staff are wonderful! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this dental office for 10 years and I love everything about it. The office is beautiful and the staff is simply amazing. Dr. Charon is the best dentist I have ever gone to in all of my 79 years. Everyone is so friendly and happy...proves the doctors are great to work for....10/9 Dr. Charon removed 9 teeth and I now have dentures. The staff has been very accommodating fitting me in to have necessary adjustments made. I love my "fake" teeth and I want to give Dr. Charon an air hug for putting up with my crap!!!

Fantastic experience: I had been referred by a friend of mine to Dr. Lowry. From the first time I walked in I felt welcome and everyone was so friendly and enthusiastic! I just felt as if I was in the right Place. ( I had a Previous dentist that left me with a VERY BAD experience and that kept me from continuing my dental health)! Long story short! I had my surgery on Monday 2-26-2024 and today is 3-3-2024! I am EXTREMELY happy with my implants and not to mention how comfortable they made me feel! (I was so nervous, and even had a hard time sleeping for several days thinking about this surgery). I normally do not write reviews, but in this case I feel there are many people out there that also hate going to the dentist, and just want everyone to know I used to feel the same but… this was the absolute BEST experience ever. I am disappointed in myself that I let my teeth go so long, simply because of previous experiences! So please, don’t let previous experiences stop you from seeing a dentist. You just need to find the Right dentist! And I suggest Dr. Lowry. My opion is based in my experience! That’s all!

Negative experience: I have been to this office three times in one month for the same issue. I was charged $300 for the first visit. Second and third visits have been $67. I made an appointment due to having a sore on my gum. First visit Dr. Hill informed me that he did not see anything. I returned to this office again shortly after this appointment with pain and was told by Dr. Hill that the original sore I had was an abscess on my gum. Was prescribed antibiotics. The sore did not go away and so I made another appointment. This time Dr. Hill contradicted his statement that it was an abscess, now it is either scar tissue from a procedure I had done 10 plus years ago or a cyst or maybe an abscess, he can't tell. Said he could no longer provide care for me and suggested a periodontal specialist. Saw him for less than 5 minutes and was charged another $67. I don't think I should have been charged for a recheck appointment. I left disappointed by this dental office. My first appointment with them made me hopeful that I had found a great dentist to go to. This last appointment made me feel otherwise.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hill is the best dentist ever!! He has always been thoughtful, generous, polite, patient and caring towards me. Even when I’m super scared and full of anxiety he finds a way to put my mind at ease. Thank you Dr. Hill.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful dental experience! Called about having a tooth extracted today because it had broke & was causing a lot of pain. Told me to come in at 11:30. Never expected to be seen the same day I called. When I got there, I had barely finished the new patient paperwork and they called me right in. Very short wait time. I asked Dr. David Cheron about some of my other teeth, and he told me things no other dentist did. He is extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant & I don't believe they do anything unless it is needed. They seem to care about their patients more than making a ton of money off them. I had called other dentists as well and they wouldn't see me today, plus wouldn't extract the tooth the same day I would go in. I guess they didn't care if I was in a lot of pain. Highly recommend using this dental group for all your dental needs. I just want to add that Dr. Cheron called me himself tonight to see how I was doing after the extraction. I don't recall ever having a dentist call. They are amazing!

Fantastic experience: Just finished getting a routine check up and X-rays. My husband was sen as well and we can say we have honestly been impressed by this dental office. From the very beginning, you get a sense that this dental office takes pride in their work. The waiting room is clean, well furnished with comfortable seating, a beverage and charging station are provided but you hardly get to use it as the staff are right on top of getting you to a room. The hygienist I had, Kristen, was so nice and made me comfortable my entire time. She explained everything to me so I would know what was going on and made good emeritus small conversation to make me feel welcomed. My husband had the same experience with his hygienist. The dentist himself, Dr Hill, was also very professional and friendly. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience with this place. And although I do not wish to make our visits often - lol - we know that when we do need to visit, this won’t be such a drag to go back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had a crazy painful broken tooth that other dentists couldn't get out and was waiting months for an oral surgeon until I went to Cerbat Dental Group ans was treated so well! I left with no more pain!

Fantastic experience: Broke a chunk off my back tooth. The friendly staff got me an appointment for the next morning with Jason Lowry. Lowry recommended fixing the tooth with a filling. This had been attempted by our previous dentist and didn't last. However, he felt it was the best option (least cost and less invasive). Excellent job!! It's been a couple weeks and no trouble. Nice not having a sharp tooth to agitate my tongue. Professional office, friendly workers, clean office and good equipment. What more could you want?

