Fantastic experience: I called yesterday to get an appointment for a tooth and was able to see Dr Olivier at 9:00 a.m today! Dr Olivier was very kind, professional, explaining my options after looking at the X-rays. He assured me and I feel safe and comfortable in his care. This was my first appointment with him because previously I had seen Dr Smith for years. I am so relieved and glad to have met him. Dr Olivier was a colleague of Dr Smith and is professional, knowledgeable and gives the patient reassurance as well as his assistant who also gave me information. A very good experience today. I misplaced a personal belonging while in the office, and someone was kind enough to call me later in the day just to check in to see if I had found it. Simple acts like this leave a wonderful impression.

Fantastic experience: They first helped me with an emergency crown replacement prior to my vacation that saved the day. Went back today for xrays and a cleaning and Alyssa was amazing. She always told me what she was doing and why and didn't hurt me once. Everything has been covered by my dental insurance. Doc was great and I'm going back for a whitening treatment. Totally recommend.

When he was leaving he introduced us to a young, new dentist Dr Mark Smith and we have been with him for 41 years! Crazy when you think about that!! Been very happy for all these years.

I met with the hygienist, Juli, who was so kind and compassionate toward me— she explained everything that she was doing, which made me feel included in my own care and gave me the opportunity to make informed decisions. 10/10, definitely recommend The Dental Center.

Negative experience: Horrible! I waited for my cleaning appt for months! When I say months I mean like 6 months! They called me the day of my appt to reschedule. They couldn’t even work with my schedule for another appt. Please schedule a year in advance but you still have to worry about them canceling on you!!

Fantastic experience: Dr Lee and his assistant were great! I was extremely anxious due to previous bad experiences at a different office but Dr Lee was great. They all went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and well informed, the relief I felt after a quick and painless procedure was awesome.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Smith is very welcoming and has always treated me with kindness and compassion! The first appointment I had was a last minute scheduling for a chipped tooth and I was treated so well I came back as a patient!! Also, Dr. Smiths voice definitely reminds me of a famous actors but I can’t quite put a name to it so if you know, let me know.

Positive experience: Dr. Lee was very nice, but I felt like I wasted my time. I went for cleaning and didn’t get the cleaning that was told that I needed a deep cleaning so I was a little frustrated the front desk staff can smile . I go there because I do love Dr. Smith. He’s upfront and honest it makes me feel comfortable.

Fantastic experience: I spent close to three hours in Dr. Mark Smith's chair. I have developed "Dry Mouth Syndrome", This condition is not nice, it's responsible for giving me more cavities than I had for years combined. Dr. Smith always shares his thoughts and suggestions with me. I have been his patient for over twenty years. I needed to have a bridge removed to treat the cavities under it. Dr. with his excellent assistant Brenda today worked with compassion, consideration and empathy. I thank him and his caring staff for all their support.
