Fantastic experience: Had a ROOT CANAL done at the Wake Forest Rd location on a molar with THREE TWISTED ROOTS. All the staff were compassionate, knowledgeable, and supportive. I have anxiety with dentistry, but Dr. Patel (endodontist) and his team made me feel very comfortable with the root canal and any discomfort I experienced. He is obviously very skilled to have dealt with my unique roots. Hopefully no one needs a root canal, but if you do, go to Dr. Patel! ✨

Positive experience: Expect your appointments to begin 10-30 minutes late. The staff say they are always “still cleaning the room.” (Why would this take 30 minutes?) Doesn’t matter what time of day you come in, and staff doesn’t seem to care. Extremely frustrating for people squeezing an appointment into a work day.

Dentistry still Is a scary proposition both financially and personally for some people. Jasmine is a great help in getting you through that.

Negative experience: Dentist was fine. Receptionist couldn’t be bothered to roll her chair to come and speak with me PRIVATELY about my medical and insurance information. Honestly was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. Would not recommend this location.

Negative experience: They racist and frauds . Went in for a full mouth extraction . Woke up with only the top extracted . Gave no explanation why they didn’t pull my bottom teeth when the appointment was for a full extraction. Didn’t even attempt to make it right or schedule another appointment. Had to call Medicaid on them because they tried to bill my insurance for a full mouth extraction. They will make a dental plan with you go over it 4xs with you and still don’t do what pose to be done . If you black don’t go to them !!

Negative experience: I was on time to my appointment. Actually arrived 10 minutes early. Still ended up sitting in the lobby and waiting over 20 minutes.

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Lane & Assoc. For about a month. My oral health is kind of complicated and I had to receive a crown in one of my Incisors. I'm very happy with the results and especially with the treatment received from the front desk personnel (Ms. Claudia & Ms. Jazmin), my provider Dr. Bailey and his assistant Ms. Ashley. Fantastic experience: Great dental appt. With Doc. Patel . I was referred via family dentist who refused to continue my crown without verifying I didn't need a root canal to molar #18. Mr. Patel reviewed previous x-ray and didn't think I needed a root canal. He advised options to be clear if I did or didn't have nerve damage so I approved cone imaging. Which verified with no question that Idid NOT need root canal. I didn't need a root canal when I went to family doc and I don't need one now. What a waste of my time/money all from my family doc. Thank you Doc.Patel for your professionalism and time. Your team even called me to advise I had a $71 refund due to over payment. Their flexibility to work a plan whereas I could have my consultation plus any service afterwards since I lived hours away from the office. Excellent service! Can't thank your whole team enough. Thanks again!

Fantastic experience: Hands down this place was thee best! Every staff member is super polite and Dr. Curry omg there are no words for his gentle bedside manner. I was nervous getting 2 root canals at the same time, but he was patient and very kind. His assistant Jessica was so sweet she let me squeeze her hand. The staff in the lobby was very kind also! All I can say is 10 stars and everyone in the area has my recommendation for anything involving your teeth. This place was magical lol no real pain after either.

Negative experience: While I’m sure my review won’t make a difference out of the thousands, I felt it would at least help someone. I have to admit I was about 10 minutes late for my scheduled appointment. However, they still checked me in when I arrived and said it was no issue. 50 minuets later after sitting in the lobby and not being called, I just walked out. Save your time and your insurance some money, cause they sure won’t save you either.

Fantastic experience: I have been to four Lane and Associates offices. Two regular dental offices and two specialist! They are the most amazing teams I've ever seen! Professional and skilled care with a kind and warm hearted staff. They have worked so hard to restore my teeth! I only wish I had been in their care years sooner.

William is incredibly pleasant to work with regarding any financial concerns that arise with or without insurance. And my hygienist, Kimberlee is always thorough ensuring that dental concerns are discussed and treated. I highly recommend this office to anyone in need of dental care!

Negative experience: First time i visited lane& associates at this location for dental cleaning and despite the fact that i was there 25 minutes early, my appointment still started late over 20 mins with the lady cleaning my teeth saying " we dont have a room available" & even though i told the lady cleaning my teeth my concern regarding my teeth she decided she could tell me "oh if you had root canal then you should have no pain like i was telling a tale& she continue to aggressively clean that area" so i told her i would reserve my questions for the doctor.okay then dr. Aziz informed me that i needed an immediate endodontist appointment, which i was scheduled for tomorrow 01/28/25. I was scheduled with dr. Curry and i was glad and not only had i confirmed by calling united concordia that dr Curry accepts the said insurance when i was at their office they confirmed it and imagine my surprise 4pm the day before my appointment lane& associates calling and telling me that he is not accepting united concordia. So, did he stop taking the insurance as of today the day before my appointment? His name still shows as endontists that accepts united concordia...i am truly disappointed and since he is one of the doctors that united concordia suggested i think they need to call united and have his name removed from list of providers.

Positive experience: I have been coming to this dentist office for about 15 years and it’s usually a good experience. When I came by for my appt yesterday, the lady at the front desk who checked me in, wasn’t very pleasant and seemed to not like my presence. However, outside of that, I had a good experience and although I was nervous, Dr. Bailey gave me a sense of relief. He explained step by step what he would be doing so there was no confusion. Great dentist!

