Checked for mouth cancer, non detected Something was detected on my tongue, maybe I bit it but I don't remember BUT if it's not gone away in two weeks I can make appointment. Good catch! I didn't notice it nor does it hurt. Pleasant conversation and pleasant atmosphere Keep up ALL the professionalism to ALL employees

Negative experience: I’ve been here before and absolutely loved my experience. Today? Not so much and I will not be back and I will no longer recommend SmileCOS. I came in for a cleaning and it was decided that I couldn’t have a cleaning because they want me to buy a deep cleaning instead (cited because of periodontal issues). I cannot afford a deep cleaning, I just lost my job. I just wanted a basic cleaning that my insurance covers in advance of my medical procedure tomorrow. Instead I am left without ANY cleaning.

The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, and the environment was clean and calming. Dr. Darquea & Sarah are true professionals—gentle, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions with patience. I especially appreciated the personal touch and how comfortable all the procedures felt. I appreciate how thorough Dr Darquea and his staff were during my initial visit. I felt like I was heard and my dental needs were met. Having a cavity taken care of was a very positive experience. No pain, very relaxing and and I left knowing my teeth were healthy. I have had negative experience at other practices, so finding this practice was such a positive. Will never go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Arrived, Dr office was very clean and had comfortable homey feeling. I was greeted promptly by Elena who checked me in, after which Jenna took me right away for a check-up and cleaning. She did a very thorough job and explained her results. Next I went to visit Tammy where she took a photo shoot and trays of my teeth and smile. She assisted Dr Miller with all the data and he presented me an evaluation and recommendation. The doctor and all the staff are professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend Smile COS.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit to SmileCOS and it was just for one of my twice yearly check ups. I have to mention I was late. I was meet by a soft spoken smiling receptionist who had me fill out some paperwork which I expected but I was attracted by the atmosphere in the surgery all the workers were quiet and busy but not to busy to accomplish the clients as we arrived and the atmosphere was so light and happy.and the service from the start to finish was phenomenal,.While I was still filling out my paperwork my hygienist came out of her treatment room and called my name. I stood up and informed her that I had not completed my paperwork.She introduced herself by name Amanda and position and she told me to come with her , took my paperwork look at it and said gently not to worry I had completed enough to start her treatment and That i could complete it before I left .As we took our short walk to her treatment room we chatted Once in the room she invited me to sit in her chair ;she then explain her treatment plan for me today , what would be done for me during treatment today by her .when she was finished she took me to a different treatment room where I was introduced to my new service provider his name was Ian he did some more X-ray to help give me a more holistic service and ready me for my dentist visit .Dr Darquea was my dentist today he introduced himself and then spoke with Ian got my history and started to review my X-ray and give his findings and diagnosis.i quietly listened and then he ask me if I had any questions and I did and he answered them . Then I was taken to a consultation room where I was shown a short reel on a mouth guard .After this Shelley the office manager came in we visited a bit and she explained Dr’streatment plan as she was completing this Dr Darquea came in and explained what he found and what he felt I need to have done to give me the best results for my dental health. Today was the best dental visit I have every had it was phenomenal and I don’t say this lightly. My mom lost all her teeth in her childhood and wore upper and lower dentures .As a child we spent every summer at the dentist office as she was determined that her issues would not be passed on to her 10 children. They have a state of the art surgery with so many add ones for the patients while you are lying in the dentist chair your vision is met with a screen showing slides from National Geographic and you get to view the world and all it wonder colour and flora and the peace that this brings. They give you a number one check up and then they offer you the best plan to meet your personal needs. I cannot say enough of tge good things they did and I an itching to tell everyone I met and know what a wonderful service they give Thank you SmileCOS you service was five stars Looking forward to executing my treatment plan and great follow up care Jacquelin Lessey-Hordatt

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for a few years now and have never been unhappy. I had some old silver fillings from when I was a kid that needed to be replaced. To replace them, I had two crowns put in last year and a filling and crown put in this year. I’ve had zero discomfort after the procedures and have had no issues with my retainer fitting afterwards. I know dental anxiety is a real thing but I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Darquea and the dental assistants who worked on my teeth! Thank you for the easy procedure and great results!

