Negative experience: I went here Flanders gave them a second chance yet again my teeth are too big and I can't get in for 3 weeks for an adjustment. I will not spend over 2000 here again. An adjustment takes 5 mins no need to have dentures sitting on the counter unable to be used bc they can't fix there problem

Fantastic experience: Very pleased with this office. They always get me in and I've had many compliments on the quality of work they do. After several years of using them I highly recommend.

Negative experience: In the beginning of taking a family member in to them everything seemed well explained and understood over the phone, we get there and are told their options, agree on a plan , get charged for a plan being told insurance will cover a certain percentage and the work would be done that day, sat there hours being told a time to come back for the cleaning filling and extractions to be told minutes later they actually can’t do the work today, for the next hour it was back and forth on they could no they can’t to the point no one knew what was going on and the receptionist herself was even frustrated with having to tell us one thing then another. I explain we had driven hours to get here and expected them to keep their word, they do extractions and schedule further appointments, the very next appointment 2 wks later get told you will be credited back over a thousand dollars due to overpayment after your portion and insurance . Great news right?! No!! The amount they credited back was the amount to cover future appointments so now they need over a thousand to finish out his treatment ment plan and give him his bottom partials a cleaning and filling!!! Which is now an unexpected expense! So he will not be able to finish out his treatment! Receptionist tells me today she’s sorry and it’s accounting’s mistake because they didn’t know!!! Shouldn’t employees know these things before they pass false information to the clients? This is very unprofessional and bad for business!! Maybe host a meeting so all employees understand what is covered and what isn’t and also in the future or would be professional of you to contact the cardholder who paid the bill and let them know when things change and not just expect a third party to pass it along or the cardholder to call you to see what’s going on!

Fantastic experience: I had all my teeth pull and dentures put in that day. I had 28 teeth all broken off and and bad. They took care of me well but was a long process but i now have a full set of dentures and they look nice. I cant complain about them at all. I am very pleased and have referred two of my friends and they are now getting new teeth. It sure make you smile more. I highly reccomend affordable dentures and implants to anyone who needs teeth. Fantastic experience: Had trouble with my bottom dentures. To be honest, I waited a very long time to have them fixed. They looked at my issue and fixed it. My bad is I waited so long in pain. The staff and Doctor were very helpful and took care of my issue. I feel so blessed! Thank you so much!

Positive experience: The ladies there were very helpful, and they got me in and out as quick as possible.

Negative experience: Went in for what was thought to be a repair of a previous filling and was shocked and somewhat blindsided when it turned out to be an evaluation with new X-rays even though previous was ones was less than 2 months old. Was quickly told that I needed to be referred to an endodontist with very little explanation of problem. After digesting situation I called back not once but twice for follow up questions but Dr Layne never returned my call. Have always been extremely happy with Kayla my hygienist but Layne is a no confidence.

Negative experience: After being with Affordent for about 15 years, I will not return. I’ve been left sitting in the lobby for hours. I’ve been handed someone else’s receipt when I paid my bill. I have no confidence in the staff. They have jumbled my appointments Lost records of my appointments my wife left Affordent about six months ago. I tried to be patient during your learning curve, but I see no progress

Negative experience: Absolute WORST dentist I’ve ever been to! I have a crown on my front tooth that was originally done by them a couple years ago. It broke while I was eating a SOFT TACO! (Not sure how that works) but it took me a month and a half just to get an appointment to be seen then they were completely rude and argued with me about if my Soonercare would cover it or not then finally came back and said “oh you’re right. They will cover it!” Had me sign a paper and everything then set me out for another month and are now at my 2nd appointment, almost 3 months after my tooth broke they are saying “Nope. Soonercare definitely won’t cover it. That’ll be $900 due today”. Oh and did I mention how absolutely RUDE they are about the whole thing?!?! I wouldn’t recommend this dentist to my worst enemy after how they’ve treated me!

Positive experience: Im always greeted with a smiled. The techs that work on my dentures always listen to my concerns, before ever taking my dentures out. I would recommend Affordable Dentures & Implants, they do a wonderful job.

