Negative experience: Don’t try to go on Friday, emergency or not!! Website says there are open fro 8 to 1 on Friday…not! Late night message says they will take you at 8am if you have an emergency. Nope! Sister office still will not take you in an emergency. Wait until Monday even though you can’t eat all weekend, not their problem!! Sad! Take it off your message and website if you don’t really offer it!

Fantastic experience: Bent Creek Dental is one of the best dental clinics I’ve ever been to!!! Staff is polite and the dentist is awesome! Had 5 teeth removed and didn’t feel a single one!!! My first visit but it definitely won’t be my last!!

Fantastic experience: Today, it was just regular cleaning. Alexis was gentle and kind. Loved the young dentist filling in today as Dr. Mathis and his wife have just welcomed their 4th son! Forgive me for not remembering the name of the dentist today. I'm old. He was cute and has a wife and little girl and another on the way. I ❤️ this office. They have gotten me over my great anxiety when it comes to dental visits. In my younger days I'd rather visit the ob/gyn. True story.

He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and reassured me with the dental issues I came in with that we could get them resolved and come up with a treatment plan. I originally went to Valley Family Dentistry and they were going to give me unnecessary feelings and they also messed up my tears one putting in a feeling. Bent Creek Dental has really helped my phobia of the dentist and anyone who is nervous or scared I highly recommend giving this dental office a chance! PS Kelsey was amazing getting me ready to see the dentist❤️❤️ ** I had a root canal done and two days later I am finally pain-free after months of pain. I highly recommend this doctor as I’ve stated before I will only trust Dr. Mathis with my teeth going forward.

The cleaning was done thoroughly with little discomfort. The results of the exam were as expected similar to my previous dentist's findings. My appointment was at 8:50 a.m. I was sitting for about five minutes when they called me back to start my appointment. The staff there is amazing. they’re all professional and friendly. They do a good job with cleaning my teeth and informing me of what’s happening throughout the process.

Fantastic experience: Bent Creek Dental has been awesome! Went there after chipping a wisdom tooth, with no pain except the chipped spot cutting into my cheek. They sanded it down and got me the referral for wisdom teeth surgery in less than 15 minutes (and an appointment on Thursday when I chipped it on Tuesday)! Second time I went was for a concern that was quickly solved and alleviated any anxieties I had. Last visit was a cleaning and it was great! She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and I’ve never had a better dentist experience. Dr. Mathis is kind and even though he is very busy, gets to talk to you one on one! Great place for out of state students like myself.

Fantastic experience: We moved to the area about a year ago. We were just here to “winter” in our camper but fell in love with the area so we built a house. Needless to say I needed a Dentist. Bent Creek Dental is absolutely great! Right away I lost my cap for my implant and they discovered I needed a crown as well. They took care of it effortlessly and as pain free as can be. I love my hygienist and everyone there! Very kind people and they do an amazing job!!

Fantastic experience: I am impressed. I broke my denture and a part was missing. They were able to send it out to a lab and I got it back the next day. I've had two bottom dentures for 9 years now and this denture came back better than ever! They have always felt like razors on my gumßwithout a liner until now. No liner and they feel like a liner. Fantastic experience: I went to Bent Creek Dental for the first time yesterday. I was delighted with everyone in the office. They were friendly and helpful with any questions I asked. Mary Catherine did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth!! Usually it is an unpleasant experience for me because of my sensitive gums. (I didn't share this information with her) She was very gentle and did her job well. Dr. Mathis was informative regarding explanations of the photos of my teeth. He explained from the photos what was happening to a couple of my back teeth. He was friendly and courteous. He left it up to me when I wanted to get the teeth fixed. When the time comes to have the work done I know exactly where I am coming.....back to Dr. Mathis!! I was very impressed! He has set my mind at ease. Returned for my 6 mo. check up. Everyone was kind and polite. Mary Catherine did a great job cleaning my teeth. She's the best!! The doctor was through in examining my teeth. Told me to keep an eye on a crown that may be in need of replacing. Luckily no cavities! Very pleased with my visit! My most recent visit to Dr. Mathis' office was very pleasant...as always. There wasn't anyone there that wasn't helpful, prompt, and enjoyable to talk to. Dr. Mathis is always through keeping a check on my dental needs. (Still no cavities!! Yeah!) Mary Catherine also did a great job with my cleaning! Coming back for 6 month check ups, plus cleanings has paid off for me. I will definitely continue this course and look forward to seeing Dr. Mathis and his staff in July! Returning for my 6 month cleaning and check up. with Dr. Mathis, July 26th. Mary Catherine did an awesome job cleaning my teeth! Dr. Mathis is keeping an eye on one tooth that is soon to need a crown. Just a reminder to me if any pain or problem in that area that I should make an appointment ! It is amazing to see an entire office that is helpful and always there, if needed. Dr.Mathis is the best! Positive experience: Normally I have no complaints or any trouble with any services. This time I do, I had a filling put in by a substitute on 3/28/24 and had to go back for regular dentist to fix. To this day, my mouth still hurts, having a lot of sensitivity and pain.

Fantastic experience: I went to another dentist in the area for tooth extraction. Everything went fine. The following day my temp was 103 and I felt horrible. The dentist that I went to would not see me because they said that I must have a virus and should see my primary or go to urgent care. Thank goodness Dr Mathis got me right in to his office the following day. He prescribed an antibiotic because I had dry socket (which is very painful). The following day I felt so much better! Thank you Bent Creek Dental for addressing my issue and correcting the problem!
