Fantastic experience: This is a really friendly and welcoming dentistry practice. As someone who suffers with an overwhelming fear of the dentist visit, I couldn't of chosen a better place! I was instantly reassured and felt at ease with treatments offered. Certain staff have been wonderful with my daughter who is Autistic and recognize her by name and go out their way to help her feel safe and relaxed. If you suffer with dentist nerves then I highly recommend this dentistry. Every visit I have is pleasant and im put at ease. The practice itself is clean and welcoming upon walking in. I have nothing but positive praise for this practice and the staff there.

Fantastic experience: Another great experience at Honeygo Village Dentistry! Becky is always pleasant and patient centric. She even remembered my preference for unflavored polish. When you are there, you are part of the family. Dr Sarlak made a comment today that was spot on. X-rays and visual exam can't complete the picture. If you have an issue, or know something is off, you need to mention it so they can investigate and determine if it is an issue. While Dr Feit will always be my preferred Dentist, I know he and his team works hard to provide the best dental care possible.

Fantastic experience: A wonderful place to receive dental treatments. They make sure you don’t forget your appointment with plenty of reminders. My dentist is Dr. Sarlak, he is a wonderful dentist. He makes sure to take his time and that you’re as comfortable and pain free as possible. They are also very understanding and helpful with what ever issues that might arise. I’d highly recommend this dental office and Dr. Sarlak.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Honeygo Dentistry in the last 5 years. Every time I arrive in the Clinic I was greeted with a smile. All staff are Professional, friendly and courteous. All my teeth check-up, cleaning and replace are all painless. I am always warned before any procedure that it might hurt a little. I had my bridge done at Honeygo and I am very pleased with the work. The Dentist made sure that the Bridge fit properly without a glitch. The facility is exceptionally clean. I recommend Honeygo Dentistry to anyone who ask for a great Dentist.

Fantastic experience: Very first consult visit with Dr Sarlak. I’ll admit I was a bit nervous after 31/2 yr lapse since my last last dental visit in Ocean City, MD. There was no need to worry. From the care and patience I was shown getting full X-rays, to Dr Sarlak’s gentleness during my exam & his thoroughness in his consult about my treatment plan, I felt relaxed and ready to talk finances with Dawn at the front desk. I expressed my anxiety over paying for the treatment plan, but she was so thorough and explained everything to me in detail. Thanks so much Dawn. You’ve eased my worry, so I can look forward to my upcoming treatment plan without worry.

Fantastic experience: I started going here from 2003-2022 until I moved to PA. I was sad to leave and never wanted to. My dentist in PA wasn’t good and I decided to make the drive 1 hour to come back. It was so worth. They treat me like family and take extremely good care of my teeth! I scheduled this appt accidentally, thinking I was returning to a different place I had been before and wasn't happy with. I'm glad it happened though, because I will happily return here multiple times as needed, knowing there will be respect and comfort waiting. I highly recommend this office!

Fantastic experience: 5 stars does not do this place justice. Honeygo dentistry sets the bar at the absolute ceiling when it comes to dentistry. I came to this office with trauma from Glow Dental on Blair rd where I had a very painful root canal experience and multiple bad numbing and filling experiences. When Dr. Lana numbs, you don’t even feel a pinch; I genuinely don’t know how she does it so well. You always know exactly what’s going on during procedures and they make you feel like you are at home. Cher is an absolute joy to be around and I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Justine and Dawn up front. A little expensive at first, but totally worth it if you need immediate dental assistance without insurance. They actually raise the bar each time i visit. I receive professional and caring service every time I walk in and it continues until I walk out. My personal dentist, Dr Sarlak (my little brother)is very personal, caring, and professional.4 He is Awesome. Today I had Natalya for the first time and she was very friendly, personable, funny and professional. She actually said that my teeth were "LOVELY." Well, that totally made my day! Fantastic experience: I was scheduled for a dental cleaning today, 2/4/2025. I registered at the front office desk and was greeted by Justine who indicated she already had the insurance information. I waited for about 10 minutes before Becky came and indicated that it was time for my appointment. I want to say that both Justine and Becky are both pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable for what they each do. Becky took me back to room#5 to start cleaning my teeth and examine my gums. She was very thorough using her ultrasonic scaler. Everything went smoothly and completed in a relatively short time. Afterwards, she scheduled my next appointment.

