Negative experience: Do not recommend this place to get braces. At first everyone is so nice and caring, but after the contract is signed, everything changes. The techs always have an attitude, the orthodontist never says hello or introduces her self... the brakets and spacers keep falling out My son doesn't eat hard foods or sticky foods. We went to his appointment then the next day one of the spacers fell out. Then, I have to go back and wait for hours to get them replaced its such a hassle. I wish I never got my son braces done here on and on top of everything if you ask for help with teaching you how to properly floss their teeth they completely ignore you.

Fantastic experience: I brought my Autistic son .. i thought it would go terribly bad due to first time having to do a treatment " fillings" and him suffering from anxiety. Dr Toximoto and Nurse Irene did an awesome job keeping him relaxed and worked so patiently with my son. Highly recommend this location to work with autistic anxiety patients. Negative experience: Don’t waste your time coming here the specialist doesn’t even care about what’s best for your kids teeth the only option u have for them is always get crowns and no fillings and they don’t let you be with your underage child back there

Negative experience: 1st time and last time coming here… I took my boys on a Monday and same week all 3 boys developed cold sores the same week!! It was not sanitary at all , the floor was discussing, hair and dirt all over, my kids were given balloons and within seconds they had dust and hair all over I didn’t want them even touching them after. One of the dental chairs was loose with a simple push it was slipping off!!! Never again.

Negative experience: Today's visit was totally not what I expected . I do not understand why would they book so many appointments if they do not have the time, and still have a sign that says they accept walk ins. I scheduled my kids appointment over the phone, the guy that booked my appointment was so nice and even explained to me how their theme for this month is superheroes and that their facility is decorated superheroes theme . Since its been two years that I haven't taken my kids to that dentist office due to not having insurance I remembered how they used to go all out with their themes and how the place used to be so welcoming. Let me start off by saying how disgusted I was at how dirty it is now. This place is totally not what it used to be. There was nothing superhero theme walking in, all they have is the TV playing a movie in which almost at every dentist office they have nowadays, a table which seemed to be a drawing area maybe with 3 pieces of already colored paper, oh and two fighting games, how suitable for the kids. They took forever for someone to come inside our room, while waiting I kept starring at the dirty floors, the dust bunnies in the back of the TV's and the filth underneath the chairs. I kept thinking to myself if they hire someone to clean when they are closed or do the workers clean up, whoever it is, is not doing their job. After waiting over an hour the dentist lady finally came in, she seemed extremely rushed and she left. I thought okay someone is going to come in and do their cleaning like they always do. Wrong. They wanted me to go back out in the waiting room and wait for the teeth cleaning, when it was never like that before. Then I have no idea what procedure they wanted to do on one of my sons but they asked me if I wanted to do the laughing mask or to sedate him. I don't even know what y'all want to do to him because nothing was explained to me near did they bother explaining. I did let them know I didn't know and that I did not want to get whatever it was done today. I was sent out back to the waiting area and I receive an email for follow up appointments already set. Who told y'all I wanted follow up appointments? Why was I not asked the time and date I would want to go back like I use to. The changes y'all have made to your facility are horrible. I waited until I saw the waiting room was so packed and decided to walk out with my boys. Definitely changing my kids dentist , I never want to go through this experience again. I could have dealt with the waiting time, but the dirtiness and unprofessionalism from the staff was a big no. There's a lot more stuff that happened but this review is already too long. No I do not wish to speak to someone about this matter. I do not wish to call or email. Definitely look into cleaning your facility I kept starring at the workers gloves to see if I didn't see dust on them from your establishment being so filthy.

