Fantastic experience: The whole staff was very friendly and professional. My children felt very comfortable and excited while being examined. I especially liked the time they took to ask questions about sleeping habits, eating habits as well as speaking to my children in a way they would understand and just speak to them as kids. They made it easy for myself as a parent and my children to choose to keep coming back. Negative experience: I made an appointment online for 5:30 pm due to the fact I leave work at 4:30. I get a call that they do the last appointment at 4 and this is an emergency appointment keep in mind they close at 7 pm! They definitely would get a negative score for me in my opinion they did not communicate efficiently. Although I got like 2 text messages it’s now almost the end of the day and they tell me last minute. Absolutely unacceptable due to the fact I am in pain and I did this appointment online! Looks like the company needs to put a note or only allow a patient to put an appointment at 4 and not beyond. Thanks for the heads up at 230 pm when I could have been called at minimum 12 pm to look for another dentist.

Negative experience: Please don't go to this place. They don't know how to provide good customer service. I'm never coming again, I highly don't recommend this business. Prolong waiting in the lobby, regardless of an appointment. Over charged, surprise charges added to your account. Never saw improvement on my childs teeth. After adjustments, my son never felt that his teeth were getting any better. Dentist shows up for his appointments very late. No parking space to park your vehicle.
