However, when I came back last week for rescan my teeth. They still have helped me very great, did not charge any fee. Specially, Mindy is one of the best best staff. She already scanned my teeth, I just told her that can you please help me to check my permanent retainer? She saw a problem then she helped me to tight 2 front teeth together because it had a gap.It took more time for her. After that she rescanned it again. I've been feeling grateful to her. I admired her about her dedication to her job,... I'm satisfy the service of Vincent Team Orthodontics. I highly recommend to everyone to come to Vincent Team Orthodontics. Positive experience: Dr. Vincent does excellent work and is very knowledgeable. I would highly rec his work, however, if you have a schedule to maintain the average wait time is 30 minutes and twice I have been forgotten by the orthopedist to be seen in an appointment, this is over a three year period.

Negative experience: Went in to get retainer scans. They had me scan a QR code that sent me to a scam site and ended up charging my card. You should double check your QR codes before you have patients putting in bank card information. Very unprofessional which is unfortunate as I have gone to Vincent Orthodontic for years. Basically just said sorry about that and sent me out the door.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed with the service at Vincent Team Orthodontics. I was out of town for a few months due to a family emergency and tried to get my daughter seen as soon as possible. My wife had already spoken with someone in the office who said they would try to fit us in next week. But when I called, Kacey answered and was completely unhelpful. She kept me on hold even after I explained the situation and didn’t offer any solutions. Instead, she tried to push the appointment out four months. Very unprofessional and not understanding at all. We expected more compassion and flexibility from a place that works with families.

Fantastic experience: Vincent Orthodontics has been sensational to me over the past 37ish months while i’ve had my braces. Even with my dumb decisions to not wear my bands for the first bit of my experience, they always encouraged and helped me realize that’s bands do matter. All the staff are so nice and loving people, the 100% deserve 5 even 6 stars.

Fantastic experience: I’m trying to find the right words to express how wonderful my experience has been with everyone at Vincent Team Orthodontics. You know that feeling when you go and visit a good friend after life got a little busy, months went by but you pick up right where you left off? That overwhelming feeling when you see someone you care about after a really hard day and they give you a big hug? THAT is how I felt on my first visit to this office. My story to getting to Vincent Orthodontics starts a long time ago. I suffer from extreme dental anxiety stemming from childhood trauma that turned into decades of neglect of my oral health. My shame and fear kept me away as an adult but the chronic pain I was in eventually forced me to see a dentist. I was fortunate to find one that has been compassionate and supportive while also giving me the best advice to achieve a healthy mouth. My dentist informed me that the next best thing in my treatment would be braces. I initially responded with, “no thanks!”. Mortified at the thought of having braces at nearly 40 years old as well as having more people see the state my teeth were in. My dentist recommended Vincent immediately. After thinking about every option I decided that if I had gone this far in my dental journey I wanted to fully commit and have the healthy teeth and smile I had day dreamed all my life about. When I came into the office for my consultation I was expecting your typical waiting room experience. The greeting I got on my first day will stay with me forever. Tracey checked me in and asked me if I was excited. I told her I was feeling a lot all at once. She told me her story with Vincent Ortho and it was nothing short of inspiring. That I was making one of the best decisions for myself. I felt so supported and I had only been there for 2 minutes. Almost immediately after this I was lucky enough to meet Dalyn. Who brought me back for my X-rays and photos. She took me to her office and chatted with me and my husband like we were old friends. Listened to my long story of why I was there to receive treatment and gave me all the grace to be emotional. Validating me left and right while simultaneously encouraging me that they were going to give me the best care. During my time with Dalyn I also met Bonnie. Who gave me the same support and encouragement as Dalyn and then took the time to look me in the eyes and tell me she was proud of me. Like a mom says to her kids. I felt my heart melt into a puddle because she wasn’t just saying it, she meant it. I truly needed to hear it. My time came for Dr. Wilde to examine my teeth. The gentle and respectful approach he gave me was something I was so grateful for. I also appreciated his honest and realistic expectation of how my teeth will respond to the braces. Perfection wasn’t at the top of the list but overall function of my mouth was. Explaining to me thoroughly but in a way I could understand, how to get my teeth to move in the safest way. Answering all my questions and over all just making me feel comfortable during a really vulnerable time. I ended the visit hugging everyone like we were old friends. I walked back to my car feeling like I had left a therapy session instead of a braces consultation. A few days after that I came back to have my braces put on. Dalyn just so happened to be in the waiting room when I walked in and she shouted my name and ran to give me a hug. Letting me know how excited she was for me. I met Jacey, who has an energy about her that is something special. She walked me through what was going to happen while she installed my braces and made me feel so unbelievably calm. By the end of our time together I felt like I had made a new friend. I truly don’t think I could have found a better team to help me make this dream come true for me. I cannot stress enough to anyone in a similar situation as me to make the connection to the Vincent Team. Truly an investment in yourself in so many ways. You won’t regret it. Thank you Vincent Team Orthodontics, you all should be so proud of yourselves. :)

