Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Aspenwood Dental for 15 years. I received two implants here and lots of teeth cleaning. I like to get my teeth cleaned every three months. Paulo is my favorite hygienist. I had negative experience with dentists when I was a child almost to a point of a dental phobia. Paulo is very understanding and kind, takes care of needs and anxieties during teeth cleaning, and I now feel very comfortable, almost to the point that my fears are gone. Dr. Augustine did both of my implants, and again., her caring and calming demeanor had helped with my fear. I truly love my implants. Today I had Dr. Yaros examine my teeth. He was also wonderful, cracked a joke and did a great analogy about flossing teeth. The office staff is patient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Aspenwood Dental, and I hope that Paulo never leaves there. I am so happy I found a place where I don't have to be scared about taking care of my teeth.

Fantastic experience: My experience with the Aspenwood Dental implant clinic was life changing for the better. I am 72 years old. My dental situation was very bad. There were missing teeth, infections, and pain, among other bad situations. Dr. Aaron Sun performed a complete restoration of my dental picture with the addition of implants and removable dentures. It has been life changing. I highly recommend Aspenwood Dental Associates.

Dentist explained all the findings clearly as well as needed treatment F/u6/10/2022 Had side filling done this morning by Dr Daniel Zeppelin. Took 15 minutes, I had no discomfort at all. Very helpful staff as well. Excellent dentist. Follow up visit Dec 19,2022 Had f/u dental cleaning and x-rays today. Wanted to change appt time so as to leave town ahead of storm and they were able to accommodate this last minute request. As on prior visits the staff was friendly, professional and very good at explaining procedures. Excellent follow up. I highly recommend this practice. F/U visit June2024. As on all our previous visits we found the staff to be friendly, professional and willing to answer questions we had regarding our treatment. Reviewed the x-rays with us. Also they were on time with our appointment. F/U 5/20/25. I was seen by Paulo who was friendly, attentive and did a very thorough and professional job during my semi annual exam as he always does. Fantastic experience: Everything about aspenwood is wonderful. I was frantic trying to find someone to repair my existing denture as I had broken the front tooth out. I called many places & the moment Amanda took my call is the very moment I knew Aspenwood was the one!! Every person I've come in contact with at Aspenwood has been kind, compassionate, caring, friendly and most importantly I did not feel judged. Dr. Yaros treated me so well, I was so very nervous and anxious about the whole process and each visit I was reassured that everything is going to be fantastic and it is. I am almost fully healed from my implants + so thrilled that I did go with the implants !! I haven't been able to bite into an apple in 25 years now I can!! Do it, if you're on the fence, do it go get a consultation you are worth it.

Fantastic experience: I got an implant from a different dentist in NY 7 years ago. I noticed it was loose on 2/25, and called Aspenwood Dental. They fit me in with Dr. Aaron Sun on 2/27! Thankfully Dr. Sun was able to tighten the implant for me in the same appointment, quickly and pain free. 10/10 experience, highly recommend this place. From the front office staff, to the assistant and Dr. Sun they made me feel comfortable and were able to address my implant issue swiftly.

Fantastic experience: I love Aspenwood Dental. While many dental offices behave like used car lots or chain restaurants always trying high-pressure sales or upsell services, there is NONE of that here. You get caring, professional service from people who treat you with dignity and respect.

Negative experience: The one star rating is for the front office staff. I’m not sure what happened but they went from having great customer service to incompetence. They need to be doing proper training for new employees and that has not been done.

Negative experience: The clinic prioritizes financial gain over patient care, leading to a frustrating experience. During my visits, I underwent X-rays three times, although in the second visit that I was informed I required deep cleaning. When I returned for a third visit, they insisted on another X-ray before disclosing the cost of the deep cleaning. Despite my inquiries about the price, they refused to provide any information until after the X-ray was completed, which further highlights their profit-driven approach. This behavior reflects the clinic's true nature.

Fantastic experience: Been seeing Dr. Yaros for over 40 years. Dr Yaros and his staff are awesome. I would not drive 1-1/2 hours round trip twice a year if was not happy. Highly recommended.
