Positive experience: Great service but could be better. I was hurt whenever I was getting my teeth done, feeling a sharp pain in my gums every 3 seconds. At least they clean your teeth good!

Negative experience: Completely told us the wrong appointment time. Sister went in for appointment and dentist was so harsh that her bracket was broken off; almost crying in pain.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth that needed a root canal. Threw different endodontists looked at the tooth and gave 3 differing opinions and thank goodness for Dr Deanna. She helped with the final decision and saved me thousands of dollars and pain. I had to trust her and go against the endodontists reports. Awesome experience and the front desk is very professional

Negative experience: I am adding to my previous review. I just drove in 30 degree rain across town for my appointment just to find out it was canceled. The reason? I didn’t respond to confirm I was coming to the appointment because my phone number had changed and didn’t get the message. This action is bad for business. I worked in offices all my life and we never did that! The dentists and back staff are okay but the front desk staff are not efficient at their jobs. I have issues with the lab that they use too. My metal partials are bulkier and the metal clasps show more than partials obtained elsewhere. I guess I should have gone for the newer materials but was convinced by them that the metal partials would be better for my mouth.

My first visit with this practice and everyone was so polite and very professional from the Dental Hygienist, to the Doctor, to the check out with the Office Mgr. Very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy shown to their patients.

Negative experience: I’ve always had a great experience especially with the clinical staff. This most recent visit I was in a lot of pain with my wisdom tooth. I had a referral there dated 12/2023. I saw the surgeon in 2024 and he told me I needed to have my wisdom tooth removed. I called 2/2025 to schedule the removal and was told I needed a new referral every year to see the surgeon. It had been a year and 1.5 months. Seriously, 1.5 months over and I had to get a new referral? Weird processes. Lack of empathy to pain and too money hungry. So needless to say I had to see the dentist for 5 seconds and $100 later so they could tell them the same thing the surgeon told them. Clinical - 10. Management and front desk - 0. They did NOT make me smile that day.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Khattak and Allyson made an amazing team. Once I was back there, they answered all my questions and we were able to get everything done quickly with minimal discomfort. Would definitely come back.

The nurse, Selena, was so efficient, personable, kept the process enjoyable with the multiple times asking if I was doing okay. So impressed with her. Dr. Khattak was extremely skilled, efficient and did an incredible job rebuilding my tooth. I want to thank the professional staff and overall team for making this experience smooth and easy.

Fantastic experience: They were really nice, I didn’t hurt. I suggest bringing a list of questions to your consult to mange sure you’re prepared and know what to expect.

Negative experience: They cancelled my appointment last-minute and were unwilling to work with my availability as a student. After explaining that I'm only in Winston around the holidays, and had scheduled an appt to specifically account for that months ago, she offered a different appt 6 months away. I've been going for a few years and they were late to start nearly every time. This seems to happen frequently, and drives away patients.

Fantastic experience: Lane has had some customer service issues in the past and their visit reminders are a pain but I had great work on a recent filling.

Negative experience: Have been super happy up until now. My appointment was cancelled due to not confirming. I recently changed my phone number since my last appointment and what was on file was incorrect. No one ever informed me I needed to confirm anything, THE APPOINTMENT IS THE CONFIRMATION. Office manager was rude as well. Wasted a half day of pay to deal with this nonsense

Fantastic experience: Everyone is always nice when I come in. The procedures are explained well and my wait time for service has always been less than 10 minutes from my arrival. Dr. Diana was very helpful and did a good job of removing my 2 extremely stubborn back teeth. I don’t remember her assistants name but she spoke English and Spanish well and was very kind about explaining the next procedures that I would have. I would recommend all the staff at Lane and Associate to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Shadaine is the most thorough, informative and professional hygienist I have ever had. He kept me informed on what he was doing, made suggestions for continued care and answered all my questions. (My second cleaning with him.) He deserves a 5 star rating ! The staff that I interacted with are very professional too.

Dr.Diana was professional and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand. Dr.Diana and her assistant Doris were gentle and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. The treatment I received was top-notch, and I left feeling confident in the care I had received. Overall, it was a great visit and I will definitely be returning for future dental needs.

Negative experience: Every single time I make an appointment and ask off work early/late they proceed to call and tell me that they need to reschedule me. The most recent time was today. I got to my appointment which I had to leave work early for and they said “oh your appointment was yesterday, we left you a voicemail” I just got a new phone number and they said they called my previous phone number and left a voicemail stating they were changing my appointment but never spoke with me. They said I never confirmed my appointment date and I said that I absolutely confirmed when I made the appointment in the first place 6 months ago. They were still unable to accommodate me today and tried to reschedule me for more than a month out. It’s safe to say I’ll be changing my dentist.

Fantastic experience: Every time I see Dr. White her and her nurse do excellent work. As a child I had really bad experiences with dentists so over the years I became more and more terrified of them. Well Dr. White and the nurse does such a great job to calm me, makes sure I’m numb, and the visit is always fast too.

Positive experience: I always have high anxiety about going to the dentist but Dr. Deanna and other staff put me right at ease. Fantastic experience: Lane & Associates is the BEST PLACE to go if you’re looking for dental work! I hadn’t been to the dentist in almost 10 years, so I had a lot of anxiety about the cost and getting dental work done in general. From my first visit, they made me feel very comfortable and were transparent about my dental needs. Their prices were very reasonable after my insurance. I was able to schedule my first appointment only two weeks away. My first filling was just $42 after insurance coverage. I had read many positive reviews about Dr. Nichols, so I was surprised when I went to my appointment today and found out she was going to do my filling. For someone with extreme anxiety about going to the dentist, I am so pleased with how painless my filling was today. Dr. Nichols was very nice and checked on me throughout making sure I didn’t feel any discomfort. Everyone at the office is very friendly! Looking forward to continuing to my dental care with Lane & Associates!

Fantastic experience: My son had his first visit yesterday, as he changed dentists. The hygienist who cleaned his teeth was from Jamaica. My son said that was probably the most thorough cleaning he had ever had! He didn't catch his hygienist's name, but please pass along our thanks to him for an excellent cleaning and dental experience. My son had skipped a cleaning due to changing dentists and waiting to be seen at your office, so his teeth needed a bit more attention than they would normally have.

Fantastic experience: I contacted Lane & Associates for a periodontal visit. It’s been a long time since I had been to a dentist. From the first point of contact and going forward from there has been awesome! I have been dealing with Olivia for scheduling for perio evaluation and my 1st session of cleaning today. She has been so kind and was able to get me in way earlier than the original June appt! Also, Dr Courtney Davis who I’ve seen twice now is also very kind and easy to talk with. They have made me feel very comfortable in a very stressful situation. I plan to stay there even after my periodontal sessions are complete. They are awesome!!

Negative experience: for how pricey they are you think they would have dentists that are gentle with people with sensitive gums like jesus felt like i was literally stabbed in the gums over and over again. Dr Nicholas needs to be more gentle. plus her job on putting my crown on my tooth was a failure my front part is not fully on and makes a popping sensation! i dont see how their reviews are so good.
