Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about Augusta Endodontic Center. I came into this practice on a referral from my primary dentist needing a root canal on my back molar. I had a real bad infection and Dr. Ngoh discovered that I actually needed TWO root canal treatments, it was that bad. I’m no stranger to a dentist’s chair and the whole treatment process was as good as I could have ever asked for. Dr. Ngoh gets right to work and is surprisingly fast. Him and his entire staff are extremely kind, courteous, and compassionate. You are treated with utmost concern and respect throughout the entire process. You really do feel valued and appreciated. The office is clean, well appointed, and modern. It is hands down the nicest doctor’s office I have ever been in. You cannot go wrong choosing them for your endodontic treatment. I want to personally thank Dr. Ngoh and his staff for a truly exceptional experience from beginning to end. I really appreciate how you treated me as a patient and a human. God bless you all!

I have never in my lifetime had the opportunity to have such a Christian experience while getting my teeth taken care of. Negative experience: Unprofessional and Painful Root Canal Experience - Avoid This Clinic I had an extremely distressing root canal treatment at this clinic. During the procedure, the dentist abruptly left the room to take a personal phone call for over 4 minutes, leaving me in agony with my mouth forced open by a painful mouth prop. Worse, both the dentist and assistant later exited without explanation, leaving me unattended for an extended time with severe jaw discomfort. When I finally got up to ask what was happening, the dentist snapped, "Don't talk to me like that", showing zero empathy or accountability. Additionally, the second session for the same tooth took inexplicably longer than the first, with no clear justification. The lack of communication, disregard for patient comfort, and unprofessional behavior made this the worst medical experience I've ever endured. I would strongly caution others seeking dental care here.

Positive experience: Limited or no follow up contact made day after surgery. I expected some discomfort after the procedure, however hours after into the late night the pain in the right side of my mouth became unbearable and excruciating. I had nothing to take to provide even some minimum amount of comfort. The morning after the surgery I tried 3 times calling the number given in a text message I received that morning asking me to call the clinic back and tell them how I was doing. I called 3 times and left messages with a callback number and never received any callback from anyone. Thanks Augusta Endodontics

Fantastic experience: From the moment I called, Dr. Ngoh's staff was so welcoming, professional and informative. The office is very nice, clean, inviting and comfortable, complete with a juice, water or coffee bar while you wait, which was never long. His medical staff was no different, just as friendly and professional. I especially loved the inspirational quotes decor throughout the beautiful office which helped relax me a bit for the procedure. Dr. Ngoh was very friendly, professional, answered any questions I may have even though I was just a bit anxious about the root canal. I highly recommend Augusta Endodontic Center.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I entered the building it felt like I was leaving earth and entering heaven. God's presence in definitely there. Staff was so pleasant and kind and Dr. Emmanuel Ngoh is God sent. Going to the dentist is my least favorite place to go, however I felt a sense of calmness there and I felt safe as his patient. Fantastic experience: I was a very difficult case. Severe infection of 2 molars that needed extra attention and eventually conscious sedation. All I can say is this Godly, Christ centered practice, the entire staff and Dr. Ngoh went above and beyond to help me feel as comfortable as possible through the intense pain that I was experiencing over weeks. Trust me, I never want to go through that again but if I ever need oral surgery again, I would run, not walk to Augusta Endodontics immediately. Fantastic experience: Considering no one really wants a root canal, this is probably the place for the best possible experience. High tech, with wonderful staff and very nice environment. Made every effort to get me in to figure out and fix the problem of the pain I suddenly had. Always during the procedure was concerned with keeping me as comfortable as possible. Very knowledgeable, efficient and helpful.

Negative experience: I had to have a root canal and was very nervous even though I had been there previously. It seemed as if the receptionist was rather loud when informing me how much my payment was and that it was declined. On my end it said approved. I calmed myself because of the meeting that took place with Dr. Ngoh before they started their work for the day. His voice was calming. There was a student observing and asking questions. Usually a patient is asked if it's ok or at least introduced, I was offered neither. The assistant did not give me ample time open my mouth to remove items from my mouth. She seemed to be in a hurry, hitting my lips or teeth as utensils were removed. When I had the opportunity to explain it got a little better. There were times when instruments hit my front tooth which is sensitive because I already have a crown there. Dr. Ngoh told the intern/student I had a tricky tooth and he would charge more but I was a returning patient. He said that the last time I was there and I didn’t appreciate it then either. I paid the balance before I sat in the chair and it was expensive so I didn’t appreciate a threat to have to pay more while my mouth was pried open, unable to respond. Finally I was given 2 different suggestions on when to get my permanent crown. The assistant told me I could get it the same day while the person at the desk recommended 4-6 weeks! That’s a huge difference. The work done is really good but I have mixed emotions about the way I was treated and the conflicting information given.