They were incredibly thorough, educated me throughout the entire experience, and were efficient in their care delivery while also spending the time where time was needed. This is what health equity is. Jenna did an amazing job cleaning and she is a fantastic educator. Kiley was super comforting and filled in the vibe to make it an enjoyable experience. And, Dr. Darquea was so welcoming, humble, delivered a thorough education that I could understand, and has a nice face. The front office staff were friendly and answered the questions I had. I have been going to this dental clinic over the last few years and they have adopted new technologies and it is good to see and compare the dental records since they have it all in one place.

Fantastic experience: I was recently fitted for a professional occlusal guard (commonly called a night guard), and I wanted to give it a few weeks before giving an honest review. WOW! I was reluctant to use one for so long but now I can’t recommend them enough. It was recommended to me due to persistent jaw pain, and in a few weeks time I have already noticed a huge difference. I was expecting to have it fitted with that goopy impression stuff, but Mason was able to digitally scan my teeth with comfort and ease. The technology they use is just outstanding. Everyone including the doctors, hygienists, assistants and administrative team are thorough and seem to love what they do. Thank you SmileCOS!

Fantastic experience: Very caring staff. I have been coming here since I was 15 yrs old. Scheduling is very quick, I was able to get my crown placed on the same day as my appointment. Thanks Dr. Miller you are the best.

Positive experience: Pros: The work they performed was quality. I appreciate Dr. Miller for that a great deal.They can do some crowns in house so it's one visit with no need for a temporary. They have great tech, latest tools, top notch. The staff is great. Cons: They are on the expensive side. Noticeably, also they in my case were way off from the out of pocket cost. To their credit they did attempt to get the insurance to pay for what was needed in addition and insurance companies being what they are refused to pay. Unfortunately, this resulted in a three hundred plus dollars extra of a bill to me months later. Very annoying in my case as at the time I had let HSA money go not having a need for it I could have used to cover the bill at the time of the procedure had this been taken care of up front. To avoid this I would urge anyone to be very blunt about wanting to pay for anything the insurance might reject at the soonest possible date. Especially if switching jobs or something.

Everyone was professional, kind, and very attentive to how I was feeling, whether I needed a break, etc. I definitely recommend SmileCOS to anyone looking for a new dentist!

Had a crown placed yesterday and Dr Darquea and Kjersti made the procedure go smoothly. I never have any pain when I get anything done. Payment for everything was smooth and easy to understand. Positive experience: I went in to get a root canal and crown. After some time in the chair, I was told that I needed my tooth to be extracted because it couldn't be saved. The staff switched plans quickly and started the extraction. Yes it was painful but everyone was really nice and attentive to my pain. Everything was explained before it was done, and they tried to make me as comfortable as possible. I recommend SmilesCos if you want up to date equipment, attentive staff and experienced dentist!

Fantastic experience: Haven’t been to the dentist in almost 9 years due to bad experiences in the past . I was nervous at first, but Dr Miller and my assistants, Jackie and Bella, did a great job making me feel comfortable and confident with getting my dental health back on track. Between my initial exam and my fillings I worked with Shelly, Andrea, and Jurnee up front. They were all so inviting and helpful getting me enrolled as a patient, getting me scheduled, and handling insurance like it was no big deal. 5 stars isn’t enough 10/10!

Fantastic experience: I just recently moved and was looking for a good dentist. The last dentist I visited was amazing and I was not sure about how my next dentist would be. SmileCOS really made the difference. Everyone was so kind and helped to put me at ease. I like to ask many questions about my care and how to take care of my teeth. My hygenist, Jenna, was amazing with answering my questions and helping me to feel comfortable. I appreciate the thoroughness from the x-rays and photos taken of my teeth. Jenna also gave me great advice to help me better care for my gums. Alexis helped to further ease any other concerns by explaining the consultation visit with the dentist. Every step of the way I felt so cared for. Dr. Darquea also did great with explaining everything so well! Also, thank you to Andrea who checked me in and Elena who took care of me at check out! My dogs got out and we're running next to a very busy intersection and Shannon spotted them out the window the staff went into full puppy parents mode and got all three of my dogs into there office safe and sound I can't tell you how much I appreciate that these dogs are my family and I can't imagine had you guys not been there how heart broken and devastating that would have been for me and my family thank you again for being kind amazing and wonderful loving people ❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️

Fantastic experience: The service was great. Another dentist told me I needed to pay $600 for a cleaning because my gums were in decay. I did not feel comfortable with that evaluation so I went to smile COS and it was the right decision. The other dentist was just trying to make money as there were no issues with my gums. Smile COS treated me right. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: The best dental office I have ever been to in my 51 years. Everyone was very helpful, personable, and the process for my initial visit was thorough and informative. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with SmileCOS, they are a breath of fresh air from other offices I have dealt with...BIG recommendation from me.