Fantastic experience: I’ve never been so relaxed at a dental clinic. Dr. Charon & his team are freaking amazing & down to earth. The front desk gals were exceptional as well. There wasn’t a single person (from the several I met) that gave me any anxiety; they were all upbeat & understanding of my needs as well as my severe generalized anxiety disorder. Negative experience: I went to this dentist years ago. They told me I needed a root canal and a Crown.. They said they could do it all in office I did it there started having. Pain ever since they did it I kept going back and telling them it hurt it they kept telling me there was nothing there I was fine 2 years later. It was always hurting I told them just pull it after they pulled it. After Multiple Infections. Is was because it had a . Cracked all the way to The root of the tooth that was left. My son decided he was going to try rhem he had a couple teeth fixed and had had them hurting ever sense. So he has had to go see another dentist to fix these theeth that this dentist was suppose have to fixed .Do not recommend this going to this place for 2 yrs i told them my tooth they fixed hurt. They came up every reason even after x-rays telling me it was me grinding to wanting to send me to an expert in Vegas after it all started the day after they fixed it ! When really they pushed to hard on crown and cracked what was left of natural tooth. OK sometimes kaka happens but now with my adult son to getting teeth fixed and just having them hurt . Not good business if u ask me

Fantastic experience: I went to Cerbat Dental because I realized I hadn’t had my teeth cleaned in over a year and they got me in with a last minute same day appointment, the office is beautiful and has some nice perks to it! Katie my hygienist went above and beyond with what I wanted, not only did she clean my teeth and bring them back to life, she was able to remove all the extra glue on the back of my bottom teeth from another dentist that I had for YEARS! I couldn’t even really floss my bottoms because of how much was caked on and she knew how uncomfortable it was for me.. Dr. Lowry had a spunky and fun personality and he took the time to know who I was and converse with me which is always a nice personal touch that makes you feel good! On top of all of that, not having insurance.. things can get pricey but my experience was well worth the $130 I paid! Thank you Cerbat Dental!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely excellent! The staff is professional, friendly and put me at ease. Due to my discomfort they got me in much sooner than my scheduled appointment. They took care of my missing fillings and crown the same day. I am writing this review just over 24 hours from my appointment and I have no pain or discomfort from the work performed. Fantastic experience: The office is always super clean and everyone from the front staff to the back staff are amazing and they all work together to get everything done and get you in and out as quick as possible!!! I actually enjoy going to the dentist because they are thorough and gentle and anytime I go there whether it’s for a cleaning, filling, crown or root canal I never have any issues!!! Fantastic experience: As always, the entire staff was friendly, I was greeted by name and was asked how my husband was feeling after extensive dental work the day before, my hygienist took time to update my records but also asked about any big events in the last few months which may be affecting my health, I was listened to and given time to ask questions, and the provider didn't leave until I fully understood the answers. The only dental office in Kingman I've been to, and I wouldn't hesitate to encourage people to contact Cerbat Dental for the dental care.

Fantastic experience: New to AZ and Kingman, was referred by cousin. Honestly, coming from CT I did not expect the professionalism I received. My 2nd visit went very well! I have a few more visits planned, about $8,000.00 of dental work. Five star, just would like them to work with me on the cost.

Fantastic experience: Let's be clear at the start, I am NOT a fan of dentists. Unless I have to, I avoid going like the plague. My wife on the other hand, for reasons I cannot understand, loves the dentist. Well, a week ago I broke a molar and of course had to go. On the recommendation of my wife, who is a regular at Cerbat Dental, I made an appt. The entire experience was, to say the least, fantastic! From start to finish the whole process was handled efficiently, professionally, and painlessly. Dr. Charon and the entire staff were cordial and very competent. And, if that's not enough, I watched them 3D print the crown that I had to have put on; a process that in the past would have taken at least a couple weeks or longer. Frankly, I'd give them more than five stars if I could. They are simply amazing at what they do.

Fantastic experience: I’m a first time patient. I woke up with a tooth gone bad. My sister who is a patient called them up and they saw me in less than 3 hours. Diagnosed the problem, issued medication and set up my follow up appointment to take care of it. Very professional group of folks from the receptionist and hygienist to the doctor. Fantastic experience: I got new dentures and they are really caring for the way that they fit they are very patient I couldn't ask for a better team. I drive over 50 miles to see them and I wouldn't have them any other way. Everybody is so nice and they understand everything that a patient goes through.

