Fantastic experience: I recently had my first tooth extraction and was very nervous about the procedure. The staff was incredibly understanding and made the experience as comfortable as possible. They took the time to answer all of my questions in detail and were accommodating regarding my financial situation as well.

Fantastic experience: I had gone to Haines, family dentistry. This afternoon, it was a second opinion. They had made me feel so comfortable and answered all the questions I needed and they are so helpful. I am going back there tomorrow. They are wonderful people and they will go out of their was more dentist out there like that.I definitely recommend them.

Fantastic experience: A friend referred me to Hayes Family Dentistry last year. I have been so happy with them. The staff is friendly and cares about you as a patient.

Negative experience: We have been going to Hayes for about 4 years now. A few years ago, we questioned our bill for accuracy, but we never pursued it and just let it go. A few visits later, there was another bill that didn't seem accurate. We did pursue our concerns this time and after the billing department reviewed our concerns they concluded that there was an error (over charge) and as it turned out, we actually had a credit. Weird. We again, recently had concerns on billing. We called our insurance and she also was a bit confused on the charges. She called Hayes for us and then let us know that the billing department would audit our account and call us back. That never happened. On our next visit in, we questioned the $60 bill that was due. The billing department again said that there was an error and in fact we had a credit of $5.60. We question the integrity of the billing department. I believe we will seek out another provider. The hygienist are wonderful! Naomi and Mandy The Dr's - Mr. and Mrs. were also good to get along with.

Fantastic experience: Hayes Family Dentistry was recommended to me by a friend as I have high anxiety and hadn’t seen a dentist in 10+ years due to a mix of anxiety and my previous experience with a dentist being horrendous. I was so nervous when I arrived for my first appointment and let me just tell you they completely redeemed my dental experience! They were so kind and understanding about my lack of dental care and even gave me a blanket straight out of the dryer to wrap up in during my appointment. They thoroughly explained my dental work needs and discussed financial options with me. I will 100% be recommending them to anyone and everyone because it was such a pleasant experience!

Fantastic experience: I recently visited HFD for a cleaning appointment. I also had an issue with my denture. Maddie did the cleaning and Connie put a new soft liner on my denture, they both did an excellent job and always with a smile! I recommend this business 100%!

Fantastic experience: It had been an embarrassing amount of years since I have been seen at the dentist due to my extreme anxiety. Everyone that works at the office, from the person working the online chat, the front office ladies, dental assistants, and Dr. Hayes, were all SO friendly and understanding of my anxiety. They were all very calm and soothing to work with. They helped me work out a plan for my teeth and it was such an amazing and smooth process. I honestly don’t even have an ounce of anxiety thinking about going back. They really helped me over come my fear and I am so happy and grateful.

Fantastic experience: To my Veterans. Hayes is and continues to be fantastic. They don’t only provide great care for your dental needs they also are your advocates to get things approved by the VA! Kaitlynn constantly advocates on our behalf to get the best care we need day after day. My dental health has been the best it has been since retirement from the Air Force in 2015! The entire staff is dedicated, caring and knowledgeable in all aspects. I have been getting treatment since late winter 2025 and this is my first review and that’s mainly because I wanted to have truly experienced the care and treatment they provide. Hayes Family Dentistry is hands down one of the best I’ve ever seen.

Fantastic experience: It's been several years since I've been to the dentist, but the entire staff eased my anxiety and helped me feel comfortable. The front desk team welcomed me (by my name), and Angie & Naomi did a fantastic job on my teeth. They actually read all my pre-appointment paperwork and offered suggestions on how to help with my restless leg syndrome. The dentist offered several options for my treatment, and explained the benefits of each choice. I will definitely recommend this practice and appreciate their kindness and attention to detail! Fantastic experience: I am a VA patient with a lot of dental anxiety due to past dental trauma. Knowing that Hayes Dentistry offers sedation, I knew I wanted to be seen here, by Dr Hayes. Kaitlin did my comprehensive exam and was very thorough about my areas of concern. She was able to send all my treatment needs, with sedation, to the VA for approval. I was able to get a same day cleaning with Naomi, who's very sweet and does a wonderful job. On the day of my sedation, I was very anxious about the work, being sedated and the fact that I'm a nursing mom. The ladies in the clinic were able to ease my worries and I was given time to pump prior to my sedation. Front desk staff was very hospitable towards my husband as we waited for staff to take me to the back. My overall experience with the sedation was phenomenal. I couldn't remember a thing that happened! I would absolutely recommend getting sedation if you're nervous or getting a lot of treatment. Thank you Dr Hayes and all the staff that have taken part in my treatment!

