Fantastic experience: Amazing people great chairside manners as well I had a retainer made here and I believe the lab tech Tyler had made it but he did a fantastic job it fits great and easy to sleep in! Their other lab tech Keith helped I believe as well they’re both excellent at their jobs! Evelyn their manager did my check out for me and she was so sweet great service 10/10 would recommend my family going here! Also shout out to the assistant who did my impressions it was quick easy and painless! thanks again to the secure team!

Fantastic experience: I had dentures made here about 3 yrs ago and they turned out great and functional. I still have the suction it takes to keep them in without Poligrip. I can even sleep in mine. Couple of days ago I notice I had lost suction only to find a small Crack on my upper plate. Secure Dentures had them fixed in a hour. The ladies were potlite and professional. Fantastic experience: Chloe at Secure Dentures and Implants has been great in helping get the fit I need for my new dentures.

Negative experience: Got tooth pulled here for cheap! Like 100 bucks! When they pulled it the puller slipped and chipped my tooth, didn't realize till a couple days later (due to mouth being numb and not wanting to touch the area) they said they would check it out. When I went for the check up the doctor that chipped my tooth was out for the day, the doctor present looked at it and was trying to say it was a wear mark from the other tooth (this was a jagged chip BTW not a smooth wear mark from another tooth) Just tried to sweep me under the rug without even knowing what happened during the procedure (two nurses looled before the doctor and agreed it was indeed a chip). I was pretty poed but he said come back when extraction site healed. But I just told myself that I'm not going back if they do not hold their self accountable for accidents. So beware if you have a problem due to their doing they will make you out to be a liar in front of their staff and act like its some other issue beyond their control. I know 100% from the reaction of the other doctor they would have said I had to pay for any repairs to the tooth THEY CHIPPED! I am currently thinking about requesting my xrays and present to my lawyer.

Fantastic experience: I came here after a very bad experience elsewhere. I was very reluctant on trying implants again. Dr. Quante is the very best. He put two lower implants in and I’ve had no infections, no pain and absolutely no problems with the implants I received under his care. I wish he did my original ones that failed 5 years ago before hearing about Secure Dentures. Dr. Quante also has the best staff. Not having much of a ridge, just not much bone to work with, adjustments are quite challenging. Both upper and lower. Everybody is professional. Dr. Quante and Dina always go the extra mile making sure I’m taken care of as does Amanda, Tayler, Chloe, Angie and the others including the lab and the front office too. Samantha has me checked in before I even reach the front desk. Evelyn and Brittney are just as helpful. Dr. Quante has an awesome caring, professional staff. Thank you so much for hanging in there with me as I know my mouth is quite challenging with me not giving you much to work with and you never gave up but successfully accomplished what some others before you tried to achieve. but couldn’t quite get there. I highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I never thought I would say this about a dental visit but I actually felt comfortable here. Dr. Mueller was very cordial and NO pressure whatsoever. All the staff were so helpful, friendly and considerate. Thank you for the pleasant experience. More to come after my procedure. It will be so good to smile and laugh again without hiding my mouth.

Fantastic experience: My Dad is a Vietnam Veteran and his military benefits do not cover dental.... he had a horrific experience back in Georgia from a nationwide chain that cost him over 12K just a couple of years ago. That said, he has a huge aversion to the dentist. So grateful for this positive experience, not only did he leave there spending less than $400, but they were able to repair his implant (3 missing teeth), and get him back in for fitting in under three hours. Would have been 2, but he was directionally challenged. Definite five star experience. He had a great day thanks to this, even though he was lost for a good 90 minutes

Fantastic experience: the staff is so friendly they made my dentures several years ago and I have had zero problems I wear them all the time I recently broke them and secure dentures did the repair quickly and they are perfect

Negative experience: Make sure when you call you get someone on the phone who knows and understands what insurance company they accept ! We were told on the phone they accepted the insurance company we had, he waited a few days with an infection in pain for this appointment ! We drive over an hour day of to be told we don’t accept this insurance! Then when I call to speak to the office manager I get questions to why I’m calling instead of just putting me through, and the lady claims she is the assistant and how can she help and I give her all his info then she asks if I’ve called the right place because she sees no record of him even in the system for an appointment there! Puts me on hold after and talks to the receptionist, comes back claiming she’s new and archived him since he “ walked out” after being told they don’t take the insurance and said the lady is new and didn’t mean to tell us they accepted that insurance! We have zero missed calls or voicemails from them and she claims a voicemail was left before we came in! Just always double check before you make the drive!

Negative experience: "Impressions on Monday new teeth on Friday" I put off dental work til I was to the point of being ashamed to smile. Saw the ad for Secure Dentures and knew I had to do something. Staff are amazing. I have to admit I despise having dental work, especially extractions. Needless to say it was relatively pain free. Dr. Barnes and his staff are a God send. Fantastic experience: Hi, I just wanted to share my experience with this dental place. I've walked into many dental offices and they immediately judge me based off how my teeth look. NOT all teeth problems stem from drug use but more complex medical conditions that some of us may not be educated about. The staff were amazing!!!! One tech I dealt with was amazing and when I got emotional she was able to calm me down... I believe her name was taylie? I apologize if I spelled it wrong. Dr. Barnes was very friendly and didn't get irritated when he had to take extra care to help numb my teeth to do the procedure. Tina in the office has been amazing working with me to set up payments before my procedures. I will be posting before and after on my tik tok. Thank u guys again for making me feel at ease while getting my teeth worked on.

