Negative experience: Odd set up. Their new location is an old grocery store or something with tons of bays/staff? Felt more like an assembly line of hygienists cranking out as many kids as possible. Also- no goodie bag for my daughter after the exam. Disappointing first dental experience.

Fantastic experience: We love this dentist! The new location is sooo nice and clean. They are quick to call back and the doctor cares about mental health just as much as the dental well being of your child.

Fantastic experience: Baker pediatric has been amazing for my daughter. She does have anxiety and I feel like the dental assistants and doctors do well with handling younger kids. We did originally start seeing the practice at their old facility and now at their new one. I have to say I feel like I like the new facility much better. The walls aren't overwhelming with decorations but are still decorated and kid friendly. The rooms seem to have more privacy, and there just seems to be overall more room.

Fantastic experience: We have been coming here for about a year and we absolutely love the staff and the doctors are great. As a parent it is very important to find doctors who are great with kids and thorough with treatments and exams. We had bad experiences before we came here, but we are so glad that we found this facility. Even though my daughter had a cavity treatment she still excited to see all the friendly faces and get her clean ups. 100% recommend Baker Pediatric Dental Care.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been very fearful of going to the dentist ever since having a bad experience at a previous dental office. When looking for a new dentist, I came across Baker Pediatric Dental Care. They had great reviews so we made the switch and going there has been much better. The staff and dentists who work there have been very patient and accommodating. They take the time to answer all of my daughter's questions and have done a great job making her feel comfortable. We live in Temecula, so we aren’t close, but the drive is worth it!

I have to say it was extremely great visit, fast and friendly staff. If I had to request something i would suggest captions on television for hard of hearing patients. Fantastic experience: Location is huge service is great! Very kid friendly with video game machines inside! Good Vibes, pretty busy, but efficient! We had our teeth cleaned x-rayed and saw a doctor pretty quickly and got on with our day in our errands so this was very nice! I recommend this dentist to anyone's child they are very caring also have had a tooth pulled a cracked too cold and they were fabulous here and it was pain free and they're very gentle. So if you're looking for a great dentist You found it!

Fantastic experience: The dental office staff is very friendly. It was easy to get an appointment and I didn’t have to wait months out as a new patient. My kids were in and out for their appointments. My toddler was very comfortable seeing the dentist and hygienist as she cleaned his teeth.

Negative experience: I came yesterday and like how the assistant and the dentist treated my 3 year old, they had patience. Although I came today and the dentist he got was not so comforting, my son is good at following instructions just not when he is mad, I understand it’s hard to deal with a toddler, but he had a ball and didn’t wanna open it for my son to me. That was just something so small that he could’ve done to not get him upset now my son is screaming. He is in a bad mood. I feel like dentist working in the pediatric scene. should have more knowledge and working with kids and trying a little bit harder and trying to keep them happy so the procedure can go well I’m not sure if I’m coming back

Fantastic experience: This was my first time at the new office and it was really great! Lots of entertainment for the kids and more space. The dental assistant Maryjane was very patient and kind to my daughter and let me help with her cleaning to keep her still. Dr Chao was very knowledgeable and Lisa in the front get me scheduled for my next appointment.

Fantastic experience: This review is for the new location! My son and I both liked how large the space is and it has a fresh and new feeling about it. There are some arcade games now in the waiting room that help the waiting time. Marisol and Lisa both helped us out at the front desk and were so helpful and inviting. Overall a great experience and love the new location!

Negative experience: This place has gone down hill since dr.rosey left . Unprofessional staff , continuously double book! go somewhere else and save your time. The good reviews are from different raffles they have going on!they will enter you in a raffle when you leave a review. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Negative experience: The good reviews are FAKE! Good reviews get a raffle ticket for a ps5! Horrible experience here. The Dr didn't let the nitrous take effect before proceeding so my granddaughter was literally screaming in pain from the shots. And the office is small dirty and gross. She loved her previous dentist but we moved and got duped by all these FAKE reviews. Go anywhere but here.