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience with "DR" Hainey. Had an implant placed, and he told my husband to go wait in the waiting room, I would be out in 30 minutes. He was not a very nice person. I definitely felt like a number in his eyes. After 45 minutes of drilling in my mouth, Dr Hainey said he was done drilling. Then something happened, im not sure what. The hygienist and Dr. left the room came back and in my surprise and horror he drilled another 30 minutes with no explanation as to why. My mouth was very swollen and sore. The dr acted like me being in pain and being nervous was just so annoying . My mouth swelled bug. I had to go back in and get checked. He was annoyed about that alos. Dr Hainey was fired before my next visit. So the new dentist said wow, why did we give you the biggest implant we have? Like are you asking me!? The new dentist was great but to pay $3,500 for a terrible dentist who was mean to his patient, she is absurd.

Negative experience: Have been a patient here for years but since the previous dentist left it’s been hard to deal with. Can’t make appointments within reasonable times, always running so far behind, the last visit I had the dentist was just plain rude. The front desk staff is very into their visiting but when you ask about certain times for appts you get snarky response. Pretty sure I will find a new dentist. Sad that this place has changed so much.

Negative experience: Was in there today at the Grove location. Took my 73 yr old mother who is extremely afraid of the dentist. Or appointment was at 930 and we were there on time. My mother requested to leave at 1130 after waiting 2 hours and never being seen. Them came home and called 800-dentures was called back by a patient relations specialist. She informed that appointment times are basically just a suggestion that you should expect to wait for hours without being seen. Will never recommend this place or ever go back. Front desk staff was extremely rude as well.

Negative experience: Extremely disorganized, rude front desk staff, severely lacking in communication skills. Dentist is a very nice gentleman, but the office staff are hurried, snippy and act like they don't care a bit. Then when you say something about it, the patronizing attitude is insulting.

Fantastic experience: It’s been weeks or a month or so…and I just had to write this review! My experience with Affordable Dentures and Implants in Grove, Oklahoma WAS THE BEST!!!! I’ve ALWAYS dreaded going to the dentist…I don’t like how they encourage fluoride, and almost every experience has left me feeling bad about myself and my teeth health- watching embarrassing condemning videos to make you feel ashamed of your teeth. That was not at all the case with Affordable Dentures and Implants! Everyone was so very nice and respectful, very professional and treated me like I was important and valuable! And you can’t put a price tag on that! I learned that a great woman from my church who’s been a great friend to me, worked there, and she recommended I go there to see what could be done- for the first time in ever, I received the most beautiful compliments on my teeth which I was prepared for the worst- I thought I would be told I needed dentures- but actually, they told me my teeth were in great shape and only needed a good cleaning! I thank God for places like this! I hope if you have teeth needs that you’ll take into consideration this review and go there, too! You won’t regret it! :)

Positive experience: Very efficient, some of the staff are friendly. It concerns me when an office manager stands around and goes from door to door talking with other employees, laughing, and cutting up. It's disrracting and unprofessional. Dentures are ok. However, the fit may take another appointment.

Positive experience: This visit wasn't a pleasant experience. I had to wait 5 weeks for my partials when the admin assistant stated it usually took on average 3 weeks. They received my partials on a Tuesday after I called on Monday to see if they were there. They continued to tell me that they were short staffed and had not opened the box of patients' dentures yet. I called every day until someone actually opened the box, found my partials, and made me an appointment to have them fitted. I arrived on the scheduled appointment day on time. Again, they told us they were short staffed and it would be a wait. I literally had snap in partials that took less than 5 minutes to place, adjust, and place again. I waited 1.5 hours to have this done. I'm not sure how I feel about the whole experience....mostly disappointed that it took 5 weeks to get partials and I had no temporary teeth. Also, staff not unpacking patient's orders in a timely manner and waiting 1.5 hours for a 5 minute partial fitting. $3300 spent for partials alone and while I knew I wasn't at the Hilton, I did expect better service than I received.