Fantastic experience: From the moment we walked in the front door I liked this office. BUT then when we went to the back I KNEW we found the right office for my son's mouth reconstruction surgery. There was a instant feeling of peace and absolutely zero judgment! KATLIN IS A TOTAL GEM! Her kindness and calm energy turned this nerve wrecking procedure into calming situation for this anxious mom. Her PATIENCE with me was remarkable. She spent hours answering my questions. She made me feel like we were their only patient. She answered ALL my questions before hours after hours and in-between patients. THANK YOU KATLIN!( MY Bff) My son is going through a whole mouth reconstruction and without Cheyenne being Dr. HAYES right hand and creating a beautiful smile for him this procedure wouldn't have turned out as beautiful AND let me give Dr. Hayes a BIG shout out! My son could have gone anywhere and after talking with him there is no other place he would go. That means a Whole lot! A good office starts from the top and this is a fantastic office.. Fantastic experience: I have always had a good experience with Hayes Dentistry. Probably the best visit I had was today.I got a cavity filled absolutely no pain at all.I want to Thank all of the Ladies who worked on me today for their great work. The only problem was a comunication error with my appointment. It almost got canceled do to incorrect communication. And last minute the office called the day before my appointment to correct their communication error.Which I had taken off of work for my appointment. And if it would have been canceled and reschedule I would have lost more time at work. The good news is I got my original appointment and they got me out in less than an hour . Great big thank you to Hayes Dentistry!!!!

Fantastic experience: I am a previous patient who had not been if for a while. I had a front tooth snap off at the gum line and called in earlier with a dental emergency & they were able to get me in that day! The procedure went smooth and the temp that was made was exceptional ...it looks great & fits really well. Everything was explained as far as options as well as what was being done throughout the procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Sandy Hayes. She has gentle hands and solid technique.

Fantastic experience: Life savers. I had absolute excruciating pain from a tooth i let get bad because of my fear of the dentist. I called early before they were even open and I got an immediate call back...I was met without judgement and with compassion and they got me in wothin 2 hours.I had hoped to have my bad tooth extracted especially since my nerve was exposed but due to infection and my tooth being in my sinuses, that wasn't possible in office. I was given referrals to an oral surgeon, in less than an hour the oral surgeons office had my xrays and referral and dr.hayes and her staff made sure I'd have meds needed to keep the pain at bay until I could have my procedure. Every dentist and dental office should be like this one. Extremely kind, compassionate and care about even first time emergency cases from people like myself. I'd like to also add, they don't accept tenncare which is my insurance but their self pay option is very affordable. 10/10 reccomend

Negative experience: I went to Hayes Family Dentistry to make an appointment after changing jobs, and my prior dentist not accepting my insurance. I physically went into the office and presented my card and asked if my insurance was in network and accepted. I was not told anything to the contrary, and was set up with a new patient appointment. I had the work done, the appointment went fine, although I felt like they were a bit "aggressive" in trying to upsell me (I've had two fillings in 45 years, and they told me I needed two more fillings and possibly sealants put on two other teeth). I paid what they told me was my portion according to my insurance on the day and assumed that was that. Fast forward five weeks later, and I get a text telling me I owe them an additional $100.03. I call the office and, SURPRISE! My insurance was not in network. Nothing about this was ever indicated to me. When I complained, explaining I had never been told that, the billing lady (Jessica) told me that she was the one who had made my appointment, and that she tried to wordsmith me by saying she told me they could "bill" my insurance but that it was my responsibility to know if they were in network or not. This is the only medical provider who has EVER been unwilling to disclose to me if they were in network when making the appointment or at the time of the visit. I will not be going back to this deceptive, dishonest, shady practice ever again.

All the associates were genuinely gracious and professional as well as prompt and knowledgeable to resolve my concerns. And offer follow up care.

Very consistent with making sure I was comfortable, understood the procedure, answer all my questions,very personal speaking with me and my family, and insured that I am recovering well. Fantastic experience: Been terrified of the dentist my entire life. Too many bad experiences. From the second I walked in the door I felt comfortable, everyone is so nice. The ladies at the front desk truly make a world of difference when you can tell they love what they do; and these ladies were incredible. I met about 4 different ladies while in the dentist chair, all very sweet. Met Sandy herself, she made me feel heard and seen. Usually I feel very judged in the dentist office, belittled even. That was never the case. I'm honestly still so shocked on how well the appointment went for myself. I don't normally make it out without leaving in tears, but not this time! This place is certainly on the pricey side, but if you fear the dentist like myself, it's worth every penny. I'm excited to start fixing my teeth and to hopefully love my smile again. Thank you Hayes and crew for the great first visit!

Negative experience: Husband had a crown put in. It was painful a few days later so he went in for an adjustment. By Friday night he was in a lot of pain. By Sunday morning his face was swollen and he was miserable. We called and called the emergency line. On Monday morning he was waiting at their door for them to open at 8:00 since the pain was so bad. They never opened. Nothing on the doors, nothing on the website about being closed. We found an emergency dentist. Still haven’t heard back from Hayes. So disappointed. Awful service!

Fantastic experience: Hayes Dentistry is the MOST dedicated, compassionate and professional dentistry there is. Dr. Sandy and ALL the staff treat you like you are a family member. I drive 2 1/2 hours to have my teeth worked on by them. I won't go anywhere else!
