Fantastic experience: I’m so impressed with this dental practice! Everyone (front desk and dental staff) is so friendly and efficient, and they take their time to make sure everything is done perfectly. At the end of each appointment I especially appreciate that they make sure everything is smooth and comfortable for me. I highly recommend this practice!

Caleb in the front is soooo friendly when checking in, and the breakdown of what needs done next is phenomenal! Even the cost breakdown per visit is next level. Fantastic experience: When you first walk in, you are greeted with a warm smile and total expertise from kaleb at the front desk. He keeps you informed about your Ins. And the Doctors and staff are very well educated and will inform you in a very simple way on what you need to have done to maintain healthy teeth. They take their time to make sure you are comfortable in every way. You are not a patient once you choose Sedalia as your dentist you become a family member. You are treated with respect and dignity. their first priority is that you have a healthy gums and a beautiful smile. They have different payment plans and take the majority of insurances. My husband Mr. West and I are completely satisfied and we always leave with a big smile

Negative experience: Called to find out information right side of mouth been hurting for weeks told them wanted to call around and see. Talk to my girl she swears by them tried to call and sent a text to schedule appointment no call back no msg. Horrible will be taking my family somewhere else

Negative experience: I recently moved to Columbus to work in Groveport. I hated leaving my dentist, but needed my teeth cleaned. Not only was I immediately insulted by front office staff, but I was made to wait in the chair for over 30 minutes after my xray. When I finally got up to see what the problem was, I was spoken to very condescendingly, so I left. I still was ready to give them another try, but low and behold, after I contacted them and the office manager called me back, she was just as rude and condescending as the entire staff. At this point in life, being spoken to by a group of people have no idea how to treat people is the opposite of what I want out of a dentist or any service I am paying for. Good luck to the Dentist. with that staff, you are going to need it.

Fantastic experience: I LOVED my experience here. So sad we are moving and won’t be able to come here anymore. They made my process super simple and excited to finally get a new night guard. The best experience was for my child, it was his first time ever to the dentist and he was a little nervous but the dental hygienist and the Dentist made him feel so welcomed and he loved every part of it. He asked already when can he come and visit again. Thank you Sedalia Dental. You guys rock! Will miss you guys!

Fantastic experience: I am a new patient at Sedalia Dental. First, I had my teeth cleaned and xrays taken. Dr. Katie sceduled a crown and a cavity fill. The week following that work I went in for a followup. LaDonna finetuned my crown to eliminate my pain and then adjusted my bridge. The facilty is beautiful and calming. The staff is very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend this dental practice!

Plus while in the Room I over heard the Asst say there wasn't any Available appt... On a certain day and Dr.Carrol say's We will Make room. That tells me alot about someone's Character. Especially a face like me that's been in ( Healthcare) for 35 yrs. Thanks SD❤️

Fantastic experience: I love this place! They have a special deal for uninsured patients which I greatly appreciated. My place I'd gone to for years couldnt/wouldn't work with me when I lost insurance. The people here are so friendly, I actually don't mind going to the dentist now!

Fantastic experience: I have dental anxiety but I opted to stay awake for my wisdom teeth extraction because I’m scared to get put to sleep. They gave me 2 pills to put me in a twilight zone and numbing injections. Everything was done quickly! I didn’t feel any pain just pressure but I wasn’t hurting through the process. Everyone there is really nice! Soreness once the numbing wore off of course but extra strength tylenol and an ice pack does the trick. I barely have any swelling. Highly recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: It had been 10 years since I had been to the dentist and Sedalia made everything so easy and stress free. They helped me get my dental hygiene back on track. Every visit has been outstanding. We started with a gum treatment to get my gum health under control and then scheduled to removed my wisdom teeth. They were causing extreme discomfort. Now I am on track for regular cleanings and feel so good about my teeth again. We love them so much I brought my 5 year old in for her first cleaning and she did so well. They even surprised her with a treat after her appointment. My son has always been scared of the the doctors but they made sure to let me know it’s normal and encouraged me to start in the morning and let him watch big sister until he is comfortable to get in the chair.

Fantastic experience: It had been years since I had been to the dentist due to no insurance and I was not looking forward to the cost, but with Sedalia Dental's program for uninsured patients it was not only manageable to get the work done that was needed, but they do not judge or make you feel anything but welcome. I am so sorry I have forgotten my hygienist's name, but she is wonderful and does an amazing job!! I can't stress that enough. I have seen Dr. Natalia who did some crown work and fillings-she's fantastic. I most recently saw Dr. Aaron for a 6mo check and he was great as well. Fantastic experience: 12/1925 -Crystal and Doctor Hagee are the best. I love how meticulous & perfect they want your teeth to be. They’ll stay on it until it’s 100% right. I travel all the way from Reynoldsburg to Groveport and I won’t use anyone else. Well worth it. Highly recommend! I want to personally thank Natalia and Crystal for doing an outstanding job in replacing my old crowns. Honestly they did an incredible job. They are so meticulous and detailed to make sure they look 100% perfect. I loved it. They did come out perfect. I highly recommend these two if you’re looking for incredible crowns on your teeth. They do all the stressing make sure it’s 100% perfect. Lol. I just sit there relaxing. Thank you guys and Sedalia Dental.

