Fantastic experience: This was a perfect dental experience. The clinic was clean and beautiful. The front desk staff was truly amazing. All the girls were kind and sweet. All the staff seemed like they wanted to get to know me and asked me questions and kept great small talk. The doctor wasn’t efficient and answered all my questions. One of the staff members I think named evie was so sweet and had a beautiful smile. Thank you for your help

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! Even if you don’t live in the area, it’s worth the drive. As soon as you walk in you are greeted kindly by receptionist Genesis. The DA’s are very sweet and so is the dentist. They are very informative and comforting when performing any work on your teeth.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at Celebrated Dental and Braces, especially considering it started as an emergency visit. Over the weekend, I broke a molar while eating and was in urgent need of care. Thankfully, they were able to get me in quickly, even though I was a first-time patient. Dr. Ajai and his assistant Josephine were incredible. From the moment I walked in, I felt cared for and at ease. There was also another assistant helping during my first visit who was just as kind and attentive — the entire team truly went above and beyond. The procedure was extensive, but to my surprise, it was nearly painless. Their level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail far exceeded my expectations. Not only did they repair my broken molar, but they also identified and corrected other issues I hadn’t even realized I was having — all in the same visit! I’ve now had two appointments and am waiting on a third, and each experience has been consistently phenomenal. I’m genuinely grateful for the exceptional care I received and will definitely be returning annually for follow-ups. Highly recommend!

Appointment scheduling is flexible and I never waiting beyond 10 minutes! Fernanda and Maricela were amazing as well. You will be attended quickly by knowledgeable staff here! Their passion for what they do is evident! Everything is sanitized and all wear masks! I’ve referred 3 friends!

Negative experience: Nightmare experience. Came in with a hole on two diff teeth. After paying a high fee for a filling he did the wrong tooth. When I confronted him. Rather than admit to his mistake and fix it. He banned me from the location for services after having set appt for root canal. I needed emergency services. So no refund. Went to another location that did it right asap. Beyond ridiculous. The heavier girl in blue in front very rude. I give zero stars if I could

Fantastic experience: I had to go in as a emergency visit due to my pain. Dentist exam me and let me know all that was wrong. I went with the most serious thing which was getting my tooth extract. Pretty simple procedure and he made sure I felt the least pain as possible. Overall great experience

Negative experience: Our experience at first was very positive. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the office is clean. We’re always seen on time and the process is super easy. The one negative was our last visit. I was informed only then, that they had run into difficulties with our insurance since the beginning of treatment…over a year ago. I was made aware of the problems with insurance payments the very last day of my child’s treatment. We were not informed for over a year of visits that there were insurance problems. So we had to pay several hundreds of dollars right then if we wanted the braces to be removed. Although the staff remained helpful and patient helping me, I’m disappointed I wasn’t informed before today. I never received a call, never pulled aside at any visits, and even though it was stated they did, my husband never received a call. I know this is redundant, but I am obviously dumbfounded.

It’s so convenient having both ortho and dental care done in the same place!

Fantastic experience: Today my daughter got her braces removed from here and she is very excited! This is my second child to complete treatment at this location and we love it. The staff has been amazing through it all very flexible with appointments and friendly when we go to the back to get work done. Everything is explained as we go along with the process and the Doctor is very nice as well, we never feel rushed!

Making an appointment was very easy even when I had to cancel or had to do a walk in appointment for my child to be seen quickly due to a concern. Negative experience: This company is a scam been with only top braces for ever keep getting the run around about putting on the bottom after the doctor agreed but they hound you for your money all they want to do is make adjustments to your braces. Go somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Alarbi and his staff are amazing. I had my braces for 13 months and while I was getting my treatment he provided excellent patient education and care. I switched from Invisalign to traditional braces and Dr. Alarbi and his staff made the switch seamless. I work nights and sometimes I would come in before my appointment time so that I could get more rest at home and they always fit me in no problems. Wait times were very short and appointments were efficient and brief. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for braces to come see them.

They were very flexible and accommodating with scheduling and were always able to squeeze her in when she broke a bracket or needed her wires cut. I would definitely recommend them.

Dr. Karan Shah did an excellent job of explaining his prep and getting the wisdom tooth pulled out without any issues. Fantastic experience: I had my first visit here today after a very bad experience at my previous dental office (the smile center on marbach) right off the bat I had a good feeling , the initial paperwork had multiple questions on how they could make the experience better , if I had any anxiety about the dentist, and what they could do to make me feel more welcome. Upon arrival my feeling was proven the doctor and nurses took great care of me. They explained every step of the process to ensure I didn’t get anxiety, they answered all questions honestly and explained in detail to make sure there was no confusion. They actually listened to me and heard my complaints and came up with the best possible solutions to my problems. If I didn’t agree with parts of the plan they had no issues being flexible with me. Overall it was a WONDERFUL experience compared to my past experiences. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dental office.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to this place since I was in high school and never had any issues, always have been taken care of and informed on everything that I needed. I highly recommend coming here, the workers here will make sure you leave satisfied and will work on making sure you’re getting your penny's worth!

Positive experience: Really attentive and courteous front desk, the dental assistant needs some work on his teeth cleaning techniques. He had the attitude of just wanting to hurry and get the cleaning done. And he sprayed water all over me and it was running down the side of my face and down my neck to my back. The dentist seems a bit cold and uncomfortable.

Fantastic experience: I have been going for braces for about a year now. Every time I get somebody different, and they always do amazing. They’re professional and quick. I recently just started going to their dental side. I can’t express how surprised I was. I have severe anxiety when it comes to dental work from experiences with other dentist. I was able to get my whole right side down within an hour. I received a deep cleaning and fillings and it was painless. I was so comfortable I almost fell asleep. The staff was kind and professional as well.

Fantastic experience: My last visit on 03/30/24 was great. Had a routine exam and teeth cleaning scheduled. They called and sent reminder text leading up to my appointment. My visit was quick and painless. Everything went well and smooth. Everyone was nice and understanding.

Negative experience: Horrible customer service not to mention if you do not make sure you confirm your appointment although you are making it they will cancel it. They had me wait 2hrs for my scheduled dental appointment because I did not confirm with them through text. The second time I did not confirm through text, they rescheduled when I arrived ON TIME for my scheduled appointment. Also, the fact that the dental and braces is not as one COMPANY makes things that much more complicated. I called to update my number and they only updated the Braces side and not dental. In other words I have to call the Dental side and update the number. But best believe when it comes to getting their money they make sure the insurance is updated on both ends. I wouldn't recommend & will never take my kids there.

Positive experience: I’ve been with Celebrate Dental and Braces Bandera location for 4 years. I’ve gotten all my wisdom teeth removed here and my braces. On the braces side Dr.Alarbi is the best, he is detail oriented and efficient. I had moved to Austin two years ago and instead of transferring to a closer location I stayed with Dr.Alarbi because he’s really good at his job and gave me a beautiful smile. Pros: friendly staff, Dr. Alarbi Cons: if u miss an appointment or try to reschedule it is a hassle. The appointment times get booked fast. So you have to wait the following month for another appointment.
