Fantastic experience: Matt is the best hygienist! He genuinely cares about his patients. He is the only hygienist I have had that's ever listened to me. I have EXTREMELY sensitive teeth and he is so gentle to make sure I am not in any pain while he is cleaning. I won't go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: I was referred here by another patient. Being a skeptic, I went into the appointment wary and with my guard up. However, I'm on Medicaid, so I don't have many choices, nor do I have the right too be picky. I showed up to the appointment late, and I also didn't fill out my new patient paperwork. Despite these setbacks, the Smiles Restored staff easily and professionally handled everything quickly and efficiently. They got me back into the exam/office and had me x-rayed and seen by the Dentist. It was literally only a matter of minutes from when I walked in -to when I was seen and treated for a filling. Would I recommend Smiles Restored? Let me put it this way- I would recommend them to all my family and friends!

Negative experience: Horrible bedside manners basically being told because I’m not healthy I take pain medication and at the time of the appointment my mouth was dry because I’ve been running around and not had a drink all day because I have gerd disease that he won’t help me unless he gives me dentures. Then he wants me to go the person he wants go to cause he won’t help me because I won’t except getting dentures. I don’t think I’m gonna take his suggestion. That’s a hard one because I was telling him a situation happens almost 3, and not reason why my job messed up I couldn’t open my mouth very white, and my teeth are extremely sensitive some painkiller in my mouth, but it was actually something. I was trying to tell him that I had to do with my history is horrible. I should’ve listened to the people that told me stories about this guy and I would never refer him to anybody else. Other than told me years old, horrible person, and they’ve had not gonna sit there and talk to me like that and get a second opinion, I will go through who I want to, and if I have to, that’s fine I would never allow him to touch my mouth the way you talk to me He gonna lose a lot of money if he just sits there and pull people‘s teeth out like I’ve heard that he’s gonna only do healthy people teeth everything like that in that’s you. You’re pretty much judging somebody because of a medical condition to make more money by doing somebody’s teeth every six months and doing what they want you’d be happier make a lot more money Rather than just pulling everybody’s teeth, which is exactly what happened to Friend. I can’t believe the way you talk to me I’ve never been talked to like that Buy a doctor, especially telling me he doesn’t give and what happened that I take medication for my back that just taken medication. You should understand that I don’t always right now and I can’t help the fact that I used to this problem. I just had surgery probably won’t happen again so if you would listen, then you would’ve understood that because I’m unhealthy very careless and have lots and lots of people saying the same thing surprised he hasn’t already had a lawsuit.

Negative experience: Was very discouraged by Karli's attitude for rescheduling an appointment. She seemed very bothered that I called and really just wasn't very nice. She'd rather me no-show than her have to answer the phone.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience today. I’ve never had a male hygienist. He was just delightful. I loved his southern accent and he did a really great job on my teeth

Fantastic experience: Two of my crowns cane off on a Saturday. When I called on Monday the very polite and helpful lady was able to get me in within 2 hrs! I was in and out within 1hour all fixed up! The efficiency and excellent service was greatly appreciated! I highly recommend Smiles Restored!

Negative experience: I went there to see about getting some implants. The first appointment I wasn’t to sure that I liked the place. Then I got the dentist from Hell !!!! He was like a monster but I stay there. I’ll never go back there again. I’m only talking about one Dentist I don’t know about the others. Not a happy person. I think if someone that works there would know who Im talking about.

Positive experience: Dental care today at Smiles Restored was good as before and thorough. The cleaning was a little bit painful at times, but I had some buildup of tartar. Matt did a good job as usual and was gentle on my gums as much as he could.

Fantastic experience: This place runs like a well oiled machine. The entire staff is professional and not only that, they are very friendly and sincere, they care about you like they are friends or family. Their fees are the best in the state, maybe in the entire country. I've had more implants then I care to remember but I saved mucho dollars because they're cost is about 1/2 of what most dentist charge. They specialize on implants but they do everything. Don't let the lower prices make you think you're getting less then top notch care. Don't even get me started about Carly and the rest of the office staff, they are on it. I don't write many reviews but credit should be given when it's deserved.

Fantastic experience: Once again a very enjoyable six month check up with Matt. Dr. Hanson is an excellent dentist and assessed what needed to be taken care of now, and what could wait. Very glad to have Smiles Restored as my dental care experts.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Smiles Restored by a friend who lives in St. George who was impressed with their office and work. I had a bad tooth ache and was sure I needed an implant. Dr. Hansen took X-rays and said that the pain was actually coming from the adjacent tooth which was a Wisdom tooth. He pulled that Wisdom tooth and by the next morning the pain was gone. What I liked about Dr. Hansen was that communicated very clearly all possibilities and options. I felt confident that he knew what was best. I wouldn’t highly recommend Smiles Restored to anyone needing a dentist. Steve C.

Negative experience: Total disappointment going to their office. And I was refered! more like a circus for me. I hope your experience is better than miner is/was. Good luck! (Insert evil laugh here) And to boot the dr prescribed amoxicillin and I am highly allergic to penicillin they should know better than trying to make people sick with a severe allergic reaction and I almost stopped breathing. Thak my advice go any where else they only care about the money not you!

