Both Dr. Lassetter and her assistant Rosie were super. Also, their process of making the crown in the office is really state of the art. I have always hated going to the dentist but I was really looking forward to going back in yesterday.

Fantastic experience: It had been over a decade since I had been to a dentist because of continuous bad experiences at several of them but I finally had some tooth pain that was just to painful to ignore and knew I needed a checkup so I made an appointment at Heart of Texas. Everyone there was extremely friendly and my fears were for nothing. Some cavities were found but not near to the extent I was freaking out about and Dr. Enneking came up with a plan with me to get me fixed up without breaking the bank! Denise in billing found out just through general conversation that I was switching jobs and losing my dental insurance. She walked me through many different options and so kindly scoured future dates to try and squeeze me in for some more work prior to my insurance expiration but to no avail. 4 days later I received a text from her saying they just had a cancellation so I was able to make it in for some work covered by insurance!! It just makes me so happy to have found a Dentist office that checks all the boxes, nice and clean facility, friendly and knowledgeable staff and Dr.’s, and for them to also be conscious of customer pay costs is just phenomenal. There just isn’t enough kind words to say about Heart of Texas. 10/10 recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I loved my Invisalign experience here so much I decided to switch all of my dental care to Heart of Texas and I had my first cleaning yesterday. I was so impressed with how much time the hygienist took to really get my teeth clean. I got in my car and looked at my teeth and could not believe how clean and white they were! My previous dentist had definitely been doing a subpar job. And the hygienist was so gentle too. Very, very happy and would highly recommend Heart of Texas Smiles for all your dental care!

Fantastic experience: Had a root canal done. I was very nervous as this was the first real dental procedure I ever had. I feel asleep during the procedure! No issues at all! After the numbing process, they gave me a pillow, blanket, and a pair of dark shades. Started up the massage chair and an hour later woke me up Thank you Dr Kuma and Paula! You are the best!!

But my second visit i had yesterday was amazing. I got 5 fillings and was done within an hour and a half. The filling are great you can’t even tell they are fillings! Will for sure be my regular dentist!

Negative experience: This establishment preforms unethical business practices. Upon missing an appointment back in December and making them aware of me not being able to make the appointment due to a sickness they are now trying to charge me a “Lab Fee” of $180.00. Keep in mind I only missed one appointment! I also had a previous appointment and none of this was mentioned to me. Then they decided to hit me with this charge, now that I am waiting for my new trays. Not quite sure who is in charge of this business, however this definitely needs to be looked at. I already paid for my Invisalign in full which was $4,000 plus. Not sure if this a way for them to get over on folks. Don’t let this happen to you!

Negative experience: Once I finish my Invisalign, I will be switching dental offices. I would rather pay the $180 and get it over with than start somewhere else and pay another $4,000.

Fantastic experience: UPDATE: 5/9/25. Dr. Enneking will forever be my absolute favorite oral suregeon of all time. Honest, genuine, patient, caring. I CANNOT say enough good things about him and his staff. Especially the hygienist that assisted him. They CARE. If I can come back to Texas from Washington state for my dental work, I will. That’s how good he is. Once you find a good doctor, you stay with them. What are you waiting for? Get your teeth healthy! Dr. Enneking, thank you for everything you’ve done for me. Seriously. You’ve changed my life! I’m no longer afraid of dental work. This is the first time I can actually trust an oral surgeon. This is the FIRST TIME I haven’t had anyone quote me $10,000-$15,000 to get my tooth taken out due to prior crappy dental work. I could cry. I’ve waited five years to get this out. Five years of constantly being stressed, thinking I’m going to have this fractured tooth in my mouth forever, messing up the rest of my teeth and constantly being aware every time I chew. My experience with Dr. Enneking was beyond amazing. He and his colleagues are so empathetic, kind and patient. The exam was so thorough, I was given answers to questions I’ve had since I was a child. This is the first time someone has taken the time to truly examine my teeth and educate me about what’s going on. I have to move back to Washington at the end of May but I will be flying back just to come get my dental work done here. I’m not joking, that’s how important it is to find a clinic that actually cares about what they do and isn’t looking to suck your bank account dry. This experience has been life changing. Finally, I can look forward to loving my smile for the first time. And it’s all because of this clinic and it’s dedicated staff. Y’all have absolutely blown me away.

Fantastic experience: Brought my daughter in to discuss wisdom teeth removal. We saw another dentist that was ready to schedule and get it done but they weren’t in our network. Came to Heart of Texas Smiles for a second opinion. They said she wasn’t ready for it yet. Still had a layer of bone over the teeth and she’s not experiencing any pain so we should to come back in a year to assess. Can’t believe the other dentist was just gonna do it anyway. Fantastic experience: Rarely have I spent such a great time at a dentist. Not only was the teeth cleaning professionally done, but it was gentle, quick and efficient use of my time. Both the doctor and the technician were such a joy to be around yet very professional. Update 2/8/24. Just had another cleaning by a different hygienist (Katherine) who actually was the most thorough and systematic technician I’ve ever had clean my teeth. This was borne out through a 1hour, 15 minute cleaning ( as a comparison a typical cleaning takes 35-45 min). Keep in mind, this is for a mouth that had NOTHING wrong, just a simple 6 month cleaning (and I brush and floss properly). I continue to be very impressed by the overall professionalism of my dentist. Not only that they are joyful and continually put one at ease. They are also great conversationalists. I am one who actually LIKES going to the dentist and has never had a concern or been fearful about it. Updated 3/5/25. My cleaning this time was done with Katelyn (sp?). She was superb. I never felt anything touch a nerve, yet she was professional and efficient as well as kind, courteous and a joy to talk with. She makes my visit enjoyable and easy. This visit took about one hour. Dr. Teresa is also a wonderful individual, smart, joyful and kind. All there know their skills well and it shows in fine work and relaxed patients.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lasseter is incredible. A great dentist that you can trust. If she sees anything she’ll show you images so that you can see too and know that what she’s saying is true. She isn’t trying to make an extra buck by doing unnecessary fillings or procedures.