My son was scheduled for a procedure and we waited 2 hours in the waiting room then another 2 hours waiting for the doctor all while my son was starving for 16 hours because he couldn’t have anything to eat or drink and we waited another 2 hours for the procedure to be done . They sent me out a reminder text before his appointment that didn’t even have the correct child’s name . They are extremely unprofessional with their time schedule management.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Tran was not rushed and explained treatments in detail. He was very patient with the kids. The kids were at ease the entire time even during the treatment . I love the convenience of same day treatments offered by rodeo dental . I didn’t feel like just another patient to them . The staff was very kind . Negative experience: I was told my daughter had a few cavities & she needed to have some fillings they said it would be $142. The day came we get to the office now they changed everything and say that I’ll have to pay about $700 out of pocket because the doctor added more fillings & crowns. I asked them why couldn’t they send a prior authorization to the insurance to see if they would cover more, they claimed CHIP only allows a certain amount. they had about 3/4 different ppl come in and tell me the same thing. I ended up leaving because it was just too much back & forth. Well I call a few weeks later to schedule my daughter again & the lady I spoke with ended up telling me she could send a PA to CHIP to see if they will cover more. (Why wasn’t that don’t to begin with?) about a week later I get a letter from CHIP stating everything will be covered. I take my daughter back in for her treatment & before getting started they come in and tell me it’s going to be about $700 again!? I told the lady isn’t insurance covering it & she says well it’s not showing on my end.. she leaves the room & comes back and says on yea it’s only $142 today. All this to say make sure they are just not trying to get money out of you. It’s ridiculous how many times I had to repeat myself time & time again. I’ll be looking for a new dentist after today.

Negative experience: They would schedule you and make you wait for hours. Then they will charge your insurance for things you never agreed to. When you tell them something about it they just don’t care on what they are doing. They will rob you if you pay in cash or they will rob the insurance company. You could honestly find a better place than going here to be honest. This people tried to do fillers on my son when he doesn’t even have cavities. Took my son to a different dentist and this people said that he does need them even though I had confirm with two other dentist he didn’t. My suggestion is stay away from this place. They just DON’T care about you all they care is about your money.

Negative experience: Horrible recent experience. Desk staff amazing customer service. However, the x-ray, dental assistant, and hygienist had poor customer service to my daughters. They are not compassionate nor cater to them. No acknowledgment, no introduction, nor a simple "good morning," nor did they get to know them and get them to relax. I had to do all the talking and ask for compassion and had to explain that my older daughter had several crowns and teeth removed, so the dentist visits gave her anxiety. The sad part we have been going there since she was 6 months all her dental history is there but they do not care. Time to move on.

Negative experience: Honestly this place used to be great but has went downhill significantly. They used to have a play ground but took that out around Covid time and replaced with an arcade past couple of visits those two games didn’t even work. Had an additional interactive play area. That broke too and they bothered fixing it so now it’s basically just a waiting area with a movie playing. Last visit as the final straw. Service had already been going downhill but my oldest was receiving a cleaning and the tech turned around WITH THE TOOL IN MY DAUGHTERS MOUTH talking and laughing with one of her coworkers digging the spinning tool into my daughters gums while I’m watching my daughter wince in pain. I said hey can you pay attention to what you’re doing. She just rolls her eyes at me like she saw no issue in her digging the tool into my daughter’s gums while her head was turned the complete opposite way. She could have at least stopped to have her conversation. A friend of mine went more recently than me this was her experience. “They traumatized my baby. They didn't let me back there with him and he cried so hard he had busted blood vessels in his eyes and face. I got so mad and felt so bad for leaving him. So I threw a fit and demanded to be there with him at all times going forward. The next time I was able to be there with him and they straight up asked if we could do his sealants another day because it was already late and they want to "go home" and I was like yk what that's fine. And when I went to check out, they were like "ok so it looks like we didn't get to do the sealants because he was crying and he didn't want us to" and I was like "oh really? Cuz I was literally standing there the whole time and yall said yall wanted to go home" They were so used to children refusing and parents not allowing to be with them they just say the same s***” Just find somewhere else. They simply don’t care about the kids anymore which sucks. I used to rave about this place but since my last visit I haven’t recommend it to anyone. It used to be a great dental experience for kids. Especially those who had a hard time going to the dentist. Looking for a new provider.

Negative experience: Horrible customer service. I’m a very patient person. I called to schedule my daughter because she has an infection and a procedure to be scheduled with a new insurance, I was not given an appointment for her infection though I insisted on it, and I was told I was going to get a call back within two days in regards to pricing for her procedure to be scheduled. I provided new insurance as well. I waited a week an a half and no call as of today.. today I decided to call to find out about pricing and schedule her because of her infection and I was told the new insurance was never updated into my daughters chart. I provided insurance again and I was put on hold for a good 30mins and call was disconnected on their side. I call back to speak to a manager or supervisor and Erica wouldn’t transfer unless I gave patients information. At this point for what? So you can solve the issue I’ve been waiting for a week and a half? I should be able to talk to the manager or supervisor regardless I give you my daughter’s name or not. I am beyond dissatisfied.. I’m not even going to waste my time trying to go up there and put up a fight it’s just going to be uncomfortable afterwards. Definitely do not recommend to try to solve any issue over the phone with this place. I just don’t have time to go up there and fix things in person because I work a full time job that I prefer to ask for a day off until the appointment day.

