Fantastic experience: “Finally, a dental clinic that truly cares!” I’ve been to so many dental clinics, and everywhere I went, the staff always seemed rude, tired, upset, or simply uninterested in helping their patients. Monroe Family Dental Care was my last option, and now I regret not finding them sooner. From the very first phone call, I noticed a huge difference—just in the way they answered the phone. Clemencia answered my call with such happiness and energy. She took the time to truly listen to my needs and patiently answered all my questions. She has an angel’s voice, and you can genuinely feel how much she enjoys her work and cares for her patients. On top of that, she is incredibly knowledgeable in her field. When I went in for my appointment, I’ll admit I had my doubts at first because the team seemed so young. But let me tell you—the energy in that office is amazing. From the moment you walk in, they greet you with big smiles, and the entire staff radiates happiness and joy. They are professional, friendly, and truly dedicated to helping their patients. I would never mind driving here 2 hours for all my dental treatment. Excited to start Braces and they do everything you don’t have to be going back and forth to clinics. Clemencia, thank you for your wonderful customer service, and thanks to the staff who helped me with my pain. I will never go anywhere else now that I’ve found this clinic. The clinic is a little old and out fashioned but is super clean.

Negative experience: Front desk staff was rude and very discriminatory. They kept saying disrespectful things about me because I did not want to give them my ss number. I don’t have to give you that. So someone can steal my information again. They thought I didn’t understand how to speak Spanish because I’m black. How ever I’m fluent. So the nasty things and behavior has me going to file a complaint with federal trade commission.

Negative experience: Front desk was awesome but Dr. Do was terrible. He seems to be in hurry during my first visit as a new patient. He should go back to school for the ethic course and a customer service trainning is highly recommended.