Fantastic experience: Long post... but very well worth reading. I love this office! I woke Sunday morning with a little pain and slight swelling to the left side of my face. As the day progressed... so did the swelling and pain. I barely slept that night! I waited until I could no longer and sent a text to Dr. Lassetter. At first I apologized for contacting her so early and then I told her what was happening. She responded with, "come on in and have one of the RDA's take an xray". From the time I walked in, I was taken care of! Melissa and Ms. Kristie were the first ladies I spoke with, they got me to the right RDA. Haley took my xray and found Dr. Rivacoba to take a look at it. Within minutes I was in a chair. Ms. Denise, Kelly, Paula, Lexi, Kim all came in to check on me! I was so scared but they all gave great energy and encouragement! Dr. Rivacoba was patient and understanding! He gave me time and boosted my confidence in dentistry. He numbed me and when I was all comfortable it took him about 8 minutes to get my tooth out... my wisdom tooth (that had been broken by another dentist; whom after she broke it, told me she couldn't get it out)! After he was done he called in a prescription for me and while I waited, several of the team came to check on me. Laura came in to give me a little back rub and Sonia and Lexi called to make sure my prescription was ready before I left the office. Not to mention several texts after I got home. Yes I work for HOT Smiles... and I've worked at other dental offices that I've never been a patient at So I'm not saying this just because I work there. I've witness the same love given to our patients. You can call the Doctors outside of normal business hours and if they can, they will! HOT Smiles rocks!!!!

I was confused by the other dental office last time as I didn't know what to do after taking an X-Ray exam with them. But here I was welcome by walk-In and got my 4 teeth done in the same day at Heart of Texas Smiles that is a big difference to compare. Dr. Enneking, Ethan and Lexi are great in their skills. Lexi have people skill; I could open up to chat with her beyond just teeth. Dr. Enneking is a perfectionist in his character. He is also charming and have his beautiful teeth that I dream of it on mine. There is also a helpful receptionist to book me in the system and help me out with electronic paperwork with internet connection on my phone. Everything here was done efficiency and affordable. All you need to do was to bring yourself into the door and enjoy a thrill ride from beginning to the end. Oh, there is also an option to circle the doctor you would like to meet for your services on the entry form. Can I get my Dr. Enneking again if I come back in future! Of course, other doctors I haven't met yet. But one you were satisfying; you would prefer to stay with. That's my character. I have the best wish for your standout business in town. Positive experience: Really appreciate Dr Lassater seeing me 1-28-2025 for a front tooth chip that had come off which she glued back on. The replacement was uncomfortable - tension of some sort - and came off ~ 5:30 PM that day; ‘surrendered’ to a baby kosher dill pickle. For a crown to ‘fix’ the above scheduled for next week, my goal result is COMFORT not ALIGNMENT with adjacent teeth.

He had expected that it would just be pulled, but Dr. Rivacoba was wonderful in explaining the tooth was good and could be saved! It was wonderful, painless experience, and now he has good tooth! Fantastic experience: They are very professional, friendly and do a good job. Today I had to have two different teeth worked on and they were very caring and supportive, keeping me as comfortable as possible. Regina did a great job yesterday and Dr. G , standing in for Dr. Cobb, was great too. 1/14/25 Today the hygienist who worked on me was very good and very thorough. She was friendly but very professional. Both she and Dr. Rivacoba were very good and really helpful in selecting a different type of toothbrush which I love and is so much easier on my sensitive gums.

Fantastic experience: I had a very positive experience during my recent first visit, it was vastly better than my last couple of dental appointments out of the area. I had no pain or discomfort during or after Dr. Enneking's examination and he was very clear about the work he was performing and options for what I needed done. Lexi was great assisting and showing me what she was doing. The hygienist Haleigh gave me the best and most pain free cleaning I've ever had. If you've hesitated going to the dentist like I was doing because of these things in other places, consider giving Heart of Texas Smiles a try.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lassetter is the best dentist. She is so competent and kind. She explains everything and has a great bedside manner. Her assistant Kim is just as excellent. If you need a dentist who is top notch and loves what she does, Dr. Theresa Lassetter is the one!!

Fantastic experience: I am a patient of Dr. Revacoba, I highly recommend him. I couldn’t be happier with my outcome. I took my friend there today. She loved Dr. Revacoba and Paula. She felt very comfortable and no longer thinks a second opinion is necessary. They are both awesome in our opinion.

Fantastic experience: Another great experience. First time I met with Denise. She was polite, friendly, and did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. If I had a question, she answered it. Next visit I met with Dr. Lassetter. They were both very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Third and fourth visits were no different. Excellent experiences.
