Fantastic experience: I’ve been bringing my kids to this office for over 10 years. We’ve had 5 kids including myself to have braces. The staff is always friendly and accommodating to our schedule. We now live an hour away but still prefer to travel for our dental needs

Fantastic experience: I have been a long time patient of Gulfside dental- it is an extremely busy practice but it is so worth every minute I've ever waited- these doctors have treated my family and I so kindly and always tend to every need we have ever had!!! They have several dentist in office that specializes in seeing small children which is perfect for my family. As for me, I couldn't have asked for a more patient friendly General Doctor -Dr. Ticas -Sometimes you have to wait to get in for the appointment but only because he is very particular and takes his time on each individual patient!!! I give Gulfside 5 stars on any given day, you may wait for your services but it is so worth it! And you'll never regret it!!!!!!! #happy patient!!!!!!!!!!!Thank you Gulfside Thank you!! Thank you!!!!!!

Negative experience: This place has old equipment, materials and is dirty (because it’s old) for a dental clinic. I don’t know how they are being held against their sanitary inspection. They have way to many people for reception to take your money quick but make you wait for hours to call you in - they act like we don’t have other things to do outside of this long wait of an appointment definitely expect to be delayed. I heard 3 different people scheduled for the same time - how does that work? When they barely have any “dentist” - they will take your money and call it “procedure” I asked for a fill that is very obvious but they took a day to just take X-ray and “examine” and then set antoher appointment so you can come in and spend most of your time waiting.

Negative experience: If I could give 0 starts I would. The front desk said my daughter's insurance was inactive, got all the way home and suddenly it was. The dentist retired on the day before my daughter's procedure, no call or text or any heads up after taking off work. Had to get all new x rays for ANOTHER authorization! Awful! Dont waste your time, too many other options to put up with this mess!

Positive experience: Well first the start wasn't what i thought but our nurse lady 4xrays was very kind and sweet spoke nice words then we met the Dr.Al was also kind full of smiles and very nice, the ins coordinator nice and knowledgeable both of them and the last lady that put braces on did by herself and nice and calm!!

It’s never usually a long waiting time when I come and they try and help you in all ways that they can. Everyone I've had work on me has been absolutely fantastic and helpful. If there ever is an issue, I would highly recommend them for your dental needs.

Negative experience: No sense of urgency. Been sitting in an open room and they literally forgot I was there. Someone finally walked by after 1 hour and said have you seen the dentist? Finally when I was about to walk out someone came. Not a great first impression at all. Treated like cattle in line to be slaughtered. There’s no compassion in this place. Very annoyed with the whole process.

Negative experience: Well, the worst dental appointment I ever had. My appointment was at 1:30. They took me back at 1:50. Xrays went good. Then 45 minutes after that, the doctor comes in like he is in hurry. Looks at my xrays for 3 mintures. Leaves and 45 minutes later I walk out. 2 hours there 3 minutes with the doctor and still did not get my teeth cleaned.

Negative experience: This was the worst place to go i waited 3 hours for then to do nothing made my appointment at 10am got there 10 minutes early and they took a hour to call me to the back and then made me sit in a chair for over 2 hours and they didn’t even do the cleaning that i had gone in for and the staff not friendly this place sucks

The staff and Dr have been great at trying to timely get us in and out. Also, the Orthodontist has been very open to questions and wants us to be satisfied with his work. Fantastic experience: My dentist didn't judge me or make me feel disgusting for not having good dental habits. She answered all my questions and was very kind. Through her, found out I don't like brushing my teeth because the toothpaste taste. Discovered kids toothpaste is better. She knew I was going to keep drinking sugary things, so she recommended I drink them in a different way to avoid hurting my teeth. 10/10 Dental place. I know they're always busy, but I appreciate this dental place being the only one i wasn't scared to go into. All the staff are super nice and give good advice.
