Negative experience: I would like to fast forward 8 weeks and say although Dr. Riboul was very nice and professional, the service runs so fast through there that you are not getting the proper installation. After being in continuous pain for 6+ plus weeks I decided to go to a real dr. Who specializes in real veneers here where i live in Jacksonville, for the dr to tell and show me why i was in constant pain. The Dr from CG Smile has installed veneers that did not properly fit and i still have bare teeth exposed close to the gum line, causing excruciating pain. So you get what you pay for here, bc real veneers can not be done in a day or 2 and cost way more than $5k. Do your research and save yourself the pain. Do not go to Miami for procedures.

Negative experience: I have been trying to get my money back for several months (8) and to this day I have not had a solution, so where are the “up to 30 business days” stipulated in the contract to make the return? I deposited exactly $ 4,999. It is exhausting and frustrating to be after them to get back money that they know does not belong to them and see that they have no interest in returning it, exactly in these months they have only answered me 4 times and not to say anything in particular but to continue playing with my time and money, NOTE: they blocked my phone number since I dial and the call does not come in but I dialed from another number and it does come in (draw your own conclusions) I am not interested in having them answer this message since they only do it to look good in front of other users but the reality is different.

Positive experience: Went here to change my smile, thought I was doing the right thing the building very clean the staff on hand very nice but the quality. Everything start going left. I got my bottom goal taken out. They sent me to the specialist to match the color. The color is wrong. Went to get my teeth pulled. They had me wait efor three hours telling me that they had an emergency. No one came out and spoke to me. They ordered me to get a bone graft where A week later, the bone graft fell. I paid my money for the bone graft. I asked them what are we gonna do about it? I did not ask for a refund. I asked to credit my account or let’s find some reasonable way that we can handle it. It’s been two weeks. No one has called me back. Everyone has an excuse and pointing fingers at this person, gonna call you back or that person gonna

Positive experience: They did a decent job on my veneers, but there were a few imperfections they couldn’t get quite right, that I ended up just settling for it. I also had two implants with crowns done. At first, I had to go back because there was such a large gap that food was constantly getting stuck underneath. They somewhat corrected it, but then one of the crowns broke after only a month. When I returned, they made the wrong tooth, so I had to leave and come back three weeks later—only to wait an hour and a half just to have the crown put back on, and again it had the same large gap where food keeps getting trapped. At this point, I’ve made around 10 trips to this office, taken time off work multiple times, and driven over an hour each way, all just trying to get things corrected. This has been a stressful 8 month long process that I wish I could’ve avoided.

Stay away they will keep your deposit and husband and wife owners will use it to buy very expensive cars . I had an extremely frustrating experience with this company, and I strongly advise against doing business with them. Here’s my story: I initially contacted them to get my veneers done in Miami. I spoke with a representative named Sonjia, who kept promising that my preferred appointment dates were available. However, she was extremely difficult to communicate with ; she would often not call me back at the agreed times, so I would have to follow up repeatedly. For two weeks straight, I kept cancelling and rebooking my flights because the only reason I was going to Miami was to get the veneers done. Meanwhile, I also spoke to another guy from the same company, who was easier to communicate with. He made me believe that scheduling was simpler and didn’t promise to call me back constantly like Sonjia did. Still, both seem to be salespeople, likely working on commission. The worst part is their outright scammy behavior. They immediately want you to pay a $5,000 deposit—regardless of whether your appointment is a week away, two weeks away, or a month away. They initially asked for $1,000, but once they knew I had my flight booked, they suddenly said I needed to pay the full $5,000. They claimed it was because the appointment was close and they were fully booked, but it’s clear they’re just trying to scam money out of people. Throughout this entire process, the story kept changing. Every time I spoke to someone, there was a different excuse or story. Sonjia was especially terrible at following through and communicating clearly; she would say one thing and then do another. From reviews and my experience, I can tell this is a scam operation. The reviews are horrible, especially regarding the surgery side of their services. If you’re thinking about getting dental work from them, do your homework and read all the reviews first. My advice: Stay far away. They want your money upfront, and they will string you along or scam you out of it. Don’t fall for their lies.