Fantastic experience: This place is so much better than the last dental office I was going to. They are quick to get you in, and listen to your concerns. I was having some pain and they tried to get me in same day, unfortunately I couldn’t make it, but they were able to get me in the very next day. I like that the dr will come see you after the hygienist is finished with your mouth. Not to mention, they have been very nice each time I’ve gone there, including the receptionist. I have bad dentist anxiety, but they make me feel like I’m in good hands when I’m sitting in that chair.

Fantastic experience: I have high anxiety when it comes to seeing the dentist. I had 3 teeth extracted today and Dr Gbemi and the staff eased all my anxiety and the entire procedure was relatively painless.

Positive experience: Love the dentist, she is so nice! The care I get is great. I do have to say it is very loud in the office... the reception area you can hear them all the way throughout the building.

Fantastic experience: The staff is always welcoming! When there was an issue with my night guard being too tight. They scheduled me in right away to adjust at no charge.Great customer service! I had a tooth pulled just the other day with Dr Gbemi what a compassionate Orthodontist! I am so thankful that I switched to Dr. Katie's office and the team at Sedalia Dental!

Positive experience: Dental hygienist was personable and good, but when she was done I had to wait a very long time before the dentist saw me. They should come in and tell you that they were sorry for the delay, but instead I was left alone thinking I was forgotten, I’m not exactly sure how long my wait was but I would guess it was every bit of a half hour or more. I felt that they did not value my time.

Fantastic experience: The receptionists know me by name even though I've only been there a handful of times over the last couple years, which is very welcoming. I love the ease of texting about concerns/appointments. I'm always working so making phone calls is a hassle for me. Technology keeps getting upgraded making things fast, simple and feeling more reliable. The new building seems to be working out well for them, and is much cozier and roomy. Wait times in lobby are low which helps me feel like my time is valued. For routine cleanings, availability seems to be relatively open/quick. I love having the option on my few expensive procedures (i.e. crowns) to pay a little the same day then the rest over a period of a few months without penalty or fees. They've also shown me great kindness and consideration after I needed my bite readjusted following some fillings and a crown. They did not make it seem like a burden once, as they genuinely wanted me to be back to comfortable. I may want all my teeth to be pulled so I can be free of having to deal with cavities, root canals, general dental pains and the like, but Sedalia Dental has been great for me and my family and make dental services quick and easy (also no, they don't do root canals here.)

Fantastic experience: Dr. Natalia was great. So was caden (not sure of correct spelling). I was so nervous coming back to the dentist after i have not gone in a very long time. I lost my mom a couple of years ago and it was hard for me to take care of myself and especially my teeth. So going back to the dentist gave me all kinds of anxiety because i was scared of being judged or made fun of since my teeth are not in the best shape. Especially after having many bad experiences before. Dr natalia and caden made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. Its a big sigh of relief getting this cavity fixed with a cap and finding a dentist i can trust. 1000000/10 recommend coming here. The whole staff is very nice and friendly as well.

Negative experience: Horrible experience. Last two times I scheduled cleanings they cancelled on me. I cancel once and accidentally sleep through an alarm and they want to charge me $50. The office staff is rude and condescending. I set up an appointment to get a filling replaced and I sat for 25 minutes in the waiting room and another 25 in the chair for them to tell me they need to schedule me AGAIN to replace my filling. I don't have time for this. I can't just get 2 days off work to replace one little filling when I told them over the phone when I made my appointment that it needed to be done ASAP bc it hurts to eat. I hope everyone reads my review and they lose business. They are absolutely ridiculous. Also thought I should mention I've had fillings with other dentists which have lasted and I've had two of the fillings they've done randomly fall out. I don't trust them and neither should you. UPDATE: I did reach out and they told me that I failed to communicate my expectations when I scheduled the appointment. I expressly requested that it be done that day because I do not get a lot of time off of work and I was experiencing discomfort when eating so it was important that it get done quickly. Now they try to gaslight me and tell me I did not clearly communicate my expectations. How much clearer can I get??? Do not trust these people. They are scheduling extra unnecessary appointments to charge your insurance to get more money that they do not deserve and for services they did not provide. This is a scam. No wonder they can afford their fancy new office when they charge your insurance three times for one service. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. And I cannot believe that these people would try to emotionally manipulate me into feeling like I am the problem when they refused to do anything I needed or address any issues I was having. So very rude and so disgusting.

Fantastic experience: I do hope this is funny and not gross. I’m not a morning person. I had made a 7am appointment so I would still make it to the ball and chain (work) on time. I have morning gags. Toothpaste- smells- coffee; you name it. Poor souls that gave me a filling had to deal with me gagging every minute. As they were drilling, filling and doing their job, I was sitting up and making sounds and faces the devil would cringe at. I will say they were gracious- and were appreciative I didn’t puke, which I hear happens. Thank you both for dealing with my eccentricity with grace. I’ll be back; unfortunately for you, but hopefully later in the day.
