Fantastic experience: Went in for the first time not knowing what to expect. Everyone is very professional and any questions I had got answered. Although I didn't get work done today everything was explained very well in detail by Dr. Quiz and his assistant thanks so much I truly appreciate you all!. And I will be back to get the work done that's needed ASAP!

Fantastic experience: The people at 24/7 dental on West 10th street are very nice and professional and courteous. The pleasure be in there with them. I took my 91-year-old mother there and they took very good care of her.

Negative experience: Prices are much higher than conventional dentist and they cannot get you in immediately. You are better off calling a REAL DENTIST. Office staff is very loud and unprofessional and they are always running behind.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was professional, the environment was welcoming, I didn’t have to wait long to be seen, and I was able to get a follow up appointment scheduled with services at a reasonable price. lol they also gave me a free chapstick!

Fantastic experience: I definitely was not expecting to get in on the same day and especially on a Sunday but I did and the whole experience was smooth and not painful at all. While I was getting the feelings done I was explained the whole process and asked many times throughout if I was okay which was very much appreciated thank you 24/7 dental I will be returning for future dental work!!

Fantastic experience: My family and I have had a bad experience with another Emergency Dental place, so I wasn’t looking forward to this. I had no appointment. They were fast, and professional. They were only focused on my main issue. My out of pocket was more than half less than the other place. In and out in just under an hour. Very pleased and impressed!

Negative experience: I went in for a cleaning in March. We had to do 2 separate appts a week apart. The first appt went great, everyone was friendly and it was a smooth visit. The second appt however was the complete opposite. I was waiting for an hour and a half, then when I was brought back, the dentist (a different guy than my initial appt) did not introduce himself and almost started numbing the wrong side of my mouth. When I was checking out, they wanted to schedule me for a follow up a few months out, which I declined to schedule because I decided I did not want to go back. Turns out they scheduled me for a random day and time, which thankfully I got a text regarding it, so I was able to cancel before their no show or cancellation fee would have come into play. Today I get another text from them to confirm another appt, which once again, I never scheduled. I’m not sure how they run the scheduling side of their practice, but it does not seem ethical to schedule appts for patients without their knowledge.

Fantastic experience: I made an appointment Monday with very nice receptionist and was in the same week on Friday. I have procrastinated about going as most of us do however my issue was really noticeable. Ben and the other dentist took amazing care of me. Fixed my tooth, smile and my insecurity with this. From the front to the end this place is absolutely great. I will definitely continue my journey with 24/Dental. Thanks for everything staff. You all were amazing.and an extra thanks to Ben ? Fantastic experience: Came here today for a tooth extraction. I was in so much pain from a cavity that I had neglected due to my dental anxiety. Taylor and Dr. Liang were AMAZING. They knew I was nervous, they were patient with me, and they thoroughly explained everything and my options for treatment. Everyone in the office was so kind and welcoming, and now I feel like I have the confidence to get the rest of the work done that I need! Very grateful, thank you all so much.

Fantastic experience: Great doctor and staff. No wait time. If anything, I was probably a bad patient. My anxiety get in. The doctor was great and very educated on what he was doing. The assistant was great also. I believe his name was Bob. I was kind of foggy coming out with the shots I was given. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I did some research on doctors and found Dr. Zachary Held works out of this office a few days a week and has very good reviews. I called and got an appointment that was only a few days away. So, no long wait to be seen. Everything went smoothly with the initial paperwork and x-rays. The actual work done, which I was dreading, went so quickly and easily. I'm so happy I chose to go to 24/7 Dental and see Dr. Held and the staff there. I had a really great experience. I was truly shocked at how easy it was and how good I felt the next day. I'll also add that the cost was much less than anticipated, which is always a good thing. Thank you to everyone at 24/7 Dental. I very much appreciate you!

Negative experience: I have my schedule for 4 days ago at 4:00 pm I was coming at 3:20 pm We make me seat for 2hours 45 minutes and when we calling me we don’t give any service,and I have caresource full medicad, We tell me my medicad not eligible for clean my teeth,and I’m always cleaning my teeth with my care source insurance,we make feel so bad about this we lied to me,I have to call my insurance to do a report for you guy’s thank you for the bad situation we give me today

Fantastic experience: Had a great time here had to get a tooth pulled I was able to take an oral medicine and laughing gas to relax my nerves and it took less then 2 minutes to get it removed! Now Ik where to go for emergency! Might be far but so worth it!