Negative experience: I inquired about veneers about a month ago and Hungcy scheduled me and signed me up for a loan for the total treatment cost without my approval. I have nothing scheduled and have not received services and am still being charged the full treatment price. Negative experience: CG Smile are the worst. My sister had implants after three days they cracked. She called them, emailed them and they done nothing. Several months later they all began to fallout. Listed below is the picture she sent to CG Smiles and they still to this day have not replaced them or even give her an appointment. She is and has suffered great pain. She went to several other dentist and they are not able to remove what is left in her mouth because the materials that were used are not from the United States but from some foreign country. They don’t have the equipment to remove what is left. They don’t care what happens to you once they get your money. Look how they treated my sister.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointing experience to say the least. After my veneers procedure I was sent home without a follow up appointment which I found unusual for a professional medical office and no prescription for the sensitivity pain which has been brutal, I've had to take ibuprofen 800mg to deal with it. It's been 4 months now and I'm still dealing with lots of sensitivity pain, which indicates they shaved all my enamel off. They had me sign the consent forms once under the anesthesia and already laying down instead of prior to the procedure so that I could read them which i found sketchy. After the procedure it's extremely difficult to get an appointment to see the doctor, I've left multiple voice messages and it has taken them a few days to respond which is again very unusual from a professional medical office. Recently one of the veneers fell off while I was eating and when I went back the doctor didn't even see me, instead they had someone else put it back. Regarding the design of the veneers it's very poor, the veneers have angles to them, which does not reflect the natural curves of the teeth. It has been a very regretful experience for me at this office.

Negative experience: Please Stay Away from This Place!! On our first visit i saw two customers giving complaint and I always thought it was the customers fault, since they are so nice when you are a new customer, Once they charge you and they are done with you you are garbage to them, first of all they never answer their phone, and Second of all they don't take responsibility for their terrible work. My husband did the Smile Design and it hasn't been a year and two veneers have fallen off already. They are charging him for this instead of taking responsibility, the first veneer fell of 4 months after their work and the second one 9 months they are two different veneers not in the same place and they fell off when he was eating soft food. Now they say he has to pay a lab fee of $510. they are playing with peoples money, the shame of having a veneer fall off and having to on top of that pay for something that you already paid its just ridiculous and they just don't care if you don't pay they make you leave without a veneer plain and simple. If I could give -20 stars I would its just such a disappointment trusting a place with your smile paying for it and then having no warranty for a work that was poorly done by them, they have no empathy toward their patients, we were told either you pay or you could just leave.

Negative experience: I want to start by saying that I was genuinely happy with the results of my smile design — the aesthetics are great and I was initially very satisfied with the work. However, I have to express my disappointment with the follow-up care and communication after the procedure. Unfortunately, two of my dental implants failed to attach to the bone, and I was told someone would be in touch to discuss next steps regarding billing, future appointments, and how this would be handled. Weeks have gone by with no communication. I even called yesterday and was told a supervisor would return my call — which never happened. It’s starting to feel like once payment was made, the level of care and responsiveness dropped significantly. This is especially disappointing given how happy I was at the start. As of now, I am still owed two functioning implants and a mouth guard, with no clear timeline or answers. I truly hope the office steps up to resolve this, as no patient should feel neglected after such a major investment in their health and confidence.

The entire process took just about three days. Day one was exams, x-rays, and a thorough cleaning. Day two? We dove into the major work—impressions, designing, and finalizing the look of my new smile. And on day three… magic happened. My veneers were cemented in, and any final adjustments were made with precision and care. I have to give a massive shoutout to my team coordinator, Dee. She was an absolute angel—professional, compassionate, and truly on top of everything. She made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. At my age, and after not having the best dental history over the years, I decided it was time to do something truly transformative. Seeing this smile that I’ve only dreamed of? I would do it all over again in a heartbeat. happy about my appearance. I highly, highly recommend CG Smile to anyone who’s even thinking about ,it’s absolutely worth it. Negative experience: I should have read the reviews. I was scammed for taking out a loan for a “PROMOTIONAL VALUE” which is a scam on how they get you to purchase their veneers. I have requested a refund and they charge you 1000$ for canceling and on top of that I was told that it takes 30-45 buisness days to process a refund which I never even got the email for. The communication is terrible no one answers my phone call and are always late respond. I want my loan refunded immediately.

