Fantastic experience: These doctors and staff are the best I’ve experienced yet. Their concern for you is genuine and they try to make you as comfortable and as knowledgeable as you can for the decisions that you need to make and that they can help you with and they’re just are none better great great staff from the front desk to the back hall. Fantastic experience: I had a really good experience during my appointment today. I recently wanted to switch dentist offices to find a better fit. I initially found West Bell dental because of all their great reviews, and let me tell you, their reviews hold up! All the staff, (clerks, dental assistant, dental hygienist and dentist) are incredibly kind and welcoming. They took me back as soon as I checked in, they gave me a tour of the office and introduced me to their dentist. The office is super clean and their equipment is very high-tech. The hygienist was very thorough yet gentle. The dentist was very approachable and knowledgeable. Every team member took the time to answer my questions and made sure I felt comfortable during my entire visit. My only regret is that I didn’t switch sooner! Thanks so much!!!

Fantastic experience: The first office in my 20’s to follow through! Whenever I get xray images taken, dental or non, I tend to ask for them to be sent over to me. I like to study them, how they look, and ask questions accordingly [Plus, it’s really cool to see my bones] — Dr. Wagh answered all of my questions (thanks again) and told me exactly why this one upper wisdom tooth never popped out, and why my lowers keep getting so angry. TLDR… My teeth suck, but xrays are cool & they emailed mine for me. Off to the oral surgeon I go!

Fantastic experience: My mother in law took my daughter today for tooth pain which they diagnosed and we are happy with the care. Positive experience: Good clean office and friendly staff. Just be aware to bring ear plugs when they are doing your cleanings. They need to warn the customers and now I have a migraine from the screeching noises from the machine they use for cleanings.

Fantastic experience: My initial appointment was for a cleaning. My wife had visited this dental office a few weeks prior, as we had recently relocated from Nebraska. We had conducted thorough research in the area and identified a dentist from Nebraska, leading us to choose this practice. We are both immensely satisfied with our decision. Upon arrival, the staff provided a comprehensive tour of the office, showcasing the various in-house services. Their friendliness and efficiency were exceptional. My hygienist, Cody, was particularly exceptional. He was approachable, informative, and provided detailed explanations of the procedures. Although I did not meet the dentist from Nebraska, I did encounter Dr. Ibrahim, who was equally impressive. She explained the procedures thoroughly and displayed my X-rays on a screen for my review. Once again, the staff demonstrated exceptional informativeness, efficiency, and friendliness. Fantastic experience: 6 visits: Great people, office, and equipment. I've been there for several painless crowns, exam, x rays, & cleanings so far. When I was new, they showed me around with their new cool equipment, etc. Example they have a system that can Create crowns on site same day. They make you comfortable and are very personable. Happy I found this team last year! Planning on returning twice per year for my covered cleanings plus anything else necessary. Great place, give 'em a shot.

Negative experience: I would not recommend coming here as they have their assistant do your fillings and they drill down all surface of you tooth and say it’s an arch and try to blend it in with shaving more tooth structure to make a Chip tooth look like a arch and chip the others to make it “blend in” and gaslight you… :) how wonderful is that! Dr.denton and her assistant. Also dr.denton really try to shoot for crowns!! And really dig deep from a tiny small filling to a huge one $$$ ;)

Fantastic experience: The staff is congenial and efficient. X-ray tech as well. Cody (hygienist) is always wonderful, listens to concerns, and keeps me occupied with great conversation (well, on his part mostly since my mouth is occupied). This was my first time seeing Dr. Denton and I was impressed with her demeanor and the way she goes out of her way to explain everything and not talk me into an expensive procedure. BTW, Dr. Denton, I bought a WaterPik because you explained exactly how it would keep my bridge clean and save me from replacing it too soon.

Fantastic experience: I had a thorough cleaning and check-up, which I do appreciate. Though I know it isn’t true, I sometimes come away feeling like my teeth and mouth are not particularly good looking and that I take poor care of my teeth. It is seldom that I get a compliment for brushing or flossing well. Instead, it is suggested that I see an orthodontist or buy supplies to better whiten my teeth.

Negative experience: Do not come here! I was told it was a family dentistry and it seems it wasn't. Since 2023 I was taking my kids here and previously I was coming here. Aside from Cody I am very disappointed. Every visit I was confident with them saying the kids were cavity free however after a 2nd check with a peds dentist they were not. One cavity was the size of the actual tooth which I questioned in one appt prior. Soon enough I get to know this was not only the case for my son but also my daughter. Once at the peds ofc I tell the Dr and she agreed and informed me that this is common as they usually dont like to do work on kids. I was very frustrated and called westbell. I soon received a call from a Dr. Dutton i believe very apologetic and stating she will look into this. However, I am being told there is zero record of my kids being in to see them this year wich is not correct and she mentions that my prior version of my kids coming in together as the two younger ones do did not match ... stating I was not being truthful when I remembered, my daughter remembered, and even kids did that they even were using paper chart and completly disregarding us and the lack of treatment. Regardless I would not bring your children here. I will be withdrawing my entire family instead of risking anymore dental delayed work.