Positive experience: Revisited review; After an unfortunate scheduling complication delay, was able to get in and have a root canal performed. Staff were all extremely friendly and the Dr got the canal done with no complications. While I don't suggest needing to get a root canal done, if you do end up in this unfortunate position, you're in good hands here.

Fantastic experience: They got straight to the point. Tell told me what was wrong with my tooth. I had 3 teeth had to be gone there was so nice. He explained everything he was so caring like that. Was my first time ever going to the dentist and feeling so comfortable even though I was in so much pain and his assistant. I don't know what his name was, but he was so kind and so genuine. And I really love this place. They are good people and they care about you. If you want a good dentist place go there

Negative experience: I wish zero stars were an option. The worst dental experience I have had in my whole life. Do not come here if you are in pain!!!!!! I'm in more pain now than before they extracted my tooth. During the extraction the dentist yanked my tooth out and walked away. I literally had to ask to have the blood and tooth pieces rinsed from my mouth. Now I have a bad dry socket and am excruciating pain and the only thing they can advise is for me to go to the ER! No compassion or care at all!

Fantastic experience: Dentist made sure I was numb. Everything went great. Only problem I have is I was prescribed ibuprofen and Tylenol for pain. I messaged asking if I could get something stronger and as of right now no response

Negative experience: I have an infection in my tooth. Charged me $100 for nothing and told me to pull my infected tooth out it was going to be $500. I'm sorry but I would've paid if I got the bill sent to me at a later time but the full.prive for the service I told them I needed up front was not told to me. Just it was going to be $100. False information and I was not pleased by all the playing going on behind the window and as I waited 2 hours for absolutely nothing.

Fantastic experience: I was a walk in appointment, got signed in and was in a room within an hour. Every staff member was so sweet and assuring. It was extremely busy right when they opened but they took good care of my chipped tooth and repaired it with amazing communication. Definitely coming back!

Fantastic experience: 1000/10 I had two wisdom teeth removed today and didn’t feel a thing! I gave the doctor a heads up about being hard to numb and he ensured me he wouldn’t start the procedure until I was 100% numb. 3-4 boosters later we were able to get both teeth out within 15-25 minutes. Thank you guys so much! Definitely will be back!

Fantastic experience: I went in as a walk-in and they took care of me same day! Filled cavities and did cleaning and x-rays. They numbed me up really well and told me I'd have some discomfort or sensitivity for a couple of days. Today is the day after and I feel no pain or discomfort. Negative experience: Waited 2 hrs and still wasn't seen. Doctors came in late. Was all in the back joking around my appointment was at 8:00 a m 2 days in a row and it was extremely hot in the waiting room and the water was hot as well I will not be back.

Fantastic experience: I had too have a tooth extracted today I called this morning and then gave me a 330 appointment which was great the lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and the lady who took care of me before they pulled my tooth was so kind and patient I wish I knew her name so I could recognize her in this review. The dentist was super nice as well this is my 4th time going there. I was having a bad day and going and having a tooth removed was the beat part of my day so that is saying ALOT!! Positive experience: First time, they were nice! Close to my house and I was only in for an hour. Both receptionist and my and doctor was very kind and very respectful. I will be going back that to this dentist office and they open late.

Fantastic experience: I love my dentist here. I have been going to him for a couple years. I’m very scared of the dentist but he’s super cool about it. He’s stealthy and very fast it’s all over fast as hell. AND he made me a partial that fits really well and from what I’ve heard not everyone is so lucky. Definitely recommend

Fantastic experience: Be prepared for a long wait, appt was at 10 didn’t go back till 12:15. Was it worth the wait yes!!! Dentist knew his stuff. We are trying to save my last molar on top right and am going to root canal specialist to see if tooth can be saved. Tooth was on fire and gave meds to calm down until I get to specialist. Thumbs up!!!! Edit…. I was to get anti biotics to clear up abscess and did not get them sent to pharmacy. I called 2 or three times left countless messages and now next day my tooth is throbbing and they tell me as soon as dentist checks messages he will send, it is already 2 o’clock. So I went to emergency dentist for an emergency and still can’t get anti biotics to make the abscess go down. No dentist on call apparently

Fantastic experience: After a long day in pain, a friend referred me here. Everyone was very nice and helpful from the front desk to the doctor. Anna was amazing and made sure 100% of my questions were answered before I left. I normally hate the dentist (in general not specifically) and my anxiety shoots to 10+ almost immediately and I never felt anxious here. The dentist took his time to talk through all procedures and options and listened and addressed all my concerns and fears! Definitely keeping this one!