Negative experience: I want to start off by saying that the back office staff was wonderful and I have no complaints. They made my daughter comfortable and she had a great experience for her first dental visit. The reason for my two star review is the front office. The front office coordinator, green eyes with no name tag was very rude and unprofessional. We walked in at 1:15 for our 1:30 appointment and she stated we were passed our grace period for the appointment so I said “I’m sorry?” Because I was confused about the statement. We were 15 minutes early. She then in the rudest way possible restated what she had previously said but slower as if I was dumb. I told her we can’t be late when our appointment was at 1:30, check in time was 1:15 per the text message I received. She said that I was wrong and they don’t schedule like that. So I grabbed my phone and showed her the text message that I received from their office. She looked at it, gave me the paperwork I needed to fill out, then said they would check me in and be with me shortly. An apology for the miscommunication would have sufficed and I wouldn’t be writing this review but there was no acknowledgment of her error.

Negative experience: Worst dental experience for our family! I would rather pay cash than use my PPO insurance and go back to this office! The Doctor just peaked inside two of my kids mouths rather than using the mouth mirror and explorer to feel for cavities on the teeth. I questioned her about sealants for permanent molars and she seemed bothered. What happened to preventive care? The front office wanted to book an appointment but never gave me a treatment plan or an estimate for treatment. Again they were bothered that I asked for a treatment plan. Overall I don’t care for people like this providing services for my family. They need to learn how to be professional!

Fantastic experience: I needed a new dentist office for my kids and came across Bakers Pediatric after a family friend recommended us. Staff were friendly when I called in to see if they were accepting new patients and booked an appointment for all 3 kids. Office was clean and great atmosphere. My kids felt safe and comfortable which was exactly what I was looking for. Making their follow up treatment appointments has been easy as well. My youngest child loves coming and walking out with his toy. Highly recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: Honestly, I can’t think of any other place I would take my daughter for her dental visit. Amazing kid friendly environment that made her feel comfortable as soon as we walked in. Not to mention the staff are really friendly and work with you and your schedule 100%.

Fantastic experience: The Staff, front desk and in the back, are always friendly and helpful. They are great with kids of all ages. Our family has been going for 3 years and haven't had any problems with scheduling appointments. My only warning is to be on time, they are very busy and only give a 10 minute late grace.

Positive experience: This place has really changed over the last few years... The older assistants and doctors were great but this place has seemed to go down hill... I'm only giving a three star because I liked the new doctor and my son's assistant who explained to him about gum disease because my son actually doesnt properly take care of his teeth and im on the same page with the assistant. But the female that did my daughter's teeth was way too rough with her flossing and my daughter is experiencing major pain, so much that she has to take pain meds. First off the assistant told her that she could tell she doesn't floss every day because her gums are bleeding and she mentioned bacteria ect... her gums were bleeding because of you! My daughter has braces and uses super floss..I'm also a dental assistant and have been for years. So she knows the extra importance of flossing. Therefore my kid flosses every night! The assistant was way too rough and has now caused discomfort between teeth 8 & 9, she should go back to school and learn how to properly floss and not cause unnecessary pain because she's trying to scare a teenager into thinking they don't properly take care of there teeth.

Fantastic experience: Bakers pediatric office is the best dentist around. My son needed alot of work done, they didn't make me feel bad about his teeth, and that's almost unheard of. They listened to us and now he has 0 cavities and enjoys going to the dentist. He looks forward to seeing everyone in this office. They are very understanding if something comes up and you need to reschedule. The front office girls are so kind and helpful and will try very hard to work around your schedule. The dentist is so kind and explains everything in detail about what's going on. Try this place parents, you will not be disappointed!! They saved my sons smile and he is now not afraid to get his teeth cleaned and loves coming in for his check ups. Thank you Dr baker & his entire office staff. You guys are THE BEST!! I wish I could give 100000 stars

Positive experience: Baker pediatric dentists have been taking care of my 5 children for years. They are efficient and their treatments are effective. They are always willing to work with me for less invasive measures when I have voiced my concerns. They educate my children on the proper care of their teeth, empowering them to make good choices. They also make it possible for all 5 of my children to be seen the same day with back to back appts. The only reason for the 4 stars is because sometimes we have to wait quite a bit for an appt We really appreciate all they do!
