Negative experience: Mirabel was fantastic and the main dentist is amazing and caring. However, today last minute, we did our best to replace my daughter’s reservation with my son to fill-in with no notice and he was treated horrible. His cleaning took half the time, it was painful and they weren’t friendly to him. The front desk person was rude to him, which is abnormally not their characteristics. Today’s visit was not good.

Negative experience: I like the doctor and hygienists. I don’t like the front desk staff. Especially the old lade with glasses. They are not well informed on how to deal with insurance and not even willing to help the patient the information. And yeah, she can be rude about an outstanding $4.70 balance that came out of nowhere because of some crown I did there a year ago and she blamed me for it too! Yeah I am not coming back here

Her care, attention to detail, and skill really stood out—and she wasn’t afraid to really “get in there” and do what needed to be done. Fantastic experience: I had my first cleaning and examination here today and I am so happy that my sister-in-law recommended them to me. Everyone I met was so friendly and personable, and they made me feel welcomed. The woman in the front was so patient with me, helping me find the right appointment times for my family. She was wonderful, she even recommended the pediatric dentist next door for my two younger kids and got me an appointment for today. The X-rays were done quickly and the young man taking them tried his best to make sure I was comfortable (we all know how uncomfortable those X-rays can be). He did great! The woman who did the cleaning also tried to make me feel comfortable and she did an awesome job of it. Dr Reyes was kind and also great! As you can tell, I’m happy I’m a new patient here and have some peace of mind knowing that my family is in good hands here.
