Fantastic experience: Very efficient ! Had a filling that went very smoothly. Been going there for more than a decade and they are amongst the nicest and most efficient dentists.

Negative experience: I only gave one star this time because yesterday was the third time I have gone in to have a crown put on. And nope it still doesn’t fit. Apparently they send out who makes the crowns. So that means I have had to wait 3-4 weeks between each appointment to try the tooth. I just wanted to scream!! But I didn’t. And they still send me a link to write a review. Not happy what’s so ever!! As soon as i finally get this tooth in I’m done with them. I have already paid for tooth to be fixed.

Negative experience: I had been going to this dentist office for years and generally thought the care was good. Life got busy, and I hadn’t been in for over a year. When I recently tried to book a cleaning after that time away, the process became frustrating. Because I hadn’t been in a while, they required X-rays first, which took a few weeks to schedule. When I finally went in, they only took the X-rays and told me I couldn’t get a cleaning until March—about eight months later. While I was still at the office, I requested my X-rays for a second opinion. However, I didn’t receive them until a week later. They said it was office policy, even though the X-rays are digital and I expected to get them by the end of the day since I had been there that morning. They told me I needed four crowns and a filling. Wanting a second opinion, I went to another office, and they suggested only two crowns and a filling. While the staff was professional, the long wait for a cleaning, the difference in treatment recommendations, and the delay in providing my X-rays made the experience less convenient and transparent than I hoped.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ignatowicz ofc is GREAT, very knowledgeable all the Dentists are, it is a super clean office & they do not make you wait at all, always on time. I appreciate all the staff there. Staff all very friendly, knowledgeable, keeps my smile looking great. If you need a GREAT dentist, I recommend this Dentist office. Negative experience: I visited this dental office for an initial exam due to a sensitive tooth and to get a basic cleaning. The dentist, after a brief 10-minute appointment involving X-rays and a one-minute oral exam, referred me to a hygienist and recommended a deep cleaning for all four quadrants. My teeth and mouth are generally healthy, except for the one sensitive tooth. When I asked the receptionist if I could opt for a basic cleaning instead, she claimed it would be illegal for the hygienist to perform one. This felt like upselling and dishonesty, as neither the dentist, hygienist, nor receptionist examined my gums before suggesting the extensive deep cleaning.

Fantastic experience: The staff was great especially Brooke. They are very friendly and helpful. My wife was in pain from an infected tooth and Brooke was able to squeeze us in the same day. Dr. Ignatowicz is very caring about his patients and makes them feel at ease.

Fantastic experience: I recently had an excellent experience at Dr. Joshua Ignatiwicz Dental Clinic. Brittany, my dental hygienist, was incredibly gentle, sweet, and professional. She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. The rest of the staff were equally pleasant and welcoming, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. Fantastic experience: I had my first visit today with this dentistry, I’m 65 and I’ve been to a lot of dentist in my lifetime, and I have never been so impressed with their professionalism, all the latest technology, amazing personalities on all of the employees that I met and the doctor “Dr. I” Is just a rockstar he sat with me, took all the time needed to answer. All my questions ran me through the entire process, gave me his professional opinions, which were. And opinion to make the most money, he gave me a much better path. I honestly feel like it’s so Monica could go have a beer with he’s a really person I see why he has such an a successful business, I feel really lucky that I’ve found this place. I highly recommend them for anybody looking for a new full service dentist.

They worked with my elderly mother to provide a new set of top dentures, pull her few rotten bottom teeth and install an implanted set of bottom teeth. They made sure mom felt safe and comfortable through every step of the process, provided all necessary supplies and equipment for at home care, and ensured her a beautiful new smile. Her comment "I have never had white teeth before. It makes me so happy."

Fantastic experience: We sure got lucky when I picked Dr. Ignatowicz's phone number as new Nevada residents! Now my wife and I are...well it's like getting a facelift! Hi-tech and great 12 / 8 / 2023; Well, once again, Dr. Ignatowicz and his sensitive, caring , "on top of it" staff made what were prime examples of "old problems coming back to revisit" my wife ( 60) and I ( 70) as close to "not awful experiences" as I believe possible. The attention to detail and never feeling as though we were being rushed through the procedures was very comforting, as were his "always up on the latest technical advances". When we moved from New York to become Nevada residents in 2019, many of our NY doctors told us that the doctors here weren't as good as they were in the "Empire State". So far, that has not been our experiences, with Dr. Ignatowicz. and staff leading the way. I've never posted like this before and I take giving people medical advice very seriously. My wife Joy & I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. M. Ignatowicz for any dental work.especially SERIOUS stuff. 5 Stars!!! 5/9/28...just as good...maybe BETER than ever. My wife passed away 3 days before she was to get her permanent caps. Everyone in the office treated me like family and Dr. Ignatowicz was able to make what I had assumed was an obscure item that cures sleep apnea. I'm 71 and I've had MANY dentists in a number of states. This is the best, most friendly, high tech, wise dental facility I've ever experienced. Photos to come soon.

I have seen several of the oral hygienists over the many years that I have been going to Dr. Ignatowicz’s office and they have all done excellent professional work on my teeth.(highly recommended). There are high quality air purifiers through the office, and the hygienists sanitize all of the surfaces that they use.

Fantastic experience: I would like to say that if you need implants Dr.Ignatowicz is the only place you need to consider. The entire staff is so friendly . I received full top and bottom implants and unlike what I’ve heard about other places he didn’t just use 4 top and 4 bottom he placed 7 and 8 ,15 anchors in total . They also to my surprise were able to use my insurance to an extent and saved me I think around two thousand dollars, some insurance might not cover anything. They gave me a price and said that there wouldn’t be any other hidden costs and that’s exactly what they did. The office is actually cleaner than a hospital. Dr Ignatowicz is an extraordinary Doctor and everyone in his office knows and preforms their jobs better than any Doctor office I’ve ever been to. I would like to thank Dr. Ignatowicz and all of his staff for their kindness and professionalism.
