Fantastic experience: We a fairly new into town and this dentist office was recommended to us and I’m so glad it was. We have had countless visits and the staff has always been so nice and welcoming. Never have had any issues. Today we were seen by dentist whidden and assistant Nunu and they took such great care of my baby. They stayed so calm and let him know everything they were doing which in turn helped him calm. After we left he says “they didn’t hurt me and they did so good 5 stars! ” he’s traumatized by previous dental work from another office. Thank you for being so kind and so supportive!

Fantastic experience: My kids both came to Kennedy Dental 2 weeks ago as a new patient- 3&4 years old. That first visit went well and everyone was super friendly. We saw Dr. Kennedy that day, he’s great! My daughter ended up needing to get 2 cavities taken care of, a filling on one tooth and a crown on another. Today we went to have the procedure done and we were in + out within 40 minutes. Dr. Brown and her assistant were absolutely AMAZING. Their bedside manners are awesome, they’re so friendly, and took the best care of my babygirl. I’m so glad we found this office! 10/10 recommend. Thank you so much for making sure Rylie had a great experience.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Whidden went above and beyond! Our 8 year old son broke an adult tooth during a basketball game and she went in the office AFTER hours to save his tooth and rebuild it. You can’t even tell the difference! Everything was explained thoroughly and she made my son feel very relaxed and confident about the whole procedure. We definitely recommend her to all our family & friends! 10/10

Fantastic experience: My daughter gets really anxious when it comes to the dentist and was really worried about today’s visit. We were referred to Kennedy dental and asked for Scout. Best dental visit we’ve ever had. Staff was so patient with my daughter, super friendly, explained everything to her in a way that she could understand. Scout was the cherry on top!

He needed a baby root canal, filling, and crown, and as a parent, I was understandably anxious about how he would handle it. My son was extremely nervous, but from the moment we walked in, the team went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and reassured. The staff’s warmth and professionalism were evident in every interaction. The dental assistants and hygienists were incredibly patient, explaining each step to my son in a way that eased his fears. The dentist was equally amazing, taking the time to ensure he was comfortable and pain-free throughout the entire procedure. It was clear that everyone genuinely cared about his well-being, which made all the difference. By the time we left, my son was smiling, and I felt such relief and gratitude. The care and attention to detail from check-in to check-out were seamless, and the kindness of the entire team made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. Fantastic experience: We absolutely love Kennedy Dental and Orthodontics. My kiddos have been coming to them for acouple of years now. We've never had any problems or complaints. The ladies and gentleman are super nice and caring. We just had a procedure done and two of my daughters teeth removed and they were so caring and made sure she was so comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience! While my son was getting a couple of teeth pulled, they kept comforting him and reassuring everything was okay. They explained everything they were doing before and during the appointment.

Negative experience: I was disappointed with my child’s service today. Respectfully, I presented for my child’s appointment 20 minutes before his appointment time. In a timely manner we were taken back to my child’s exam room. However, we waited in that exam room for 30 minutes until I was able to get the attention of an administrative staff asking for the ETA of my child’s hygienist. Once the hygienist came in, there was no apology for the time waited, nor was there any acknowledgment by the dentist themselves regarding the delay. On top of that, my child’s examination was less than five minutes in total. I would be understanding for the long wait if there was communication by staff, identifying the delay. I am a working mom that has to request time off in order to address all family members appointments and there appeared to be no respect for my time today.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely loved our hygienist today. She took her time with each of my boys and made them feel comfortable. She did not fight us on not doing fluoride like we’ve had issues with in the past and even made sure the doctor was well aware. Receptionist is super sweet and learns who you are very quickly so check in was a breeze.

Fantastic experience: It was a wonderful visit today even though it was treatment day. They were quick to call us in and quick to treat my daughter. Whole thing think 20 minutes. The Dr. is super nice too.

