Fantastic experience: This review is solely based on the experience I had with Dr. Nelson, the staff and billing department . Dr is very nice, gentle and knowledgeable listening to your concerns and provides a great customer service and all the dental assistance and hygiene that my husband ( he sees Dr. Schmidt ) and I personally worked with are very nice. I had few challenges with the billing department as they send me a bill after I paid the full outstanding balance, however they took care of the issue. Will recommend this dental office if you are looking for a quality work, just make sure you are provided with a cost before starting the procedure to avoid any surprises.

Fantastic experience: **Update ** appt 7/24/2025 I can’t state it enough, still the best dental office I have been to in AZ. Literally everyone is pleasant from the moment you walk, the hygienist that are super professional along with a great teeth cleaning, and the Dentist that are always full of smiles when they greet you! Linda( normally works at a different office) did such a great job with my cleaning and it was nice to meet Dr. Bishop in Dr. Nielson absence ! Thanks everyone for keep my smile big as I usually say! Starting with the front desk staff, Keri in particular, all respond back immediately and try hard to accommodate my crazy schedule as much as possible. The teeth cleaning professionals have the most modern tools, making it fast and painless. Finally the doctors are great. They give you treatment options and never make you feel like you they just want to push more than you really need.

Fantastic experience: Came in today for a routine cleaning and the hygienist, Mya, who is always so very friendly asked me about my day , my family and what I have been up to since she last date me. She always asks me how my day is going , how my family is doing and what I have been up to the last few months. And really all the staff is so wonderful. The clinics is very clean and beautiful. They are doing renovations for expansion and I can’t wait to see the nee rooms. I highly recommend life smiles for all your family dental needs.

Fantastic experience: We have recently moved to live in Scottsdale full time. The biggest challenge is finding new dentists and doctors. We did a comprehensive review for dentists, backgrounds, reviews. We made an appointment with Life Smiles Dental Care. They were amazing. When we arrived they did a review of my previous dental care, took X rays and then I met with Dr Schmidt. He took the time to go over my dental care with me. I was then scheduled with Cassie my assigned hygienist. The very best cleaning I have had in years. I give them a 5 out of 5 stars!!

Fantastic experience: My dental history has broken my heart at a young age. It's very important that my dentist/hygienist have proper empathy and professionalism. I have cried in dental chairs, it is a hard path for me. Life Smiles makes this easier by having great service. The office is professional, clean, and peaceful. The wait time is relatively short, and they served me at 5 pm on a weekday which is a plus. The location is also great and there is plenty of parking. I would definitely recommend Life Smiles, the office staff provides great service. (And cute goody bags)

Today had Jenny and we chatted about our reading lists. All are friendly and great. Other usuals with great cleanings are Olivia and Maya. Even if you have your go to hygienist, you will be in great hands with any of them. :) December 2023 still an excellent place to go! Love the staff. They are kind and accommodating. Appreciate the great treatment and services. January 2023. Cassie was a new hygienist for me. She was kind and very communicative. Cleaning was thorough and less than an hour. Front staff is attentive. I take my 4 kids here and we get them all done in one day. Sometimes two hygienists at the same time. I come by myself for my cleanings. :) July 2021. Quick cleaning with Maryellen. Efficient and gave some good tips. In and out on time. From Feb. 2020. All hygienists are great. Today had Maya. She was graceful and considerate. Had kids with me for my appointment. They sat in room and watched TV while I was seen. Friendly staff. Great cleaning. October 2020. Had Maya again. Originally booked Kelly. Office great with communication to share of staff change. Maya shared good tips and even a prime deal for a water pick that would come in handy for the family. Efficient visit.

Fantastic experience: As a new patient who had never seen a dentist who wasn’t family, and having bad experiences with pediatric dentists with my children I was very anxious and traumatized with the idea of dental offices. They did absolutely everything to really make me feel normal and completely comfortable. I called for the first time since my tooth pain got so bad I couldn’t eat, they had me come in immediately and within a week all my dental work I put off for years was done. They made sure I felt no discomfort or pain at any point throughout the procedures. From the length of each appt to how quickly they addressed my issues was something I’ve never experienced before. They worked with me to have cash pay options since I don’t have dental insurance. Everyone in that office has been nothing but bubbly and incredible. From an anxious 10/10 I can truly say I feel comfortable going to the dentist and in good hands, something I had avoided for years. If you’re a scaredy cat like me, do yourself a favor and come to Life Smiles.

Fantastic experience: Chipped a tooth and had recently moved to Prescott. Tried a dentist locally and they wanted to cap the tooth! Called life smiles and they fixed the tooth without capping it at a very reasonable price. I have been going to life smiles for over 15 years and by far they are the best in the Phoenix Metropolitan area. It’s worth the drive to the valley to get great customer service and skilled doctors.

Fantastic experience: As a new patient , I couldn’t have received better care! The staff were extremely welcoming and the waiting room was spacious, well decorated, and very clean! X-rays were easy, Doctor’s exam of my mouth and surrounding areas was thorough and all my questions and concerns were answered. My hygienist was gentle and kind. I also enjoyed the overhead television which kept my mind occupied. Limetime Smiles was recommended to me and I will definitely be recommending them to others!

Fantastic experience: Another great experience with everyone at Life Smiles. They had Dr. Woodmansee in the office this past week. I was able to get my 17 year old in ASAP to get all 4 of his wisdom teeth pulled. Great experience again, the staff at Life Smiles is very caring & compassionate as always as I had to wait in the waiting room. Woodmansee was extremely polite & caring - he answered all questions we had & we also got a goodie bag of necessities It was about a 45 minute procedure. My son also really the Dr. My son is now on day 4 of healing & doing great. ❤️

Fantastic experience: I love Mary Ellen. She is the best dental hygienist I have ever had and I’m sure I’ve had over 25. The doctors are wonderful and the staff is friendly and competent. There are beautiful views of the mountains while you have your teeth cleaned.