Fantastic experience: I recently had my routine cleaning, and I had the pleasure of being treated by Natalia. She was fantastic! Very gentle and professional, and she broke down the whole process into different segments. This allowed me to take a quick breather every minute or so, which was a great change from the usual long stretches where my mouth is wide open for extended periods. I really appreciated her thoughtful approach and highly recommend her! During my visit, I also found out that Dr. Lericos had left the practice. It would have been nice to know about this beforehand, rather than finding out on the day of my visit. A letter, email, or even a phone call to his former patients wouldn’t have cost the practice much and would have probably been very much appreciated. That said, I did see Dr. Nevid for my final check, and she was very nice and knowledgeable in our brief interaction. I'll reserve full judgment for future visits, but first impressions were positive.

Fantastic experience: The staff was wonderful to fit me in after I had an emergency dental issue. The repair was not easy nor was it fast but knowing I was leaving for the holiday, they made sure my smile was camera ready!

Natalia was so gentle & was very aware of my many ailments positioning me to prevent vertigo & reflux. She was a great listener as was Dr Lericos & treated me so well especially with the many down sides to healthy life. The dentist has a great sense of humor from the 1st visit that I saw my monkey teeth on the XRAY & he said, We don't treat monkeys here. He shares that personal touch that helps to relax patients & was excited for me for my cruise plans. I find the staff behavior more than providing care, but rather like a caring neighbor. How often do you hear one say they enjoy their dental experience. For me it's true. I told Natalia I'd much rather go to the dentist over the GYN Dr any day. Fantastic experience: Yesterday I went in for a routine dental cleaning, and Ashley was my hygienist. I had not had a routine cleaning since either mid-December or mid-january due to transportation issues.Having a hygienist who understands how to make a patient feel comfortable with removal of hard plaque is worth a million or five million dollars to the dental practice he or she works for. Ashley was tremendous, I left feeling like mouth had gone to a spa for a luxurious treatment. I (almost) can't wait to see her again in three months!

Negative experience: Posted June 2024/ DR Serlak is horrible doesn't know about All on 4 implants! Does NOT listen to his patient! Over 2 years with chronic pain and he kept saying it was trauma I was doing something wrong! Had me get night guard didn't help. Said it was TMJ IT WASN'T MY Pcp had me get MRI and it was confirmed it wasnt TMJ! Had chronic pain and having infections (never put me on antibiotics and i asked) which he called trauma told me to lower my water pik to lowest setting as well as electric toothbrush. When he saw bone loss on 1 post his comment was "well we may have to cut that part of the implant out and you can chew on the other side!!! " That's when I went to 2 other dentist for consult. Saw them 10 days after seeing Dr S. Only 1 post was holding up the implant when i saw them. When they took them out one of the titanium posts was cracked. Had to have bone grafting done and debridment. Also NO antibiotics was given which i requested 2x with Serlak. Was told that he needed to do a CT Scan for more indepth evaluation of this ongoing problem. He did NOT. Been an absolutely horror for me as well as an expense. Now no more jaw pain or gum problems. So glad I got the consult, wish I would have done it sooner. Stay far away is all I can say.