I called saying I was going to be late and your office said someone would stay a little later past your closing time for us to get up there. And your office just said to me to ‘get there safely, drive safe’. Thank you so much for that kindness after a long emotional day.

Dr. Scott Vincent addressed all my concerns and more. He really stressed the importance of overall development, not just pretty straight teeth. Both of my kiddos got braces same day after their consult. One is a bit nervous and was put at ease by the amazing staff. I never thought I'd say I'm excited for my kids to be in braces, but here we are and I am! We live about an hour away and will happily take the drive over and over.

The cookies that they have at the front desk are the BEST! Dr. Vincent is very nice and he is absolutely fabulous. I had a cross bite and some messed up teeth, with the spark aligners, he fixed in a year and a half! They put my permanent retainer in, it was quick and painless! My smile is perfect and I feel so confident now. They literally gave us free tickets to go to Cowabunga Bay for a vincent team event, it was a blast! Thank you so much to Dr. Vincent and his team!

And to say we were blown away by how amazing the entire staff is, would be an understatement! We feel like we are apart of the Vincent team family already! Oh I forgot the BEST PART! Negative experience: My experience at Vincent Orthodontics has been miserable. One star rating is one star too many. The only advise I can give to any one considering them. Do not walk away. RUN. I have switched to a different Orthodontist and have NO plans to return to Vincent team.

Fantastic experience: Vincent Orthodontics was one of three orthodontics we visited when looking for a new doctor for our child's second phase of braces. The thing that stood out to me with this visit is that the doctor sat down and discussed the plan, answered our questions, and provided options. The office staff were great when setting up the appointment, providing information, and very knowledge with the insurance side of things. I did not feel pressured to choose them. The office is clean and uses update equipment and technology when it comes to orthodontics. The great thing about it is you don't see it in the cost of the treatment. Vincent Orthodontics was comparable to the second doctor we were looking at.

Fantastic experience: Love Dr Vincent is great! I went to a few places to correct my overbite and everywhere else wanted to pull teeth regardless of my request to at least try first with all my teeth. He made me feel valued and agreed to try again and even if I need to re-visit pulling teeth in the future I’m happy he at least valued my request. I also brought my kids in who were nervous and Amy was the best for warming them up! She is an essential member of the team!

Fantastic experience: We love Vincent! They didn’t go right into braces, but were willing to save us time and money and help us determine our son had teeth that needed to be removed that would straighten his teeth tremendously. This will reduce the time needed for braces as well as the cost.

Fantastic experience: Both my daughter and my son are receiving orthodontic care here. My daughter has had her braces for over a year and we all really love the staff. All of my kids look forward to going. This is one of the only places that I interviewed who was able and willing to do a TAD device for my daughter's missing permanent tooth. My son is still being checked on every 6 months for his braces. I like that Dr Vincent isn't rushing anything and will put the braces on when my son's mouth is ready. Everyone is so friendly and kind. I would highly recommend them!
