Fantastic experience: Hadn’t been to the dentist in a while but had an upper wisdom tooth giving me trouble so I gave Gettysburg Dental Associates a call. Super friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Got me in for a quick X-ray and consultation and a week later got it out. Took longer for the numbing agent to kick in than it took for them to get it out. And not painful at all, that was my biggest worry. Whole procedure took about 30 minutes. They took care of me, gave me a fair price, let me make payments, and gave me my tooth as a souvenir! As long as I live around the area, Gettysburg Dental Associates will be my go to dentist! Thank you guys!

Fantastic experience: On my first appointment for a cleaning, xrays, etc., staff was very pleasant and efficient. The hygenist, Jennifer, and Dr. Iveshook took time to explain things thoroughly and to answer all my questions. They were respectful of my concerns, made recommendations without pressure or exaggeration of future needs, completely leaving decisions up to me. Since then I have been in 3 times and have always been impressed. Dr. Siedel took extra time to answer my questions about an upcoming procedure ar my last visit, and I left feeling confident in my decision. I didn't catch the young hygienist's name, but she was extremely kind, informative, and very thorough. I highly recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: I am fairly new to this practice, and so far I am impressed with Dr. Siedel and everyone I have interacted with. Dr. Siedel always says hi and asks how I am doing even when I am not seeing him. He seems very genuine and caring, and his girls are all friendly, and explain every process they are getting ready to do. Just got Invisalign and it went very smooth, and I was provided lots of information about the process before, during, and after.

Fantastic experience: My daughter could not have had a better dentist, and the assistants that she has had, are totally awesome, knowledgeable, and competent, and so very patient with her very complicated case. The front desk personnel are very friendly, and will answer any questions that we had. The anxiety quickly resides as you enter the office and meet the staff.

Fantastic experience: I am a new Invisyline patient and Gettysburg Dental Associates went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident with the process. My job requires me to have the best customer I can give and each played a huge part in my concerns of my top denture not being able to be worn for 6 months. I will need to get a new one as your tteeth do shift and Katelyn was who prepped me. This wasn't her first rodeo. She went as far as painting the necessary teeth so no one could see the empty missing teeth. Dr. Eric Seidel is top notch. Kayla also is to recognized in this for a great cleaning and wshing me total success with invisyline. To know they are there means allot. There is also a payment plan to make it totally affordable.

But then Carrie took care of me this time and I can’t say enough positive words about her too! I’ve been coming here for years. For the first time in my life I can say I enjoy going to the dentist! Fantastic experience: I love Gettysburg Pediatric! The staff is always so welcoming. Dr. Stephanie and her team are efficient, friendly and helpful, answering any and all questions a parent may have. When asked I first took my kids (at the time age 3 & 4), they took their time and made sure my kids were comfortable and explained everything they were going to do in a way they could understand. Now my kids are 6 & 7 and they still take the time and make sure they are comfortable before getting started. My kids love them! They are fantastic!

Fantastic experience: Very thorough cleaning process. My teeth feel a lot better I have to go back for another appointment to get the rest of my tartar removed.

Negative experience: They tell you in person, via email and over the phone, repeatedly, that your treatment is covered by insurance. After the procedure that they make up (that you didn't actually receive) isn't covered, you are billed ridiculously and denied other services for your child. If this place wasn't convenient, I wouldn't even of went back.

Fantastic experience: I needed to gain another crown, and I was completely amazed at how efficient and pleasant it would be. Having a lab in the basement, and able to handle this crown on the property, made it a “one day affair.” Color me, IMPRESSED!

Definitely would recommend if you're scared they put your mind at ease. Wait time was less than 3 minutes Going back to have 19 teeth extracted and dentures all in one day I know I am in good hands!! My Dental Tech, Rachel, was not only personable and friendly - she was a skilled Tech in her own right and the services she provided were performed with state of the art dental equipment. Dr. Seidel spoke volumes of information concerning my visit and any further dental work I may need in the future. And I was provided a detailed, explanatory (w/ potential cost) list of the future dental work, as per Dr. Seidel's comments. The staff was beyond amicable. And the office is a palace. BEAT THAT!!

