Positive experience: Great dental care - dentist, hygienist, equipment, and facility. But they recently started charging a fee to use both a credit card and a debit card, so be prepared to pay with cash or check. I am always disappointed when businesses charge a separate line item for this instead of incorporating it into their cost structure like any other business expense. It feels punitive and not customer friendly.

Dr. Kaitlin Dietz was also wonderful—she took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and never made me feel pressured. The whole team made me feel comfortable and valued as a patient. I’m so glad I found this office since we just relocated to NW AR.

Negative experience: Looking for a new dentist after being required to pay a $45 deposit to be able to get an appt for a filling- $45 would go towards the filling - but I am not on board with a payment upfront. Hopefully all dentist don't go this route

Negative experience: I hate that I didn't leave this review earlier but do NOT visit this office. They claimed I had 6-8 cavities and that I took very poor care of my teeth. I had never been told I had bad teeth until I visited this dentist. I thankfully had the wherewithal to visit another dentist and I had ZERO cavities! I even had my scans looked at by my old out of state dentist and they also told me they saw no cavities on my scan. Save yourself the pain and suffering and go somewhere else!

Fantastic experience: The staff at Bright Ridge Dental are just amazing! Dr KC Dietz is considerate, very informative, and very thorough in his practice. All of the staff show a great deal of kindness, and go out of their way to make sure their patients are well taken care of, have the ability to make finances in dental care very doable, and work hard to make sure patients feel comfortable, even through difficult procedures. I would highly recommend them to anyone, but especially those who are at all anxious about having any dental work done.

Fantastic experience: Bright Ridge Dental got me in for an emergency appointment this morning. I called their office at 9:40 am and they were able to get me in at 10:30. Their staff are always kind and professional. Maddie was very gentle when taking x-rays of my sore tooth; Dr Kate’s exam was thorough, gentle and she answered all of my questions. I have been seeing Bright Ridge for several years now; they have excellent clinicians and ancillary staff.

Fantastic experience: Being new to the area I didn't have a dentist so after countless hours looking for a dentist, I chose this business with the word "Bright" in their name. My eye doctor also has "Bright" in his business name. I absolutely love my eye doctor so I decided to book an appointment with "Bright" Dental. I'm so glad I chose "Bright" Dental, they are awesome! The doctor and technician took their time "exploring" my mouth to my amazement. I've never experienced such an indepth examination. Bottom line? Do yourself a favor and book with Bright Dental, you'll not regret it!

Fantastic experience: First visit. Very thorough first examination. The hygienist., Allison, was very compassionate. Always worried about causing pain or discomfort. None was had. Some concerns required a second set of x-rays. Luckily, nothing was found. Dr. Bell explained what she saw and talked about any concerns that I had. Overall, excellent care. After 15 years at the previous dental office, changing due to a move was less stressful than expected. Follow up 7/2024 Moved back into area recently and had terrible tooth ache. They fit me in the same day and were able to get me on antibiotics. Much appreciated as I was in terrible pain. 9/2024 update: Dr Bell and team spent three miserable hours (for them) painstakingly removing two crowns. I really was impressed that Dr Bell consulted with her colleague mid procedure when she had concerns. The other Dr. took a look and offered some guidance and confirmation. Great teamwork and I applaud Dr. Bell for getting confirmation. Really the mark of someone who cares and just doesn't keep going. Yes, I was uncomfortable, but they were quite compassionate. 6/2025 update. Flossing knocked out crown the day before travel. Called pleading help to get in same day. No problem. Crown quickly re attached. By the way, crown installed by another dentist office . Thank you!

Positive experience: Overall, I have had a great experience. I only have two complaints. I had to reschedule a cleaning due to a work trip. I was unable to get in for almost another 6 months. I actually tried to find another dentist. I was told they would call with cancellations opportunities, but I had to call to find out about those. Also, I have waited about 10 months for a quote on a night guard. I’m not actually still waiting. I gave up hope after the third time I called and was told someone would call me back. The hygienists and dentists are wonderful. I think there just needs to be some new processes in the office side.

Positive experience: The front staff, nurse, and dental hygienist were all extremely friendly and welcoming. I hadn’t been to the dentist in multiple years and that team did a great job making sure I was informed, as well as taken care of in the long term. I can’t say the same about the actual dentist who treated me. She was rude and abrasive when talking to me about my treatment plan. I didn’t feel comfortable talking about the right course of action to get my dental health back to where it needed to be. I recommend the office, but not the dentist who treated me. I’ll most likely go elsewhere for future treatment.