Fantastic experience: The office staff greet you by name as soon as you arrive. The wait time is short and the staff is very efficient. They are very professional and explain what you are about to experience. They made sure I was comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Fabulous facility. The newest and greatest technology to make treatment of patients much easier. The best dental clinic I’ve ever been in with Quick and efficient care. The only thing that may need to be reconsidered is the level of pain meds that are prescribed after treatment. I took the pain meds that was prescribed as ordered but when I got home the pain was extremely difficult to deal with.

Fantastic experience: I had a Root Canal nov. 4th At 8:00 and was out at 8:30 , this Dentist does great work he is caring , the staff was kind and friendly and caring. I have experienced no pain a little soreness but that to be expected but overall it was a great experience . I recommend him if you need a procedure !

Fantastic experience: I have been treated by Dr. Ngoh several times and he is the only one I want to do a root canal for me. The office personnel are very pleasant and welcoming. The clinical environment is calming and comfortable. Dr. Ngoh and his assistant communicate easily with soft voices and I have fallen asleep in the chair. The treatment is skillfully done using state of the art equipment. I have only good things to say.

Fantastic experience: Going to a dentist of any type is never a visit that most people look forward to. Especially if you need a lot of work done. That being said, my nervousness began to lessen with the front staff. The young ladies were so polite and patient. This 75 year-old appreciated that. The young technician, Tay, was very friendly, and knowledgeable about how his equipment worked, taking his time working with my weird internal mouth structure. And Dr. Ngoh was a pleasant surprise. I had been told by a couple of acquaintances that he was good, with a nice personality. They know I am picky, so I thought they might be over-selling him. Nope. I like him. And he had something that is very important to me...a good sense of humor. I never thought I'd be saying this, but I look forward to my next appointment.

Fantastic experience: Such a great experience! I was absolutely terrified going in for a root canal but Dr. Ngoh was so gentle and I felt NOTHING. Not only was it a painless procedure, it was extremely fast! My appointment was at 10am and I was out by 10:35am. The entire staff is welcoming, kind, and personable. I wound absolutely return to this office for any future Endodontic treatment. 10/10!

Fantastic experience: This was the BEST experience that I can honestly share that I had for my root canal. I was apprehensive about experiencing pain from the needles and procedure. Well, I didn't experience either. His staff is VERY professional and friendly. And Doc took care of my mouth, took his time- and I didn't experience any pain- during the procedure. Fantastic experience: This is the best Endodontic office that I have ever been to. The office has great aesthetics, and it is warm and inviting upon entering. The best part though is the staff. The front desk staff is friendly and kind. They always welcome patients with a warm smile and make sure that your needs are met before you are taken to the back. Then the dental assistants are knowledgeable, friendly and take pride in the care they provide their patients. They do an amazing job at making you feel comfortable and confident in the care that you are about to receive. Dr. Ngoh is happy, caring and kind. He listens to his patients, is very knowledgeable, and provides great care. I have been to this facility a few times and would recommend this office as the best. They truly love what they do and it shows in the care that they provide their patients. If you need any endodontic treatments this is the best place to go!

Fantastic experience: I needed a root canal and my dad (who is a dentist) highly recommended Augusta Endodontics. My treatment was both successful and oddly enough, enjoyable. This was in 2018, and since then I have been back multiple times. My most recent visit was September 2024. They have also treated, my parents, my child, and multiple extended family members. I have an uncle with Downs Syndrome that has enjoyed all of his visits to this office. -They schedule your appointment quickly -You are seen on time -They discuss your bill before the procedure so there are no surprises. -Coffee and other beverages are complimentary in waiting room -Treatment is precise and thorough. No unnecessary pain during numbing injections and treatment. To me it feels almost spa like because I leave more relaxed and in a better mood than when I arrive. -Prices are competitive with an experience that is far above most dental experiences both during and after treatment.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional in every way! The entire staff is so sweet and amazing. Dr Ngoh is everything you could ever hope for in an endodontist - not only is he personable and friendly but he makes you feel so comfortable. I don't know anyone who can say that they enjoy having dental work done but everyone in this office does all they can to make it an easy experience.