They were courteous, kind, and understanding of my situation while quickly and efficiently providing me a fix to get me through the weekend. Fantastic experience: I do not believe i can heap enough praise upon this dental practice, after my recent experience. Having not felt well for a few days, due to mouth soreness, I stumbled into town searching for any kind of help. As an out of towner and having already been treated so unkindly by another practice I sought help from earlier in the day, I phoned this practice desperate for help. I was fortunate enough to have been greeted on the other end of the phone by Dawn who treated me with such empathy and kindness and compassion. Having explained my situation, she told me to give her some time to see how she could assist me. After just a few minutes of waiting, she had an appt for me within 40 minutes of my initial call for help. Upon arrival I was treated with kindness from each member of the staff I encountered. Within 20 minutes of arrival, I was in a chair speaking to Dr. Seidel and his assistant. Mind you, they had an entire waiting room full of patients, yet somehow fit me in!! I got a quick diagnosis from Dr Seidel who was kind beyond words. He prescribed something for the pain but assured me it was a temporary fix to get me home to my dentist for review. He mentioned that if I encountered more discomfort through the night that I was in town, to please phone the next day and they would be glad to help me in any way. I did indeed have to go back the next day and despite a full room of patients, Dr Seidel fit me in for an extraction and instant relief. I can honestly say that this practice is by far the best dental practice I have encountered. Great staff, a terrific Dr., and such an empathetic atmosphere for an out of town guest who isn't even a patient. Those who are fortunate enough to be patients at this practice are lucky to have such wonderful people serving their dental needs. When I relocate to Gettysburg, I too will be a grateful patient. Keep up the great work Dr. Seidel and staff and I sincerely thank you for helping me during a rough few days. I so appreciate it!

Fantastic experience: Lori is my hygienist and she is absolutely wonderful!! She’s very thorough, kind, and just a pleasure to talk to (as much as one can with dental instruments in the mouth). Dr Seidel is also wonderful and thorough but what I respect the most about Dr Seidel is he talks through my dental issues and we make a decision together on my future dental care.

Fantastic experience: In the first ten minutes here - I cried because of how amazing they were. The office staff was great, the tech was great, and the dentist was great! In the first few minutes they said oh your son has a tongue tie. We started coming here because of previous issues with billing and customer service in Mechanicsburg and I am so glad for it. I’m not sure why the previous office never diagnosed him, but it would explain the thousands of dollars we put into cavity after cavity that could probably be prevented with either therapy or release of a tongue tie. We are a family that has cavities every visit. We brush and floss every day. We were shamed for it at the last place, however here it was a completely different experience. My 5 year old child is also rambunctious, can’t sit still, up and out of his chair, and they acted like they didn’t even notice. They let me handle it to the best I can and when they needed him to be still they said I could hold him. I’m talking he ran back and forth between the two chairs because the other chair was empty. (Yes I tried bribing and threatening, there’s only so much one person can do.) I’m so thankful we found this place!

Fantastic experience: First time going and I had an amazing experience. They saw both my kids back to back and has a great area where we weren't all crammed into a small room. My oldest 5 is very sensitive and scared easily and they handled him so well using multiple different tactics (bribing with a toy box is of course the one that worked), until something worked then he was giggling thinking the gloss was tickling him and getting little monsters off his teeth. I had nothing but a pleasant great experience and very glad I chose this dental office to have the kids start going to!

Fantastic experience: Took my youngest son for his first dentist visit, after bringing his sister here a couple years ago. The staff is fantastic with kids. I was worried my son (3) would be scared and resistant to an exam but he was happy as can be lol. They really take the time and patience to make kids feel safe and comfortable with visiting the dentist. We live an hour away but it’s well worth the drive for a positive dental experience for little ones.