Negative experience: I had no problems with this office until this year. My original appointment was last week. When I arrived, I was told that there were 2 walk-ins ahead of me. I had an appointment scheduled since last year but was told I had to wait. When I sat down, another customer told me that they had an appointment too but had been waiting for an hour. I talked to the front desk and rescheduled for the following week. Today, I arrived for my rescheduled appointment. There were no customers waiting and I was called back immediately after completing paperwork. First red flag, immediately after x-rays were taken, I was not given mouth wash solution before the tech started polishing my teeth. I let her know that I have sensitivity to cold. Then, she started flossing my teeth roughly (so painful). Next, I waited for the dentist to come finish my "cleaning". After asking another employee who randomly walked behind my chair, the dentist eventually came in. He started using something electrical on my teeth. Once again I flinched because of the cold sensitivity. After the second reminder of it being cold, the dentist refused service to me and told the tech to find me a referral elsewhere without my consent. I was given a refund for the fluoride I never received, upon checking out. Now, I'm left with soreness and teeth that aren't cleaned until I can get into another dentist. I do not recommend this establishment.

Negative experience: After 2 hours waiting (WITH APPOINTMENT) I walked away. People came after me (dental assistant’s friends) were seen first. Nobody takes care of you to let you know what’ was going on. Last time here. Same with my family. Don’t get an appointment here! Find other place.

Negative experience: It's been a week that I had an.extractiin done. My lower jaw is still swollen, I can't open my mouth all the way and it feels like I have strepthroat when I swallow. I'm sucking down Tylenol and ibuprofen every 4 to 5 hrs to deal with the pain. I've had several teeth pulled out, but have never felt this way before. Not to mention i was just a walk-in, but but was still at this dentist office for 6 hrs. And there a little pricey as well. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Negative experience: This place is a joke. My son in law went in here because he had 2 teeth bothering him. Since he didn't have insurance they charged him $100 to sit and wait for 3 hours just to tell him that they wouldn't do nothing for him without him paying over $900 to get help with his teeth. Really people. The least you could of done was gave him an antibiotic to help the infection go away. I will not recommend this place to anyone and I won't go there either.

Fantastic experience: My daughter was having pain and just called and got first appointment in morning. They got us in and out fast. They were nice and friendly. They took Medicaid and I didn't get a charge. They found problems quickly and sent meds to pharmacy. They referred us to endodontist in the neighborhood who could help. Their suggestions helped and at least now she has some relief. I feel relieved at least I know what the problem is and how to fix it. They are open at 8 am n ready to go. Never been here before but it was good experience. I will call them with emergency needs if I ever need it. Definitely suggest you give them a try if your regular dentist is not available or if it's a weekend. Got in on a Sunday at 8 am, can't believe it. Happy all around

Fantastic experience: Phenomenal place! Went in after having left a cavity in my tooth turn into an infection. Had me back as soon as I was done with my paperwork, treated me with care and gentleness, and got the tooth extracted and a handful of other cavities filled all in only about two hours. I didn't even feel when my tooth finally got pulled from my gums! Would definitely recommend!

Negative experience: I’m beyond irritated right now! I sat at this dentist’s office from 9 AM to 1 PM for absolutely nothing, only for them to refer me to an oral surgeon who doesn’t even take my insurance. When I called back for help, they basically told me I have to manually call around and find one myself. Unreal. Luckily, I found a surgeon who can see me at 4 PM today, but they’re planning to remove all four of my wisdom teeth at once. So, I’ll definitely be down for the count tonight, severely drugged and in pain. This place sucks!

Negative experience: Dentist that saw me was very dismissive and assumed my problem was my wisdom teeth, when in fact three weeks later, I discovered my initial assumption that it was a popcorn shell was actually correct. His attitude was pretty rude and he forgot to check on me and explain my medications. My visit was overall very unhelpful in terms of figuring out what was wrong. The hygienist and other staff were very respectful and helpful.