Fantastic experience: To keep it short, it had been a few years since my last dental trip; and everyone at SmileCOS, from the receptionist, dental techs, insurance people and dentists themselves, are phenomenal. They were able to not only see me quickly, but every procedure is taken care of quickly, professionally and comfortably. Everything down to the mounted TVs with images/Netflix make this the best dental experience I've ever had.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been coming to SmileCOS for many years now (at least five I think). Besides the usual cleanings, we've had fillings, crowns, broken teeth, wisdom teeth removed, and I'm sure there's more. The staff here are friendly, courteous, and all very pleasant to work with. Teeth cleanings for me and my children are always positive experiences and they are very attentive and informative. Both Dr. Miller (who I typically see) and Dr. Darquea are both great dentist. Dr. Miller has a good sense of humor, explains things in a way that's easy to understand, and is very personable. One other thing about this practice that is amazing is how well organized and coordinated they are. The system for patient management is impressive. Additionally, they are great with accommodating my larger family and grouping our appointments all together which makes my life easier not having to miss much work. Lastly, not that this is super important to me, but they have drinks, snacks, and freebies. I always get chapstick every visit. With all that said, if you're looking for a dentist in the Colorado Springs area, I highly recommend SmileCOS.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Miller was fantastic! I was a little on edge about having a crown done. He and his assistant did a wonderful job keeping me updated throughout the process. A little sore the rest of the night but the next day no pain at all! I would definitely refer Smile COS Dentistry

Fantastic experience: They are a true amazing and caring team. My daughter has been struggling to get a tooth out. And today we had the team cheering her to get out. She said " I GIVE THEM 5 STARS I LOVE THEM.... Thank you for helping me getting my tooth out. It was scary at first but they helped me face my fear.".. Fantastic experience: After being treated at another facility, which left me in pain and unable to sleep, I obtained treatment at Smile COS, which was performed in a caring and patient manner. The pain was eliminated and my healing could begin. Everything was explained as we proceeded. I will continue to rely on them for my dental needs in the future.

Fantastic experience: This is literally the best dentist I’ve ever been too! Everyone was super nice especially Shannon my hygienist who cleaned my teeth, Kjersti and Doctor Dargyla were so gentle and kind to my sensitivity to my teeth examination. I will definitely be back. It’s very big to find a Dentist you are comfortable going to.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist I’ve ever been to. The staff are all super friendly and nice. They are also very thorough when explaining anything going on or that they recommend AND they don’t pressure you to get certain services. If you say no thanks to a service they just move on and that’s that.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time coming here and Aubrey was very thorough and explained everything in a way I could understand. Dr. Miller explained everything and made sure I was comfortable with what he wanted to do. Kjersti was very nice and made sure I was comfortable. Great experience and everyone was great.

Fantastic experience: I was seen by Kjersti to start. She took my x-rays and she was very sweet, welcoming, and accommodating. This was my first visit to the SmileCOS office and I was very pleased with the service and dental care I received. Dr. Darquea not only provided excellent dental care but also made me feel comfortable by having simple conversations with me. Amanda was the one who cleaned my teeth and she was amazing as well. All in all very welcoming staff and environment

Fantastic experience: I have anxiety around going to the dentist like most people do and when I found out I was going to need some fillings I was terrified. However Kylie was amazing and Dr. Miller was gentle and they both made sure I was comfortable. It was a great experience.

Fantastic experience: Very professional and always willing to take the time to answer my questions and make sure I understand the what, how, and why. They have always worked with me when I'm picky about how I want something done or not done. I've had procedures from both doctors and been seen by several of the staff and they are all this way. They aren't the cheapest, but if you want quality and care and someone to take the time to explain what they are doing and why, then these people are a good choice.