Fantastic experience: Had a tooth worked on at another dentist and had to be careful chewing or it would compound the nerve and I'd be in pain for days, this went on for over a year. Called SD&I in Owasso and they got me in next day. The staff were all very kind, compassionate and done everything to keep me comfortable and my dental procedure done quickly.A big thanks to all of you.

Fantastic experience: Adventures in dental health. ...I come from a history of just bad genes when it comes to teeth! For years I spent a fortune on dental insurance and dental expenses to still just have the same struggles. Example- dental insurance only wants to pay for root planing once every 10 years. I needed it twice every year. Problems with my teeth led to other health problems and infections. In 2023 I reached out to a dental office in Missouri to see about getting dentures. They did not listen to my needs or take into consideration the financial situation. Very discouraged I simply walked away. Forward to 2024.....doing some online research, I found Secure Dentures & Implants in Owasso, OK. They had stellar reviews and I was ready to try again. I called their office, got a speedy appointment, and was ready to try once more. I met with Amanda and many other staff members that day. They took the time to determine my needs, develop a plan of action, contact my benefit plan, and get me started on my way to dental health. They have been in contact with me regularly following up. I am super happy and would recommend their services highly. Thank you very much Amanda, Dina, and all the great staff! I promise you this, dental health does wonders for mental health and self esteem. Recently had a follow up appointment with Amanda. It was time for my second soft liner (amazing how they can project when you will need it!). Everything went extremely well. Customer service is very impressive! Fantastic experience: The staff are very friendly and helpful my nurse Madi made me feel calm and safe. She could tell I was nervous and explained how everything was going to happen step by step and she applied my numbing gel before the dentist came in. She is a excellent young lady and I appreciate her and Dr. Quante he did a amazing job it was over before I knew it.

Fantastic experience: Sherri was very friendly, knowledgeable, good to listen and offer great info on caring for my new dentures. She adjusted my top denture very well to make it more comfortable. I was very anxious about having the final posts placed the bottom and she offered reassurance then checked on me closely following placement. The snap on denture is wonderful. No longer moves around when chewing with just the two implants. Thank you Sherri!!

Fantastic experience: Tayley, Dina and Carlos are literally gifts from above! I put off having my smile fixed for years out of pure humiliation when dealing with dental staff. These people are THE most down-to-earth, kind and caring individuals I have ever had the pleasure of working with! I wasn't satisfied with the first several sets I tried on, but they listened to me and kept working on them until they were EXACTLY what I wanted. I burst out in tears when I looked in the mirror. Sedation is the way to go. Also the assistant, Tayley was very nice and funny. She kept the spirits high during the stressful situation. 10 out of 10 for this place. Definitely recommend and if I have any more issues I’ll be coming back here for sure

Once I got my appointment setup and got to the waiting room it didn't take very long and I was called to go into the exam room. If I could give a 10 star review that's what they would receive. Fantastic experience: Dr. Mosher and Sheri were super nice and caring, and also very conscious about if I was in pain or not. For having teeth pulled it was a pleasant experience! I had Dina fit me for my upper dentures. She was great, explained everything and has really helped me get use to using them. Very pleasant and up beat and made my appts fun.

Fantastic experience: I went to get a tooth extracted, and they were SO nice about it! I wasn't sure which one was causing the pain, so Dr. Quante poked around the others to figure out which one it was. Madi and Dr. Quante make an awesome team; Madi was so informative about what was happening, and kept me updated. We had an issue with insurance being closed for the holidays (New Years Eve; 12-31-2024), and I was so anxious and scared they were going to send me on my way (I live two and a half hours away, but the tooth was causing so much pain, it was WELL worth the drive!) But they didn't. Nor did they charge me a fortune. They were very quick about the procedure, and I hardly felt anything (usually I at least feel some pressure, but I didn't.) 10/10 recommend.

Brittany at the front desk was who I would ask to speak to BC she was really sweet n helpful.. Dr Quante was awesome , kind n gentle... Dina was the one I spent most my time with. She's very personable upfront n real. At the end of my experience w Dina ..I felt like she knows her job n she does her job always w a smile n maybe a little ornery at times... I've always been told if u can't say something nice don't say nothing at all.. but a little FYI ..there is always one person in a office that has a sour attitude n acts like n looks like she would rather be anywhere but there.. Fantastic experience: I cracked a Bridge and I called Secure Dental and Implants. The receptionist asked if I could come in right away? I was amazed that they had time to help me at all. They took an X-ray and smoothed out the sharp edges where the bridge was attached! Thank You Brittany, Mary, Dr Quante. and everyone at Secure Dental and Implants! Big Rog.

Fantastic experience: Seamless quick progress. The actual day of the process, Angela was so helpful and compassionate throughout my first procedure. Dr. Mother was also amazing. They were both patient and answered all and any questions. Angela gave me the post op directions clearly and was a joy to visit with.