Negative experience: Update, they refuse to allow an exception when the dentist and periodontist said teeth need pulled. Again a rip off. I get having a policy, but there needs to be allowances for refunds in these circumstances!

Negative experience: Very disappointing experience. I got veneers done at this clinic, and less than two years later, I had to redo the entire procedure at another dental office because they were poorly done. I trusted them with an important and expensive treatment, but the quality and durability were not what I expected. I would not recommend this place for cosmetic dental work.

Negative experience: TAKE ACtion AND FILE A SMALL CLAIMS Against CG SMILES. DO NOT GIVE CG SMILE YOUR MONEY — AND DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING.e. Also majority of their positive reviews are fake and done via a review bot software. Also ,Juan is responding to give them a call or email BUT IF YOU DO THEY NEVER ANSWER THR PHONE OR THEY IGNORE YOUR emails. I've sent emails to claims. Accounting and called for my refund. I found CG Smile through social media and was contacted by Massile, a rude and unprofessional coordinator. I paid a $1,000 deposit, followed by $6,400 in full, and that’s when the red flags began. They require full payment upfront, 30 days before your appointment — a major scam tactic. Just 2 days before my appointment, I was suddenly scheduled at a different clinic, Moderna Dental, nearly an hour away. I showed up, and after a basic cleaning, I was told I wasn’t a candidate for veneers — only crowns. But Massile had already told me I was a “perfect candidate” after reviewing my X-rays and photos. That was clearly a lie to secure payment. Only a dentist should be making that call — not a coordinator. When I requested a refund, I was met with silence. It’s now been TWO YEARS, and I’m still waiting. I’ve emailed the claims and accounting departments multiple times. They acknowledged my initial request, then completely ignored me. They are hoping I’ll give up. I won’t. Meanwhile, the owner is busy replying to Google reviews to save face — but no one from claims will respond or issue refunds. And most of the positive reviews you see on Google are fake — written by bots or staff. Check Yelp for the real stories. To make it worse, Massile tried to scare me out of going to Colombia, claiming they’d “mess it up.” The truth is, I would have received far better care in Colombia or Turkey — with ethical dentists and transparent pricing, at a fraction of what CG Smile charges. Please read the fine print before signing. If they cancel your procedure, you are not entitled to a refund. This is how they trap you. It’s disgraceful. I’ve lost over $7,000, and I will be filing a small claims lawsuit. I also encourage others to start a LinkedIn thread or contact Deco Drive to expose this business. Avoid CG Smile at all costs. Go to Turkey or Colombia if you want real dental work from real professionals. CG Smile — it’s time to do the right thing and refund my money.

Negative experience: I got venners 3 months ago I had to go to my local denist because they left cement on my teeth. I had a terrible reaction bleeding and swollen gums. They even left some on the front of the venners! I contacted CG smile many times they said they would handle it never did anything! Do not go there you will end up with bills from your dentist if your out of town and with CG smile ! Worst ever!

Negative experience: CG Resident here. My neighbor, poor thing broke her tooth. Terrified and distraught we called CG smile. The representative who called us back was so unprofessional. Instead of being empathetic and setting an appt, all she did was ask my neighbor “what treatment plan do you want and how are you going to pay?” The representative said she wasn’t a DR or the dentist but simply stated just from looking at a picture “you need a crown!” Absolute nonsense. We have no idea what to do or what our options are. VERY disappointing. As all the other reviews on CG Smile posted are so positive. We thought we were coming to the right place. Where has customer service and simple etiquette gone?

Fantastic experience: Jason DeFalco 100% Honest Review- I traveled from upstate New York down to Coral Gables, Fl where they are located. My teeth were far from perfect. From the photos I sent them I needed top and bottom veneers, 1 implant & 4 crowns, etc . After doing the x-rays, I did need more crowns than I expected. 12 Crowns , 8 porcelain veneers, Deep cleaning and 1 implant. I may have missed something minor. The best money I've ever spent in my life. The service from the staff on the phone and in person, Very professional!! I didn't have to wait too long in the waiting room. They explained the entire process to me as we went through it . I picked out the color of my veneers( BL3) and the translucency that I wanted . The craftsmanship is excellent. The color is perfect all around. My teeth are completely aligned . I could go on and on. They are truly what they say they are. Do not hesitate and book an appointment. 5 STAR......