They have a nice waiting area and great assistants. A nice feature in my visits was the ability for you to choose the movie or tv series that you wanted to watch from an on-demand touch screen. This was great as I got to watch something that I chose on the tv above the dental chair as I was having a teeth cleaning performed.

Fantastic experience: The whole team was helpful and thorough. I went in because I needed a night guard and after calling around several locations they were the most affordable and came highly recommended. I was lucky to get an appointment the following afternoon to get fitted for my night guard. After determining that the pain I had been experiencing was from clenching the dentist made me a temporary night guard so that I could get some sleep. I really appreciated that since the night before the immense pain kept me up all night I ended up missing work. Everyone there helped me feel calm and reassured that I was going to be alright and that they would take care of me. And they did!! I am excited to get my new night guard soon and I’m so appreciative of my temp one

Positive experience: I have used Bright Ridge for my dental care for 8 years now. I trust them and have always had good care. I am a little concerned about the size of the practice because it takes a long time to get appointments. Even as a long time patient - i have to wait 8 months to get my appointment for my biannual cleaning and checkup.

Fantastic experience: It’s really refreshing when you find a place like this. The doctors are knowledgeable, thorough, and make you feel like a person. The rest of the staff is very helpful, and extremely nice. Its warm and welcoming and more like home than a dental clinic.

Fantastic experience: I, like most people, do not enjoy going to the dentist. I had to come in for a tooth that had been bothering me. I was scheduled very quickly. Everyone in the staff was extremely nice. The dental assistant was extremely nice and patient with my dental anxiety issues. The dentist was wonderful. Quite honestly it was probably the best dental experience that I’ve had when dealing with a tooth issue. I will definitely continue to go here for services.

Dr.kait is very organized , she restored a lost filling for me it was good Dr.Kait and Dr. KC makes a good team and plan very well. Dr. Bell explains everything well. Chris is very sweet. I had my cleaning with Alison and Megan they did great job.Monica and Cecilia are very hardworking. Ashley does multitasking. Leslie and Brianna are very helpful. Fantastic experience: It had been a long while since I had a routine visit with the dentist. The receptionist was patient with me through the paperwork process. Lydia and Dr. K.C were very knowledgeable, quick to listen and identified some preventive measures to keep my teeth/mouth/jaw healthy. I’m pleased with my visit. Still have more follow up visits but I’m happy to have chosen this office. Edit (1/24/2020) : I was encouraged to have my wisdom teeth removed, which I did at Ozark Maxillofacial Surgery Clinic by referral from this office. I still go here for routine visits. The staff here are very cordial. I made a right decision back then and I’m still happy . Edit (2/6/2021): I still go here for routine checks. The staff are just as cordial. The medical staff do a good job of listening during visits. Edit (20/10/2023): Allison usually takes care of my cleaning routine visits and she does a solid job. Before she starts, she always checks to know if I’ve had any concerns with my teeth, notes them down, and communicates to the Doctor, who addresses them when he stops by. Edit (10/18/2024): The ladies at the reception were cordial as they have been in the past. Lydia took care of my teeth this time, noted concerns and communicated them to the doctor, who made some recommendations on hearing them. The service seemed quick (maybe because it was midday) though I wasn’t in a rush. Overall, it was a pleasant experience; still recommend.

Negative experience: No stars deserved. Horrible customer service and even worst service. Don’t waste your time there. So many dental offices in NWA you do not need to waste your time trying this one. The hygienist “Lydia” said barely two words to me after I kindly declined the x-rays. She was so rough with my teeth and my gums are so sore afterwards. Then the actual dentist, can’t remember her name, proceeds to shame me multiple times for the fact I declined the X-rays and kept on being so vague in her evaluation I had to ask for further clarification. And keep in mind, I NEVER had a cavity in my life, and not bc I had great dentists to take care of me, but bc I know how to properly care for my own teeth. But still, got shamed and treated differently for refusing the x-rays that fills their quota and pockets for the month. Terrible experience.

Fantastic experience: I really love this dentist. They’re so friendly, punctual, fair, honest, and careful. I have extremely sensitive teeth and they put a note in my chart that pops up every time I go so they switch to warm water on me. I also have some TMJ and they’re always so attentive to that and make sure I’m comfortable. I’ve had fillings here, too, and it’s an extremely pleasant and comfortable experience (I promise you!). As long as I live in this area I won’t ever go anywhere else. 15/10.