Positive experience: Honestly, I felt pressure in making decisions about my teeth as if I was viewing a time share vacation spot. I am 77 years old and I could die tomorrow or live another 20 years. My view of dentists is simple - visit every 6 months for cleaning and if there are cavities, schedule an appointment to fill it, or if I absolutely need a cap, then schedule an appointment to do it. At 77, I don’t desire much else, especially the hard sell. I’ll see with my next visit if I want to keep coming for dental care here.- Michael L

The Registered Hygenist (Steph) was very skilled and used a number of different methods and technologies to ensure I had a complete dental assessment. This was the best teeth cleaning experience I ever had. We met with a dentist and mapped out several options. Very nice people and a very good experience.

Fantastic experience: Excellent. I don't say this lightly. My appointment started on time. No long wait in the very nice waiting room. Lori was very personable and professional. Everything just flowed. When a computer program wasn't working, she was able to accomplish something else while it was addressed. Everyone has computer issues from time to time. I was very impressed that they had the staff and the flexibility to keep the visit rolling along. None of that awkward waiting while the computer loads or they fix programs. Talking about technology, this office is very well equipped. There is a large TV on the wall where they show the x-rays and the 3D scan. It is very nice to be able to see exactly what the Dentist is talking about. Lori also had a radio in her ear and was able to communicate with the staff for support without a hiccup. Everyone was friendly. From the first receptionist at check in to the least receptionist scheduling my next visit. The receptionist went the extra mile in making sure my X-rays would be covered by insurance and dealing with my transfer of info from a different dentist. I can't emphasize enough just how good Lori is at her job. I don't think she wasted a single second of the visit, yet she never seemed rushed. When people talk about effortless efficiency, they might as well be talking about Lori. She was also extremely knowledgeable. She had answers to all my questions. Dr. Seidel was also personable and took the time to explain things and answer questions. They suggested a treatment plan, including Invisalign. When I mentioned I might wait until next year so I can pay with my FSA, there didn't pressure me at all. There is nothing worse than going to the dentist and feeling like you are at a used car lot. You get none of that here. They offer Invisalign at the best price I have seen, by the way. I am just so impressed at the amount of thought someone put into making this office run so smoothly.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing. I purposely pay out of pocket for dr. seidel because my insurance unfortunately does not cover their services. However if you have had nightmare experiences at dentists (in coverage) in the past as i have... it is 100 percent worth the money out of pocket in return for excellent work and healthier teeth and peace of mind. By far the best dentist office that I've ever been to and an amazingly professional and talented staff as well 10 out of 10

Fantastic experience: From the moment I called and a staff member answered to scheduling our visit, I knew we found or orthodontist and dentist! Being a military family, it’s difficult to find an office that provided not only for the entire family, but has an orthodontist in the same office as well was fantastic! We were greeted by a friendly staff and my children and I love Dr. Fiero!! Dr. Fiero was friendly, great with my children, was very thorough on educating us on our options for my daughters braces, his short term and long term goals/care for her. We are thankful to have found Gettysburg dental for all 7 of my children and I! 10/10 all around! Exceptional service and would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Dr Seidal, Katlyn and Kala went out of their way to ensure that I would receive excellent service. I went to a local dentist one time explaining that I was looking for a new dentist and had a problem with a crown. That dentist, although I was at his office for an initial check up informed me he was not interested in fixing someone else's mistake. He never even completed an initial check up but sent me away. Later on, while coming to Gettysburg Dental, a chewing tooth had broken and I had a lot of trouble eating. The assistants held several consultations with me to discuss the replacement, sending extra photos and notes to the lab, describing how the new tooth needed to be.They not only made a new tooth but matched it to my other teeth. The new replacement tooth looks so natural and I can eat again. They really listened and cared. I am very happy with my new tooth and appreciate how hard this team worked to help me have what I need. Not only can I eat again but I have a beautiful smile. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: I'm new to Gettysburg and I just wish that I have been as successful finding a physical therapist and physicians in Gettysburg. I had the same dentist for forty years. I've retired and he is getting ready to retire. Wow. I was receiving 20th century dental care in the 21st century. What I really like is that Drs. Ivashchuk and Seidel, and hygienist Jessica were a so personable. I was more than my teeth. They told me what they were doing and why, what my treatment options are.