My hygienist today was Luis who was personable , thorough, and gentle. Then Dr. Denton looked at my X-rays. She was super friendly and answered all my questions. Another plus to the practice is the hours they are available, which makes it easier to get appointments. I went for my first cleaning in over five years and EVERYONE from the kind front desk employees, to the hygienists, to the dentists were so thorough and welcoming and really put me at ease. Dr. Ibrahim was AMAZING. She (along with everyone else) walked me through the entire procedure. I told them I was nervous as I hadn’t seen a dentist in years but everyone was very calm and understanding. Dr. Ibrahim has outstanding bedside manner. I broke one of my front teeth on a Friday night I called after hrs and was able to talk to a Dr. He set me up with an appointment first thing Saturday morning and by 130 in the afternoon I had a crown on and out the door. Negative experience: New response to the office: I was indeed your patient. This response of yours reminds me ,again ,of your incompetence! Stay away from these doctors! if I could give negative #, I would. Though the staff is very friendly, the quality is bad. From the doctors and assistants to the hygienists- not good specialists at all. Among all the work they done- they wiped my teeth I had an interaction with Dr Wynn- I don't feel as she is knowledgeable at all, but at least she was honest and didn't take the job that she can't do. Dr Wagh is very friendly etc, but overestimates his capabilities. He literally ruined my healthy teeth in addition to using bad materials on my teeth and watch out for their over charges and funny (no logic) prices. He initiated the job and failed at it very bad! He did not offer a solution bc there is none. He handed his job to his assistant who was very bad at her job. When I informed him that he ruined my teeth, he made it worth. He filed and polished my teeth to the degree that they are SO thin and sensitive to the point - I can't tolerate. He was so confident, so I trusted him, but he turned out to be dishonest and not a professional at all. I deeply regret I trusted them.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Ibrahim was amazing in comforting me as I was a nervous she explained what she was going to do. She always checked on me to see how I’m feeling and doing. Dr. Ibrahim nurse that assisted was also wonderful! I brought my son with me and kids are always hungry for a snack, it was like she knew he wanted a snack and she brought one for him, I thought that was so nice of her no one ever does that at a Dr office or dentist but she did! She was very gentle with taking my blood and updating me as well. I love West Bell Dental Care! I have sent half my family to them and they too have only wonderful things to say about them! I trust them 100% and I’m very grateful for them fitting me in as a walk in. If you need a dentist look no further they are the best! Everyone In the office are wonderful people!

Fantastic experience: If you are new to the area and searching for a dentist, I highly recommend West Bell Dental Care! You will notice from the first phone call how kind and professional they are. They are genuinely happy and caring people, and that says a lot for their practice. It's always a little nerve-wracking to try a new place, but they really put me at ease from the receptionist to the hygienist to the dentist. They go above and beyond to help you feel comfortable. My annual exam and cleaning were very thorough and they use the highest technology. The dentist, Dr. Wagh, was kind and personable, and took his time explaining everything to me. I was also able to schedule my appointment within a day. I had an emergency the morning of my appointment and they were very understanding and worked with me to have a later appointment that same day. I'm so glad I found West Bell Dental Care and encourage you to try it for yourself:)

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful group, had my 6 month for my cleaning today! Dr Wynn was so kind and told me that two teeth needed to have work done now, before they broke! So made an appointment for Wednesday AM!

Fantastic experience: I have a fear of anything “Dentist”, but I have to say that this is a lovely place and the people are extremely friendly. It’s very clean and all of the Dentists seem to be very nice and gentle. Even if we don’t love it, we all have to do it right? I highly recommend it.

Positive experience: I made an appointment yesterday to find out what was going on with the tooth that felt broken come to find out. It was a filling that I had fallen out upon arriving. Everything was great. Everybody was really nice and I was really pleased with my experience until I was asked about 11 to 12 times during my entire time in this office if I wanted to get a cleaning each time I said no thank you And I was asked over and over and over. When somebody says no, it does not mean keep asking upon getting home from my appointment and having my filling corrected. I get an email that they had made me an appointment for a cleaning. That was my final straw.

Fantastic experience: this was my very first time at west bell care, was a very good experience and wonderful staff. so friendly,explain everything..very easy on the paper work, it did not take long filling it all out, you can fill it out on line before going..i would surely recommend this office..this was 2 years ago, just notice it didn't go when i did it..