Negative experience: Be very careful with what you sign with CG Smile, if for one reason or another (Health Emergency) you can't get the treatment, they penalize you by charging you $1,000, without caring about anything! All they want is to corner you, otherwise, they charge you so they don't lose! There are many other companies that do this huge deal for you!!! Be very CAREFUL with this!

I was so afraid to go here from reading all the terrible reviews but I will tell everyone, I want to start first start off by saying they were very nice. The first review that I read was that they all had nasty attitudes and there was a lot of young girls and they were mean not true. They were super super nice going in everything was on an iPad it was not a bunch of paperwork like everyone said it would be and also while they did have me waiting 30 minutes by the time you’re done feeling out the paperwork, they’ll be calling you in to get cleaned. Now I will say it’s Business. They’re going to try to offer you other promotions and say that you need certain cleanings even though you already gotten them done but get them anyway it doesn’t hurt. It will pay off in the long run even though it could be expensive you won’t have to get it done for another three months Now as far as putting the veneers on they fit perfectly they measured the bite they sent in several doctors to come and talk to me and come my nerves and to see what I really was trying to achieve after that you have to put on your temporary ones which were cool just to see how it was all going to look, but it hurt it taking them off lol now when you’re when you’re arrive, we had a hiccup with ours, we’re supposed to have it on one day, but the The lab had a mixup, but they got us in as soon as possible and it was worth every penny. I want to thank you all for keeping me safe and doing such a beautiful job on my teeth. I cannot be happier. I went home back to Chicago. There was no infections. There was no issues a little fear, but the fear will fade away because these people teeth are nearly invincible and that’s the god honest truth don’t be afraid. Remember you get what you pay for and it is worth it.

Negative experience: To CG smiles and Moderna of Galloway regarding the poor quality of dental veneers I received on July 31, 2024. I paid a lot of money for this procedure, expecting high-quality, durable results. However, my veneers have broken and came off more than one and more than once, more than three times to be specific causing discomfort, and I have not received a satisfactory resolution. After month that I got my treatment started falling off then I went there and they said next time it wont happened again and guess what this happened again a week after And then again today. This is very delicate is my smile and my face this is not buying a pair of shoes. Every time this happens I cant not even open my mouht becuase of course I literally have no more my natural teeth. Its depressing And besides that now I have to fix this and pay more money to fix the work they if course didnt do. I dont want to deal with them anymore. That company is a mess and all they do is sell themself as the best with all the false advertisment they post on social media. I referred after that two of my family members to them, trusting that they would receive quality care. They experienced the same issue, with their veneers also falling. As patients we need respect. The fact that multiple individuals have faced the same issue raises concerns about the materials used or the application process. Dont go there period. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Sarting with the girl picking up the phone in Moderna of Galloway. Someone called Daniela that texted me saying she will take care of me and then a managet called Karla that I am pretty sure was not the manager because I perfect remember the manager who worked with me the first time was not her. Also if that girl Karla was the manager guessing she is a new manager or that she even tell me her real name you should clean your staff with new members that learn how to treat not a patient a human being

My bite is terrible: they prepped my tooth for a crown and only did 3/4 of it: completely took my enamel off my teeth now I can never get it back right without having to spend more money: *I edited my review because they want you to leave a review with someone breathing down your neck before you leave the office. Negative experience: I had an appointment with Dr. J on Feb 3 to replaced my implant that was put in by him. When I got there he was not there to put the new implant in. Tony was the person who took my old implant out and replaced with the new one. They had someone working in my mouth that’s not a doctor! I sent a text to the assistant twice since I came back to Cincinnati and she have not replied. Left vm and emailed the office for my records and still no reply! I’m very disappointed in my decision with this place! Paid over $20000! I recommend that you do a good research! I feel like I was scammed!

