Fantastic experience: Dr Diana is the BEST ! we started out with a different dentist and the transition was seamless. Her bedside manners are top tier and my children love her. She loves what she does and you can tell in the way she approaches her job. She takes the time to fully explain and makes sure you as a parent is in full understanding. She really is remarkable and I refer her to anyone who asks. :)

Fantastic experience: 10000/10 ! I will definitely recommend this office to anyone with little ones! The staff is excellent and works so diligently with their patients. I have a 4-year-old and a 2-year-old, and my youngest has severe dental anxiety, but you never would’ve known by the way they cared for my babies. This was our first visit since moving to SC, but it definitely won’t be our last. Shoutout to Dr. Diana and the amazing staff (I wish I had gotten the names of the two hygienists, they were wonderful!).

Fantastic experience: This was my son’s first dentist appointment, and it was amazing! I found this place from a lot of reviews on Facebook and it did not disappoint. My son was comfortable from the first time he walked in. It was vibrant. The atmosphere was very kid friendly and super cute with balloons and a summer theme decor. There was no long wait we called the day before about an appointment and were seen the next day. From setting my appointment on the phone, The front desk staff, and the dental workers Everyone had a positive attitude, welcoming and all seemed to love what they do! My son said he didn’t want to leave lol and he’s only 4 years old lol!!So glad to have found his dental home on the first try!!!

He’s not excited for the teeth part, it’s solely because of the amazing staff and atmosphere this office provides. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure my sons were both comfortable with their dental procedures, while also providing a variety of avenues to keep kids calm and engaged. And boy was I beyond impressed with calling and getting the consultation appt. to fitting him in for same day care and within two weeks an additional appt. !!! Was so impressed, Dr. Jenkins to Luis and Taylor they were so kind, gentle and caring for him being this the first two appt.’s ever without sedation. The office is beautiful and such a kid friendly environment. Thank you all for helping in caring for my “ Little” .

My children are always so enthusiastic about going to the dentist (and I half way believe it’s because of the prizes they receive after finishing their visit). Lilly turned 1 Oct 17th and she has 2 top molars fully in and her 2 bottoms are breaking through now! Now we know why she has been up so much at night. Fantastic experience: My family and I just adore Dr. Green as well as her staff. We’ve been coming here since my girls were toddlers. We moved an hour and a half away from Columbia five years ago. We could have easily found another dentist near us, but there’s nothing like the care, trust and relationship we’ve built with Dr. Green over the years. As my daughters enter into adulthood (College Freshman and College Junior) we say, “Thank You for 15-20 years of amazing service!”

Fantastic experience: The staff here is always friendly which goes a long way with my little one always being nervous about the dentist before we get there each time. She was too scared to have them take an X-ray (the first time they asked for it) at our last appointment. This visit she knew they needed to do the X-ray but was still very anxious about it. The hygienists eased my daughter’s nerves and she even asked when we left if we could do an X-ray every visit! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Negative experience: Had to edit my review from five stars to one star. Previous review is below: Caution, shady billing practices. Even though I have regular teeth cleanings covered under my health insurance and dental insurance on top of that, this office was charging me $35 per child for teeth cleanings. Only when I called the billing department and threatened to turn them in for medical billing malpractice did they call me back,two days later, to tell me to disregard my bill. Very friendly staff. My child chipped a tooth and Dr. Patangan was able to get me in the next week. He is very good with children and their trepidation about dental work.

Fantastic experience: Been our dentist for over 18 years. Kudos to all the staff. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted and treated with kindness the entire visit. Our daughter with Autism has always been given the extra attention needed. It hasn’t always been the easiest of visits when she was younger. It makes it very nice that the same staff is there at all her visits and are aware of the special needs that she requires. Fantastic experience: I recently brought my 4 children at once (aged 5,4,2,1) to the office for a general cleaning and check up. I was very pleased with the organization and the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and my children liked them. Of course my younger kiddos cried but the staff knew how to handle it and put both the kids and myself at ease. I first visited this dentist over a year ago when my son had trauma to this mouth from sports. They got us an appointment immediately and took great care of him. I really appreciate this dental office. They are professional, kind, and knowledgable. We'll be returning twice a year for our cleanings!

Positive experience: It was ok. The front desk staff is Always pleasant and on point. However, the dental techs are not very nice. They don’t have very good bed side manner and make the children feel comfortable and calm. They need to be more vocal about what they are doing with little kids especially to make them feel good about being there and having a cleaning or procedure.

Negative experience: Disgusted with this place after a phone call today. I’ve been taking my kids here for years now. My daughter developed some anxiety where she would have to be sedated, understandable. We all went in for the procedure where again she was uncomfortable. I THOUGHT the dental group and I were on the same page and even verbalized that we should try another day and method….i.e. the hospital. Cool. Understandable. I get a phone call 24 hours later stating how the doctor needed to inform me that yesterday’s mishap could have been someone else’s scheduled appt being that we couldn’t go through with it. 1st red flag. Im not going to forcibly put my child through trauma whether it’s someone else’s could have been spot or not. I PAID FOR THAT SPOT. I would expect as a pediatric dentist to have comfort and this was just simply money hungry as she stated that I would need to pay the $100 non refundable fee AGAIN ON TOP OF THE $675 anesthetic, that again, was not administered. It doesn’t stop there. I was told my husband could not be there to comfort our child and that I would have to be alone next time. EXCUSE ME?? Simply disgusted and regret coming here after all this.

Fantastic experience: We saw Dr. Amy Green for my son's first dentist visit at 18 months. Dr. Green and her staff were extremely friendly and quick when it came to examining my son. He was able to lay on my chest during the exam for his comfort. It was overall a great visit and we will be back in 6 months for his next cleaning!

They still saw us and in a timely manner considered we were technically an hour past our scheduled appointment. My 2 year old who has sensory and texture issues had a quick and pleasant cleaning with NO CAVITIES !! Woohoo ! Super excited we found them!

Our dental team went above and beyond to make myself and my son as calm as possible and got everything done extremely fast and painless. Can’t say enough good things about this office.
