Fantastic experience: I had a broken tooth and Ms Kay worked me in to have Dr Bell and Laura look at the damage. It was determined that the tooth was too badly damaged to salvage so it was to be removed. I have never had a tooth removed before and I remember the horror stories from people in the past about tooth removal another places. Not the case with mine. From the time that Ms Laura topically numbed the area ,I never felt any pain at all. I mean truly ZERO, I heard the tooth break out but never felt anything at all. Unbelievable. Afterwards the socket was packed with gauze until the bleeding stopped and prescriptions for antibiotics and pain pills written I was released. I never had the first indication of pain through out the night and needed no pain meds or even advil. I had zero pain even today zero pain. Totally unbelievable but 100 % fact. Total professional staff and a wonderful experience for someone that had to have a tooth removed. Dr Bell was on top of the game and I won’t have anyone else ever work on my teeth unless there is no other option. Great staff and Ms Kay got me taken care of quickly. Thanks Ms Kay and Dr Bell and ms Laura. Great folks and pleasant surprise.! Highest regards. ❤️

Fantastic experience: It’s been a while since I have been to a dentist. The experience with Trish was what I expected. She did a great job with the X-ray’s and explained everything that she had found and what could be done. . The Dr. checked as well and as I expected, work was needing done. The appointment was set up and plans made to finish my work. Overall, it was a good experience, as that is not always the case for a dentist. So far I am pleased and expect that to continue.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this practice for over 25 years. I have to say, they have great dental hygienists, who work very hard to not hurt you, and remember you from your last visit. I work with Dr. Rob and he is very good and has kept my teeth well all that time. In addition, the people a the front are really kind and helpful, so when I forget to get a return to work excuse they can quickly help me out.

Fantastic experience: There was no wait time. I got checked in and within 5 minutes I was taken back to a room. The ladies at the front desk are sweet and helpful. All of their dental hygienists are thorough and very gentle. Dr. Bell is so personable and genuinely cares for his patients. He calls a couple days after dental work is done to personally check in and make sure things are going well. Top notch!

Fantastic experience: It's a great place, friendly staff, good atmosphere for someone who is scared of the dentist. They made me feel immediately at ease. Honestly the absolute best dentist I've ever been to. The only downside is that I have cavities and they can't see me until July which is four months away. Gonna be worth the wait I'm just worried about the cavities getting worse before then. Still absolutely a five star experience.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient with Jackson Dental for 6 months and have had 2 cleanings/exams. My hygienist is Ashley and my dentist is Dr Edwards. Very gentle. I couldnt be more pleased! My husband is a new patient also and was seen for the first time today with many dental issues. The entire staff are friendly and attentive. From walk in to walk out. The wait is minimal. Going to the dentist is a real drag but they make it as pleasurable an experience as possible and I appreciate that very much. We had to abandon our last dentist, sadly but I’d say it was a blessing in disguise. Jackson Dental is a very busy office with a full parking lot but that is no deterrent at all. We are treated as a friend and not a number. Wouldn’t we wish we could say that about all medical facilities and businesses? I highly recommend.

Negative experience: My husband was seen on a Tuesday and by Friday he was at the ER bc the doctor missed the abscess on his molar under his crown. We had to go all the way to St. Louis to have emergency oral surgery bc the infection reached his jawbone tissue. Absolutely ridiculous!

Fantastic experience: My hygienist Jennifer is a sweetheart. She does all of the work. I sure hope that they're paying her well. I like Dr. Rob and I always get a chuckle when he swoops in after the work is done and acts like he had a part in it. All good, see you in six months!