Fantastic experience: I don't get the bad reviews I have read. I had a great experience at this location. The reception was very friendly as well as my dentist and his assistant. I have sevier dental anxiety but they all made it very easy for me and better yet pain free. I got a crown fitted some fillings and an extraction. And the experience for me was so great I will be going back in 4 weeks to have my permanent crown fitted and some more fillings done.

Fantastic experience: Very Caring Crew. Reception was fast and efficient. The techs listened carefully and went the extra mile. The doctors were skilled and knowledgeable, like an artist. They even have high tech digital x-ray imaging with AI assist.

Negative experience: I'm not surprised by the bad reviews. I visited this clinic for a second opinion to compare prices with other dental clinics. The clinic smells bad; the whole place seems like it's stuck in a bygone era. The dental equipment looks like it hasn't been updated for decades. From the start, seeing such old equipment and where the repair tools are connected, you could see rusty residue. That was the most alarming red flag. The cubicles smelled horrible, and the patient bed-chair smelled like it had been cleaned with a dirty rag. Hygiene in these places is supposed to be the priority for safety. It doesn't exist, at least not at first glance. The front desk employees don't even look you in the eyes when talking to you out of courtesy; they don't even greet you to welcome you, so don't expect them to smile. I think it's too much to expect. Who could in such an unpleasant place? They took an x-ray and the Dr. looked at the crown that needed to be fixed with a mirror. It didn't take even two minutes, and they charged me $115, which surprised me a lot because at previous clinics, they didn't charge me anything, and of course there's no comparison, the equipment at the other clinics is more modern and the treatment I received was cordial from beginning to end, where I was guaranteed that I would be satisfied with the results. Something that didn't happen with the Dr. at Dentist Smiles Restored who told me that it would be difficult to match the color of the crown to my other teeth. I had already made up my mind to go to another clinic. I decided to complain to the person in charge of the bill, who was respectful. After a while, she told me she would speak to the Dr., who decided not to charge me, but warned me not to come back, is what the young lady at the front desk told me. So I DO NOT recommend this place. It's not worth saving a little money if they can't guarantee you a good job in the end. Probably the Docs. They're only interested in money. I wouldn't be surprised if their employees are so bitter because they aren't treated with recognition and good pay.

Fantastic experience: I have had good experiences at Smiles Restored i recommend them they have a lower cash price.

Negative experience: When I first arrived at smiles restored, I told the dental hygienist that I had heard a radio ad for new patient special for $69, he said no problem. After checking my credit card statement Some time later, I noticed that I had been charged $196.06. I brought it to the attention of the person at the finance desk and she said that I had to have the actual coupon I said, I heard it on the radio, she said you still have to have the coupon What the bloody hell does that mean? They don’t honor what they say they will!!!

Fantastic experience: The dental staff is A+, the front desk was short with me when I asked if I could put a check in the mail to avoid the $30. Credit Card fee. She said I could drive it back, well I live in Hurricane so that would be silly when she would get it in two days. I don’t carry a check but have never been late on a payment. Not liking the process fee at all.

Fantastic experience: Met with Dr. Curtis and he gave me a detailed explication as to what i needed. His assistant was entering all info and making sure everything was entered in to the treatment plan. When they were done I asked how much thinking it would be expensive (as I had already gotten a treatment plan from another dentist). They came in $10,000.00 under the previous dentist. I am for sure going to them.

Negative experience: Charged me $30 to cancel my dentist appointment I've never had a dentist ever do this before. If you have an emergency your going to charge them? Not good customer service if you ask me. I'll change this if they refund me.

The atmosphere never feels off. I never wait more than 5 minutes. The dentists seem to have improved in their skill, we well as their bedside manner.

Fantastic experience: so far my experience with this office has been fantastic I got in right away and Dr. Brimley was amazing, fast, kind and knowledgeable. I've never had such efficient service from a dental office. Unfortunately I didn't have that same experience with someone who answered the phone when I tried making an appointment for my husband, it was weird she was great until I mentioned Insurance then she basically dismissed me and tried sending me somewhere else said they had a 2 page wait list and would call if something came up. It was very strange nothing like the amazing experience I had and have had at the actual office. So if you get that one lady maybe just try again with some one else. Not sure who she was but no thank you. and yes thank you Alysa the hygienist and Dr. Brimley the dentist they were fabulous. I get my crown put in next week, so far the temporary has actually been great. thank you.

I have to give a special shoutout to Matt, the hygienist. He’s incredibly friendly, always checks in to make sure I’m comfortable, and genuinely cares about whether anything he’s doing causes pain. What really stands out is how he remembers personal details and chats like we just saw each other last week, even if it’s been six months. That level of care and familiarity makes a huge difference. Negative experience: Was not a good experience. The Dr spent less than 5 minutes with me without giving me options except dentures... couldn't answer my questions. When I asked what dr would actually be doing the procedure, they couldn't tell me. I should have left as soon as I read a giant sign on the sign in desk saying they have the right to kick you out if you are rude etc... Had a second opinion 2 days later and was given much better options and actually cared about my concerns. If you go here, listen to your gut and your instincts! Hallmark dental will treat you much better!

Fantastic experience: My mom had been complaining of a toothache while on vacation. When we returned, I called to make an appointment and she got in that same day! When it was discovered she had a cracked tooth that needed to be pulled, they stayed longer to get it pulled that visit. It was great!
