Fantastic experience: As always my kids had a blast, my daughter was very nervous and her Dr was so kind and patient! He even went as far as showing her the equipment and explained what she was going to get done, same goes for my youngest son, not only was the staff incredibly friendly but we're able to comfort my son who has adhd & autism, never showing a hint of frustration or just forcing the procedure on them. I was so surprised and incredibly greatful, not only did my children feel safe but they truely enjoyed their whole visit with the dentist "just like in cocomelon" as my daughter mentioned. Love the doctors and the staff here, its always a great environment

Positive experience: Been coming here for several years both my children like it here . Overall okay visit , we did wait 35 minutes for a filling due to Bieng forgotten we were put in a room .:/. When the dentist noticed he did mention he had forgotten we were still there waiting . Would not like to move dentistry’s so hopefully better acknowledgement and attentiveness would help for the next time .

Fantastic experience: First time taking my little one here and have to say it was a great experience. I really liked that everyone was very welcoming. The facility is very very kid friendly, from fish tanks, slides to a movie theater. I really appreciated that after being called, Evelyn was very gentle and didn’t forced him into X-rays. Alondra and Dr. Zheng were the best, they were extremely gentle and welcoming with my son. We both left very happy and satisfied.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed this dentist the process was very fast and definitely would recommend this place to adults and adults who have kids. Alondra was very helpful and patient with any questions that i had regarding the treatment I needed and with pricing! Positive experience: I was told my son had cavities on last visit but I did not have them filled . Then on 6 mos follow- up I was told he had no cavities . This is highly suspicious to me .

Negative experience: I am pretty sure it’s not even the “owner” commenting back on the reviews. It’s the staff replying back to the reviews, that is very unprofessional!! Doesn’t matter which office I was at prior to moving to Palmhurst, each office should treat their patients with respect!! I will go that extra mile and email corporate about this, because their responses are literally just mocking or making smart remarks about other patients bad reviews.

Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying, This place is definitely catered for the kiddos. By far, this is the best dentist we have experienced since birth. They loved every moment and they also stated that the dentist did not hurt them. I was absolutely amazed how beautiful it was, the friendliness of staff, and how they made them feel super comfortable. THEY EVEN FED THE KIDDOS PIZZA & Gave them cool backpacks with trinkets!! 10/10, I higly recommend. We have found our new dental home.

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience at this dental office today. My young son was understandably afraid during his appointment, so I held him on my lap to help him feel more comfortable while the dentist examined him and applied fluoride. During the process, my son started crying and gagging on his saliva, so I instinctively went to lift him to prevent him from choking. As I did, he reached for his mouth, and the assistant abruptly told me to hold his hands down. This caused him to choke and vomit all over. The lack of care and compassion from the staff was appalling. They demonstrated no understanding of how to work with anxious children and had awful bedside manners. This experience was traumatic for both me and my son. To make matters worse, the office itself was filthy and smelled awful—like old pee and mold. I will not be bringing my children here again and do not recommend this office to anyone seeking patient-focused, compassionate care for their kids. THE LAST PICTURE SHOWS THE RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER OF AGUA DENTAL. Heres my reply to their "hater reply" > I’m disappointed by your unprofessional response to my review. As a parent, my priority is my child’s safety and well-being, and I shared my honest experience in hopes of raising awareness and encouraging improvements. Instead of addressing the concerns I raised, your reply dismisses them entirely. This only reinforces my decision not to return and serves as further proof of the lack of professionalism at your establishment. I hope you take feedback more seriously in the future for the sake of other patients.

Negative experience: I receive a flyer in the mail with a QR code that allows me to schedule an appointment. I make an appointment for 10 AM, through their website, only to find out that they’re closed during that time. It is such an inconvenience to take time off work and drive all the way to the dentist, just to realize that they’re not even open.

Negative experience: The smell in there is unbearable, smelling like raw sewage as soon as you open the door to Aqua Dental. they don't Even try and spray Lysol to disinfect. The smell made us feel nauseous and gave us a headache.

Fantastic experience: The best dental clinic out here, I don’t like dentist or any dental stuff, for me is annoying due to my teeth, but after my mom started to take to this clinic I like how patient they are, cause first time I was scared, but now I know about my teeth, what procedures to take, and love the care they give me on my teeth and more, plus there’s games and more and it’s way too colorful, amazingly colorful, and love the inside.

Fantastic experience: It's a very nice place. The receptionist are very nice and the staff are very friendly, the kids can have fun playing games while they wait for their appointment. Would recommend!!

Fantastic experience: It was a great atmosphere as soon as I walked in. The assistants and doctors are super communicative, kind, and informative to any questions you may have. Also a great environment for kids 10/10 service. I highly recommend it if you have any doubts or concerns about your teeth! Will be back again :)