Positive experience: The staff were all friendly and competent and it seemed well-run, but a huge turnoff for me was the deafening TVs in the exam rooms. I took my two youngest in at the same time and the first hygienist seemed taken aback when I said "can you please turn the TV down; I can't hear you while you are talking" and the second one just handed my daughter the remote without asking me and without comment and also seemed surprised when I said "actually can we just turn that off?" It was weird. I have been the mother of a large family for 22 years and I've been through many many dental visits and I've never had to stick a screen in front of a child. It was odd to have that as the default. Maybe it makes it easier for the staff to work on kids who are zombied out staring at the TV, but as a family we try to avoid situations where being present and communicative is discouraged. Pass.

Negative experience: I made an appointment a month and a half out for both of my kids . 1st The girl I spoke to just seemed to make things harder almost as if she didn't want me to take my boys in . A day before my appointment Valerie calls me at 4:18 to let me know that Kennedy dental isn't listed as the dentist on file . I let her know I called day of appointment being set & if it was not completed I would call again the next day she said she would have to cancel appointment not taking into consideration that I had asked for this day off a month in advance . Completely disregarded my time and gladly cancelled both of my appointments with no willingness to help .

Negative experience: They now schedule on their time and put your kids in different locations for appointments without letting parents know. I have 3 children and I'm supposed to take 2 to one location and 1 to another. And I have been going there for 12 years. I chose the location I wanted my children to go to. And now they say u can't choose. Next dentist please! Ask to talk to management and they are always in a meeting.smh

They did a great job keeping her calm and making her feel comfortable. Although it was pricey, I am so grateful for the care they took in making her their priority.

Fantastic experience: My kids are always excited to go to Kennedy dental to get their teeth cleaned. The hygienist and dentist are wonderful. I am disappointed that I can no longer set appointments for all my children on the same day/time as I have exceeded the children allowed to be seen together. These policies feel like a punishment to the parents for choosing to have multiple children. Taking multiple days off or a whole day to accommodate the new policy is not an option for my family.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff, and were patient with my almost four year old. The wait time was fast, hardly waited. I’ve been bringing my daughters for the past 5 years and they are wonderful. Definitely recommend.

Positive experience: No drinks allowed not even water. Every staff member was informative but not friendly (except the hygienist and doctor were great). When I wasn’t ready to schedule the next visit, the reception was even more rude to me. This is a place for kids, they should be mindful and model kindness to keep repeat business.

We originally went to the Calallen location and didn’t have a great experience and while searching for a new dentist a friend recommended the Saratoga location which has been nothing short of amazing! We go there for dental and orthodontics.

Negative experience: Went in for a my daughter’s dental cleaning. Hygienist was really nice and positive. The dentist who saw her after was rude. She told me my daughter needed all this work done and I said I don’t want to do it. She got all defensive and said well you can go get a second opinion! I was like Why would she say that? She doesn’t know if I was going out of town or didn’t have money or whatever my own reasons were! To just jump to that conclusion she must have lots of issues with other patients parents. How rude she was! She didn’t even say thank you for coming in or make my daughter feel comfortable or have a good day. She was so rude!

Fantastic experience: My 4 year old son went in for a crown and a filling on two separate teeth. The team made a game out of the experience and he was laughing throughout the whole treatment. Plus we went on a day where Scout the therapy dog made an appearance! Thank you for making the dentist a not-so-scary place!

Fantastic experience: You guys did amazing with our son!! He gets anxiety and he loves Scout to help ease some stress or worries. Unfortunately scout was off today but he had her pillow and that helped so much. Also thank you for allowing both parents to be there for him. He had to get 4 extractions today of stubborn baby teeth. Ya'll worked quickly and smoothly and took the time to make sure he was ok and comfortable thank you much!!!

Positive experience: Significantly longer wait times in the afternoon than the early morning. Dentist was ok but not very "kid friendly." Didnt make an effort to acknowledge my child or parent. I've been coming here for over 15 years and this was not the service I'm become accustomed to.

Fantastic experience: This office is amazing. From the doctors to the dental hygienists, they are very caring. My daughter needed to have her tongue clipped at 3 months and they took such good care of her before, after, and during the procedure. I would definitely recommend this office for your child’s dental needs.

We always request Scout, she is their sweet therapy dog and she always puts my son at ease.