Positive experience: I’ve had two trips to this office, however I will share the most recent. The staff is amazing. They go out of their way to be helpful. They are transparent in their billing upfront. The office is lovely, with all the bells and whistles; so fancy. It’s clean with the latest up to date technology. All this lovely things come at a cost, it’s expensive. During my pre appointment I informed them of issues with managing numbness and staying numb. On the day of the appointment all was going well. Again reiterated my issues with numbing medication wearing off too soon. Unfortunately I can’t say this was a painless experience. I did have an infected tooth, which contributed to the experience. However, this was not a painless procedure. The assistant was great by the way. But my pain was not managed and I left in tears. Was given a Tylenol and warm towel on my way out. Continued to have pain for a full 24 hrs after the appointment. The office did check up on me via text message, which was thoughtful. Come to find out I overpaid by $600. Getting the refund started was easy, but nothing is ever really easy.

They offer great condiments and make sure that you are very comfortable. The DMD gets right on his job and have you out of there in less time. He also provides you with a very nice gift after your procedure are done. I feel very great and comfortable with the work that he has done on me( ROOT CANEL). Fantastic experience: Perfection!!!! My entire experience was what you hope and pray to have at all medical/dental appointments! I have never had a better experience anywhere! I was back to my normal routine immediately after I left the office from having a ROOT CANAL. BTW, I never write reviews. I can’t say I’ve had an experience worth doing so.

Fantastic experience: I can say that i had a wonderful experience during both the consultation appt and the treatment was very painless, literally I felt 0 pain! The staff at check in and the back office staff all were so genuine and sweet and always welcomed with great big smiles and warm welcoming as you enter. The doctor was phenomenal and treated me with great compassion and not to mention I am 8 months pregnant and was made very comfortable during my treatment! So I would give this office a 10 star if I could, if I ever need another root canal I know where I will return and will recommend a 10/10!

Fantastic experience: If I could give them 20 Stars I would!!! If U have to get a Root Canal this is most definitely the place U want to get it done at!! When U hear the word Root Canal normally fear sets in but rest assured no need to fear the Root Canal procedure any longer. Literally done in 20 minutes!!! From the time U enter the door the waiting area and reception is so inviting. They truly take pride in their office, employees and work!!! Every staff member I encountered was Super Nice, Polite, and Professional all at the same time Every business should use them as a Model to strive to be like. I walked out wanting to do a POSITIVE review because they really deserve to be shouted out and maybe this will help someone who is looking for a GREAT ENDODONTIST like Dr. Ngoh and his SUPER STAFF!!! Did I mention the inspirational quotes and signs all throughout the different stations. Lastly the cherry on top was the tumbler cup that was gifted to me as a patient!! Fantastic experience: The staff was super welcoming and friendly. To be honest, these were some of the better prices I've been able to find regarding a root canal. Dr. Ngoh and the staff definitely make you feel comfortable with payment options, a warm environment, and easy-to-understand information about your appointment.

Fantastic experience: This place takes the stress out of root canals. I've had 3 root canals done by Dr Ngoh and its been no worse than getting a filling. The staff is wonderful and the service is just excellent all around. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: During the initial visit, the Dr identified and explained my problem. He described available options, went over pros/cons, gave his recommendation, and answered all of my questions. The procedure itself was about 1hr and went very smooth. Dr. Ngoh's Front Desk and Clinic Staff are very friendly and do their best to make you comfortable throughout the process.

Fantastic experience: Everyone in the office was friendly and a professional! From the receptionist, office staff, dental hygienist. This is a new and very, very clean facility. Dr. Ngoh was wonderful! I had a root canal procedure, there was no discomfort or pain during the entire procedure. Fantastic experience: My experience here from start to finish has been great. As this is the first time ever needing a root canal, the process was awesome, and they took away the stigma of the process being bad from me. Glad I was referred by the VA, they took excellent care of me here! Dr. Ghouh also did my daughter back in 2013 and did an awesome job. I recommend here for any endodontic care. And they gave Great Swag gift!!!

Ta, the Dental Assistant, was attentive and had a great sense of humor, making the visit even more enjoyable. Just a great staff of people, top tier to say the least!

Fantastic experience: The stage is so amazing and sweet. I love that it’s Christian based!! The office is so glean , warm and welcoming. I love the salt water fish tank in the waiting room as well as the coffee bar.

Fantastic experience: Everyone there was so pleasant and wonderful the office was immaculate they even offered you drinks and water and it was right up front and tea it was just wonderful it was a wonderful experience but I love most about it is that they offered to pray for you and that I believe in prayer so that was just wonderful it wasn't anything for us or anything expected it was just offered and that was wonderful. Everyone was very informative of what was going on what they were doing about the procedure that I had to take and it was just great!!!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend the Augusta Endodontic Center. This the best experiences I have ever had getting root canals done and I had around six of them in total. Everyone is professional and caring. I felt so comfortable being a patient. You feel at ease as soon as you walk in the door. I left feeling certain that my dental needs were taking care.