Fantastic experience: Great environment. Not just from aesthetics, but from the professional staff as well. At first glance I thought, "oh boy, looks kind of rough". When I walked through the doors, I was blown away. What a great environment! The ladies at the front desk were great; very welcoming and clear with their instructions. The staff in the back were very professional and efficient. On a personal note, I hadn't seen a dentist in over five years and they didn't scold, tease, or make me feel uncomfortable. The technology seems state of the art. Everything is spotless and the Dr was down to earth. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit and will be going back again and again.

Fantastic experience: Simply the best dental office I’ve ever been to. Dr. Charon Really takes his time and does a perfect job. He also really cares because he always calls me in the evening to see how I am feeling and to make sure everything is all right.All of the staff worked together in precision and help each other out. No pain at all. The nurse that administers the numbing agent is exceptionally great I didn’t even feel the needles Everything is very clean and there is even a TV on the ceiling to watch while you’re getting work done. The examining chair even has a massage unit in it.

Dr Lowry is very compassionate and took the time necessary to help me understand the treatment plan and process. Fantastic experience: My appointment was @ 11:00. At 10:59 I was called back, she got right to work. I'm glad/appreciate the professionalism I received. She was very good at what she did & friendly. Good job girl, your a keeper.

Fantastic experience: Broke a tooth the night before. Went to see about getting an appointment. Girls at front desk got me right in to have X-rays, my teeth cleaned. Reagan did my X-ray, Jamie cleaned my teeth and Dr. Hill did my exam. Gave me several options on how to proceed with fixing my tooth. Very friendly and made you feel welcome. All had a great sense of humor. Glad to have found this dental office.

Fantastic experience: Dr Charon always goes above and beyond for his patients. I had a crown fall off from a previous dentist on the weekend and he made arrangements for me to be seen the next day! Truly amazing staff and dentist! You will not receive better service anywhere else!

The experience was awsome every one made my day love the professionalism, the laughter and experienced by all who performed there expertise on my teeth I never felt the shot given. DR. Fantastic experience: What an amazing place. Both professional and homey at the same time. Small town feel in a super beautiful and amazing office. Staff is awesome. We just moved from Vegas and I had the same dentist for over 25 years and thought I would commute. Well after accompanying my husband to his cleaning appt. , I promptly made myself a new patient appt. Patience (the hygienist) is amazing as well as the office manager who’s name I didn’t catch (shame on me and my husband has her card). Just go there if you don’t already. You won’t regret making a great decision to switch your dental group. Professionalism and kindness on a whole new level.

Fantastic experience: First visit with Cerbat dental and they were amazing! I’ve always had a fear with the dentist, but did not experience that with this office. Dr. Lowry was very nice, thorough, and caring. Jamie was amazing, she is kind and gentle. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lowry and Team WOW what an experience!! Jon had given us such a glowing picture of the practice that it would seem hard to match. It was so much MORE. The staff up front was warm and welcoming. We felt like we had been patients for years. Great office environment. Ashlee made us very comfortable and confident that we were in good hands. Dr. Lowry surpassed the great buildup we had been given from Jon. It’s the best dental experience I have had in 76 years. How often does someone have the desire to visit a dentist again…and soon. A lot of work was done in the visit to accommodate our drive from San Diego. The professional discount was very much appreciated. I wish I could send you a 1,000 referrals (a little difficult from San Diego). Thank you so much for everything. This dental office is a modern, clean facility and staffed with an exceptional group of professionals. I highly recommend this facility for anyone needing dental services. Fantastic experience: I am terrified of dental visits. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was calming, friendly and had patience. She did a great job. I wish all the dental personnel I have been to all my life were as good as Holly. Then I wouldn’t be terrified. Great dental office.

Fantastic experience: I moved to AZ 10 years ago and had to find a new dentist at that time. I use to work for KRMC and because this practice is across the street on Beverly I thought let’s check them out for convenience sake. Back then it was Jason Lowry DDS in a small building. The place has grown leaps and bounds and in a beautiful facility now. I love this practice and all the people who work here. They are always so happy to see you and pleasant to work with. I’ve never had one bad experience in 10 yrs . I’ve sent several people their way because I think they provide excellent service. Although Jason is semi retired now, he was working when I was in for my last dental cleaning and he came in to see me. It’s always so nice to see him. But all the docs are wonderful! Best dental business in Kingman!

But everyone that I had contact with during my visit was so friendly and warm I was able to relax. Dr. Hill was very personable and explained everything I needed done . He answered questions and put my fear of dentists at ease. If you need a dentist I would totally recommend Cerbat Dental Group. They are awesome!
