Fantastic experience: My child visited Kangaroo Smiles as he was referred to the location to receive a treatment. I loved how they were fast when it came to scheduling the appointment and I was able to get my son treated in two days after getting the xray first. I enjoyed how the staff were able to communicate with my son such as pretending the mouth tools were animals or that he would be just like a superhero in the middle of the treatment. They communicated with me about the treatment that was going take place as well. Thank you Kangaroo Smiles!

Fantastic experience: Everyone is so sweet here. The waiting room is cute which is good cause sometimes there is a bit of a wait but that’s to be expected with a kid’s dentist office. The staff is so friendly and good with the kids and they have little distractions for the kids to use if they get antsy while in the chair. My daughter appreciated that!

Fantastic experience: It was my 4yr old first time at the dentist needless to say she was very nervous and a little scared. When we got there the environment was very playful for the kids and she was no longer nervous then when she seen the dentist they made her feel so comfortable she was no longer scared although nothing was done just pictures but my daughter is no longer fearful ❤️

Fantastic experience: Kangaroo smiles in Methuen is great! This Dentist was truly meant to be working with pediatrics. She had a great way of explaining what she was doing. The assistant helping with my daughter’s cavity fillings was also great with keeping her informed, calm and comfortable.

The appointment was quick and to the point, and answered any questions I had. Everyone interrelated with my daughter and not just me which is big for me. Fantastic experience: We are from Haverhill, MA. Both of my granddaughters go to Kangaroo Smiles. They are never afraid of being at this dental office. They take excellent care of the girls teeth and are very patient with them. They also have so much fun with the toys in the waiting room that they stay and play for a few after their appointments, lol.

Fantastic experience: We enjoyed our 1st visit to Methuen location. Me and my 2 sons got to enjoy a fun playing time with service doggie- Charlie. We love the decoration over the waiting room and bathroom. There are few things maybe can make it even better: 1. Friendly staffs can be more personal. The front desk person can be great if speak with eye contact for 1st time customers and set expectations of process and paperwork; 2. Doctor seems very busy with all the staff calls her name from different room so doctor doesn’t really have time to make personal connection with family; at least introduction with name and asking any concerns and making some little chat with kids can be helpful 3. Bathroom can use for a bigger trash can and clothes hanger /bag hanger 4. Divider between cleaning stations can Help kids staying focused. It’s very busy when we went there around 2pm and we can hear all the people talking and machines running; it’s hard to hear from the doctor. Overall, we are happy with our service, especially from the greeting from Charlie and manager and the girl who cleans my kids teeth. They have kids shows on the tv in the waiting room, a projector game, building block cushions to play with, and when my oldest needed a crown she got to watch a tv in that room while they did it. They really put kids first and it was awesome. They have a room with 3 chairs all together and they took all 3 kids at the same time.

Fantastic experience: Always grateful my children have access to such amazing dentistry. We live in Methuen but used to drive to their Lowell office years ago. Absolutely best in the business in every way. My 6 year old has had to get Novacaine twice now, and DID NOT feel it. I cringed far more than she did. She is still happy and excited to go back too! Love the staff and dentists! They have flipped an uncomfortable and difficult experience into an enjoyable one. Just a little bit of laughing gas makes a world of difference. So grateful!

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful staff! Went to the Methuen location and it was easy and quick from Chelmsford. Both kids were a tad nervous but they were set at easy by the staff. They made sure the kids understood everything before hand and gave them options. We will be going here from now on.

Fantastic experience: Kangaroo Smiles is by far the best children’s dentist to go to. We have been through multiple with my son and this is the only one he doesn’t absolutely freak out, they are so patient and know how to work with children to make them feel comfortable!

My son is never afraid of going to his appointments and pretty comfortable and relaxed everytime going. They have also a really nice waiting room, and everyone there is so beautiful. I wanna thank them for taking care of my son and other children with all their heart. I highly recommend going here! UPDATE: It's been a few years now and I'm still impressed with them. The dentist there have personality that is so kind and great with children. I still haven't had any issues nor have I heard anyone ever speak badly about this place. I mean, everyone's different on their opinion on this,, not sure if anyone had bad issues here, but from MY experience, I'd still highly recommend them to anyone. Fantastic experience: Our previous dental office dropping our insurance was a blessing in disguise! My daughter had NOT had the best experience with the dentist. Her stress and anxiety levels have always been through the roof when she knows she has to go to the dentist. Our first visit at Kangaroo Smiles was a breeze for her. The staff, was absolutely phenomenal. The dental assistant took the time to explain to my daughter what he was doing, offered her coping tricks when she got uncomfortable and even adjusted the sizes on the xray pieces for her to ensure her comfort. When the dentist came in she took the time to explain and show my daughter what she was going to do before she even did it. We did not feel rushed or feel like we were just an appointment at any given time. I highly recommend this office for all your pediatric needs. My daughter can’t wait to go back and be seen again. Kangaroo Smiles has made her dental experience from this point forward a positive one. Thank you!