Negative experience: I asked for a pre-approval for my crown. Got the pre approval, but after I got the procedure done learned that it cost more than originally stated. I paid the extra and spoke with my insurance company who told me I overpaid. I then had to follow up multiple times and make it a point to inquire and go in person to get my refund. This dentist office wouldn't have said a word about the refund if I didn't call to confirm with my insurance company. And, even after letting them know I was expecting a refund, i had to follow up multiple times to get it. This was incredibly disappointing, as I have otherwise had a good experience here. However, that situation showed that they do not have the customer's best interest at heart, so I will be going elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nesbitt awesome doctor. Caring and listens to his patient. #1 Best dental experience I have ever had from the front desk to the dental chair. Every facet of this dental office has been a pleasurable experience during every one of my visits. The ladies on the frontline are an awesome bunch of professional, kind, considerate, personable women who will laugh, compliment and make sure that when you enter the building you are greeted with a smile even behind the mask. Waiting time is very seldom and just in case they are running a little behind, you will be asked by one of the kind ladies, if you are okay, if you need a bottle of water, or anything. You are led back to the dental chair by one of the ladies. Soon you are greeted by your dentist. My dentist is Dr. Nesbitt. A professional, kind, considerate, polite, mannerable, respectful, best dentist I have ever had in my more than 60 years. He knows his stuff. Dr. Nesbitt is a #1 dentist, Class A dentist. Thank You Honeygo Village Dentistry, professionalism and dental care at its best. ————————//————————-//————-// Surprise Surprise Surprise… I was scheduled for a 6 month cleaning on Wednesday, July 10, 2024. The hygienist was new to me. I had to ask her name, because she did not introduce herself. I have never had my teeth cleaned and felt pain during and after the cleaning. Now after two days my mouth is still sore from the cleaning. I was also made aware that Dr. Nesbitt was no longer practicing at Honeygo Village Dentistry. This is something that I should have been told before the visit. I started going to Honeygo Village Dentistry because of Dr. Nesbitt and because he is no longer practicing there neither will I be continuing my dental visits there. The surprise dentist who took over was not someone of my choosing rather it was a decision made by possibly the owner. I will not be shuffled around to allow just random dentist to work in my mouth. She was another one who did not introduce herself upon entering the room after my teeth cleaning and she immediately had a negative opinion in front of me about what Dr. Nesbett and I had spoke on concerning my future dental work just by the chart on the computer. That was very rude and unprofessional as a dentist to speak bad about a patients previous dentist in front of the patient let alone at all. After that comment I had nothing that I did not want to converse with her at all. Shame on you negatively speaking about someone else in your profession. She should be ashamed. You won’t have me as a patient nor my other family members who were being seen by Dr. Nesbitt. I don’t appreciate how this office chose to handle Dr. Nesbitt’s absence from this office. I will not be returning to Honeygo Village Dentistry outside of receiving my dental records and moving on.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nevid gave my mom excellent care! She was patient and kind and my mom has dementia so it takes an extra special person to show compassion. There whole office staff was kind. Justine, the office manager was wonderful to work with and is amazing at her job!

Fantastic experience: I had a great deep cleaning that I haven't had for a long time. The hygienist walked me through step by step on what she was doing and what was going on with my gums. The dentist that checked my teeth and I pointed out the areas of concern were addressed and recommended a certain toothpaste to use and how to leave it on my teeth to soak in and work the area last. also use a Water Pik Flosser to clean my bridge. Any issues to call back and they'll take an X-ray of the tooth.. Great people to work with and love coming back for my cleanings.

Negative experience: They told me I have 12 cavities also my insurance did not pay for much of the work I needed to get done. So I decided to go to a different dentist just to make sure I really had cavities. I do not have not one cavity in my mouth. They are definitely liars always get a second opinion if you want them to do any work on you. They do try to SCAM!!!!

Fantastic experience: I can't even begin to share my immense appreciation for the wonderful treatment I received at Honeygo Village Dentistry. Dr. Izadi and her excellent staff were professional and compassionate through the entirety of my visit. Dr. Izadi actually fixed my two crooked front teeth and gave me the confidence to smile again. I know this sounds like an exaggeration, but it's true. She worked a miracle for me.