Negative experience: The 1 star reviews are totally correct and I should have checked them before deciding to give money to these scammers. I don’t even know where to start. I damn near almost lost my mind in this place today. In summary - They lie a lot, they trick you into financing things that they do not plan to do. My story willl take a while to type, I will return to edit and add more. I am appalled at how boldface these people are with their scamming. It’s unbelievable how this lady upfront just lies to you over and over. I even recorded some of her lies.

Negative experience: My Dad wanted to get some veneers for his teeth but we live in another state. He called and was told he would get a full scan once he arrived at the office in Miami. They required him to pay in full upfront. Once the scan was completed, they found my dad had a lot of bone loss and that his teeth would be getting loose real soon. THEY WANTED TO DO THE PRECEDURE ANYWAY! He said it doesn't make sense to get the procedure and then my teeth fall out, so he asked for a refund. After speaking with the office manager she assured him he would get a refund in 30-45 days. THEY LIED!! He called numerous times (Over 10) and no one ever called him back. He wrote numerous emails (over 10) and no one ever replied. He filed a dispute with his credit card company but somehow they managed to steal his money anyway!! WHAT A BUNCH OF LYING, STEALING, CROOKS!@! Its a shame a company like this has to steal hard working peoples money and give no service to him~! IF I WERE YOU, I WOULD GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I would, this place is terrible, very unprofessional, I had visited them 3 times for an implant, paid over $3k that never was right on the first place, color and size of my teeth dont match. I'm still suffering from it , i have to paid to fixed there mess, I don't recommend them, they are a bunch a kids running around pretending to be doctors, AVOID THIS SO CALL CLINIC!!

Negative experience: BE CAREFUL!@ CG SMILE RIPPED ME OFF FOR OVER $11,000 I live in Tennessee and saw their ad on facebook. I contacted them and they tried to do a consultation over the phone with pictures from the phone but it didn’t work very good. I told them I wanted a new consulation and a proper scan when I get there. So they charged me a total of $18,000 and I gave a $7000 deposit and the whole balance had to be paid 15 days before I arrived. I flew to Miami and arrived for my appointment. I got a new scan and the hygienist cleaned my teeth. While she was cleaning my teeth, she was looking at the scans and told me I had a lot of bone loss. So much that she wasn’t sure why my teeth weren’t loose. She said they aren’t loose now, but they will be very soon. So after hearing that I had a consultation with their person and I asked him what he would do if he was me and he said he would go see a specialist called a periodontist to fix the boneloss and gums. So I decided to not go through with the procedure. They started throwing a fit and asking me why, over and over again. I told them I didn’t want them putting veneers on teeth that were going to be falling out soon. They didn’t care and wanted to continue with the procedure. I declined and asked for a refund. They assured me I would get a refund and all I had to do was to email their claims dept and they would take care of it in about 30 -45 days. I immediately emailed them and over the course of the next month I emailed them at least 6-7 times and called the office numerous times asking to speak with the office manager and left a message asking for a return call. I NEVER RECEIVED ONE EMAIL OR CALL FROM THEM! I disputed it on my credit card but the paperwork they make you sign before you arrive says no refunds!! SO THEY NOT ONLY LIED TO ME AND TOLD ME I WOULD GET A REFUND, BUT THEY ENDED UP NOT DOING THE PROCEDURE AND STILL GOT PAID!! WHAT A BUNCH OF LYING THIEVES! They don’t care about your teeth or you!! JUST THEMSELVES!!@ TRUST ME -- FIND A DIFFERENT PLACE TO FIX YOUR TEETH~!

Charged my husband for a procedure that was never done and refuses to refund the money back! Ignores all emails and calls. Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I would, this place is terrible, very unprofessional, they lack communication, and the only thing they care about is getting paid. I decided not to proceed with treatment (thankfully) and they still got received the full payment from care credit. They said they would issue a refund and it is now 2 months later and I’m still waiting for a response. All I did were X-rays, I did not receive a single form of treatment. I paid for a cleaning (out of my pocket), yet they are asking I pay them 3k. I find this absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. Please save your time and do not go there. I wanted my dream smile and it’s turned into a nightmare and unfortunate debt.