Fantastic experience: Started coming here to get my sons braces and let me tell you the staff is awesome and our dental assistant who helps us Vanessa is the best!! She is so Awesome we have requested for her to be our Perosn until his Braces are complete. Negative experience: BEWARE These guys are INSURANCE SCAMMERS. Things may have changed since 6 years ago when i was like 12, or 13, but i came here with my mother, and they said I had a bunch of cavities and would need to drill and do all these crowns. I brushed my teeth morning and night, so my mother got suspicious and brought me to another dentist, i had NO cavities. Do not go to these people even if they've changed there are plenty of better offices in better places. If you value your money and your childs dental health, find another office. Edit: They also made a point to delete my comment on their instagram, where I recently called them out on their advertisement. They know they are liars and scammers.

Fantastic experience: This morning when I walked in to Rodeo Dental I was greeted by two beautiful ladies. They both were smiling and joyful. Then we get called to the back, again greeted by Annabel. Very friendly girl. I love that she likes to make conversation to make us less nervous. She made my daughter feel at ease about the process of de bonding. Needless to say I am very happy to be a patient of Rodeo Dental. Thank you guys for always making us feel special.

Fantastic experience: We have been coming here to Rodeo Dental for years. Today we had the pleasure to meet Irene. She did my daughter’s cleaning. Omg she is the most sweetest girl at the office. Negative experience: This place is horrible, they do not communicate among themselves so everyone from the office calles the patient not knowing whats going on. They scheduled appointments for 9:00 am clearly they businesses sign states they open at ten when you asked why they scheduled appointments at 9 am if no one is there,they can't answer such. My son has braces with them over two years each time we go for appointments they areeather booked or dentist isn't in and been rescheduled so many times. This people are a joke , I'm not sure where all this 5 star reviews came from but the place is over booked at all times they do not have actual licensed dentist on premises.

Negative experience: Don’t recommend This place used to be so awesome I’ve been coming since it opened, primarily because it was focused around making the dentist a place children looked forward to going too. Before they had a play ground little arcade games and other attractions for children. All of that is gone now. In exchange for more sitting areas. It’s just like any other dentist now they see more adults than children. Their equipment inside of the facility looks worn and very unkept. The facility overall could use a deep clean. Doors, glass, floor looks dirty. They for sure LOST their edge over other dentist offices. Wait times are very very long now, it’s like they chose volume over quality. I will have to find another office.

Negative experience: Apparently my other review didn’t post. So I’ll shorten what I said. Worst dentist I’ve ever been to. Dr Ross is fresh out of dental school and she needs to reconsider a different profession. I walked out before my procedure was even finished. She ripped the corner of my mouth and burned my mouth with a drill then said she didn’t until I showed her. I wouldn’t tell my worst enemy to go to this dentist office.

Negative experience: If I had the option to put no star I will. First of all they limit your appointment for braces and is at their time not yours. Second, when you try to let them that you want an appointment to have the braces remove, you get an appointment literally 2 months because “they are so booked”! That is just lies!! The don’t care about the customer and is true about overcharging when you have insurance involve. Don’t get me started of them moving around money from other family members accounts because their charge the insurance and weren’t paid in full and want to get that money at any cost….shame

Fantastic experience: We just started coming in summer of 2023. The Dentist and staff are nice and friendly and knowledgable. They take the time to explain any dental work recommended or necessary. The waiting area is clean as well as throughout the office. Great experience overall.

Negative experience: 0/10 experience. Lies and errors started to occur only AFTER I had fully paid off my braces. Once my balance was $0 I was lied to over and over again by Alexis, Amanda, and Daisy (and the last 2 are the "managers"). Unhappy with my teeth and spent over $1400 for braces here. Drove over 40 minutes just to find out that the person who scheduled and confirmed my appointment (Alexis) did not clarify with the actual orthodontist or have the approval to do so. The remaining employees blamed everything on her then proceeded to lie repeatedly. Couldn't even get their story straight first before purposely misinforming me. Oh, if you have braces DO NOT get Dr. Fabia Younus she is dishonest and incompetent.