Positive experience: I had an emergency on Saturday of Christmas week. An employee from the office saw my distressed post on a local FB page and suggested I give them a call. She went way above and beyond to assist me in being seen. Once seen, the office was clean and staff friendly. DDS subscribed an antibiotic due to an infection. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I cannot get a "consult" with an oral surgeon until February. I was able to get a late January appointment at a different location. Just not used to this as I am from NY where you need no referral and can get a tooth pulled the same day. Thank you Roslynn <3

Negative experience: They have cancelled my appointments three times over the past two years after arriving for my appointment the day of. Not to mention when you are on time, you still have to wait an hour. I arrived today for an 8:15 AM appointment which had been cancelled and rescheduled yesterday from 11 AM to 8:15 AM. I arrived at 8 AM today to the new time and told they didn’t have a spot for me even though they confirmed my revised appointment yesterday. This is the 3rd time this has happened over the past two years. If you have an appointment, they shouldn’t cancel after you arrive on time the day of. This is absolutely ridiculous and I’m switching dentists… do not come here.

Fantastic experience: i just want to start this review by saying thank you to (almost) everybody at the orthodontic side of this practice! everybody (but one person) is so sweet and they really listen to everything you have to say, so i always appreciate working with them. i just got my wisdom teeth out today and i felt so safe and taken care of the entire time! the only person there that isn’t very friendly at all is one of the receptionist. on the phone, she’s very snappy and curt and in person she’s just as unpleasant. i’m not sure how someone could be so sour working somewhere like Lane and Associates. super glad to have yall as my dentist!

Fantastic experience: I was in the worst pain for days that I have ever been in and I went to this office on a Saturday in tears. Dr. Q Ader and Tess were so empathetic and caring. Located the tooth that was problematic in 5 minutes. My previous dentist could not find it in 2 visits with X-rays. They pulled it immediately. They were kind and understanding. I am so grateful! Wish that all dentists and their staff would understand and care what this feels like as they did!!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Brader upstairs in the oral surgery suite was excellent with the removal of my sons wisdom teeth. His staff is friendly, patient and fully explains everything to you. Fantastic experience: I just had root canal therapy on tooth #14 with Dr Devang Patel And Maddie was his assistant. The procedure was somewhat more complicated than a routine root canal treatment due to significant external resorbtion. I would give them both 10 stars if I could!!! Kimmie, or Kimberlee, has been a steady figure in my experience, and always greets me with a smile. I don't know if she has gotten a promotion recently, but I personally vouch for her to get another one because her quality of work brings this company to the highest standards. Fantastic experience: My crown detached Friday evening, and the dental office that I use in my town, (Lane & Associates), had already closed. I Googled searched and determined that the Lane & Associates located on Wake Forest Rd, was open on Saturdays. I drove to the office and was able to walk in and get an appointment. The Hygienist Roslynn was friendly and professional. Dr. Mazin Aziz was friendly and efficient in cementing and reattaching my crown. Thank you you all made my weekend!

Negative experience: Dr. Curry was great. I did have some concerns about the cleanliness of the offices, specific the exam room. The assistant wasn’t very kind and has a bad attitude. This office offered the service I needed, but had a very difficult schedule that made it impossible to book for my procedure. Maybe a good thing considering my concern with the cleanliness.

Fantastic experience: I have had issues with my teeth my whole life Finding this whole group of awesome ppl has been wonderful. I am moving to Florida and I hate knowing I will have to find a new Dentist Every person that works there loves their job and it shows. Best place I have ever been for my dental work. If you hate the dentist, go try Doc Aziz (spelling) on Wake Forest Rd Doc Aziz is so nice, I see why the whole staff loves him I just read some of the neg reviews… I have always been seen before my appointment (i get there early), never been treated poorly, in fact everybody treats me like an old friend. No joke!!! The assistances that are not assigned to me during each visit come to see me just to say hello. If you are reading a bad review of this place I only wonder why they wrote it.

Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying I fear dentist. So I went to Lane & Associates on Wake Forest for a consult for some work that needs to be done. Dr. Qader was my dentist. He stated I need an extraction, along with some other stuff. I instantly got nervous and asked if it can be done with Anesthesia. I must be sleep. Well of course it can he replied. OK cool. But then I realized I would need a driver, which I didn't have. Well, Dr. Qader assured me the procedure will be painless. Moving forward to the day of extraction, 8/3/24. Dr. Qader came in asked if I was ready. Sure, just numb me up as much as you can. He says "no worries, we gonna have fun". His assistant also made sure I was comfortable. (Sorry, I don't remember her name). After the numbing injection, we waited a few minutes. Dr. Qader came in and extracted the tooth. A little pressure, but no pain. The extraction took about 3 minutes. Dr. Qader is the best dentist I've ever had. Thank you..thank you..thank you. Post surgery (8/4/24). Took the prescribed pain killer yesterday. Today, no pain, no swelling. Dr. Qader, "You Rock"

Fantastic experience: I went to Wrights and Associates Ste 203. I received amazing service there from the time that I checked in to the time that I left. Dr Brady or Braden (not sure) however, his assistant and him were awesome. I was a little nervous about the situation, I had to have a tooth extracted and he was great. I didn’t feel any pain. Really no pressure at all. He did an excellent job. I was there less than 45 minutes and I came from Fayetteville North Carolina which is about an hour and 18 minute drive. I would definitely recommend him and his staff and the drive is worth it. Thank you

Negative experience: The assistant & hygienist were good. Professional. Friendly. The Dr I saw was very dismissive, he came in and after greeting me said “open, bite, close…see you in 6 months. Any concerns” that was the first time I’ve ever felt rushed like the “Dr” didn’t really care about his patients health.

Fantastic experience: I have a long experience with this company. It was a major gum graft surgery, filling restoration, and regular cleanings and screenings. Every time I visit this clinic I feel very comfortable. Even though I moved from Raleigh to Wake Forest, I prefer to visit the Raleigh location because I am confident in the quality of the doctors and management. They are really good!
